Abstract

Bu buluş, uçaklardaki sıcak içecek hazırlayıcı insertlerin kirece karşı korunmasını amacıyla, MTBF (mean time between failure, iki hata arası zaman) parametrelerini iyileştirerek (6-9 ay) kireç etkisini azaltan bir sistem tasarımı ve algoritma ile ilgilidir. Buluşun amacı, uçaklardaki sıcak içecek hazırlayıcı insertlerin içerisinde biriken kirecin miktarının algılanması ve buna göre su sisteminde, özellikle kirece hassas filtre kahve yapım hattında, gerekli akıllı değişikliklerin yapılmasıdır. Buluşun diğer amacı, içecek hazırlayıcının tamire gereksinim duymadan uzun süre hizmet vermesi sağlanarak işletim ve bakım masraflarının en aza indirilebilmesidir.
