Description
・ボイラの寿命の増大、及びその結果として、技術的な支援コストの削減。
・準備された食料の感覚的特性の向上。
・沈澱物の形成の対象となるエリアを洗浄するための化学剤の使用の排除、又は、これらの化学剤の使用の少なくとも大幅な削減。
・化学的スケール除去剤の使用後の装置の再調整のための洗浄サイクルの排除(又は少なくとも低減)。
・ライムスケールを防止する磁気デバイスを伴わない場合の同じ動作時間と比較した、ボイラ内に形成される沈澱物の厚さの削減による、ボイラ内の熱交換効率の減少を少なくすることによるエネルギの節約。
1.カルサイト(calcite):これは、六角形の結晶であり、CaCO3の最も熱力学的に安定であり、その上、自然界において最も一般的な鉱物の1つである。
2.バテライト(vaterite):これは、六角形の結晶であり、安定でもあり、最も小さな安定した結晶の形である。
3.アラゴナイト(aragonite):これは、低温で且つ大気圧で準安定な斜方晶系の結晶であり、狭い範囲の物理化学条件のソリューションにおいて沈殿し、おおよそ60〜70℃で沈殿し始める。
1.3つの座標軸をもつ菱面体(rhombohedric)系の結晶体をもつカルサイト
2.1つの軸をもつひし形系の結晶体をもつアラゴナイト
3.球タイプの結晶体をもつバテライト
Claims (22)
- 流体回路を備えた、熱湯を用いて飲料又は他の食料を準備する装置であって、
水タンクと、
水を加熱するボイラと、
前記水を送るポンプと、
前記ボイラからの水を受け取る調合ユニットであって前記飲料を準備するための産物又は他の食料産物が入れられる調合ユニットとを有し、
当該装置は、前記流体回路におけるライムスケール堆積物の形成を削減するように水を処理する磁場発生体を前記ボイラの上流に含み、
前記ボイラの上流に、前記水を予め加熱する加熱デバイスを含み、
前記加熱デバイスは、前記磁場発生体と関連付けられて、磁場を通過する水が周囲温度よりも高い温度になるように設けられ、
前記加熱デバイスは、前記水が前記磁場を通って流れる間に前記水を加熱するように構成された、ことを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記磁場発生体は、少なくとも1つの永久磁石を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記磁場発生体は、少なくとも1つの電磁石を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記磁場発生体は、水流パイプに沿って設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記磁場発生体は、互いに向き合って配置された一対の磁石を含む、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記一対の磁石は、反対の極性をもって互いに向かい合って設けられることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記一対の磁石の間に水流パイプの一部を有することを特徴とする、請求項5又は請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記磁場発生体は、前記ボイラの上流の流体パイプに沿って配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記磁場発生体は、前記ポンプと前記ボイラとの間に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記加熱デバイスは、前記磁場発生体により発生された磁場内に少なくとも部分的に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 当該装置がコーヒーメーカであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 挽いたコーヒーを含めるための調合チャンバを含み、前記調合チャンバを介して、前記ボイラから送られた水の流れが通ることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 飲料又は他の食料を準備する方法であって、
水を加熱するボイラにより、熱湯のフローを生成するステップと、
前記熱湯のフローが前記飲料又は他の食料を準備するために用いる食料物質を通過させるステップと、
カルシウム堆積物を削減するように少なくとも1つの磁場で水を処理するステップと、
前記磁場により処理する前に水を予め加熱し、前記磁場による処理の後に、前記磁場を通過する水が周囲温度よりも高い温度になるように前記水を加熱するステップであって、前記水が前記磁場を通って流れる間に前記水を加熱するステップと、
を有することを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記飲料はコーヒーであることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 水は、前記磁場を横断する流体パイプに沿って通過することを特徴とする、請求項13又は請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記磁場は、前記水を加熱するボイラの上流に発生されることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 互いに向かい合って配置された少なくとも一対の磁石を用いて磁場を発生させ、前記一対の磁石の間に水が流れることを特徴とする、請求項15又は請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記磁石は、相互に反対の極性をもって配置されることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記磁場に少なくとも部分的に含まれたエリアの水を予め加熱することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 40℃に等しいか又はこれよりも大きい温度で水を予め加熱することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記磁場は、0.1〜5テスラの範囲にある磁気誘導をもつことを特徴とする、請求項13〜20のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 水を、70g/minと150g/minとの間のフローレートで前記磁場を通って流すことを特徴とする、請求項13〜21のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
