私、石橋敬三の作品が海外アーティストMVで盗用され、さらに著作権を主張されるという事件は、『海外アーティストMVの削除』という形で一応の決着を見ました。 しかし、いまだに盗用したプロダクションとのやりとりは現在進行中です。 現状のご報告 相手方はBGM音源のみを差し替えた新しい動画をYouTubeに公開しております。 新しい動画について、プロデューサーによると、『この音源は正規に使用権を買ったものだ』とのことで、誰の作品かはわかりませんが権利関係はクリアしているとのことです。 当初、４０万回再生の以前の動画を復活させるために協力（使用許諾）してほしいとの連絡がプロデューサーからありましたが、今もその意思があるのかどうかはまだ確認できていません。 つまり返事が来ていない状態です。 さらに、YouTube以外のサイトに、私の作品が使用されている方の動画が残っているとの情報をいただき、実際に閲覧
