Izzy and Cara

Izzy (Japanese: 飯野イイゾー Iizō Iino) and Cara (Japanese: 飯野カネ Kane Iino) are recurring characters in Pokémon the Series: Diamond and Pearl. They are residents of Twinleaf Town as well as Dawn's neighbors.
History
Izzy and Cara first appeared in Strategy Begins at Home!. They, alongside Johanna and Sayer, helped organize the Twinleaf Festival. However, their differing personalities only added pressure and confusion to the festival's planning.
They reappeared in A Faux Oak Finish!, where it was revealed that they are fans of Professor Oak. However, they and Johanna confused James for the real Professor Oak.
They reappeared again in Historical Mystery Tour!, where they were enjoying the Twinleaf Festival.
Izzy and Cara reappeared in Challenging A Towering Figure!, where they served as judges for the Festival Battle Challenge.
Their latest appearance was in DPS01, where they greeted Dawn upon her return and gave her some vegetables. They are then seen bidding Dawn farewell as she sets off on her journey to Hoenn.
Character
Izzy and Cara are a generous couple that often give back to their community. The pair are prone to infighting because of their differing personalities, with Cara generally being more sceptical and worried while Izzy was agreeable and happy. They often required someone else to settle their arguments, which proved frustrating for both Johanna and Sayer during the Twinleaf Festival.
