Description
硬化性樹脂を含浸し、外面に気密性の高いフィルムをコーディングして成る管状樹脂吸収材の一端に鍔を形成した枝管ライニング材を本管側から地上に向かって反転挿入し枝管をライニングする枝管ライニング工法であって、
一端が気密に密封され他端が開放して開口端を形成しているシーリングチューブ内に管状樹脂吸収材を挿入し、
シーリングチューブの前記一端に連結具を介してホースを取り付けるとともに、シーリングチューブの開口端を圧力バッグに気密に取り付け、
前記圧力バッグ内に前記ホースを介して圧縮エアーを供給することによりシーリングチューブと管状樹脂吸収材を枝管内に反転挿入し、
枝管ライニング材が枝管に挿入された後、枝管ライニング材を枝管内周壁に押圧した状態で前記ホースを介してミスト状となった蒸気を放出させることにより管状樹脂吸収材に含浸された硬化性樹脂を硬化させ、
前記硬化性樹脂が硬化した後シーリングチューブを取り除くことを特徴とする。

Claims (1)
- 硬化性樹脂を含浸し、外面に気密性の高いフィルムをコーディングして成る管状樹脂吸収材の一端に鍔を形成した枝管ライニング材を本管側から地上に向かって反転挿入し枝管をライニングする枝管ライニング工法であって、
一端が気密に密封され他端が開放して開口端を形成しているシーリングチューブ内に管状樹脂吸収材を挿入し、
シーリングチューブの前記一端に連結具を介してホースを取り付けるとともに、シーリングチューブの開口端を圧力バッグに気密に取り付け、
前記圧力バッグ内に前記ホースを介して圧縮エアーを供給することによりシーリングチューブと管状樹脂吸収材を枝管内に反転挿入し、
枝管ライニング材が枝管に挿入された後、枝管ライニング材を枝管内周壁に押圧した状態で前記ホースを介してミスト状となった蒸気を放出させることにより管状樹脂吸収材に含浸された硬化性樹脂を硬化させ、
前記硬化性樹脂が硬化した後シーリングチューブを取り除くことを特徴とする枝管ライニング工法。
