Definitions
- the invention relates to a cabling spindle with a spindle head, the upper part is formed by a cable hood (protective hood), which on its top with a is centrally arranged thread guide eyelet or centering eyelet.
- a thread brake described in DE 923 426 A1 for a through a tube thread running through contains a brake disk forming a first braking surface, which rests on the upper tube edge forming the second braking surface.
- the jacket of the tube is with a extending over a partial circumference of the tube Provide slot that on the one hand in the circumferential direction of the tube to the upper pipe edge and on the other hand also from the outer pipe jacket to the inner pipe jacket increases. This slot enables pneumatic or manual Threading into the tube without lifting the brake disc from the top Pipe edge if a suction air flow is generated inside the pipe.
- Comparable conditions are also in one described in DE 33 36 715 A1 Thread brake before.
- This contains a tubular brake housing a thread inlet opening in the brake housing axis, one inside of the brake housing located at an axial distance from the thread inlet opening Brake surface ring, the ring opening is coaxial to the brake housing axis and a circular braking element resting on the braking surface ring.
- the thread brake is also used to enable pneumatic threading of the thread one led laterally past the brake surface ring within the brake housing By-pass channel and one that connects to one end of this by-pass channel led spirally to the ring opening of the braking surface ring Provide slot in the braking surface ring.
- the thread from one in the tubular Brake housing constructed suction air flow following the air flow through the upper thread inlet opening on the side through the braking surface ring and the braking member formed by the by-pass channel and are conveyed through the brake housing.
- the thread follows as it rotates the brake housing axis of the spiral shape of the by-pass channel and threads automatically through the slot in the braking surface ring between these and the braking element on.
- This well-known self-threading thread brake is also systemic not with a centering arranged in a cabling hood of a cabling spindle or thread guide eyelet comparable.
- the invention has for its object a cabling spindle of the above Art so that the threading process by the on the top the thread guide or centering eyelet attached to the cable hood becomes.
- the centering eye as a self-threading Eyelet has a side slot into one in the top of the cable hood attached operating opening opens.
- the thread guide or centering eyelet Thread to thread either manually or automatically in a relatively simple manner Way through the service opening, so that it at the latest falls through the slot into the centering eye when the spindle starts.
- the invention further relates to the use of such self-threading thread guide eyes according to claim 2.
- FIG. 1 shows the overall structure of a cabling spindle of the usual type.
- FIG. 2 shows an isometric view of the cabling hood of a cabling spindle designed according to the invention.
- Figures 3a, 3b and 3c show views of a self-threading thread guide eyelet.
- the cabling spindle Z shown in FIG. 1 is mounted on a spindle bench B.
- the cabling spindle has a spindle pot 1 for receiving a first yarn spool SP1.
- the thread F1 drawn from the spool SP1 runs over a thread brake 1.5, the in the upper part of the spindle pot 1 forming cable hood 1.4 is stored.
- the thread drawn off overhead from the first spool of thread runs through behind the thread brake 1.5 in the top of the frustoconical Cable hood 1.4 attached, designed as a closed ring thread guide eyelet 1.6 and then a balloon thread guide eyelet 2, which by means of a Bracket 2.1 is attached to the machine stand only indicated.
- a second yarn spool SP2 is arranged outside of the bobbin 1.
- the one of them pulled thread F2 is guided axially from below through the hollow spindle axis, then deflected in the radial direction and occurs on the thread storage disc 1.3 radially out, by means of the spindle whorl 1.1 from a drive belt 1.2 in Rotation is offset.
- the coil pot 1 is of a cylindrical design Balloon delimiter 3 surround.
- the thread F2 is in the space between the Outside of the coil pot 1 and the inner wall of the balloon limiter 3 after stirred above and then passed through the balloon thread guide eyelet 2.
- the resulting twine is passed over a deflection roller 4 of a winding device 5 supplied, for example, to be wound up into a cheese 6.
- FIG. 2 is frustoconical in the top of the invention
- Cable hood 1.4 a self-threading thread guide eye or centering eye 1.42 used, which has a side slot that in one in the top 1.41 attached service opening 1.43 opens.
- This service opening has 1.43 such an opening cross-section that a to be threaded into the thread guide eye 1.42 Thread either manually or automatically in a simple manner first can be threaded through this operating opening 1.43 so that it at the latest when the cabling spindle runs through the side slot into the Thread guide or centering eyelet occurs.
- the self-threading eyelets shown in Figures 3a, 3b and 3c are in the area of the side slot with diagonally directed thread guide surfaces and complementary thread guide edges and designed so that both for the withdrawal direction "p", d. H. clockwise according to the figures 3b and 3c, as well as for the withdrawal direction "q", d. H. counterclockwise, safe threading and a safer one during spindle operation Thread running are guaranteed.

Abstract
Description
