Claims (8)
- 物品を載置又は収容する複数の搬送体と、前記搬送体を搬送する複数の無人搬送車と、前記搬送体及び前記無人搬送車を制御する制御部と、を備えた物品搬送システムであって、
前記無人搬送車は、第1蓄電装置と、前記第1蓄電装置から電力の供給を受けて走行する走行部と、前記搬送体を保持する保持部と、外部の電力源から電力の供給を受けて前記第1蓄電装置の充電及び前記走行部への電力供給の少なくとも一方を行う第1受電部と、前記第1蓄電装置の電力を外部に供給する第1送電部と、を備え、
前記搬送体は、第2蓄電装置と、外部の電力源から電力の供給を受けて前記第2蓄電装置の充電を行う第2受電部と、前記第2蓄電装置の電力を外部に供給する第2送電部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、前記無人搬送車が前記保持部に前記搬送体を保持している状態である保持状態で、前記第2送電部と前記第1受電部とを介して、前記第2蓄電装置からの電力の供給を受けて前記第1蓄電装置の充電及び前記走行部への電力供給の少なくとも一方を行う第1制御と、前記保持状態で、前記第1送電部と前記第2受電部とを介して、前記第1蓄電装置からの電力の供給を受けて前記第2蓄電装置の充電を行う第2制御と、を選択的に実行する、物品搬送システム。 - 複数の前記無人搬送車のそれぞれに割り当てられる、搬送対象とされる前記搬送体と当該搬送体の搬送先とが特定された指令を搬送タスクとして、

前記制御部は、少なくとも前記搬送タスクの数に基づいて繁忙期か閑散期かを判定する繁閑判定処理を行い、前記繁閑判定処理により前記閑散期と判定した場合には、前記第2制御を実行する割合を前記第1制御を実行する割合よりも高くし、前記繁閑判定処理により前記繁忙期と判定した場合には、前記第1制御を実行する割合を前記第2制御を実行する割合よりも高くする、請求項1又は2に記載の物品搬送システム。 - 前記無人搬送車の前記第1蓄電装置及び前記搬送体の前記第2蓄電装置を充電する充電設備を更に備え、
複数の前記無人搬送車のそれぞれに割り当てられる、搬送対象とされる前記搬送体と当該搬送体の搬送先とが特定された指令を搬送タスクとし、前記搬送タスクによる搬送対象とされた前記搬送体を対象搬送体とし、前記対象搬送体を搬送する前記無人搬送車を対象搬送車として、
前記制御部は、前記対象搬送体が備える前記第2蓄電装置の充電量が規定の第1充電閾値以下であって、前記対象搬送車による前記対象搬送体の搬送先が前記充電設備ではない場合、前記対象搬送車の前記第1蓄電装置の電力により前記対象搬送体の前記第2蓄電装置を充電する前記第2制御を実行し、
前記第2蓄電装置の充電量が前記第1充電閾値より小さい値に設定された第2充電閾値以下となった前記搬送体である要充電搬送体が存在する場合には、前記要充電搬送体を搬送対象とし前記充電設備を搬送先とする前記搬送タスクを複数の前記無人搬送車のいずれかに割り当て、前記充電設備により前記要充電搬送体の前記第2蓄電装置を充電させる制御を実行する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の物品搬送システム。 - 複数の前記無人搬送車のそれぞれに割り当てられる、搬送対象とされる前記搬送体と当該搬送体の搬送先とが特定された指令を搬送タスクとし、前記搬送タスクによる搬送対象とされた前記搬送体を対象搬送体とし、前記対象搬送体を搬送する前記無人搬送車を対象搬送車として、

前記無人搬送車は、前記搬送体を載置する載置部を備え、
前記第1受電部は、前記第2送電部に電気的に接続される第1受電用接続部を備え、
前記第1送電部は、前記第2受電部に電気的に接続される第1送電用接続部を備え、
前記第2受電部は、前記第1送電部に電気的に接続される第2受電用接続部を備え、
前記第2送電部は、前記第1受電部に電気的に接続される第2送電用接続部を備え、
前記第1受電用接続部及び前記第1送電用接続部は、前記載置部に配置され、
前記第2受電用接続部及び前記第2送電用接続部は、前記搬送体における前記載置部に載置される被載置部に配置され、
前記充電設備は、前記第1受電部及び前記第2受電部に電力を供給する給電部を備え、
前記給電部は、前記載置部と前記被載置部との上下方向の間に配置可能に構成されていると共に、そのように配置された状態で前記第1受電用接続部と前記第2受電用接続部との双方と電気的に接続し、前記第1受電部と前記第2受電部との双方に同時に電力を供給可能に構成されている、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の物品搬送システム。
