Definitions
- the invention relates to a reel changer for a reel processing machine, with a storage station for the intermediate storage of at least one bobbin, with funding for moving at least one bobbin in the supply station, and with a bobbin plate with at least one bobbin holder.
- the invention further relates to a bobbin core depositing station.
- Reel changers for reel processing machines are state of the art Technology known. Such reel changers are used in reel processing machines to supply fresh bobbins to the bobbin processing machine and to guide unwound bobbin cores away from the bobbin processing machine.
- a bobbin processing machine can be a packing machine, for example for cigarettes, a cigarette rod machine or a filter rod machine.
- the job of a bobbin changer is therefore to replenish fresh ones Ensure bobbins for the bobbin processing machine. Be cared for Such reel changers in the prior art mostly from the beginning mentioned storage station for the intermediate storage of bobbins. On such Supply stations are kept in a series of bobbins until they reach the actual reel changer can be handed over.
- Such a previously known bobbin changer is, for example, from EP 0 820 944 known.
- this well-known bobbin changer is used as a reserve station for Store bobbins on a support frame behind the back of the bobbin plate arranged.
- This support frame has conveyor belts for moving in the Support frame stored bobbins in the direction of the bobbin plate back.
- a transfer means is provided in this known reel changer, which the bobbins behind the back of the bobbin plate from the support frame and which the recorded bobbins on the front of the Dispenses bobbin plates to the bobbin plate.
- the object of the present invention is therefore to overcome the aforementioned disadvantages avoid, and a bobbin changer that works as simply as possible for To provide bobbin processing machines.
- This task is done with a reel changer of the type mentioned solved in that by means of the conveyor for moving the bobbin on the Reserve station the bobbins can be transferred directly to the bobbin plate.
- the advantages of the present invention are, in particular, that due to the Invention on an additional transfer means from the supply station to the Bobine plate can be dispensed with. Because the one in the state of the art such transfer means previously perceived task of transferring the Bobine takes over from the supply station to the bobbin plate according to the Invention now the funding of the lead station itself. So it comes thanks to the invention to a considerable saving of design effort, which makes the invention less complex and less prone to failure.
- a preferred embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the Provisioning station is arranged frontally in front of the bobbin plate. This way and In this way, the conveyor can move the bobbins directly from the supply station Detours from the front of the bobbin plate or one provided on the bobbin plate Bobsleigh will be handed over.
- the funding is a lifting table, which is designed such that it in the The bobbin to be transferred from the supply station to the bobbin plate is able to be to pick up at the holding station and then to the bobbin plate to hand over.
- a lifting table moves, for example, on rails from the Provisioning station for the bobbin plate.
- a bobbin to be handed over to the bobbin plate is particularly easy from one Grip the supply station and store it on the lifting table at the bobbin plate or handed over to a recording provided there.
- the lifting table preferably has for this purpose support bearings, between which the bobbin on its circumference Store safely during transport from the supply station to the bobbin plate can.
- the Supply station is designed such that the bobbins on the supply station can be stored coaxially with each other, the axis of the reel seat of the bobbin plate parallel to the axes of those stored on the lead station Is aligned.
- the transfer center is designed especially for the lifting table from the supply station to the bobbin plate simple. Because due to the already parallel axes, the Bobine particularly easy without a swiveling or rotating movement of the lifting table handed over to the bobbin plate. It is particularly preferred if the Transport path of the lifting table between the lead station and the bobbin plate or the bobbin holder moved in a receiving position of the bobbin plate leads straight from the supply station to the bobbin plate.
- Another advantageous embodiment of the present invention is distinguished characterized in that the supply station has two rails running in parallel, on which the bobbins are stored standing on their circumference, the Lift table between the rails is vertically movable so that the bobbins be lifted around the circumference of the supply station using the lifting table can. It is preferred if the lifting table has the previously mentioned support bearings for holding the bobbin around its circumference. It is also special preferred that the lifting table with the bobbin raised horizontally between the Rails can be moved in the direction on the bobbin plate. That way the lifting table is a bobbin at any position on the holding table record and move directly to the bobbin plate.
- this can Way the lift table also arrange the bobbins within the reserve station or "dandruff", i.e. the bobbins one after the other in the bobbin plate Spend the next available position on the reserve station.
- This Embodiment is therefore characterized by very high flexibility. Because with appropriate intelligent control electronics and corresponding The lifting table can be used to measure a bobbin on the supply station at all times ensure that a bobbin is closest to the bobbin plate Position is held on the supply station, so that in the case in which the bobbin plate a fresh bobbin by offering a free bobbin holder the lift table needs this fresh bobbin from the one closest to the bobbin plate Position can be passed to the bobbin plate with minimal loss of time.
- Another preferred embodiment is characterized in that the Recording on the bobbin plate a vertically protruding from the bobbin plate Pin is, which preferably with its axis parallel to the axes of the on the Retention station stored bobbins is aligned, and that on the pin Clamping means are provided, which by the lifting table on the pin of Bobine plates put the bobbin on the inner circumference of the bobbin by enlarging of the outer periphery of the pin, thus taking advantage of the fact that the inner circumference of the bobbin is usually formed by a disposable core that without worry about the material wound on the core with such clamping forces can be charged.
- the Funding means have detection means, which is stored on the supply station Recognize Bobine.
- detection means is preferably one at the edge of one Lifting light switch, which constantly asks whether it is above the Lift table is a bobbin. With the help of such a means of detection Drive the lift table along the lead station until it hits a bobbin meets. The lifting table can then continue until the detection means recognizes again that the end of the bobbin has been reached. Driving at that moment the lift table then vertically up to the bobbin from the lead station to raise.
- Another preferred embodiment of the invention is characterized in that that only one light button on the lifting table facing the bobbin plate Side is attached.
- a lifting table provided with a detection means then travels along the lead station until the light switch is activated by one Bobine is covered.
- the lifting table then lifts the bobbin and can thus transport them towards the bobbin plate.
- the lifting table after recognizing the bobbin before lifting the recognized Bobine drives back a little in the opposite direction to that in the original Release the rear-facing light button again. This can then then when transporting the raised bobbin back in the direction serve on the bobbin plate to recognize whether there is a bobbin in the transport route of the lifting table loaded with the bobbin.
- the light sensor recognizes if a bobbin is transported, another bobbin can collide the transported bobbin with the bobbin stored on the supply station can be prevented by the lifting table when the light button responds recorded bobbin right next to the one recognized by the light switch while driving Bobine takes off.
- the invention further relates to a bobbin core depositing station.
- the invention Bobbin core depositing station is characterized by a gripper with which the bobbin cores can be tapped from a bobbin plate and on the storage station are discardable.
- Such a bobbin core depositing station can advantageously be in conjunction with a bobbin plate to use the from the bobbin processing machine left bobbin cores from the bobbin plate to be able to lose weight.
- a preferred embodiment of the bobbin core depositing station according to the invention is characterized in that the gripper already when placing a bobbin core existing bobbin cores on the depositing station into one on the depositing station located core tray pushes to take the bobbin core on her Scope.
- the gripper according to the invention is advantageously not only for gripping the bobbin cores from the bobbin plate, but also at the same time for pushing the ones already placed in the core trough of the storage station, preferably used coaxially aligned bobbin cores.
- Another preferred embodiment of the bobbin core depositing station draws is characterized in that the bobbin cores on the bobbin depositing station from the Grippers with their axes parallel to the rails of the supply station of the Bobbin changer according to the invention are aligned. Based on these Embodiment can be the total combination of bobbin changer and Arrange the bobbin core depositing station in front of the bobbin plate in a particularly space-saving manner.
- a light scanner arranged on a lever.
- This preferably light sensors arranged between the supply station and the bobbin plate scans the bobbin to be lifted from the lifting table from the bobbin plate and detects preferably the opening of the bobbin core.
- the light button can advantageously center the bobbin core precisely the locating pin on the bobbin plate are ensured. To this end the bobbin is lifted from the lifting table until it is on the lever arranged light switch between the pin and the bobbin the opening of the bobbin core recognizes.
- the lifting of the Bobine ended with the help of the lifting table and the lever with the light button from the The space between the pin and the bobbin is pivoted away. Because the light switch or the lever carrying the light switch in its working position between pins and bobbin is arranged so that it opens the bobbin core just then recognizes when the bobbin with its bobbin core is exactly centered in front of the Is located at the moment the bobbin core is recognized by the Light button the bobbin exactly centered on the pin with its bobbin core. Consequently After swiveling the lever out, the bobbin centered in this way can be placed directly on the Pin of the bobbin plate can be pushed.
