Claims (14)
- 서로 적층되어, 양면이 절연 피막에 의해 피복된 복수의 전자 강판과,
적층 방향으로 인접하는 상기 전자 강판끼리의 사이에 배치되어, 이들 전자 강판끼리를 접착하는 접착부를 구비하고,
상기 적층 방향으로 인접하는 상기 전자 강판끼리의 모든 조가, 상기 전자 강판끼리의 사이의 복수의 상기 접착부에 의해 접착되고,
상기 접착부가 상기 전자 강판끼리의 사이의 복수 개소에 마련되고,
상기 접착부가, 아크릴 수지 및 에폭시 수지의 어느 한쪽 또는 양쪽을 포함하고, 또한 SP값이 7.8∼10.7(cal/㎤)1/2인 접착제로 형성되어 있는, 적층 코어. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착제가, 에폭시 수지와 페놀노볼락 수지를 포함하는 에폭시 수지계 접착제인, 적층 코어.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 수지계 접착제가, 에폭시 수지 100질량부와, 페놀노볼락 수지 5∼35질량부로 이루어지는 접착제인, 적층 코어.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 수지계 접착제가, 에폭시 수지 100질량부와, 페놀노볼락 수지 5∼35질량부와, 엘라스토머 5∼50질량부로 이루어지는 접착제인, 적층 코어.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 수지계 접착제가, 에폭시 수지 100질량부와, 페놀노볼락 수지 5∼35질량부와, SP값이 7.0∼10.7(cal/㎤)1/2인 용제 5∼35질량부로 이루어지는 접착제인, 적층 코어.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 수지계 접착제가, 아크릴 수지를 더 포함하는, 적층 코어.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 수지계 접착제가, 아크릴 수지가 그라프트 중합된 아크릴 변성 에폭시 수지 100질량부와, 페놀노볼락 수지 5∼35질량부로 이루어지는 접착제인, 적층 코어.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 수지계 접착제가, 아크릴 수지가 그라프트 중합된 아크릴 변성 에폭시 수지 100질량부와, 페놀노볼락 수지 5∼35질량부와, 엘라스토머 5∼50질량부로 이루어지는 접착제인, 적층 코어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착제가, 유리 전이 온도가 120∼180℃인 에폭시 수지와, 유기 인 화합물을 포함하는 에폭시 수지계 접착제인, 적층 코어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착제가, 에폭시 수지 100질량부와, 유기 인 화합물 5∼35질량부로 이루어지는 에폭시 수지계 접착제인, 적층 코어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착제가, 에폭시 수지와, 에폭시 수지 경화제와, 엘라스토머를 포함하는 에폭시 수지계 접착제이고,
상기 접착부의 상온에서의 평균 인장 탄성률이 1500∼5000㎫이고, 150℃에서의 평균 인장 탄성률이 1000∼3000㎫인, 적층 코어. - 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스테이터용 접착 적층 코어인, 적층 코어.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 적층 코어를 구비하는, 회전 전기 기기.
- 제1항에 기재된 적층 코어의 제조 방법이며,
상기 전자 강판의 표면에 상기 접착제를 도포한 후에 별도의 전자 강판 위에 겹쳐서 압착하여, 상기 접착부를 형성하는 조작을 반복하는, 적층 코어의 제조 방법.
