Frank William Bullock, Jr. (1938-present) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina.[1]

Bullock was nominated by President Ronald Reagan on November 23, 1982, to a seat vacated by Eugene Gordon; he was confirmed by the Senate on December 10, 1982, and received commission that same day. He served as chief judge from 1992-1999. He assumed senior status on December 31, 2005, and retired on August 1, 2006.[1] Bullock was succeeded in this position by Thomas Schroeder.
