技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种低辐射中空防雾玻璃门,属于玻璃制造加工技术领域。
背景技术
低辐射玻璃又称之为LOW—E玻璃,它是在玻璃表面镀上多层金属或其它化合物组成的膜系产品,其镀膜层具有对可见光高透过及对中远红外线高反射的特性,使其具有与普通玻璃及传统建筑用镀膜玻璃相比具有明显的热性能优势,同时具有良好的光学性能。但是这种低辐射玻璃成本高,就其性价比而言并不算高,如果能将其与中空玻璃结合,能够显著提高其性价比,因为中空玻璃能大大降低传热系数,提高隔音效果。
作为一种具有良好使用效果的多功能玻璃,在正常的使用状态下,它还是会存在表面起雾或积聚灰尘等情况,导致使用效果下降。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种结构组成合理,使用方便可靠,既能有效降低传热系数,减少能量损失,又能提高隔音效果,还能防雾,提高使用效果的低辐射中空防雾玻璃门。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的,一种低辐射中空防雾玻璃门,它包括一块外层玻璃和一层内层玻璃,在所述外层玻璃和内层玻璃之间设置有一用四条间隔条围合而成的中间框并构成一中空空间,所述的外层玻璃和内层玻璃中至少一层为低辐射玻璃;所述外层玻璃和内层玻璃的外周边沿嵌设有一外框边并形成门;所述外层玻璃的外表面上敷设有一层防雾剂涂层。
作为优选:所述的外层玻璃为低辐射玻璃;所述外层玻璃和内层玻璃之间的间隔条用玻璃胶分别粘接在外层玻璃和内层玻璃的内表面上,并构成一密闭的中空空间,且所述四条间隔条分置于外层玻璃和内层玻璃的内侧边沿;所述的防雾剂选用烷基苯磺酸钠。
本发明属与对现有技术的改进,它具有结构组成合理,使用方便可靠,既能有效降低传热系数,减少能量损失,又能提高隔音效果,还能防雾,提高使用效果等特点。

下面将结合附图对本发明作详细的介绍:图1所示,本发明所述的一种低辐射中空防雾玻璃门,它包括一块外层玻璃1和一层内层玻璃2,在所述外层玻璃1和内层玻璃2之间设置有一用四条间隔条3围合而成的中间框并构成一中空空间,所述的外层玻璃1和内层玻璃2中至少一层为低辐射玻璃;所述外层玻璃1和内层玻璃2的外周边沿嵌设有一外框边4并形成门;所述外层玻璃1的外表面上敷设有一层防雾剂涂层5。
图中所示,所述的外层玻璃1为低辐射玻璃;所述外层玻璃1和内层玻璃2之间的间隔条3用玻璃胶6分别粘接在外层玻璃1和内层玻璃2的内表面上,并构成一密闭的中空空间7,且所述四条间隔条3分置于外层玻璃1和内层玻璃2的内侧边沿;所述的防雾剂涂层5选用烷基苯磺酸钠制成。

1.一种低辐射中空防雾玻璃门,它包括一块外层玻璃和一层内层玻璃,在所述外层玻璃和内层玻璃之间设置有一用四条间隔条围合而成的中间框并构成一中空空间,其特征在于所述的外层玻璃和内层玻璃中至少一层为低辐射玻璃;所述外层玻璃和内层玻璃的外周边沿嵌设有一外框边并形成门;所述外层玻璃的外表面上敷设有一层防雾剂涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低辐射中空防雾玻璃门,其特征在于所述的外层玻璃为低辐射玻璃;所述外层玻璃和内层玻璃之间的间隔条用玻璃胶分别粘接在外层玻璃和内层玻璃的内表面上,并构成一密闭的中空空间,且所述四条间隔条分置于外层玻璃和内层玻璃的内侧边沿;所述的防雾剂选用烷基苯磺酸钠。
