- 飽和および/または不飽和アルデヒドの不飽和カルボン酸への気相触媒酸化のための、担持されたまたは結合したヘテロポリ酸化合物触媒であって、
a) 一般化学式:

ここで、Moはモリブデンであり、Vはバナジウムであり、Pはリンであり、Csはセシウムであり、Oは酸素であり、aは0.01から5.0であり、bは0.5から3.5であり、cは0.01から2.0であり、xは原子価を満たすものである、
のヘテロポリ酸化合物、および
b) 前記ヘテロポリ酸化合物のための、1.0m2/g未満の表面積および0.2cc/gより大きい細孔体積を有する担体または結合剤、
を有してなる触媒。 - 前記ヘテロポリ酸化合物が、一般化学式:

ここで、Moはモリブデンであり、Vはバナジウムであり、Pはリンであり、Csはセシウムであり、Cuは銅であり、M’はビスマスおよび/またはホウ素であり、M”は、アンチモン、タングステン、セリウム、ニオブ、インジウム、鉄、クロム、コバルト、ニッケル、マンガン、ヒ素、銀、亜鉛、鉛、スズ、チタン、アルミニウム、ケイ素、タンタル、ゲルマニウム、ガリウム、ジルコニウム、マグネシウム、バリウムおよびランタンの内の1種類以上であり、Oは酸素であり、aは0.01から5.0であり、bは0.5から3.5であり、cは0.1から2.0であり、dは0.0から1.5であり、eは0.0から2.0であり、fは0.0から5.0であり、xは原子価を満たすものである、
のものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の触媒。 - 前記ヘテロポリ酸化合物の質量の前記担体または結合剤の質量に対する比が、1:10から10:1にあることを特徴とする請求項1記載の触媒。
- 前記比が1:3から3:1であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の触媒。
- 前記比が1:2から2:1であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の触媒。
- 前記担持されたまたは結合したヘテロポリ酸化合物触媒が水に不溶性であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の触媒。
- 前記担体または結合剤が、アルミナ、シリカまたはシリカアルミナであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の触媒。
- 前記担体または結合剤が、三峰性細孔アルミナ、単一細孔アルミナ、シリカまたはシリカアルミナであることを特徴とする請求項7記載の触媒。
- 前記担体または結合剤が、単一細孔アルミナ、シリカまたはシリカアルミナであることを特徴とする請求項8記載の触媒。
- 請求項1から9いずれか1項記載の担持されたまたは結合したヘテロポリ酸化合物触媒を調製する方法であって、
a) 一般化学式:
Mo12VaPbCscOx
ここで、Moはモリブデンであり、Vはバナジウムであり、Pはリンであり、Csはセシウムであり、Oは酸素であり、aは0.01から5.0であり、bは0.5から3.5であり、cは0.01から2.0であり、xは原子価を満たすものである、
のヘテロポリ酸化合物を調製し、
b) 前記ヘテロポリ酸化合物を、1.0m2/g未満の表面積および0.2cc/gより大きい細孔体積を有する担体または結合剤と接触させて、担持されたまたは結合したヘテロポリ酸化合物触媒前駆体を形成する、
各工程を有してなる方法。 - 前記ヘテロポリ酸化合物を、
a) モリブデン化合物、バナジウム化合物、リン化合物およびセシウム化合物の溶液を混合し、
b) 固体粒子を沈殿させ、
c) 液体を蒸発させて、固体粒子を残し、
d) 前記固体粒子を乾燥させ、
e) 前記固体粒子をか焼する、
各工程により調製し、
前記担体または結合剤を、工程b)、c)、d)またはe)の後に前記ヘテロポリ酸化合物と接触させることを特徴とする請求項10記載の方法。 - 前記担体または結合剤を、工程c)の後に前記ヘテロポリ酸化合物と接触させることを特徴とする請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記溶液が、前記化合物の溶解を促進するように酸により酸性化されていることを特徴とする請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記酸が硝酸であることを特徴とする請求項13記載の方法。
- 前記酸性化された溶液が、塩基の添加によって完全にまたはある程度中和されていることを特徴とする請求項13記載の方法。
- 前記塩基がアンモニウム含有化合物であることを特徴とする請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記塩基が水酸化アンモニウムであることを特徴とする請求項16記載の方法。
- 飽和および/または不飽和アルデヒドを不飽和カルボン酸に転化する方法であって、請求項1から9いずれか1項記載の担持されたまたは結合したヘテロポリ酸化合物触媒の存在下で、飽和および/または不飽和アルデヒドを酸化剤と接触させる工程を有してなる方法。
