Claims (46)
- 電気機械のための固定子であって、
端部面および対向側の端部面を有し、電気機械の回転子を内部に受けるようになされた長尺の鉄心と、

- 前記長尺の鉄心中の前記2つのラジアル方向層は、前記端部面上において第1の半径および第2の半径を含む2つの半径を画定し、前記第1のサブセット中の各コイルにより画成されるループが、前記第1の半径上の出外位置にて前記端部面を貫通して前記鉄心から出て、前記第1のラジアル方向層の方向に曲がり、前記第1のラジアル方向層を通り延在し、前記第3のラジアル方向層の方向に曲がり、前記第3のラジアル方向層を通り延在し、前記第2の半径上の再入位置にて前記端部面を貫通して前記鉄心に再入する、請求項3に記載の固定子。
- 前記第2のサブセット中の各コイルにより画成されるループが、前記第1の半径上の出外位置にて前記端部面を貫通して前記鉄心から出て、前記第2のラジアル方向層の方向に曲がり、前記第2のラジアル方向層を通り延在し、前記第4のラジアル方向層の方向に曲がり、前記第4のラジアル方向層を通り延在し、前記第2の半径上の再入位置にて前記端部面を貫通して前記鉄心に再入する、請求項4に記載の固定子。
- 前記鉄心は、前記コイルを担持するための複数のスロットを備え、前記スロットの中の第1のサブセットがそれぞれ、前記第1のサブセットのコイルの中の2つを担持し、前記スロットの中の第2のサブセットがそれぞれ、前記第2のサブセットのコイルの中の2つを担持する、請求項1に記載の固定子。
- 各スロット中の2つのコイルの間のラジアル方向距離と、前記スロットの2つの側部間の方位角距離とが、前記スロット内のギャップを画定する、請求項6に記載の固定子。
- 第1のサブセットのスロットおよび第2のサブセットのスロットが全て、実質的に等しいラジアル方向深さを有する、請求項6に記載の固定子。
- 最内ラジアル方向層が、第4のラジアル方向層を含み、最外ラジアル方向層が、第1のラジアル方向層を含み、前記第1のサブセットのスロットは、第1のラジアル方向深さを有し、前記第2のサブセットのスロットは、第2のラジアル方向深さを有し、前記第2のラジアル方向深さは、前記第1のラジアル方向深さよりも浅い、請求項6に記載の固定子。
- 電気機械のための固定子であって、
電気機械の回転子を内部に受けるようになされた長尺の鉄心と、
第1の重ね巻き構成に構成され、第1の複数の端部ターンを形成する、第1の複数のコイルであり、前記第1の複数の端部ターンはそれぞれ、端部ターンの第1のラジアル方向層および端部ターンの第3のラジアル方向層を通り延在する、第1の複数のコイルと、
第2の重ね巻き構成に構成され、第2の複数の端部ターンを形成する、第2の複数のコイルであり、前記第2の複数の端部ターンはそれぞれ、端部ターンの第2のラジアル方向層および端部ターンの第4のラジアル方向層を通り延在し、前記第2の層は、ラジアル方向において前記第1の層と前記第3の層との間に位置し、前記第3の層は、ラジアル方向において前記第2のラジアル方向層と前記第4のラジアル方向層との間に位置する、第2の複数のコイルと
を備える、固定子。 - 前記第1の複数のコイルおよび前記第2の複数のコイルは、前記鉄心内に2つのラジアル方向層を一体として形成し、前記第1の複数のコイルのそれぞれおよび前記第2の複数のコイルのそれぞれが、前記鉄心内の前記2つのラジアル方向層の両方に属する、請求項10に記載の固定子。
- 前記第1の複数のコイルは、前記鉄心内に4つのラジアル方向層を一体として形成し、前記第1の複数のコイルは、前記鉄心内の前記4つのラジアル方向層の第1の対に属し、前記第2の複数のコイルは、前記鉄心内の前記4つのラジアル方向層の第2の対に属する、請求項10に記載の固定子。
- 前記固定子は、スロットのアレイを画成し、前記第1の複数のコイルは、前記スロットの中の第1のサブセット内に位置し、前記第2の複数のコイルは、前記スロットの中の第2のサブセット内に位置する、請求項12に記載の固定子。
- 前記コイルの中の2つが、各スロット内に位置し、各スロット内の前記コイル間のラジアル方向間隔が、前記スロット内のラジアル方向ギャップを画定する、請求項13に記載の固定子。
- 前記第1のサブセットのスロットは、第1のラジアル方向深さを有し、前記第2のサブセットのスロットは、前記第1のラジアル方向深さよりも浅い第2のラジアル方向深さを有する、請求項13に記載の固定子。
- 電気機械の固定子を作製する方法であって、
固定子の鉄心内に第1の複数のコイルを設置するステップであり、前記第1の複数のコイルは、前記鉄心の軸方向外部に端部ターンの第1のラジアル方向層および端部ターンの第3のラジアル方向層を一体として形成し、前記第1の複数のコイルのそれぞれが、前記鉄心を貫通して軸方向に延在し、端部面を貫通して前記鉄心を出て、前記第1のラジアル方向層を通り延在し、前記第3のラジアル方向層を通り延在し、前記端部面を貫通して前記鉄心に再入するループを画成する、ステップと、
前記固定子の前記鉄心内に第2の複数のコイルを設置するステップであり、前記第2の複数のコイルは、前記鉄心の軸方向外部に端部ターンの第2のラジアル方向層および端部ターンの第4のラジアル方向層を一体として形成し、前記第2の複数のコイルのそれぞれが、前記鉄心を貫通して軸方向に延在し、前記端部面を貫通して前記鉄心を出て、前記第2のラジアル方向層を通り延在し、前記第4のラジアル方向層を通り延在し、前記端部面を貫通して前記鉄心に再入するループを画成する、ステップと
を含み、前記第2のラジアル方向層は、ラジアル方向において前記第1のラジアル方向層と前記第3のラジアル方向層との間に位置し、前記第3の層は、ラジアル方向において前記第2のラジアル方向層と前記第4のラジアル方向層との間に位置する、方法。 - 前記第2の複数のコイルに前記第1の複数のコイルを結合して、三相導電性巻線を形成するステップをさらに含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 多極電気機械として前記電気機械を作動させるステップをさらに含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の複数のコイルまたは前記第2の複数のコイルの中の少なくとも一方を設置する前記ステップは、前記鉄心の外部で巻線構造体を形成し、前記鉄心内に前記成形巻線構造体を設置するステップを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の複数のコイルまたは前記第2の複数のコイルの中の少なくとも一方を設置する前記ステップは、前記固定子の前記鉄心内に前記コイルの個々のターンを連続的に形成することによって、前記複数のコイルのそれぞれを設置するステップを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の複数のコイルを設置する前記ステップおよび前記第2の複数のコイルを設置する前記ステップは、前記第1の複数のコイルおよび前記第2の複数のコイルを同時に設置するステップを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 電気機械のための固定子であって、
端部面および対向側の端部面を有し、電気機械の回転子を内部に受けるようになされた長尺の鉄心と、
前記鉄心により担持され、複数のコイルを含む導電性巻線であり、各コイルが、前記長尺の鉄心を通り軸方向に延在し、出外位置にて前記端部面を貫通して前記鉄心を出て、再入位置にて前記端部面を貫通して前記鉄心に再入するループを画成し、各コイルが、前記端部面上においてその出外位置とその再入位置との間である距離にわたり広がり、前記コイルの中の第1のサブセットがそれぞれ、前記第1のサブセット中の他の各コイルが広がる距離と実質的に等しい距離にわたり広がり、前記コイルの中の第2のサブセットがそれぞれ、前記第2のサブセット中の任意の他のコイルが広がる距離とは異なる距離にわたって広がる、導電性巻線と
を備える、固定子。 - 各コイルについての前記端部面上における距離が、前記端部面上における前記コイルの出外位置と前記コイルの再入位置との間の最短直線距離を含む、請求項22に記載の固定子。
- 前記鉄心の前記端部面は、中心点を有する外周部を画定し、各コイルについての前記端部面上における距離が、前記外周部の前記中心点に対する、前記コイルの出外位置と前記コイルの再入位置との間の角度を含む、請求項22に記載の固定子。
- 各コイルが、その出外位置とその再入位置との間に中間点を画定し、前記鉄心の前記端部面は、外周部を画定し、前記第1のサブセット中の各コイルの中間点が、前記第1のサブセット中の他の各コイルの中間点と実質的に同一の角度で前記外周部の周りに位置する、請求項22に記載の固定子。
- 各コイルが、その出外位置とその再入位置との間に中間点を画定し、前記鉄心の前記端部面は、外周部を画定し、前記第2のサブセット中の各コイルの中間点が、前記第2のサブセット中の任意の他のコイルの中間点とは異なる角度で前記外周部の周りに位置する、請求項22に記載の固定子。
- 前記複数のコイルのそれぞれが、少なくとも1つのターンを備え、コイル中の各ターンが、前記コイル中の他のターンに電気的に結合され、前記巻線中の各コイルが、前記巻線中の他のコイルに電気的に結合される、請求項22に記載の固定子。
- 各ターンが、互いに並列にて電気的に結合される複数の導電体を含む、請求項27に記載の固定子。
- 前記鉄心は、前記巻線を担持するための複数のスロットを画成し、各コイルが、少なくとも1つのターンを備え、前記スロットの中の少なくとも1つが、奇数のターンを担持する、請求項22に記載の固定子。
- 前記第1のサブセットのコイルのそれぞれが、前記第1のサブセット中の他の各コイルと同数のターンを有し、前記第2のサブセットのコイル中の少なくとも1つのコイルが、前記第1のサブセット中の各コイル中のターンの個数とは異なる個数のターンを有する、請求項22に記載の固定子。
- 前記導電性巻線は、三相固定子巻線の第1の相の巻線を含む、請求項22に記載の固定子。
- 前記鉄心により担持される第1の追加の導電性巻線と、
前記鉄心により担持される第2の追加の導電性巻線であり、前記導電性巻線、前記第1の追加の導電性巻線、およびこの第2の追加の導電性巻線は、三相固定子巻線として一体として作動するように電気的に構成される、第2の追加の導電性巻線と
をさらに備える、請求項31に記載の固定子。 - 電気機械のための固定子であって、
電気機械の回転子を内部に受けるようになされた長尺の鉄心と、
前記鉄心により担持され、重ね巻き構成において構成される第1の複数のコイルおよび同心巻き構成において構成される第2の複数のコイルを含む、導電性巻線と
を備える、固定子。 - 前記鉄心は、前記巻線を担持するためのスロットのアレイを画成し、前記コイルのそれぞれが、前記スロットの中の一対の中に位置し、前記アレイ中の前記一対のスロット間において複数のスロットにわたり広がり、前記第1の複数のコイルの中の各コイルが、前記第1の複数のコイルの中の他の各コイルが広がるスロット数と等しいスロット数にわたり広がり、前記第2の複数のコイルの中の各コイルが、前記第2の複数のコイルの中の任意の他のコイルが広がるスロット数とは異なるスロット数にわたり広がる、請求項33に記載の固定子。
- 前記固定子は、複数の追加の導電性巻線を備え、前記鉄心は、前記巻線を担持する複数のスロットを備え、各コイルが、複数のターンを備え、前記スロットの中の少なくとも2つが、それぞれ異なる個数のターンを担持する、請求項33に記載の固定子。
- それぞれ異なる個数のターンを担持する前記2つのスロットは、第1のスロットおよび第2のスロットを備え、前記第1のスロットは、第1のスロット形状を有し、前記第2のスロットは、前記第1のスロット形状とは異なる第2のスロット形状を有する、請求項35に記載の固定子。
- 前記巻線は、コイルの3つのラジアル方向層を形成し、前記3つのラジアル方向層は、第1の層、第2の層、および第3の層を含み、前記第1の複数のコイルのそれぞれが、前記第1の層および前記第2の層に属し、前記第2の複数のコイルが、前記第3の層に属する、請求項33に記載の固定子。
- 前記固定子は、複数の追加の導電性巻線をさらに備え、前記追加の巻線のそれぞれが、同心巻き構成において構成されたコイルと、重ね巻き構成において構成されたコイルとを含む、請求項33に記載の固定子。
- 前記電気機械は、多極電気機械を含む、請求項33に記載の固定子。
- 電気機械の固定子を作製する方法であって、
固定子の鉄心内に第1の複数のコイルを設置するステップと、
前記固定子の前記鉄心内に第2の複数のコイルを設置するステップと
を含み、前記第1の複数のコイルおよび前記第2の複数のコイルの中の各コイルが、前記鉄心を貫通して軸方向に延在し、出外位置にて前記鉄心の端部面を貫通して前記鉄心を出て、再入位置にて前記鉄心の前記端部面を貫通して前記鉄心に再入するループを画成し、前記第1の複数のコイルおよび前記第2の複数のコイルの中の各コイルが、前記端部面上においてその出外位置とその再入位置との間である距離にわたり広がり、前記第1の複数のコイルのそれぞれが広がる距離が、前記第1の複数のコイル中の他の各コイルが広がる距離と実質的に等しく、前記第2の複数のコイルのそれぞれが広がる距離が、前記第2の複数のコイル中の任意の他のコイルが広がる距離とは異なる、方法。 - 前記第2の複数のコイルに前記第1の複数のコイルを結合して、三相導電性巻線を形成するステップをさらに含む、請求項40に記載の方法。
- 2極電気機械または4極電気機械の少なくとも一方として前記電気機械を作動させるステップをさらに含む、請求項41に記載の方法。

- 前記第1の複数のコイルまたは前記第2の複数のコイルの少なくとも一方を設置する前記ステップは、前記固定子の前記鉄心内に前記コイルの個々のターンを連続的に形成することにより、前記複数のコイルのそれぞれを設置するステップを含む、請求項40に記載の方法。
- 前記鉄心は、複数のスロットを備え、前記第1の複数のコイルのそれぞれが、複数のターンを備え、前記第1の複数のコイルを設置する前記ステップは、前記複数のスロットのそれぞれの中に偶数のターンを設置するステップを含む、請求項40に記載の方法。
- 前記鉄心は、複数のスロットを備え、前記第2の複数のコイルのそれぞれが、複数のターンを備え、前記第2の複数のコイルを設置する前記ステップは、前記複数のスロットのそれぞれの中に奇数のターンを設置するステップを含む、請求項40に記載の方法。
