Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于两孔法阑尾切除术切口扩张用的腹腔镜阑尾切除切口牵开器。其特征是:在两个牵开主体的另一端分别设有半柱状体,两个半柱状体配合构成柱形可扩张通孔。具有结构简单,使用方便,可扩张切口,扩大手术空间的优点。

技术领域:
本发明属医疗手术器械,具体涉及一种用于两孔法阑尾切除术切口扩张用的腹腔镜阑尾切除切口牵开器。
背景技术:
目前,随着医学的发展,腹腔镜技术的不断进步,阑尾切除大多采用腹腔镜两孔法,它具有能减轻患者的痛苦、身体恢复快的优点,而临床操作中由于戳孔只有1厘米大小,提出阑尾和荷包缝合时因空间小而操作困难,对于肥胖患者尤其困难,手术时间长,给病人带来不必要的痛苦。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单,使用方便,可扩张切口,牵引紧缩的腹壁肌层扩大手术空间的腹腔镜阑尾切除切口牵开器。
本发明的技术方案是:一种腹腔镜阑尾切除切口牵开器,由铰轴铰接于一体的两个牵开主体组成;在两个牵开主体之间设有固定锁紧装置、两个牵开主体一端上设手柄,其特征是:在两个牵开主体的另一端分别设有半柱状体,两个半柱状体配合构成柱形可扩张通孔。
其中,所述的牵开半柱状体一端部呈锥状。
所述的牵开半柱状体的高为20-40mm。
由于采用上述技术方案,使用时将可扩张通孔插入戳孔中,收缩牵开主体手柄端,两个半柱形体分离张开,使可扩张通孔增大,戳孔的腹壁肌层被扩张,通过固定锁紧装置使之固定,即可进行手术操作;因而具有结构简单,使用方便,可扩张切口,扩大手术空间的优点。

具体实施方式:
参考图1、图2,一种腹腔镜阑尾切除切口牵开器,由铰轴3铰接于一体的两个牵开主体1、2组成;在两个牵开主体1、2之间设有固定锁紧装置4、两个牵开主体1、2一端上设手柄,在两个牵开主体1、2的另一端分别设有半柱状体5、6,两个半柱状体5、6配合构成柱形可扩张通孔7。所述的牵开半柱状体5、6一端部呈锥状。牵开半柱状体5、6的高为20-40mm。

Claims (3)

1、一种腹腔镜阑尾切除切口牵开器,由铰轴(3)铰接于一体的两个牵开主体(1、2)组成;在两个牵开主体(1、2)之间设有固定锁紧装置(4)、两个牵开主体(1、2)一端上设手柄,其特征是:在两个牵开主体(1、2)的另一端分别设有半柱状体(5、6),两个半柱状体(5、6)配合构成柱形可扩张通孔(7)。
2、按权利要求1所述的一种腹腔镜阑尾切除切口牵开器,其特征是:所述的牵开半柱状体(5、6)一端部呈锥状。
3、按权利要求1或2所述的一种腹腔镜阑尾切除切口牵开器,其特征是:所述的牵开半柱状体(5、6)的高为20-40mm。
