Saskatoon J's
The Saskatoon J's were a junior 'A' hockey club hailing from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and played from 1969-1982 in the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League. The team was originally the Saskatoon Olympics and rebranded to the J's moniker in 1978. The J's were a feeder club for the Saskatoon Blades of the WHL.Â
Probably the best player to wear the J's sweater was Trent Yawney, who went on to play for the Calgary Flames in the 1990s.Â
