Claims (9)
- 금속 전구체를 혼합 교반하여 슬러리를 제조하는 단계;
상기 슬러리를 110℃ 내지 130℃에서 건조, 분쇄 및 반죽한 다음 제 1 가압 성형하는 단계;
제 1 가압 성형한 재료를 110℃ 내지 130℃에서 건조하고 분쇄한 다음 제 2 가압 성형하는 단계; 및
제 2 가압 성형한 재료를 300℃ 내지 500℃에서 소성하는 단계를 포함하고,
하기 수학식 1로 계산되는 리간드 승화율이 0 중량% 이상인 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 촉매의 제조 방법:

상기 화학식 1에서,
A는 W, V, Nb 및 Cr으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 원소이고, B는 As, B, Sb, Ce, Pd 및 Te로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소이고, C는 Si, Al, Zr, Rh, Cu, Ti, Ag 및 Sn으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 원소이고, D는 Na, K, Li, Rb, Cs, Ta, Ca, Mg, Sr 및 Ba으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 원소이고, E는 Fe, Co 및 Ni로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 원소이고,
a, b, c, d, e, f 및 g는 각 원소의 원자 비율을 나타내며, a는 0.5 내지 2,
b는 0.01 내지 10, c는 0 내지 15, d는 0.01 내지 20, e는 0.01 내지 20, f는 0.01 내지 15 이고, g는 각 원자의 산화 상태에 의해 결정되는 값이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 전구체는 금속 및 리간드를 포함하며, 리간드는 NH3, NH2, NOX (여기서 x는 1 내지 3의 정수), Cl, F, N, OH, SOx (여기서 x는 3 또는 4), O, CO, COO, SCN, CN, NCS, ONO, CnHmOx (여기서 n은 1 내지 20의 정수, m은 1 내지 40의 정수, x는 1 내지 10의 정수) 및 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알콕사이드로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상인, 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 슬러리를 제조하는 단계는 공침법 혹은 수열 합성법을 이용하여 금속 전구체로부터 슬러리를 제조하는, 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 슬러리를 110℃ 내지 130℃에서 8 내지 20 시간 동안 건조하는, 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 가압 성형한 재료를 110℃ 내지 130℃에서 8 내지 20 시간 동안 건조하는, 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 가압 성형하는 단계 이후에 제 2 가압 성형한 재료를 불활성 담체에 코팅하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항의 제조 방법에 따라 제조된 촉매가 고정된 반응기에 불포화 알데하이드를 공급하고 240 내지 450℃의 온도 및 0.1 내지 10 기압 하에서 기상 산화 반응 시키는 단계를 포함하는 불포화 카르복실산의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 불포화 알데하이드으로 메타크롤레인을 사용하여 메타크릴산을 제조하는, 불포화 카르복실산을 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 반응기로는 쉘-앤드-튜브 열교환식 반응기를 사용하는 불포화 카르복실산의 제조 방법.
