まず、設置工程について説明する。図5は、内張り材1設置時の管路P等の縦断面図である。図6は、図5の内張り材1の先端部の拡大図である。図7は、設置途中の内張り材1の反転の先端部を、進行方向前方から見た図である。図5〜図7に示すように、本実施形態では、熱硬化性樹脂液が含浸された筒状の内張り材1に、圧縮空気を作用させてその内外面を反転させながら、管路P内に設置する(反転工法)。
次に、拡径工程について説明する。図12は、図11のXII-XII線断面図である。図13は、拡径した内張り材1を示す断面図である。設置工程後(反転後)の状態では、内張り材本体2の内側に筒状織布3が配置され、さらに、この筒状織布3の内面が、気密性の被膜7で覆われた状態となる。従って、筒状織布3内に、加熱空気や蒸気等の加熱媒体を供給することで、内張り材本体2を加熱しつつ内側から加圧して拡径させることができる。

Claims (7)
- 内外面を反転させながら管路を内張りするための内張り材であって、
筒状の気密層と、
前記気密層の内側に位置し、シート状の基材が筒状に丸められた構成であって、前記基材の周方向両端部が周方向に重ね合わされた重なり部分を有する内張り材本体と、
前記内張り材本体の内側に設けられた筒状体とからなり、
前記筒状体をほぼ平坦にした状態において、前記内張り材本体の前記重なり部分は、平坦状の前記筒状体の筒軸方向に直交する方向の中央部と面するように配置され、
平坦にした状態の前記筒状体の外面は、
前記内張り材本体の前記重なり部分に面し、弛み部分および折り返し部分を有さない第1面と、

- 前記内張り材本体の内側において、前記重なり部分の近傍に前記筒状体の前記第1面を仮接合していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の管路の内張り材。
- 前記筒状体は、筒状織物であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の管路の内張り材。
- 前記筒状織物は、軸方向に沿った縫製部を有さないシームレスの織物であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の管路の内張り材。
- 前記気密層は、合成繊維で製織された筒状織布の外面を熱可塑性樹脂の被膜で覆ったことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の管路の内張り材。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の前記内張り材に硬化性樹脂を含浸した後、前記内張り材を、反転させながら、曲管を有する前記管路内に内張りすることを特徴とする管路の内張り方法。
