Duross Fitzpatrick (1934-2008) was a federal judge for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.

Fitzpatrick was nominated by President Ronald Reagan on November 14, 1985, to a new seat created by 98 Stat. 333; he was confirmed by the Senate on December 16, 1985, and received commission the next day. From 1995-2001, he served as the chief judge. He assumed senior status on February 1, 2001. He served the Middle District of Georgia until his death on January 6, 2008. Fitzpatrick was succeeded in this position by Ashley Royal.
