Description
Claims (13)
- シール組立体(10)であって、
・第1の機械要素(12)および第2の機械要素(14)であって、両方の前記機械要素(12,14)の間に配置されたシール間隙(18)を形成するように相互に間隔を置いて配置されているとともに、運動軸線(16)を中心にまたは運動軸線(16)に沿って互いに対して運動可能に配置されている、第1の機械要素(12)および第2の機械要素(14)と、
・前記シール間隙(18)の低圧側Nに対して、前記シール間隙(18)の、流体により加圧可能な高圧側Hをシールするためのシール(20)と、
・支持リング(30)であって、該支持リング(30)は、前記高圧側Hに面する第1の側面(36)を有し、該第1の側面(36)は、前記高圧側Hの方へ少なくとも部分的に凸状に湾曲している、または少なくとも部分的に、両方の前記機械要素(12,14)の前記運動軸線(16)に対して鋭角α,βを成して斜めに延在するように形成されている、支持リング(30)と、を備え、
・前記シール(20)は、保持部分(22)と少なくとも1つの1次シールリップ(24)とを有し、該1次シールリップ(24)は、高圧側で、前記保持部分(22)から離反する方へ延在しているとともに、前記第2の機械要素(14)のシール面(28)に、動的にシールするように当接しており、
前記1次シールリップ(24)は、低圧側で、その延在長さの大部分にわたって、前記支持リング(30)の前記第1の側面(36)に直接に当接しているとともに支持されており、
前記シール(20)の前記保持部分(22)は、前記支持リング(30)と前記第1の機械要素(12)との間にクランプされて保持されるように配置されているとともに、前記第1の機械要素(12)に、直接にまたは間接に静的にシールするように当接している、
シール組立体。 - 前記支持リング(30)は、該支持リング(30)の、前記第2の機械要素(14)の前記シール面(28)に面する面(34)に、トライボロジー構造(58)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のシール組立体。
- 前記支持リング(30)は、前記第2の機械要素(14)の前記シール面(28)に当接していることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載のシール組立体。
- 前記シール(20)の前記1次シールリップ(24)は、その延在長さの80%超にわたって、前記支持リング(30)の前記第1の側面(36)に当接しているとともに支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のシール組立体。
- 前記支持リング(30)または前記シール(20)に、成形突出部(40)が、好ましくは複数の成形突出部(40)が設けられており、該成形突出部(40)は、前記支持リング(30)または前記シール(20)から離反して、それぞれ別の構成部材の、前記成形突出部(40)に対応する凹部(42)内へ延在していることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のシール組立体。
- 前記シール(20)は、一端で前記第2の機械要素(14)の前記シール面(28)に当接しているワイパリップ(54)または2次シールリップ(54’)を有し、前記支持リング(30)は、前記低圧側Nに面する第2の側面(38)を有し、該第2の側面(38)は、前記低圧側Nの方へ凸状に湾曲している、または前記運動軸線(16)に対して鋭角α,βを形成して斜めに延在するように構成されており、前記ワイパリップ(54)または前記2次シールリップ(54’)は、前記支持リング(30)の前記第2の側面(38)に直接に当接しているとともに支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のシール組立体。
- 前記ワイパリップ(54)または前記2次シールリップ(54’)は、その延在長さの大部分にわたって、好ましくはその延在長さの80%超にわたって、前記支持リング(30)の前記第2の側面(38)に当接しているとともに支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項6記載のシール組立体。
- 前記1次シールリップおよび/または前記ワイパリップ(54)または前記2次シールリップ(54’)は、前記シール(20)とは別個に形成された、弾性変形可能な、好ましくはゴム弾性変形可能な付勢要素(44)によって、前記第2の機械要素(14)の前記シール面(28)に付勢されて当接していることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のシール組立体。
- 前記シール(20)は、ワンピースに構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6から8までのいずれか1項記載のシール組立体。
- 前記シール(20)と前記第1の機械要素(12)との間に、弾性変形可能な材料から成る緊締ディスク(64)が配置されており、該緊締ディスク(64)は、前記第1の機械要素(12)に、静的にシールするように当接していることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のシール組立体。
- 前記シール(20)は、前記緊締ディスク(64)によって、少なくとも部分的に、径方向にかつ軸方向に、前記支持リング(30)に対して緊締されていることを特徴とする、請求項10記載のシール組立体。
- 前記シール(20)は、粘弾性材料、特にポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)またはPTFE化合物から成ることを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載のシール組立体。
- 前記支持リング(30)は、金属、特に鋼もしくは青銅、または熱硬化性樹脂、または熱可塑性樹脂、またはセラミック材料から成ることを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載のシール組立体。
