Definitions
- the invention relates to a reel changer for a Bobbin processing machine, with a supply station for Interim storage of at least one bobbin, with a funding for Move at least one bobbin in the lead station, and with one Bobine plate with at least one bobbin holder, the funding transfers the bobbins directly from the supply station to the bobbin plate, a bobbin located on the supply station by means of the conveying means Can be lifted from any position on the lead station and at any other Position of the supply station is deductible, the funding being a lifting table is, which is designed to transfer from the supply station to the Lift the bobbin plate to be transferred from the supply station and then handed over to the bobbin plate.
- Reel changers for reel processing machines are state of the art Technology known.
- Such bobbin changers are used in Bobbin processing machines, the bobbin processing machine to supply fresh bobbins and unwound bobbin kernels from the To lead the reel processing machine away.
- Such Bobbin processing machine can for example be a packing machine for Cigarettes, a cigarette rod machine or a filter rod machine his.
- the job of a bobbin changer is therefore to replenish ensure fresh bobbins for the bobbin processing machine.
- such bobbin changers are mostly supplied by the storage station mentioned above for the intermediate storage of bobbins. A number of bobbins are kept on such supply stations, until they can be handed over to the actual reel changer.
- Provisioning stations mostly subsidies for the bobbins at the provisioning station on. With the help of these funds, those on the reserve station deposited bobbins to the exposed transfer position on the Reserve station to be funded, then by another Transfer means to be handed over to the actual reel changer.
- Such a known bobbin changer is, for example, from EP 0 820 944 known.
- This known reel changer is used as a pre-station for Store bobbins on a support frame behind the back of the Bobine plates arranged.
- This support frame has conveyor belts for Moving the bobbins stored in the support frame in the direction of Bobbin plate back on.
- a bobbin changer provided a transfer means, which the bobbins behind the back of the bobbin plate from the support frame, and which the recorded bobbins on the front of the bobbin plate to the bobbin plate.
- EP 0 820 944 A1 disclosed device A disadvantage in the prior art, and particularly in that in EP 0 820 944 A1 disclosed device is that an elaborate combination of conveyor belts and transfer means for moving the bobbins from theirs Storage position on the lead station to its position on the Bobbin plates are necessary. Draw these well-known bobbin changers is therefore characterized by a high level of design effort.
- DE-A-12 66 094 Another prior art is DE-A-12 66 094. From this Document is a device for automatic centering one in one prismatic trough of a metal band bundle lying for lifting truck Mandrel of a reel station known, with the help of a hydraulic Control of the pallet truck by means of a prismatic table from a storage station to the interim storage of the metal strip bundle lift and up to a measuring or centering zone the cathedral of Reel station can be handed over directly.
- the object of the present invention is therefore to overcome the aforementioned disadvantages to avoid, and a bobbin changer that works as simply as possible for To provide bobbin processing machines.
- This task is performed with a reel changer of the type mentioned at the beginning solved in that a light sensor on the lifting table as a detection means is attached that recognizes a bobbin stored on the supply station.
- the invention is thus characterized in that the funding Detection means that have a bobbin stored on the supply station detect.
- the detection means is - preferably at the edge - of the Lifting light switch, which constantly asks whether it is above the Lift table is a bobbin. With the help of such a means of detection the lift table can move along the lead station until it opens meets a bobbin. The lift table can then continue until the detection means again recognizes that the end of the bobbin has been reached. At this moment the lifting table then moves vertically up to the bobbin from the previous station.
- a preferred embodiment of the invention is characterized in that that only one light button on the lift table on the lift table facing side is attached. Such with a detection means provided lift table then moves along the lead station until the light button is covered by a bobbin. Then the Lift the bobbin on and can thus move it towards the Transport the bobbin plate. It is particularly preferred that the Lift table after recognizing the bobbin before lifting the recognized one Bobine moves back a little in the opposite direction to that in the original Release the rear-facing light button again. This can then then when transporting the raised bobbin back in Use the direction on the bobbin plate to recognize whether there is a Bobine is located in the transport path of the lifting table loaded with the bobbin.
- the light sensor detects another bobbin when transporting a bobbin, a collision of the transported bobbin with that on the Retention bobbin can be prevented by responding the light button the lifting table the bobbin picked up directly next to that of the bobbin recognized by the light button when driving.
- the lift table moves, for example, on rails from the supply station to the Reel disc.
- the lifting table according to the invention one can Bobbin plate to be handed over particularly easily from a bobbin Grab hold station and store it on the lifting table at the bobbin plate or handed over to a recording provided there.
- the lift table support bearing between which the bobbin on their extent during the transport from the pre-treatment station to the Can store bobbin plates safely.
- the present invention also offers the advantage that a additional transfer agent from the supply station to the bobbin plate can be dispensed with. Because of such a transfer agent perceived task of transferring the bobbin from the The holding station on the bobbin plate takes over the funding from Lead station itself.
- a preferred embodiment of the invention is characterized in that that the supply station is arranged in front of the bobbin plate. On this way the conveyor can remove the bobbins from the Reserve station directly on the bobbin plate or one directly without detours the bobbin holder provided for the bobbin plate.
- Another preferred embodiment is characterized in that the Supply station is designed such that the bobbins on the Provisioning station can be stored coaxially with each other, the Axis of the bobbin holder of the bobbin plate parallel to the axes of the bobbins stored on the supply station is aligned.
- the transfer center for the lifting table is designed in such a way Reserve station on the bobbin plate is particularly easy. Because due to the The bobbin can already be aligned in parallel without one Swiveling or rotating movement of the lifting table is particularly easy on the Hand over bobbin plate.
- the Transport path of the lifting table between the lead station and the Bobbin plate or in a receiving position of the bobbin plate traversed bobbin pick-up straight from the supply station to the Bobine plate leads.
- the lifting table must then during the Transport path only a linear transport movement to bridge the Distance from the supply station to the reel seat, and one Lifting movement for lifting the bobbin from the supply station to the height the reel seat on the reel plate. More movements are therefore unnecessary in this embodiment, so that it becomes a particularly easy and safe and quick transfer of the on the Retention station Bobine comes to the bobbin plate.
- Another advantageous embodiment of the present invention is characterized by the fact that the lead station has two parallel ones Has rails on which the bobbins stand on their circumference be saved, the lifting table between the rails in such a way
- the bobbins can be moved vertically around the circumference of the supply station can be lifted off with the help of the lifting table. It is preferred when the lifting table holds the aforementioned support bearings for holding the bobbin has its scope. It is also particularly preferred that the Lift table with raised bobbin horizontally between the rails in Direction on the bobbin plate is movable. In this way, the A bobbin at any position on the feed table record and move directly to the bobbin plate.
- the lifting table also the bobbins within the reserve station order or "scale", i.e. the bobbins one after the other in the Climbing plate closest to free position on the supply station spend.
- This embodiment is therefore characterized by a very high one Flexibility. Because with appropriate intelligent control electronics and corresponding sensors for detecting a bobbin on the The lifting station can ensure that a bobbin is on at any time the position on the supply station closest to the bobbin plate is provided, so that in the case in which the bobbin plate through Offering a free bobbin shot that needs a fresh bobbin This fresh bobbin is liftable from the one closest to the bobbin plate Position can be passed to the bobbin plate with minimal loss of time.
- Another preferred embodiment is characterized in that the Recording on the bobbin plate vertically from the bobbin plate protruding pin is, which preferably with its axis parallel to the Axes of the bobbins stored on the supply station, and that clamping means are provided on the pin, which are those of the lifting table Bobine placed over the peg of the bobbin plate on the inner circumference the bobbin is clamped by enlarging the outer circumference of the pin.
- a preferred embodiment of the invention relates to a Bobbin changer with a bobbin core depositing station.
- the Bobbin core depositing station is characterized by a gripper with which the Bobbin core can be tapped from a bobbin plate and on the Storage station can be stored.
- Such a bobbin core placement station leaves can advantageously be used in conjunction with a bobbin plate to the bobbin cores left behind by the bobbin processing machine to be able to remove from the bobbin plate.
- a preferred embodiment is characterized in that the gripper when depositing a bobbin core already on the depositing station Pushes bobbin kernels into a core trough on the depositing station, for taking up the bobbin core on its circumference.
- the gripper according to the invention is therefore advantageously embodied not only for gripping the bobbin cores from the bobbin plate, but also at the same time to push the already into the core of the Storage station, preferably coaxially aligned bobbin core used.
- Another preferred embodiment is characterized in that the Bobbin core on the bobbin depositing station from the gripper with its axes parallel to the rails of the supply station of the invention Bobbin changer are aligned. Because of this embodiment can the total combination of bobbin changer and Bobbin core placement station, particularly space-saving in front of the bobbin plate Arrange.
- a bobbin in front of the bobbin plate is used to position a bobbin in front of the bobbin plate, especially for Position a bobbin in front of the dome for the bobbin serving pin of the receiving plate one arranged on a lever Light button provided.
- a light button advantageously an exact centering of the bobbin core on the Locating pin on the bobbin plate can be ensured.
- the bobbin is lifted from the lifting table until it is open the light switch between the pin and the bobbin arranged the lever recognizes the bobbin core.
- the lifting of the bobbin is ended with the help of the lifting table and the lever with the light sensor from the space between the pin and the bobbin pivoted away. Since the light switch or the lever carrying the light switch in his working position is arranged between the pin and the bobbin in such a way that he recognizes the opening of the bobbin core exactly when the Bobine with her bobbin core is exactly centered in front of the tenon The moment when the bobbin core is recognized by the light scanner, the bobbin centered exactly on the cone with its bobbin core. Thus, after Swing the lever out of the centered bobbin directly onto the Pin of the bobbin plate can be pushed.
