Pre-Order Policy

 

PRE-ORDER TERMS: 

By ordering a pre-order jersey or apparel items from Vintage Ice Hockey, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 

1. PAYMENT: The customer is responsible for paying 100% of the cost of their pre-order at checkout and will be billed immediately in full upon completing checkout. Refer to the return/exchange policy for refunds and exchange terms.
2. FULFILLMENT: Please refer to the specific product page for anticipated ship dates. These anticipated ship dates are only an estimate and not a guarantee of actual ship date and may be delayed based on actual production and fulfillment. 
3. CUSTOM NAMES: Vintage Ice Hockey reserves the right to cancel and refund pre-orders for jersey or apparel items containing words/names that are vulgar or offensive. 
4. RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
1. In the event Vintage Ice Hockey determines that it can no longer fulfill a pre-order item, the customer will receive a 100% refund and the order will be cancelled.
