在该电子烟本体内还形成有用于流通已雾化的烟液的烟液烟雾通道(图中未示出),使得用户通过吸烟端201吸食流经该烟雾通道内的烟液。
用于给雾化组件203供电的电池杆组件204。
具体地,储油器202设置于电子烟本体上远离吸烟端201的一端,采用此种设置方式的优势在于,因储油器202设置的位置远离吸烟端201,使得位于该电子烟本体内的烟雾通道不会经过该储油器202,从而使得储油器202内未经雾化的烟液不会泄露到烟雾通道内,进而使得用户不会吸食到未经液化的烟液,从而有效的避免了烟液的泄露。而且不流经储油器202的烟雾通道还可避免烟雾在烟雾通道内冷凝,从而有效的避免冷凝后的烟液堵塞烟雾通道。还可以避免雾化组件203产生的热量烫到用户,影响用户的体验。
雾化组件203位于电池杆组件204和储油器202之间,且吸烟端201位于电池杆组件204的一端外侧、或吸烟端201位于电池杆组件204的中部、或吸烟端201位于电池杆组件204上远离雾化组件203的位置。
具体的,位于电池杆组件204的一端外侧的该吸烟端201可与电池杆组件204同轴设置,采用该种设置方式可使得电子烟的外形直观的模拟了真实的香烟。
或将吸烟端201设置在电池杆组件204的中部、或吸烟端201位于电池杆组件204上远离雾化组件203的位置。采用该种设置方式可有效减少积油的现象。
在本实用新型中,该吸烟端201的具体位置不作限定。
在本实施例中,为使得该电子烟的整体结构模仿真实的香烟以及符合用户的使用习惯,该雾化组件203与电池杆组件204可同轴设置。
当然,具体的设置方式在本实施例中并不做限定,例如依次连接的电池杆组件204、雾化组件203和储油器202可交错设置,使得该电子烟整体的外形为异形,该异形的具体形状可为任意形状。
该雾化组件203与电池杆组件204还可非同轴设置,即将储油器202和雾化组件203采用并列设置的方式,使得储油器202和雾化组件203分别与电池杆组件204连接,使得该电子烟的整体结构呈T型。
即在本实施例中,该电子烟的整体的外形结构并不做限定,只要储油器202设置在远离吸烟端201的位置即可。
且在本实施例中,雾化组件203位于电池杆组件204和储油器202之间,即雾化组件203离吸烟端201的位置较远,而用户采用本实施例所提供的电子烟进行吸烟时,雾化组件203的位置离用户口腔的位置较远,即可使得雾化组件203雾化烟液时所产生的热量不会烫伤用户,有效的提升了电子烟的使用安全,而且用户吸烟过程中会夹持电池杆组件204进行吸烟,而无需夹持发热的雾化组件203,使得用户在使用本实施例所提供的电子烟进行吸烟时手部不会出现烫伤的情况,有效的模拟了真实香烟的温度,提升用户吸烟过程中的使用体验。
较佳的是,雾化组件203与电池杆组件204为可拆卸连接。
再如图3所示,雾化组件203包括:雾化器支架303、导油机构302、雾化套管307、电热丝组件301。
雾化器支架303呈圆管状,顶端设置有用于与电池杆组件204可拆卸连接的螺纹结构。该雾化套管307与雾化器支架303同轴设置。雾化组件203还包括固定设置在螺纹结构内部的雾化器电极。螺纹结构与雾化器电极之间设置有绝缘环。雾化器电极305与电热丝组件301电连接,通过该电热丝组件301可雾化烟液。
导油机构302用于将储油器202内的烟液输送给电热丝组件301进行雾化,具体的该导油机构302可采用导油棉。且导油机构302设置在雾化套307内部。具体的,该雾化套307插入储油器202内部,并在雾化套307的周壁上设置至少一个输油孔,通过输油孔使得位于储油器202内部的烟液能够顺利的输送给导油机构302。
参照图4至图7,在该实施例中,第一连接件21大致呈圆筒状,其过盈配合在雾化器支架303的远离电池杆组件204的一端的内侧。该第一连接件21设置有供第二连接件22插入的插孔2113。插孔2113的内侧壁面上设置有卡扣2111。该插孔2113内还同轴设置有一连接座支架24,连接座支架24上设置有圆环形的槽体,该槽体中卡接有一密封环203,该密封环203可采用橡胶制成。第二连接件22的内侧壁面弹性抵持在该密封环203上。
同时参照图8至图10,第二连接件22设置在储油器202的开口处,呈管状,并与储油器202的内腔连通。第二连接件22的外侧壁面上设置有卡槽221。
进一步地,在本实施例中,所述卡扣2111为沿着所述插孔2113内周面设置的环形台阶,所述环形台阶围成椭圆形的穿孔(未标注);所述第二连接件22的朝向所述第一连接件21的第一端部22a呈与所述穿孔适配的椭圆形,所述卡槽221沿着所述第二连接件22的外侧壁面的周向设置。并且,第二连接件22的朝向第一连接件21的端面上设置有两个凸起部222,插孔2113内设置有波浪形的弹片99,弹片用于防止卡扣2111从卡槽221中滑出。扣合时,所述第一端部22a穿过所述穿孔后,旋转所述第二连接件22使得所述卡扣2111卡接在所述卡槽221中,凸起部222抵持在弹片99的凹部。
如图11所示,并同时参照图12,在本发明的另一实施例中,第一连接件21大致呈圆筒状,其过盈配合在雾化器支架303的远离电池杆组件204的一端的内侧壁上。第二连接件22也呈圆筒状,其设置在储油器202的开口处并与储油器202的内腔连通。该第一连接件21设置有供第二连接件22插入的插孔2113。本实施例与第一实施例的区别在于,插孔2113的内侧壁上设置的是卡槽221。而卡扣2111则设置在第二连接件22的外侧壁面上。卡扣22有两个,对称地设置在第二连接件22的靠近第一连接件21的外侧壁上。插孔2113的槽沿设置有与卡扣2111适配以用于导引卡扣2111进入卡槽221的导引通道2222。并且,该导引通道2222还与雾化通道连通,作为吸烟的进气口。
进一步地,如图12所示,该第二连接件21的外侧壁面上沿其周向设置有环形槽2115,并且该环形槽2115的周向上的两端各设置有贯穿外侧壁面的贯穿孔2116。该第一连接件21还包括一弹性元件40。同时参照图13,该弹性元件40包括一圆弧片状的连接部41以及连接在该连接部41的两端的弹性限位部42。该连接部41的形状与环形槽2115相互适配,该连接部41卡接在环形槽2115中,该两个弹性限位部42分别由该两个贯穿孔2116伸入第一连接件21的内部,并且沿着第一连接件21的径向朝向内侧隆起。该两个弹性限位部42的位置位于卡槽221与导引通道2222的交界处,用于防止卡扣2111从卡槽221中滑出,导致储油器202从雾化组件203上脱落。
进一步地,为使得用户能够掌握储油器202内部的烟液的剩余量,则该储油器202为透明容器,即使得用户通过透明的储油器202即可随时掌握电子烟的剩余烟液量,便于用户及时的更换储油器202。
较佳的是,储油器202为玻璃瓶。
更佳的是,该玻璃制成的储油器202的外周壁上设置有刻度,从而使得用户可估计出剩余烟液量可供吸食的时长,方便用户使用。
且为了模仿香烟,则电子烟的长度一般与香烟的长度相当,且为了减少充电频率以及增加电池杆组件204的使用寿命,电池杆组件204的长度至少可占电子烟整体长度的一半以上,在用户使用本实施例所示的电子烟进行吸烟时,会自然的夹持电子烟的中上部靠近吸烟端201的位置,因本实施例中的储油器202设置在远离吸烟端201的一端,所以储油器202受到的用户夹持力大小相同,而受力均衡的储油器202会向雾化组件203输出均衡的烟液量,从而有效的保障了烟雾的稳定。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括:
    电子烟本体;
    所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端(201)、用于容纳烟液的储油器(202)、用于雾化所述烟液的雾化组件(203)以及用于给所述雾化组件(203)供电的电池杆组件(204);
    所述储油器(202)设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸烟端(201)的一端;
    所述雾化组件(203)和所述储油器(202)的连接处设置有连接机构(20),所述连接机构(20)包括相互卡扣连接的第一连接件(21)和第二连接件(22),所述第一连接件(21)设置有卡扣(2111),所述第二连接件(22)设置有与所述卡扣(2111)相配合的卡槽(221)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接件(21)设置有供所述第二连接件(22)插入的插孔(2113),所述卡扣(2111)设置在所述插孔(2113)的内侧壁面上;所述卡槽(221)设置在所述第二连接件(22)的外侧壁面上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述卡扣(2111)为沿着所述插孔(2113)内周面设置的环形台阶,所述环形台阶围成椭圆形的穿孔;
    所述第二连接件(22)的朝向所述第一连接件(21)的第一端部(22a)呈与所述穿孔适配的椭圆形,所述卡槽(221)沿着所述第二连接件(22)的外侧壁面的周向设置;
    扣合时,所述第一端部(22a)穿过所述穿孔后,旋转所述第二连接件(22)使得所述卡扣(2111)卡接在所述卡槽(221)中。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二连接件(22)的朝向所述第一连接件(21)的端面上设置有凸起部(222),所述插孔(2113)内设置有波浪形的弹片(90),所述弹片(90)用于防止所述卡扣(2111)从所述卡槽(221)中滑出;
    所述卡扣(2111)卡接在所述卡槽(221)中时,所述凸起部(222)抵持在所述弹片(90)的凹部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接件(21)设置有供所述第二连接件(22)插入的插孔(2113),所述卡槽(221)设置在所述插孔(2113)的内侧壁面上,所述卡扣(2111)设置在所述第二连接件(22)的外侧壁面上;
    所述插孔(2113)的槽沿设置有与所述卡扣(2111)适配的用于导引所述卡扣(2111)进入所述卡槽(221)的导引通道(2222)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述导引通道(2222)与所述卡槽(221)的交界处设置有沿着所述第一连接件(21)的径向向内隆起的弹性限位部(42),所述弹性限位部(42)用于防止所述卡扣(2111)滑出所述卡槽(221)。
  7. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件( 203 )位于所述电池杆组件( 204 )和所述储油器( 202 )之间,且所述吸烟端( 201 )位于所述电池杆组件( 204 )的一端外侧、或所述吸烟端( 201 )位于所述电池杆组件( 204 )的中部、或所述吸烟端( 201 )位于所述电池杆组件( 204 )上远离所述雾化组件( 203 )的位置。
  8. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件( 203 )与所述电池杆组件( 204 )同轴设置。
  9. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件( 203 )包括:
    用于雾化所述烟液的电热丝组件( 301 );
    用于将所述储油器( 202 )内的烟液输送给所述电热丝组件( 301 )进行雾化的导油机构( 302 )。
  10. 根据权利要求 9 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件( 203 )还包括雾化器支架( 303 )和雾化套管( 307 ),所述电热丝组件( 301 )设置在所述雾化器支架( 303 )内,所述导油机构( 302 )设置在所述雾化套管( 307 )内;所述雾化套管( 307 )和所述雾化器支架( 303 )同轴设置并一端伸入所述储油器( 202 )中,所述雾化套管( 307 )的侧壁面上设置有至少一个进油孔。
  11. 根据权利要求 10 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述导油机构( 302 )为导油棉。
