Abstract
La puerta de refrigeracion de energia libre de la presente invencion proporciona una forma de controlar la condensacion cuando la puerta de la unidad de refrigeracion esta abierta, por medio de proporcionar aislamiento termico a la puerta con paneles de vidrio, los cuales tienen un recubrimiento de baja emisividad. La puerta incluye un armazon de puerta, y una unidad de vidrio de aislamiento, que comprende hojas de vidrio interna, intermedia y externa. Un primer ensamble de sellamiento dispuesto alrededor de la periferia de las hojas interna e intermedia forma una primera camara entre las hojas de vidrio interna e intermedia. Un segundo ensamble de sellamiento dispuesto alrededor de la periferia de las hojas de vidrio intermedia o externa forma una segunda camara entre las hojas de vidrio intermedia y externa. Un gas, tal como cripton, aire o argon se mantiene en la primera y segunda camara. La hoja de vidrio externa e interna cada una tiene una superficie que no se expone y que mira hacia la hoja de vidrio intermedia. Se dispone un recubrimiento de baja emisividad en la superficie no expuesta de las hojas de vidrio externa e interna para que la puerta de vidrio como un todo tenga un valor U que prevenga la formacion de condensacion sobre la superficie externa de la hoja externa de la puerta de vidrio, sin la aplicacion de electricidad o calor a la puerta, mientras que tambien proporciona la rapidez de evaporacion deseada de la condensacion en la cara interna de la hoja de vidrio interna de la puerta. Se puede incluir un anticongelante o antiempanador en la superficie de una de las hojas de vidrio.
