  • Flyers' Aleksei Kolosov: Guarding road goal

Kolosov is slated to start in Wednesday's road tilt versus Nashville, per Jackie Spiegel of The Philadelphia Inquirer.

Kolosov has a 1-4-0 record, 3.33 GAA and .877 save percentage in five appearances this season. While those aren't strong numbers, he did earn his first career win Saturday by stopping 19 of 21 shots (.905 save percentage) against the Blackhawks. Nashville ranks 30th offensively with 2.36 goals per game, so this is a favorable matchup.

  • Flyers' Garnet Hathaway: Provides helper Monday

Hathaway logged an assist, two shots on goal and two hits in Monday's 5-4 shootout loss to the Golden Knights.

Hathaway snapped a four-game point drought and now has three points over his last eight outings. The 33-year-old has been a constant presence on the Flyers' fourth line this season, serving as a bit of an enforcer. He's chipped in eight points to go with 61 hits, 27 shots on net, 25 blocked shots, 20 PIM and a plus-1 rating across 22 appearances.

  • Flyers' Scott Laughton: Slides assist Monday

Laughton notched an assist and two hits in Monday's 5-4 shootout loss to the Golden Knights.

The helper ended a six-game slump for Laughton. The 30-year-old forward has seen his playing time drop -- he's been under 15 minutes in four of the last five games while serving on the fourth line. He's at eight points, 37 shots on net, 66 hits and a minus-13 rating through 22 contests overall. Head coach John Tortorella often shuffles his lines to reward players who are doing well, so Laughton will likely get moved up once his defensive play improves.

  • Flyers' Emil Andrae: Nets first NHL goal

Andrae scored a goal on two shots and went plus-3 in Monday's 5-4 shootout loss to the Golden Knights.

Andrae's second-period tally was the first of his NHL career. The 22-year-old defenseman has stepped up to become an indispensable part of the Flyers' blue line this season, mainly through strong defensive play. He's collected four points, 17 shots on net, 16 hits, 13 blocked shots and a plus-4 rating over 12 outings. Andrae will likely stay in the lineup over Helge Grans once Jamie Drysdale (upper body) returns.

  • Flyers' Matvei Michkov: Finds twine Monday

Michkov scored a goal on four shots and went plus-2 in Monday's 5-4 shootout loss to the Golden Knights.

Michkov put the Flyers up 4-2 in the second period, but the lead didn't last. He's picked up four goals and three assists over seven contests since a two-game stint as a healthy scratch, so it's clear head coach John Tortorella's message got through. The 19-year-old Michkov has 17 points, 39 shots on net and a minus-1 rating through his first 20 NHL appearances, putting a 60-point rookie campaign well within reach.

  • Flyers' Sean Couturier: Goals in back-to-back games

Couturier scored a goal on three shots and added two PIM in Monday's 5-4 shootout loss to the Golden Knights.

Couturier has scored in back-to-back games for his first goals since his hat trick Oct. 26 versus the Wild. While his offense hasn't been consistent in November, the 31-year-old has seen top-line minutes after having his workload managed in October. For the season, Couturier is at five goals, six helpers, 44 shots on net, 19 hits, 16 blocked shots and a minus-5 rating through 21 outings. He's had too many injuries over the last few years, so a return to his former 70-point form is unlikely, but he could push for 40-50 points if he stays healthy.

  • Flyers' Morgan Frost: Two points against Vegas

Frost delivered a goal and an assist in Monday's 5-4 shootout loss to the Golden Knights.

The 25-year-old center opened the scoring midway through the first period by tipping home a Rasmus Ristolainen shot, then set up Matvei Michkov for the Flyers' final tally in the second frame. It was Frost's first multi-point performance since Oct. 15, and through 18 appearances on the season he's managed just two goals and eight points.

  • Flyers' Ivan Fedotov: Felled by Knights in shootout

Fedotov stopped 26 of 30 shots in regulation and overtime and one of two shootout attempts in Monday's 5-4 loss to the Golden Knights.

The Flyers jumped out to an early 3-0 lead, but Fedotov couldn't make it stick, although he had little chance on any of the pucks that got past him. Samuel Ersson (lower body) has begun practicing and could be close to getting back in the crease, and Fedotov hasn't done much to stake a claim to a bigger role. Over four starts since Ersson was injured, Fedotov has posted a 3.37 GAA and an .891 save percentage.

  • Flyers' Ivan Fedotov: Tending twine Monday

Fedotov will patrol the home crease against Vegas on Monday, per Charlie O'Connor of PHLY Sports.

Ristolainen notched an assist, four shots on goal and a plus-2 rating in Saturday's 3-2 overtime win over the Blackhawks.

Ristolainen snapped a five-game point drought with the helper. The 30-year-old defenseman is seeing steady time on the Flyers' second pairing, though he sees minimal power-play time and often doesn't make much of an impact with offense. Overall, he has four points, 25 shots on net, 38 hits, 34 blocked shots and a minus-5 rating through 21 outings.

  • Flyers' Bobby Brink: Puts up helper

Brink notched an assist and two shots on goal in Saturday's 3-2 overtime win over the Blackhawks.

Brink has earned a goal and four assists over his last seven outings. The winger was scratched three times in late October, but he hasn't sat out since returning to the lineup Oct. 29. For the season, Brink is at 10 points, 30 shots on net, 22 hits and a minus-8 rating over 18 appearances, playing mainly in a middle-six role with power-play time.

Cates scored a goal on three shots and added two hits in Saturday's 3-2 overtime win over the Blackhawks.

Cates picked up his third point in the last five games when he tied the game at 2-2 midway through the third period. The 25-year-old center had just 11:36 of ice time, but he's been playing a solid game lately, which has kept him on the second line at even strength. Cates is up to one goal, four points, 14 shots on net, 25 hits and a plus-9 rating over 17 appearances this season, but he hasn't been scratched since Oct. 19.
