The Flyers jumped out to an early 3-0 lead, but Fedotov couldn't make it stick, although he had little chance on any of the pucks that got past him. Samuel Ersson (lower body) has begun practicing and could be close to getting back in the crease, and Fedotov hasn't done much to stake a claim to a bigger role. Over four starts since Ersson was injured, Fedotov has posted a 3.37 GAA and an .891 save percentage.
Fedotov will patrol the home crease against Vegas on Monday, per Charlie O'Connor of PHLY Sports.
Despite a 33-save effort, Fedotov's three-game winning streak ended Wednesday in a 4-1 loss to Carolina. He has a 3-4-0 record with a 3.69 GAA and an .875 save percentage through seven appearances this season. Vegas sits fourth in the league with 3.86 goals per game in 2024-25.

The 30-year-old defenseman is seeing steady time on the Flyers' second pairing, though he sees minimal power-play time and often doesn't make much of an impact with offense.
