Claims (17)
- Changeur de bobine pour une machine de traitement de bobines, équipé d'une station d'approvisionnement (20) pour le stockage temporaire d'au moins une bobine (18), d'un dispositif de transport (30, 32, 34, 36, 38) permettant de déplacer au moins une bobine (18) dans la station d'approvisionnement (20) ainsi que d'un plateau à bobines (2) présentant au moins un dispositif de réception de bobines (10a, 10b);
le dispositif de transport (30, 32, 34, 36, 38) transférant les bobines (18) directement de la station d'approvisionnement (20) au plateau à bobines (2),
une bobine (18) se trouvant sur la station d'approvisionnement (20) pouvant être soulevée de n'importe quelle position de ladite station d'approvisionnement (20) au moyen du dispositif de transport (30, 32, 34, 36, 38), pour être déposée à n'importe quelle autre position de ladite station d'approvisionnement (20),
le dispositif de transport (30, 32, 34, 36, 38) consistant en une table élévatrice (30) conçue de manière à soulever la bobine (18) devant être transférée depuis la station d'approvisionnement (20) au plateau à bobines (2) de la station d'approvisionnement (20), pour la remettre ensuite audit plateau à bobines (2),
caractérisé en ce qu'un détecteur à spot mobile (42) installé sur la table élévatrice (30) sert de moyen de détection d'une bobine (18) stockée sur la station d'approvisionnement (20). - Changeur de bobine selon la revendication 1,
la station d'approvisionnement (20) étant conçue de manière à ce que les bobines (18) stockées se trouvent disposées de manière coaxiale l'une par rapport à l'autre,
caractérisé en ce que l'axe du dispositif de réception de bobines (10a, 10b) soit parallèle aux axes des bobines (18) stockées sur la station d'approvisionnement (20). - Changeur de bobine selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce que la station d'approvisionnement (20) présente au moins un rail (26) essentiellement horizontal sur lequel sont stockées les bobines (18), ledit rail (26) étant parallèle à l'axe du dispositif de réception de bobines (10a, 10b). - Changeur de bobine selon la revendication 3,
caractérisé en ce que la station d'approvisionnement (20) présent deux rails parallèles (26) sur lesquels les bobines (18) sont stockées étant posées debout sur leur pourtour (22), la table élévatrice (30) pouvant être déplacée verticalement entre les rails (26) de manière à permettre le levage des bobines (18) de la station d'approvisionnement (20). - Changeur de bobine selon la revendication 4,
caractérisé en ce que la table élévatrice (30) portant la bobine (18) soulevée peut être déplacée horizontalement entre les rails (26) de la station d'approvisionnement (20). - Changeur de bobine selon la revendication 5,
caractérisé en ce que la table élévatrice (30) portant la bobine (18) soulevée peut être déplacée directement depuis la station d'approvisionnement (20) au plateau à bobines (2). - Changeur de bobine selon la revendication 6,
caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de réception de bobines (10a, 10b) sur le plateau à bobines (2) est un tourillon pourvu de moyens de serrage permettant de serrer le pourtour intérieur de la bobine (18) passée sur ledit tourillon, par élargissement du pourtour extérieur de ce tourillon. - Changeur de bobine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transport (30, 32, 34, 36, 38) est en mesure de transférer une bobine (18) depuis n'importe quelle position sur la station d'approvisionnement (20) jusqu'à une position de mise à disposition de ladite station d'approvisionnement (20). - Changeur de bobine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que la position de mise à disposition est la position sur la station d'approvisionnement (20) la plus proche du plateau à bobines (2). - Changeur de bobine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transport (30, 32, 34, 36, 38) ne déplace une bobine (18) sur la station d'approvisionnement (20) que jusqu'à l'instant où il reconnaít une nouvelle bobine (18) au moyen du détecteur (42). - Changeur de bobine selon la revendication 10,
caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transport (30, 32, 34, 36, 38) est conçu de manière à déplacer successivement toutes les bobines (18) se trouvant sur la station d'approvisionnement (20) à la position de mise à disposition. - Changeur de bobine selon la revendication 11,
caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transport (30, 32, 34, 36, 38) est conçu de manière à déposer la bobine (18) transportée au moment donné à la position immédiatement voisine de la position de mise à disposition, lorsque cette dernière est occupée. - Changeur de bobine selon la revendication 12,
caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transport (30, 32, 34, 36, 38) est conçu de manière à occuper successivement toutes les positions voisines de la position de mise à disposition sur la station d'approvisionnement (20) avec des bobines (18) se trouvant sur la station d'approvisionnement (20). - Changeur de bobine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de balayage (60, 64) permettant de déterminer la position relative de la bobine (18) par rapport au dispositif de réception de bobines (10a, 10b) est prévu entre la station d'approvisionnement (20) et le plateau à bobines (2). - Changeur de bobine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé par une station de dépose de noyaux de bobine (50) présentant un dispositif agrippeur (58) permettant de prendre les noyaux de bobine (56) devant être déposés d'un plateau à bobines (2) et de les poser sur la station de dépose de noyaux de bobine (50). - Changeur de bobine selon la revendication 15,
la station de dépose de noyaux de bobine (50) présentant une cuve pour noyaux (54) recevant les noyaux de bobine (56) posés debout sur son pourtour,
caractérisé en ce que, à la dépose d'un noyau de bobine (56), le dispositif agrippeur (58) pousse des noyaux de bobine (56) présents sur la station de dépose de noyaux de bobine (50) en alignement coaxial l'un par rapport à l'autre dans la cuve pour noyaux (54), au moyen du noyau de bobine (56) devant être déposé. - Changeur de bobine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 ou 16 et, au besoin, selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que les noyaux de bobine (56) se trouvant sur la station de dépose de noyaux de bobine (50) soient alignées par le dispositif agrippeur (58) de manière à ce que leurs axes se trouvent orientés parallèlement aux rails (26) de la station d'approvisionnement (20).
