Description
本願は、2015年7月22日に出願された米国特許仮出願第62/195,439号(発明の名称:Appendectomy model)の優先権および権益主張出願であり、この米国特許仮出願を参照により引用し、この記載内容全体を本明細書の一部とする。
また、好ましい構成態様として、本発明を次のように構成することもできる。
10. 模擬組織構造体を製造する方法であって、
マンドレルを用意するステップと、
湿ったシリコーンの第1の層を前記マンドレルに被着させるステップと、
前記湿ったシリコーンの第1の層を硬化させて中央ルーメンを備える第1の管状構造体を作製するステップと、
シリコーンの幅の狭いストリップを用意するステップと、
前記幅の狭いストリップを前記第1の管状構造体に沿って長手方向に被着させるステップと、
湿ったシリコーンの第2の層を前記第1の管状構造体および前記シリコーンの幅の狭いストリップに被着させるステップと、
前記湿ったシリコーンの第2の層を硬化させるステップと、
前記第1の層、前記第2の層および前記幅の狭いストリップを前記マンドレルから取り外すステップとを含む、方法。
11. 前記幅の狭いストリップを前記第1の管状構造体にくっつけるステップを更に含む、上記10記載の方法。
12. 穴を前記中央ルーメンに作るステップと、
前記穴中に挿入可能な寸法および形態の第2の管状構造体を用意するステップと、
前記第2の管状構造体を前記穴中に挿入するステップと、
前記第2の管状構造体を前記第1の管状構造体に取り付けるステップとを更に含む、上記10記載の方法。
13. シリコーンの幅の狭いストリップを用意する前記ステップは、色が白色であるシリコーンの幅の狭いストリップを用意するステップを含み、前記第1の層および前記第2の層は、色が白色である、上記10記載の方法。
14. シリコーンの幅の狭いストリップを用意する前記ステップは、前記幅の狭いストリップの長手方向長さに沿って比較的細幅の側方部分が散在して設けられた1つまたは2つ以上の広幅側方部分を有する幅の狭いストリップを用意するステップを含み、細長いマンドレルを用意する前記ステップは、長手方向軸線に沿って縮小直径の部分を有する細長いマンドレルを用意するステップを含み、幅の狭いストリップを被着させる前記ステップは、前記1つまたは2つ以上の広幅側方部分を前記縮小直径の前記部分に整列させるステップを含む、上記10記載の方法。
15. マンドレルを用意する前記ステップは、近位部分および遠位部分を備えたマンドレルを用意するステップを含み、前記マンドレルの前記近位部分は、長手方向軸線および実質的に円筒形の形状を定めるとともに第1の直径を有し、前記マンドレルの前記遠位部分は、前記第1の部分に対して角度が付けられるとともに前記第1の直径よりも小さい第2の直径を有する、上記10記載の方法。
Claims (15)
- 外科的訓練用の模擬組織構造体であって、
近位端と遠位端との間で長手方向軸線に沿って延びる中央ルーメンを備えた管状構造体を有する模擬大腸と、
前記模擬大腸の前記遠位端に連結された模擬虫垂と、
前記模擬大腸に連結された状態で該模擬大腸に沿って長手方向に延びる模擬結腸ひもと、
近位端と遠位端との間の中間部分を備えかつ前記模擬虫垂に連結されている少なくとも1本の模擬動脈と、
実質的に前記模擬虫垂を包囲したポケットと、を有し、
前記ポケットは、シリコーンの下側層およびシリコーンの上側層を有し、前記模擬虫垂および前記少なくとも1本の模擬動脈は、前記少なくとも1本の模擬動脈の前記中間部分が、前記下側層にくっつけられ、前記少なくとも1本の模擬動脈の前記遠位端が、前記模擬虫垂にくっつけられるように、前記下側層と前記上側層との間に配置されている、模擬組織構造体。 - 前記模擬大腸は、縮小した直径を有する少なくとも1つの横方向ひだを有する、請求項1記載の模擬組織構造体。
- 前記模擬結腸ひもは、前記模擬結腸ひもの長手方向長さに沿う少なくとも1つの広幅側方部分を有し、前記少なくとも1つの広幅側方部分は、前記少なくとも1つの横方向ひだと整列している、請求項2記載の模擬組織構造体。
- 前記模擬結腸ひもは、シリコーンの幅の狭いストリップである、請求項1記載の模擬組織構造体。
- 模擬回腸を更に有し、前記模擬大腸は、前記遠位端の近くに穴を有し、前記模擬回腸は、前記穴内に挿入された状態で前記模擬大腸に連結されており、前記ポケットは、前記模擬回腸の一部を含む、請求項1記載の模擬組織構造体。
- 前記模擬大腸は、シリコーンの第1の層およびシリコーンの第2の層を有し、前記模擬結腸ひもは、前記第1の層と前記第2の層との間に配置されている、請求項1記載の模擬組織構造体。
- 前記模擬大腸は、
直径を有する前記中央ルーメンを画定する内面を備えたシリコーンの第1の層と、
シリコーンの第2の層と、を有し、
前記模擬結腸ひもは、内面、外面、頂縁と底縁との間に定められた距離、および第1の側縁と第2の側縁との間に定められた幅を有するシリコーンのストリップであり、前記ストリップは、前記第1の層と前記第2の層との間に埋め込まれている、請求項1記載の模擬組織構造体。 - 前記ストリップの前記内面は、前記第1の層の外面にくっつけられている、請求項7記載の模擬組織構造体。
- 前記第2の層は、前記第1の層および前記ストリップに被覆成形されている、請求項7記載の模擬組織構造体。
- 前記ストリップの前記幅は、前記第1の側縁と前記第2の側縁との間に構成された状態で比較的細幅の部分が散在して設けられた広幅部分を含み、前記中央ルーメンは、小径および比較的大径の対応の領域を有する、請求項7記載の模擬組織構造体。
- 前記広幅部分は、前記小径の領域と整列している、請求項10記載の模擬組織構造体。
- 角度が付けられた状態で前記中央ルーメンに相互連結された第2のルーメンを更に有する、請求項7記載の模擬組織構造体。
- 前記模擬大腸は、前記模擬虫垂と一体成形されており、前記模擬虫垂は、前記模擬大腸の直径よりも小さい直径を有する、
請求項1記載の模擬組織構造体。 - 前記シリコーンの下側層は、前記模擬大腸の底に取り付けられ、前記シリコーンの上側層は、前記シリコーンの下側層の下縁と、前記模擬大腸に取り付けられ、これにより、前記ポケットは前記模擬虫垂、前記模擬大腸の一部、及び少なくとも1本の模擬動脈を含む、請求項1記載の模擬組織構造体。
- 腹腔鏡訓練器具の内腔に虫垂切除術用モデルを取り付けて固定するように構成されたバックグラウンドシートをさらに含み、前記内腔は直視から隠されており、前記バックグラウンドシートは高密度エチレンビニルアセテートフォームで作られている、請求項1記載の模擬組織構造体。
