Plumeria (Japanese: プルメリ Plumeri) is the Admin of Team Skull. She is considered the "big sister" of the team, due to how she runs operations strictly but also cares for her underlings. She specializes in Poison-type Pokémon. She is the only character in the games to have the Trainer class Team Skull Admin (Japanese: スカルだんかんぶ Team Skull Executive).
In the core series games
Plumeria appears in Pokémon Sun, Moon, Ultra Sun, and Ultra Moon as the sole Admin of Team Skull. She is first encountered and battled at the Akala Outskirts before Olivia's grand trial, where she expresses her anger at the player for them having defeated many Team Skull Grunts. Her next appearance is in front of the Aether House on Route 15, where she will also battle the player for the second time. While the player is taking down Team Skull at Po Town, Plumeria returns to the Aether House, taking Lillie and Nebby to Aether Paradise. She makes her final main game appearance at the Ancient Poni Path, first observing the player battling multiple Team Skull Grunts, after which she asks the player to bring Guzma back after he disappeared into an Ultra Wormhole with Lusamine. She also gives them a Poisonium Z as a sign of apology.
Following the disbandment of Team Skull during the post-game, Plumeria is one of the possible Trainers who will challenge the player in a Title Defense battle at the Pokémon League, having been convinced to do so by Nanu and Molayne. In Pokémon Sun and Ultra Sun, she also appears as a Trainer at the Battle Tree.

Pokémon the Series: Sun and Moon
Plumeria debuted in That's Some Spicy Island Research!, where she confronted Team Skull Grunts Tupp, Zipp, and Rapp at Poni Beach following their defeat at the hands of Hapu. Plumeria wasn't pleased that they weren't following her orders to capture a group of Oricorio and made them leave with her.
In The Dealer of Destruction!, Plumeria arrived at the Shady House alongside Guzma. Upon learning from the Team Skull Grunts about Professor Kukui's announcement of the first-ever Alola League, she visited Melemele Island's Pokémon School alongside Guzma, Tupp, Zipp, and Rapp. Plumeria watched as Guzma confronted Professor Kukui and then battled Ash. After the battle prematurely ended with Golisopod activating Emergency Exit, Plumeria suggested that Ash join Team Skull, which he refused to do. Back at the Shady House, she informed Tupp that Guzma was planning the destruction of the Alola League.
In League Offenders and Defenders!, Plumeria arrived to see Tupp, Zipp, and Rapp being confronted by Ash and Hau. She also witnessed Guzma's confrontation with Professor Kukui. Plumeria was later seen among the crowd of competitors preparing to join the Alola League.
In Battle Royal 151!, Plumeria participated in the Manalo Conference, where she focused all of her attention on Ilima, the crowd favorite who was expected to win the Alola League. Using her Salazzle in the Battle Royal preliminary round, Plumeria battled Ilima and his Eevee after they had defeated the participating Team Skull Grunts. Although Plumeria was defeated herself, she managed to seriously injure Eevee, thus accomplishing what she had set out to do in the first place.
In The Road to The Semifinals!, Plumeria supported Guzma during his battle against Lana, standing alongside Tupp, Zipp, Rapp, and the other Team Skull Grunts as they cheered him on. In The Final Four!, she spoke to Guzma prior to his battle against Ash, advising him not to let his guard down, only to be brushed off by Guzma. In Getting Down to The Ire! and The Wisdom Not to Run!, Plumeria watched Guzma's battle against Ash and comforted him following his loss. When Guzma announced that he would disband Team Skull, Plumeria stood with the Grunts in support of him, encouraging him to continue training with them.
In Thank You, Alola! The Journey Continues!, Plumeria watched as Guzma and Golisopod trained with his underlings.
Pokémon Journeys: The Series
In Helping the Hometown Hero!, Plumeria appeared along with Guzma and some Team Skull Grunts, watching the Battle Royal match between Ash, Kukui, Gladion, and Kiawe.
Character
Plumeria is respected and equally feared by the Team Skull Grunts. Much like in the games, Plumeria is referred to as "Big Sis" by them. She particularly dislikes disobedient or reckless Grunts like Tupp and his followers. Plumeria is also tactical and will order a withdrawal if the situation is not going in Team Skull's favor, as seen in That's Some Spicy Island Research!.
While she is quiet about her own past, Plumeria is aware of Guzma's own history and aggression towards Professor Kukui. When Guzma was prepared to disband Team Skull following his Manalo Conference defeat by Ash in The Wisdom Not to Run!, Plumeria reassured him that he pushed himself beyond his limits and performed extraordinarily well, despite the losing result.

Pokémon Adventures
Plumeria debuted in Flash and Cosmog's Secret, where she attacked Gladion after he arrived in Po Town in order to see if he was skilled enough to be Team Skull's Enforcer. Though Gladion proved himself, his negative attitude annoyed Plumeria, who refused to accept him as a true member of Team Skull.
In A Raid and Po Town, Po Town was infiltrated by five of Alola's Trial Captains and Hau. Their presence alerted Plumeria and Guzma, who demanded to know why their base was being invaded. When the Captains revealed they only wanted to talk, Guzma agreed on the condition they made it to him first. He then summoned a Pheromosa, Celesteela, and Guzzlord and had them attack the Captains and Hau, who were completely outmatched by the rampaging beasts. Annoyed the Captains were still fighting, Guzma used a Cosmog and had it open more wormholes to summon more beasts. Gladion appeared and battled the beasts Guzma summoned with his Type: Null. Gladion also revealed the Aether Foundation's president, Lusamine, was the one who gave Guzma Cosmog as part of her plan to create a paradise filled with nothing but Ultra Beasts and herself. To Plumeria and Guzma's surprise, a Xurkitree appeared from a wormhole and attacked them, knocking Plumeria unconscious.
In Battle in Vast Poni Canyon, Plumeria confronted Faba at Vast Poni Canyon, demanding that he tell her where Guzma was taken to after he was kidnapped by a Nihilego that appeared from a wormhole. When Faba tried to feign ignorance, Plumeria revealed she had a Cosmoem that evolved from the Cosmog Guzma received from the Aether Foundation. Faba tried to take Cosmoem by attacking Plumeria, but his Hypno was defeated by her Salazzle. Immediately after, Moon and Anabel, a member of the International Police, arrived. Faba, worried that his plans could be jeopardized, had the Aether Foundation Employees with him battle Moon and Anabel as a distraction. During the commotion, Cosmoem flew out of Plumeria's hands and into the air, where it encountered Nebby. While Faba chased after the two Cosmoem, Plumeria, Moon, and Anabel traveled by air and secretly followed his movements. Near the Poni Altar, Faba revealed he knew he was being followed and attacked his pursuers. While Moon and Anabel dealt with the Employees, Faba told Plumeria that he help her find Guzma if she assisted him in taking over the Aether Foundation.
Six months later, Faba had successfully taken over the Aether Foundation, running it like a dictatorship. Later, Faba was informed by an Employee that Lusamine had returned to Alola after going into Ultra Space. Worried that Lusamine may have successfully captured Necrozma, Faba requested Plumeria help him fight her. Disguised as Moon, Plumeria was sent to Mount Lanakila in order to assassinate Lusamine with poison arrows, but her attempts were blocked by Lillie, Sina, and Dexio. Once Lillie contacted Guzma and convinced Plumeria that he was safe, she stopped her attack.
