Claims (20)
- 外科的訓練用の切開可能な模擬組織を製造する方法であって、
シリコーンの第1の薄いシート及びシリコーンの第2の薄いシートを用意するステップと、
前記シリコーンの第1の薄いシート及び前記シリコーンの第2の薄いシートを同時に硬化させるステップと、
第1のゲル被覆シリコーンシートと第2のゲル被覆シリコーンシートとを形成するステップと、
少なくとも1つの模擬解剖学的構造を前記第1のゲル被覆シリコーンシート上に配置するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの模擬解剖学的構造が配置された前記第1のゲル被覆シリコーンシートと、前記第2のゲル被覆シリコーンシートを同時に硬化させるステップと、
未硬化のシリコーンゲルを前記第1のゲル被覆シリコーンシート上に流して未硬化のシリコーンゲル層を形成するステップであって、前記少なくとも1つの模擬解剖学的構造が配置された前記第1のゲル被覆シリコーンシートを硬化させる前記ステップの後に実行されるステップと、
前記第2のゲル被覆シリコーンシートを前記第1のゲル被覆シリコーンシート上の前記未硬化のシリコーンゲル層上に配置して平坦な多層構造を形成するステップと、
前記第1のゲル被覆シリコーンシートと前記第2のゲル被覆シリコーンシートとの間に配置された前記未硬化のシリコーンゲル層を硬化させるステップと、を含む、方法。 - 切開可能な多層模擬組織を製造するために、人間の組織の特性の所望のセットを模擬する材料を選択する方法であって、
前記切開可能な多層模擬組織によって表される解剖学的構造を選択するステップであって、前記切開可能な多層模擬組織は、シリコーンから成る外側層と、シリコーンゲルから成る内側層と、を少なくとも有するステップと、
前記解剖学的構造に関連する特性を識別するステップであって、前記解剖学的構造に関連する特性は、弾性、靭性、色、及び模様のうち少なくとも1つを有するステップと、
識別された前記特性に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記外側層のための材料を選択するステップであって、前記外側層のための材料は、シリコーン及びシリコーンとデッドナ(deadener)の混合物から成る群から選択されるステップと、
識別された前記特性に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記内側層のための材料を選択するステップであって、前記内側層のための材料は、シリコーンゲル、シリコーンゲルとデッドナの混合物、シリコーンゲルとアルコールの混合物、及びシリコーンゲルとデッドナとアルコールの混合物から成る群から選択されるステップと、
前記外側層と前記内側層とを、それぞれの選択された材料により、前記切開可能な多層模擬組織が、自然な人間の解剖学的構造の所望の物理的特性を有するように調製するステップを含む、方法。 - 前記内側層は、シリコーンゲルとアルコールの前記混合物を有する、請求項2記載の方法。
- シリコーンゲルとアルコールの前記混合物をオーブン内に少なくとも60℃の温度で約25分間配置することによってシリコーンゲルとアルコールの前記混合物を加熱するステップを更に含む、請求項3記載の方法。
- 選択された前記解剖学的構造内のランドマーク及び構造を識別するステップと、
識別された前記ランドマーク及び前記構造に少なくとも部分的に基づいて材料を選択するステップであって、前記材料は、シリコーン及びKRATONポリマーから成る群から選択されるステップと、
少なくとも1つの模擬解剖学的構造を用意するステップと、
前記模擬解剖学的構造を前記内側層内に包封するステップとを更に含む、請求項2記載の方法。 - 前記内側層は、容量で約1:1の比をなしたシリコーンゲルとデッドナの前記混合物を有する、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記内側層は、容量で約1:1:1の比をなしたシリコーンゲルとデッドナとアルコールの前記混合物を有する、請求項2記載の方法。
- シリコーンゲルとデッドナとアルコールの前記混合物をオーブン内に少なくとも60℃の温度で約25分間配置することによってシリコーンゲルとデッドナとアルコールの前記混合物を加熱するステップを更に含む、請求項7記載の方法。
- 第1のゲル被覆シリコーンシートと第2のゲル被覆シリコーンシートとを形成する前記ステップは、前記シリコーンの第1の薄いシート及び前記シリコーンの第2の薄いシートのそれぞれの模様の無い側部上に、未硬化のシリコーンゲルの薄い層を広げるステップを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記広げるステップは、スパチュラを用いて行われる、請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記未硬化のシリコーンゲル層は、前記少なくとも1つの模擬解剖学的構造を完全に被覆する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記流すステップに先駆けて、前記未硬化のシリコーンゲルを調製するステップを更に含む、請求項1記載の方法。
