Abstract
【課題】 搬送車に効率的に充電できるシステムを提供する。
【構成】 蓄電部材を電源として走行する複数台の搬送車を、所定の走行経路に沿って、地上側コントローラの制御下に走行させる。走行経路は搬送車の蓄電部材への充電設備を備えた充電エリアを備え、搬送車は位置と蓄電部材の残容量とを地上側コントローラへ報告する。地上側コントローラは、蓄電部材の残容量が閾値以下の搬送車を充電エリアへ走行させて、蓄電部材に充電させると共に、搬送要求に応じて充電エリア内の搬送車を充電エリア外の位置へ走行させる。

Description
前記走行経路は、搬送車の蓄電部材への充電設備を備えた充電エリアを備え、
搬送車は、位置と蓄電部材の残容量とを地上側コントローラへ報告する手段を備え、
地上側コントローラは、蓄電部材の残容量が閾値以下の搬送車を充電エリアへ走行させて蓄電部材に充電させる充電管理部と、充電エリア内の搬送車を充電エリア外の位置へ走行させる配車管理部、とを備えていることを特徴とする。
(1) 2次電池への充電と天井走行車の待機及び配車の問題を一括して処理できる。
(2) 充電ベイルート8での充電を行うので、台車がルート4,6などで停止して充電する場合と異なり、渋滞を引き起こさない。また1回充電を開始すると容量が充分高くなるまで充電するので、効率的である。
(3) 一般のルート4,6でも直線区間に非接触給電線14を配置するので、天井走行車16が走行する過程で充電でき、また万一電池切れを起こした際でも、充電ベイルート8まで走行できるようにバックアップできる。非接触給電線14は直線区間にのみ設ければ良く、また走行台数の多い区間にのみ設ければよい。
(4) 2次電池28の状態を単セル毎にあるいはセルユニット毎に監視し、2次電池全体の最大容量の変化も監視する。このようにして的確なメンテナンスを行い、かつ電池切れで走行できない天井走行車が生じないようにする。

Claims (6)
- 蓄電部材を電源として走行する複数台の搬送車を、所定の走行経路に沿って、地上側コントローラの制御下に走行させるシステムであって、
前記走行経路は、搬送車の蓄電部材への充電設備を備えた充電エリアを備え、
搬送車は、位置と蓄電部材の残容量とを地上側コントローラへ報告する手段を備え、
地上側コントローラは、蓄電部材の残容量が閾値以下の搬送車を充電エリアへ走行させて蓄電部材に充電させる充電管理部と、充電エリア内の搬送車を充電エリア外の位置へ走行させる配車管理部、とを備えていることを特徴とする、搬送車システム。 - 前記充電管理部は、充電エリアから遠い位置にある搬送車に対して前記閾値を大きくし、充電エリアから近い位置にある搬送車に対して前記閾値を小さくすることを特徴とする、請求項1の搬送車システム。
- 前記蓄電部材は単セルもしくはセルユニットを複数直列に接続した2次電池で、前記搬送車は天井走行車で、単セルもしくはセルユニット毎の起電力と内部抵抗、及び2次電池の充放電量と残容量とを地上側コントローラへ報告し、
地上側コントローラは、メンテナンスが必要な2次電池を備えた天井走行車を検出することを特徴とする、請求項1または2の搬送車システム。 - 前記充電設備は非接触給電線とその電源で、前記充電エリア、及び充電エリア以外の走行経路での直線区間の一部、に設けられ、前記天井走行車は2次電池の残容量が前記閾値以下で充電エリアで充電し、2次電池の残容量が前記閾値以上で充電エリア以外の直線区間で充電することを特徴とする、請求項3の搬送車システム。
- 前記天井走行車は、走行モータからの回生電力で2次電池を充電する手段を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項3または4の搬送車システム。
- 前記地上側コントローラは、搬送指令の発生頻度が高い時期に前記閾値を小さくし、発生頻度が低い時期に前記閾値を大きくすることを特徴とする、請求項3〜5のいずれかの搬送車システム。
