Memphis South Stars
The Memphis South Stars began play in the CHL for the 1967-68 season, taking of the fact that the Memphis Wings left for Texas. They had no franchise relation to the Birmingham or Nashville South Stars other than their pro affiliation. The Memphis South Stars won a combined 38 games over two seasons in Tennessee. After that, they moved to Waterloo, IA to become the Iowa Stars.
