Bei der Information kann es sich um einen Farbcode für einen bestimmten Wirkstoff, für eine bestimmte Produktserie, für einen bestimmten Produkthersteller oder für die Wirkweise oder Ausrichtung eines Haarbehandlungsmittels handeln. <IMAGE>

Description

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein transparenter Behälter mit einem Steigrohr, wobei auf dem Steigrohr Informationen über den Behälterinhalt angebracht sind.
Behälter mit einer Einrichtung zum Austragen von einer darin befindlichen Produktmasse sind in vielfältigen Ausgestaltungen bekannt, beispielsweise Pumpsprays, Aerosolsprays, Flüssigseifenspender, Aerosolschaumdosen etc.. Von zunehmender Bedeutung sind Produkte mit durchsichtigen, klaren oder zumindest durchscheinenden Verpackungen, insbesondere wenn auch die in den Verpackungen enthaltenen Produktmassen selber ebenfalls klar und durchsichtig sind. Außer dass der Füllstand von außen erkennbar ist, wird hierdurch ein hoher Grad an Transparenz, Offenheit, Attraktivität und Reinheit des Produktes vermittelt. Diese Effekte werden allerdings üblicherweise dadurch teilweise beeinträchtigt, dass es notwendig ist, auf der Verpackung Informationen über deren Inhalt anzubringen, beispielsweise Produktbezeichnung, Serienbezeichnung, Herstellerangaben, Inhaltsstoffdeklaration, Wirkangaben, Gebrauchshinweise etc. Bei herkömmlichen, nicht transparenten Verpackungen ist dies kein Problem, da die gesamte äußere Verpackungsoberfläche zur Verfügung steht und bedruckt oder mit beschrifteten Etiketten beklebt werden kann. Bei transparenten Verpackungen gehen aber die vorteilhaften Wirkungen der Transparenz wieder verloren, wenn die Verpackungen rundherum beklebt oder bedruckt werden. Wird die Beschriftung räumlich beschränkt z.B. auf die Vorderseite der Verpackung, um zumindest einen Teil der vorteilhaften Wirkungen der Transparenz zu erhalten, ist zum einen die für das Anbringen der notwendigen Produktinformationen zur Verfügung stehende Fläche ebenfalls beschränkt und andererseits sind die Produktinformationen nur von der Vorderseite erkennbar. Da verschiedene, einseitig beschriftete und ansonsten transparente Produkte von der nicht beschrifteten Seite aus betrachtet gleich oder zumindest ähnlich aussehen, kann es zu Verwechslungen kommen oder die Produkte müssen lästigerweise erst auf die richtige Seite gedreht werden, um zu erkennen, worum es sich handelt.
Es bestand daher die Aufgabe, transparente Produkte zur Verfügung zu stellen, bei denen zumindest ein Teil der für eine Identifizierung des Inhalts notwendigen Informationen schnell und leicht aus allen Blickrichtungen erkennbar ist, wobei gleichzeitig die durch äußere Beschriftungen bedingten Beeinträchtigungen der durch die Transparenz hervorgerufenen vorteilhaften Wirkungen minimiert werden sollen.
Es wurde nun gefunden, dass die genannten Aufgaben gelöst werden durch einen Behälter aus einem transparenten Material mit einem Reservoir, einer Produktabgabeöffnung, einem Steigrohr und einer Einrichtung zum Austragen von einer in dem Reservoir befindlichen, durch das transparente Behältermaterial sichtbaren Produktmasse durch das Steigrohr aus der Produktabgabeöffnung, wobei auf dem Steigrohr mindestens eine codierte oder nicht codierte Information über das Produkt aufgebracht ist und diese Information von außen durch das transparente Behältermaterial hindurch erkennbar ist.
Unter einem transparenten Material wird ein solches Material verstanden, welches entweder optisch klar ist oder, falls es Trübungen aufweist, in einem solchen Maße durchsichtig oder durchscheinend ist, dass die auf dem Steigrohr angebrachte Information durch das Material hindurch erkennbar ist. Erkennbarkeit im Sinne der Erfindung liegt vor, wenn entweder eine Beschriftung lesbar oder eine Farbe, ein Symbol, ein Bild oder ein graphisches Zeichen visuell identifizierbar ist. Die Erkennbarkeit ist dabei mindestens aus einem Blickwinkel, vorzugsweise aus Blickwinkeln in einem Umkreis von mindestens 180° und besonders bevorzugt in einem Umkreis von 360° gegeben.
Bei der auf dem Steigrohr angebrachten Information kann es sich beispielsweise um Hinweise auf die Produktzusammensetzung, Hinweise auf Produkteigenschaften, Hinweise auf den Produkthersteller, Hinweise auf die Zugehörigkeit zu einer Produktserie oder auch um Werbung handeln. Zur Produktzusammensetzung gehören u.a. Art und Konzentration von Wirkstoffen. Die Information kann in Form von Schrift, Symbolen, Bildern, graphischen Zeichen etc. aufgebracht sein. Die Informationen können in codierter oder in nicht codierter Form vorliegen, bevorzugt ist eine Codierung über leicht erkenn- und unterscheidbare graphische Symbole oder eine Farbcodierung. Das Anbringen der Information kann durch Beschriften, Bedrucken oder Bekleben des Steigrohrs erfolgen. Besonders bevorzugt ist im Falle von Farbcodierungen die Einfärbung des Materials, aus dem das Steigrohr besteht. Besonders bevorzugt ist eingefärbter Kunststoff wie z.B. Polyethylen, Polypropylen oder ein sonstiger, mit den Inhaltsstoffen der Produktmasse kompatibler Kunststoff.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform handelt es sich bei der in dem Behälter vorliegenden Zusammensetzung um ein Haarbehandlungsmittel. Auf dem Steigrohr ist ein Farbcode angebracht, wobei den verschiedenen Haartypen, wie z.B. normales Haar, feines Haar, dauergewelltes Haar, coloriertes Haar etc. jeweils ein bestimmter Farbcode zugeordnet ist und das jeweilige Haarbehandlungsmittel zur Behandlung dieses Haartyps abgestimmt ist. In einer Serie von Shampoos bestehend aus Produkten z.B. zur Behandlung von fettigem Haar, zur Behandlung von Schuppen, für normales Haar, feines Haar, für besonders empfindliche Kopfhaut etc. kann jeder Ausrichtung des Produktes eine bestimmte Farbe zugeordnet und auf dem Steigrohr angebracht werden, wobei die Produktmasse unter Zuhilfenahme der Einrichtung zum Austragen, insbesondere eines Pumpspenders, ausgebracht wird.
In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform handelt es sich bei der in dem Behälter vorliegenden Zusammensetzung um ein haarfestigendes Mittel. Auf dem Steigrohr ist ein Farbcode zur Kenntlichmachung der Festigungsstärke, wie z.B. normaler Halt, starker Halt, extra starker Halt etc. angebracht. Die Einstellung der Festigungsstärke erfolgt dabei auf übliche Weise über die Konzentration oder die Art der verwendeten festigenden Polymere.
In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform handelt es sich bei der in dem Behälter vorliegenden Produktmasse um eine kosmetische oder pharmazeutische Wirkstoffzusammensetzung. Auf dem Steigrohr ist ein Farbcode zur Kenntlichmachung des Wirkstoffs, dessen Konzentration oder der Indikation aufgebracht. Bei einer Serie von pharmazeutischen Produkten, die zur Behandlung von verschiedenen Personengruppen, z.B. Kleinkindern, Schulkindern, Erwachsenen etc. verschiedene Konzentrationen eines Wirkstoffs enthalten, werden die verschiedenen Konzentrationen durch unterschiedliche Farben des Steigrohrs codiert. Bei Parfümen oder parfümierten kosmetischen Produkten, in denen für Damen-, Herren- oder Kinderprodukte unterschiedliche Duftstoffzusammensetzungen enthalten sind, werden auf dem Steigrohr entsprechende Farbcodes zur Kenntlichmachung der jeweiligen Parfümierung angebracht.
In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform dient das Steigrohr als Werbeträger und auf dem Steigrohr ist Werbung angebracht. Auf dem Steigrohr kann auch eine farbliche Codierung für den Hersteller des Produktes oder eine farbliche Codierung, die einer bestimmten Produktserie eines Herstellers zugeordnet ist, angebracht sein. Hierbei kann es sich beispielsweise um Farb- oder Bildmarken mit einem hohen Wiedererkennungsgrad handeln.
Das transparente Material des Behälters kann aus einem beliebigen Stoff gefertigt sein, soweit es die Anforderungen an die Transparenz erfüllt. Geeignete Materialien sind beispielsweise Glas oder transparente Kunststoffe, z.B. Polyethylen, Polypropylen oder Polyethylenterephtalat. Auch das Steigrohr kann aus üblichen, bekannten Materialien gefertigt sein, sofern es mit der Produktmasse verträglich ist. Die Produktabgabeöffnung kann die verschiedensten Ausgestaltungen haben. Es kann sich um eine Öffnung zur Abgabe von Flüssigkeiten oder von pumpfähigen, fluiden, creme- oder gelförmigen Massen handeln, es kann sich um eine Düse zur Produktabgabe in Form eines Sprays oder um einen Schaumkopf zur Produktabgabe in Form eines Schaums handeln. Auch die Einrichtung zum Austragen der Produktmasse kann die verschiedensten, bekannten Ausgestaltungen haben. Es kann sich beispielsweise um einen mechanisch betriebenen Pumpspender, eine mechanisch betriebene Sprühpumpe, ein Ventil zur Abgabe von Aerosolprodukten oder um einen mechanisch betriebenen Pumpschäumer handeln.
Bei der in dem Behälter befindlichen Produktmasse kann es sich um einen Einzelstoff oder um eine Stoffzusammensetzung handeln. Die Konsistenz kann in einem breiten Bereich variieren. Die Masse kann flüssig oder niedrig viskos sein. Sie kann aber auch höherviskos sein, soweit sie sich noch durch das Steigrohr mittels der Austrageinrichtung fördern und austragen lässt. Die Masse kann insbesondere eine fluide, pumpfähige, versprühbare, verschäumbare, gelförmige oder cremeförmige Konsistenz aufweisen.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist die Produktmasse transparent, d.h. soweit durchsichtig oder durchscheinend, dass die auf dem Steigrohr aufgebrachte Information durch die Produktmasse hindurch erkennbar ist. Im Falle von Information in Form von Schrift, Symbolen, Bildern oder graphischen Zeichen ist die Produktmasse vorzugsweise klar oder nur sehr leicht getrübt. Im Falle von sehr farbintensiven Farbcodierungen sind auch stärkere Eintrübungen möglich, sofern die Farbe trotz Eintrübung noch eindeutig identifizierbar ist.
Eine erfindungsgemäße Ausführungsform ist ein Non-Aerosol Sprühprodukt bestehend aus einer treibmittelfreien versprühbaren Zusammensetzung und einem Behälter aus einem transparenten Material mit einem Reservoir, einer Produktabgabeöffnung, einem Steigrohr und einer Sprühpumpe zum Versprühen der im Reservoir befindlichen, durch das transparente Behältermaterial sichtbaren Zusammensetzung, wobei auf dem Steigrohr eine codierte oder nicht codierte Information über die Zusammensetzung aufgebracht ist und diese Information von außen durch das transparente Behältermaterial hindurch erkennbar ist.
Eine weitere erfindungsgemäße Ausführungsform ist ein Aerosol-Sprühprodukt bestehend aus einer treibmittelhaltigen versprühbaren Zusammensetzung und einem druckfesten Behälter aus einem transparenten Material mit einem Reservoir, einem Steigrohr und einem Sprühkopf zum Versprühen der in dem Reservoir befindlichen, durch das transparente Behältermaterial sichtbaren Zusammensetzung, wobei auf dem Steigrohr eine codierte oder nicht codierte Information über die Zusammensetzung aufgebracht ist und diese Information von außen durch das transparente Behältermaterial hindurch erkennbar ist.
Eine weitere erfindungsgemäße Ausführungsform ist ein Non-Aerosol Schaumprodukt bestehend aus einer treibmittelfreien verschäumbaren Zusammensetzung und einem Behälter aus einem transparenten Material mit einem Reservoir, einem Schaumkopf, einem Steigrohr und einer Einrichtung zum Austragen der im Reservoir befindlichen, durch das transparente Behältermaterial sichtbaren Zusammensetzung durch das Steigrohr aus der Produktabgabeöffnung in Form eines Schaumes, wobei auf dem Steigrohr eine codierte oder nicht codierte Information über die Zusammensetzung aufgebracht ist und diese Information von außen durch das transparente Behältermaterial hindurch erkennbar ist.
Eine weitere erfindungsgemäße Ausführungsform ist ein Aerosol-Schaumprodukt bestehend aus einer treibmittelhaltigen verschäumbaren Zusammensetzung und einem druckfesten Behälter aus einem transparenten Material mit einem Reservoir, einem Schaumkopf, einem Steigrohr und einer Einrichtung zum Austragen der in dem Reservoir befindlichen, durch das transparente Behältermaterial sichtbaren Zusammensetzung durch das Steigrohr aus der Produktabgabeöffnung in Form eines Schaumes, wobei auf dem Steigrohr eine codierte oder nicht codierte Information über die Zusammensetzung aufgebracht ist und diese Information von außen durch das transparente Behältermaterial hindurch erkennbar ist.
Im folgenden wird die Erfindung an Hand eines Ausführungsbeispiels weiter erläutert. Es zeigt:
  • Figur 1 in einer Seitenansicht einen Behälter aus einem transparenten Material, dessen Steigrohr eine grüne Farbe als codierte Information enthält.
    • Bei einem Behälter 1 aus einem transparenten Material mit einem Reservoir 2, einer Produktabgabeöffnung, einem Steigrohr 3, einer Einrichtung zum Austragen von einer im Reservoir 2 befindlichen, durch das transparente Behältermaterial sichtbaren Produktmasse durch das Steigrohr 3 aus der Produktabgabeöffnung ist auf dem Steigrohr 3 eine codierte Information über das Produkt aufgebracht. Diese Information ist von außen durch das transparente Behältermaterial hindurch erkennbar. Die auf dem Steigrohr 3 aufgebrachte Information ist aus allen Blickwinkeln in einem Umkreis von 360° erkennbar. Auf dem Steigrohr 3 ist eine farbliche Codierung für die Wirkung der Zusammensetzung aufgebracht. Bei der Zusammensetzung handelt es sich um ein Haarglanz erzeugendes Haarbehandlungsmittel. Die Codierung ist eine grüne Farbe, wobei die Farbe Grün der Wirkung "Glanz" zugeordnet ist.

    Claims (13)

    1. Behälter aus einem transparenten Material mit einem Reservoir, einer Produktabgabeöffnung, einem Steigrohr und einer Einrichtung zum Austragen von einer im Reservoir befindlichen, durch das transparente Behältermaterial sichtbaren Produktmasse durch das Steigrohr aus der Produktabgabeöffnung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Steigrohr mindestens eine codierte oder nicht codierte Information über das Produkt aufgebracht ist und diese Information von außen durch das transparente Behältermaterial hindurch erkennbar ist.
    2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die auf dem Steigrohr aufgebrachte Information aus allen Blickwinkeln in einem Umkreis von 360° erkennbar ist.
    3. Behälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Steigrohr eine farbliche Codierung für einen in einer Wirkstoffzusammensetzung enthaltenen Wirkstoff aufgebracht ist.
    4. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Steigrohr eine farbliche Codierung für die Festigungsstärke einer in dem Reservoir befindlichen haarfestigenden Zusammensetzung aufgebracht ist.
    5. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Steigrohr eine farbliche Codierung für den Haartyp, auf welchen eine in dem Reservoir befindliche Haarbehandlungszusammensetzung abgestimmt ist, aufgebracht ist.
    6. Behälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Steigrohr eine Werbefläche, eine farbliche Codierung für den Hersteller des Produktes oder eine farbliche Codierung für die Produktserie, der das Produkt zugeordnet ist, aufgebracht ist.
    7. Behälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in dem Reservoir befindliche Produktmasse soweit durchsichtig oder durchscheinend ist, dass die auf dem Steigrohr aufgebrachte Information durch die Produktmasse hindurch erkennbar ist.
    8. Behälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in dem Reservoir befindliche Produktmasse ein Einzelstoff oder eine Stoffzusammensetzung ist und eine fluide, pumpfähige, versprühbare, verschäumbare, gelförmige oder cremeförmige Konsistenz aufweist.
    9. Non-Aerosol Sprühprodukt bestehend aus einer treibmittelfreien versprühbaren Zusammensetzung und einem Behälter aus einem transparenten Material mit einem Reservoir, einer Produktabgabeöffnung, einem Steigrohr und einer Sprühpumpe zum Versprühen der im Reservoir befindlichen, durch das transparente Behältermaterial sichtbaren Zusammensetzung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Steigrohr eine codierte oder nicht codierte Information über die Zusammensetzung aufgebracht ist und diese Information von außen durch das transparente Behältermaterial hindurch erkennbar ist.
    10. Aerosol-Sprühprodukt bestehend aus einer treibmittelhaltigen versprühbaren Zusammensetzung und einem druckfesten Behälter aus einem transparenten Material mit einem Reservoir, einem Steigrohr und einem Sprühkopf zum Versprühen der im Reservoir befindlichen, durch das transparente Behältermaterial sichtbaren Zusammensetzung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Steigrohr eine codierte oder nicht codierte Information über die Zusammensetzung aufgebracht ist und diese Information von außen durch das transparente Behältermaterial hindurch erkennbar ist.
    11. Non-Aerosol Schaumprodukt bestehend aus einer treibmittelfreien verschäumbaren Zusammensetzung und einem Behälter aus einem transparenten Material mit einem Reservoir, einem Schaumkopf, einem Steigrohr und einer Einrichtung zum Austragen der im Reservoir befindlichen, durch das transparente Behältermaterial sichtbaren Zusammensetzung durch das Steigrohr aus der Produktabgabeöffnung in Form eines Schaumes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Steigrohr eine codierte oder nicht codierte Information über die Zusammensetzung aufgebracht ist und diese Information von außen durch das transparente Behältermaterial hindurch erkennbar ist.
    12. Aerosol-Schaumprodukt bestehend aus einer treibmittelhaltigen verschäumbaren Zusammensetzung und einem druckfesten Behälter aus einem transparenten Material mit einem Reservoir, einem Schaumkopf, einem Steigrohr und einer Einrichtung zum Austragen der im Reservoir befindlichen, durch das transparente Behältermaterial sichtbaren Zusammensetzung durch das Steigrohr aus der Produktabgabeöffnung in Form eines Schaumes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Steigrohr eine codierte oder nicht codierte Information über die Zusammensetzung aufgebracht ist und diese Information von außen durch das transparente Behältermaterial hindurch erkennbar ist.
    13. Verwendung eines Steigrohrs in einem transparenten Behälter als Träger von codierten oder nicht codierten Informationen über eine in dem Behälter befindliche Produktmasse oder als Werbeträger.
