案进行清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实 施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基于本实用新型中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人 员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型 保护的范围。
本实用新型提供一种具有保护电子烟本体表面功能元件的电子烟,请参阅 图 1所示, 电子烟本体 100上设置有功能元件 103、 保护机构 101和磁性定位 件 102;
所述保护机构 101与所述电子烟本体 100滑动连接,并用于罩合在所述功 能元件 103上; 所述磁性定位件 102与保护机构 101磁吸相连, 并用于在所述 保护机构 101打开或罩合在所述功能元件 103上时, 阻碍所述保护机构 101 在所述电子烟本体 100上任意滑动。 具体地, 在本实施例中, 所述磁性定位件 102与所述电子烟本体 100外部固定连接, 当然, 也可以活动设置或设置在所 述电子烟本体 100的内部等, 在此不作限定。
通过将保护机构 101与电子烟本体 100滑动连接,在用户需要使用功能元 件 103时, 移开保护机构 101, 且磁性定位件 102与保护机构 101之间产生的 磁力将所述保护机构 101可靠固定,避免所述保护机构 101任意滑动而影响用 户使用; 不使用时, 将保护机构 101罩合在功能元件 103上起到保护作用, 并 通过所述磁力将所述保护机构 101可靠固定。 本实用新型避免了功能部件 103 的外露,防止用户在携带电子烟时容易误触动,使电子烟能够正常工作。此外, 通过磁性定位件 102对所述保护机构 101 进行固定, 滑动所述保护机构 101 时较为顺畅, 方便了用户的使用, 提高了用户体验, 且使用磁力可避免使用弹 性件时容易产生疲劳的问题, 使用寿命较长。
在本实用新型的实施例中, 保护机构 101可为能够与磁铁产生吸力的铁、 钴、 镍或其合金等磁性材料, 或所述保护机构 101设置有铁、 钴、 镍或其合金 等磁性材料。 磁性定位件 102与电子烟本体 100 固定连接, 磁性定位件 102 产生磁吸力吸住保护机构 101, 使保护机构 101通过磁吸力与磁性定位件 102 连接, 并且在用户推力下在电子烟本体 100外部滑动。
所述保护机构 101如图 1所示, 整体套在所述电子烟本体 100外部, 罩住 功能元件 103。
在用户推力的作用下, 如图 2所示, 保护机构 101打开功能元件 103, 用
户可以正常使用功能元件。
所述保护机构 101沿着电子烟本体 100的长度可以设置成相等或大于功能 元件沿着电子烟本体 100的长度。最长不能超过电子烟本体 100长度的三分之 一, 具体长度这里不做限定。
所述磁性定位件 102可以是沿着电子烟本体 100周向环形设置。磁性定位 件 102环形设置的数量可以为两个,或三个,或四个,具体数量这里不做限定。
所述磁性定位件 102环形设置可以釆用断开形式的环也可以釆用整体环。 所述磁性定位件 102可以釆用沿着电子烟本体 100轴向方向设置,长度等 于或小于保护机构 101的沿着电子烟本体 100的长度,最小不能小于保护机构 101所述长度的三分之二。 磁性定位件 102的具体形状这里不做限定。 有时容易使保护机构 101从电子烟本体 100滑落, 这样失去了保护功能元件 103的作用。 在此本所述保护机构 101的两端设置有止动机构 104, 请参阅图 2所示。 所述磁性定位件 102设置在所述止动机构 104之间, 且用于与所述止 动机构 104相抵持, 以限定保护机构 101滑动的距离, 防止保护机构 101从所 述电子烟本体 100滑落。
在本实用新型中,保护机构 101与磁性定位件 102可以釆用过盈配合, 而 且相互之间能够滑动, 连接面光滑, 这样可以更好的使保护机构 101起到保护 作用。 用户在使用过程中, 保护机构 101的滑动方向能够得到控制。
在本实用新型中, 所述功能元件 103 包括按键和 /或显示屏, 还包括为了 增添电子烟功能不得不设在电子烟本体 100外部需要保护的模块或部件,具体 元件或部件这里不做限定。
为了能够更充分的说明本实用新型,特以以下几个实施例具体说明实施方 式。
实施例一为请参阅图 3所示,所述保护机构为套设在所述电子烟本体上的 套筒 1011, 因而组装更方便, 连接更稳固, 当然保护机构可以设置呈瓦片形 等结构,在此不作限定; 所述止动机构 104为凸出于所述套筒内表面的止动环 1041, 所述止动环 1041套设在所述套筒 1011内壁的环形凹槽 1053内; 所述 磁性定位件 102为套设在所述电子烟本体 100上的连接环 1021 ; 所述连接环 1021设置在所述止动环 1041之间, 且还用于与所述止动环 1041相 4氏持, 以
限定套筒 1011滑动的距离。 为了避免所述止动机构 104刮花所述电子烟本体 的表面,所述止动机构连接有弹性抵持在所述电子烟本体表面上的非金属弹性 件, 或所述止动机构为所述非金属弹性件。 所述非金属弹性件可以是硅胶件或 橡胶件等, 在此不作限定。
在本实施例中, 请参阅图 4和图 5所示, 所述连接环 1021设置有至少两 个滑槽 1052; 所述套筒 1011还设置有与所述滑槽相适配, 且用于能够相对所 述电子烟本体 100做轴向滑动的滑轨 1051;
所述止动环 1041设置在所述滑轨 1051的两端;
所述滑轨 1051的设置方向为沿着所述电子烟本体 100的轴向方向。
套筒 1011可以与电子烟本体 100相对滑动, 在用户需要使用功能元件 103 时滑开套筒 1011, 不需要时将套筒 1011罩在保护功能元件 103上起到保护作 用。 避免了功能部件 103的外露, 防止用户在携带电子烟时容易误触动, 使电 子烟能够正常工作。
在本实施例中, 套筒 1011的沿着电子烟本体轴向长度可以设置为与所述 功能元件 103的尺寸一样, 或稍大一些, 这里不做限定, 只要套筒能够包裹住 全部功能元件即可。
在本实施例中, 连接环 1021固定在所述电子烟本体 100上, 且设置在套 筒 1011内部, 所述止动环 1041之间。 为防止套筒 1011从电子烟本体 100滑 落, 可以将的连接环 1021的周向宽度, 也就是厚度能够刚好接触或留有一定 距离。釆用所述宽度刚好接触套筒 1011的内表面或与套筒 1011的内表面留有 一定距离, 所述止动环 1041的周向宽度也就是厚度, 能够使套筒 1011滑动到 一端时, 所述止动环 1041与所述连接环 1021的侧面相互接触, 而且无论套筒 1011是轴向滑动还是周向滑动, 所述止动环 1041与所述连接环 1021的侧面 都能相互接触, 起到阻碍套筒 1011继续滑动的作用。 这样就防止套筒 1011从 电子烟本体 100滑落。
在本实施例中, 套筒 1011通过滑轨 1051与滑槽 1052相适配, 在电子烟 本体 100滑动, 滑动距离能够罩住功能元件。 在滑开时, 能够不影响用户使用 功能元件 103。 为了滑轨 1051与滑槽 1052更好的配合, 可以将滑轨 1051与 滑槽 1052的横截面设置成等边梯形, 这样滑轨 1051与滑槽 1052可以相互卡 合, 连接稳固。
在本实施例中, 所述连接环 1021的滑槽 1052可以设置成三个, 或四个等 等。设置数量多能够稳固滑轨 1051与滑槽 1052之间的连接配合,也就是使套 筒 1011与电子烟本体连接稳固。本实施例中,以滑槽 1052设置成三个为最佳。 因为三个滑槽 1052, 比较稳固, 套筒 1011不会在电子烟本体 100产生晃动, 而且滑槽 1052数量如果设置多了为制作加工带来麻烦。 同样三个滑槽 1052, 要与三个滑轨相适配。 这里对具体数量不做限定。
在本实施例中, 为了能够方便用户使用套筒 1011, 所述止动环 1041为磁 铁; 所述连接环 1021为铁质材料; 将止动环 1041釆用磁铁, 将连接环 1021 釆用铁质材料, 当套筒 1011滑动到一侧时, 比如滑开功能元件 103, 用户操 作功能元件,由于止动环 1041和连接环 1021之间的磁铁和铁质材料之间相互 吸合,使套筒紧紧的靠在这一侧,不能自由滑动,防止影响用户操作功能元件。 同样道理, 套筒 1011罩住功能元件后, 止动环 1041和连接环 1021之间的磁 铁和铁质材料之间相互吸合, 使套筒 1011 固定的罩住功能元件 103, 不会自 动滑开。
当然在另一实施例中, 所述止动环设置为铁质材料; 所述连接环设置为磁 铁。 具体工作方式和作用同上述, 这里不再复述。
在本实施例中, 所述套筒 1011 为塑胶材料。 由于止动环 1041和连接环 1021釆用磁铁或 /和铁质材料, 套筒釆用非铁质材料, 可以避免磁铁的吸合, 影响用户使用。 由于塑胶材料较为耐磨, 套筒设置在电子烟本体 100外部, 用 户手摸的感觉比较合适, 所以这里釆用塑胶材料为佳。 当然也可以釆用其他材 料, 这里不做限定。
在本实用新型中,还有一种实施例, 这个实施例与上述实施例的区别在于 保护机构 101的滑动方向不一样, 上述是沿着电子烟本体 100的轴向滑动, 本 实施例时沿着电子烟本体 100的周向滑动。但所述保护机构 101起到作用相同。
所述保护机构 101设置有能够让用户使用所述功能元件 103的开口;所述 保护机构设置有至少两个沿着所述电子烟本体 100周向方向的周向凹槽;所述 磁性定位件 102设置有与所述周向凹槽相适配的周向凸台; 所述保护机构 101 通过所述周向凹槽与所述周向凸台相适配,能够沿着所述电子烟本体 100做周 向滑动。
在本实施例中, 所述磁性定位件设置有凸台, 所述保护机构 101设置有与
所述凸台相适配的凹槽。所述凹槽和所述凸台的方向都是沿着电子烟本体的周 向。 凸台的数量可以为两个, 或三个, 或四个, 具体数量这里不做限定。 所述 凹槽的数量与凸台数量相适配。
在本实施例中,保护机构 101设置有一个与功能元件 103面积一样或比功 能元件面积大的开口。当保护机构 101周向旋转使开口与功能元件 103重合时, 这时用户可以使用功能元件 103。 在用户不使用功能元件 103时, 将保护机构 101周向旋转使开口转离开功能元件 103, 这样起到保护作用。
在本实施例中,所述保护机构 101还设置有在所述开口两侧沿着所述电子 烟本体轴向方向的第一止动条;所述电子烟本体还设置有与所述第一止动条相 适配, 且用于限制所述保护机构滑动范围第二止动条。
所述第一止动条设置在所述开口两侧,第二止动条设置在两个第一止动条 之间, 两个第一止动条与第二止动条能够相互触碰, 阻碍所述保护机构的周向 滑动, 这样可以控制所述保护机构的周向滑动距离, 控制在两个第一止动条。 两个第一止动条之间的距离就是功能元件的面积,这里也可以比功能元件的面 积大一些。这种方式方便用户使用,避免用户通过旋转保护机构开口找功能元 件。
在本实施例中, 所述第一止动条为磁铁; 所述第二止动条为铁质材料。 釆 用磁铁与铁质材料相互吸合的方式, 用户将开口对准功能元件后, 用户操作功 能元件, 由于第一止动条和第二止动条之间的磁铁和铁质材料之间相互吸合, 使套筒紧紧的靠在这一侧, 不能自由滑动, 防止影响用户操作功能元件。 同样 道理,保护机构罩住功能元件后, 第一止动条和第二止动条之间的磁铁和铁质 材料之间相互吸合, 使保护机构固定的罩住功能元件, 不会自动滑开。
当然在本实用新型的另一实施例中, 所述第一止动条可设置为铁质材料; 所述第二止动条设置为磁铁。 具体工作方式和作用同上述, 这里不再复述。
在本实用新型中,请参阅图 6所示, 图 6所示是本实用新型的电子烟的整 体结构图, 所示图中电子烟本体还包括吸烟端 201, 用户通过该吸烟端 201即 可进行吸烟。
用于容纳烟液的储油器 202, 即在该储油器 202内存储有可雾化的烟液。 用于雾化所述烟液的雾化组件 203,即通过雾化组件 203可使得储油器 202 内的烟液雾化。
在该电子烟本体内还形成有用于流通已雾化的烟液的烟雾通道(图中未示 出), 使得用户通过吸烟端 201吸食流经该烟雾通道内的烟液。
该电子烟本体还包括用于给所述雾化组件 203供电的电池杆组件 204。 由图 6所示可知,所述储油器 202设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸烟 端 201的一端, 釆用此种设置方式的优势在于, 因储油器 202设置的位置远离 吸烟端 201, 使得位于该电子烟本体内的烟雾通道不会经过该储油器 202, 从 而使得储油器 202内未经雾化的烟液不会泄露到烟雾通道内,进而使得用户不 会吸食到未经雾化的烟液,从而有效的避免了烟液的泄露。 而且不流经储油器 202的烟雾通道还可避免烟雾在烟雾通道内冷凝, 从而有效的避免冷凝后的烟 液堵塞烟雾通道。
进一步结合图 6对本实施例所提供的电子烟的具体结构进行进一步的详 细说明, 所述雾化组件 203位于所述电池杆组件 204和所述储油器 202之间, 且所述吸烟端 201位于所述电池杆组件 204的一端外侧、 或所述吸烟端 201 位于所述电池杆组件 204的中部、 或所述吸烟端 201位于所述电池杆组件 204 上远离所述雾化组件 203的位置。
具体的,位于所述电池杆组件 204的一端外侧的该吸烟端 201可与电池杆 组件 204同轴设置,釆用该种设置方式可使得电子烟的外形直观的模拟了真实 的香烟, 且使整体的烟雾通道较直, 可有效减少积油的现象。
或将吸烟端 201设置在电池杆组件 204的中部、或所述吸烟端 201位于所 述电池杆组件 204上远离所述雾化组件 203的位置。
在本实用新型中, 该吸烟端 201的具体位置不作限定。
在本实施例中, 为使得该电子烟的整体结构模仿真实的香烟、符合用户的 使用习惯以及减少积油, 该雾化组件 203与所述电池杆组件 204同轴设置。
当然, 具体的设置方式在本实施例中并不做限定, 例如依次连接的所述电 池杆组件 204、 雾化组件 203和所述储油器 202可交错设置, 使得该电子烟整 体的外形为异形, 该异形的具体形状可为任意形状。
该雾化组件 203与所述电池杆组件 204还可非同轴设置, 即将储油器 202 和雾化组件 203釆用并列设置的方式,使得储油器 202和雾化组件 203分别与 电池杆组件 204连接, 使得该电子烟的整体结构呈 T型。
即在本实施例中, 该电子烟的整体的外形结构并不做限定, 只要储油器
202设置在远离吸烟端 201的位置即可。
且在本实施例中,所述雾化组件 203位于所述电池杆组件 204和所述储油 器 202之间, 即雾化组件 203离吸烟端 201的位置较远, 而用户釆用本实施例 所提供的电子烟进行吸烟时, 雾化组件 203的位置离用户口腔的位置较远, 即 可使得雾化组件 203雾化烟液时所产生的热量不会烫伤用户,有效的提升了电 子烟的使用安全, 而且用户吸烟过程中通常会夹持电池杆组件 204进行吸烟, 而避免了现有技术中夹持发热的雾化组件 203进行吸烟,使得用户在使用本实 施例所提供的电子烟进行吸烟时手部不会出现烫伤的情况,有效的模拟了真实 香烟的温度, 提升用户吸烟过程中的使用体验。
较佳的是, 所述储油器 202与所述雾化组件 203为可拆卸连接和 /或所述 雾化组件 203与所述电池杆组件 204为可拆卸连接。
具体的, 所述储油器 202与所述雾化组件 203和 /或所述雾化组件 203与 所述电池杆组件 204的可拆卸的连接方式可为螺纹连接或卡合连接等,具体的 连接方式在本实施例中不作限定, 只要使得所述储油器 202 与所述雾化组件 203和 /或所述雾化组件 203与所述电池杆组件 204的可拆卸连接即可。
釆用上述可拆卸的连接方式的优势在于, 方便用户随时更换雾化组件 203 或以及随时拆卸储油器 202, 从而方便用户往储油器 202内加烟液或更换该储 油器 202。 当然, 所述储油器 202与所述雾化组件 203之间之间和 /或所述雾化 组件 203与所述电池杆组件 204的连接方式可为不可拆卸的连接方式,在此不 作限定。
以下结合图 7 所示的实施例对该电子烟的雾化组件的具体结构进行详细 说明;
由图 7所示可知, 所述雾化组件 203包括:

在本实施例中以雾化组件 203和所述电池杆组件 204通过螺纹连接为例进 行说明, 即若雾化组件 203和所述电池杆组件 204通过螺纹连接, 则在该雾化 器支架 303顶端设置第一螺纹套 304, 若釆取其他可拆卸连接结构, 则雾化器 支架 303 顶端还可设置其他连接结构, 例如卡合连接中具有弹性的卡合弹片
等, 在本实施例中仅以螺纹套为例进行说明, 并不限定于使用螺纹套。
固定设置在所述第一螺纹套 304内部的雾化器电极 305。
所述第一螺纹套 304与所述雾化器电极 305之间设置有绝缘环 306。
与所述雾化器电极 305电连接设置电热丝组件 301,通过该电热丝组件 301 可雾化烟液。
用于将储油器 202内的烟液输送给所述电热丝组件 301进行雾化的导油机 构 302, 具体的该导油机构 302可釆用储油棉、 导油纤维等, 在此不作限定。
设置在所述雾化器支架 303上的雾化套 307, 且所述导油机构 302设置在 所述雾化套 307内部。
具体的, 该雾化套 307插入储油器 202内部, 并在雾化套 307的周壁上设 置至少一个输油孔,通过输油孔使得位于储油器 202内部的烟液能够顺利的输 送给导油机构 302。
以下结合图 8 所示的实施例对本实用新型所提供的储油器的具体结构进 行详细说明;
由图 8可知, 该储油器 202内部设置有密封容腔 401, 该密封容腔 401内 部密封存储有烟液。
为使得用户能够掌握储油器 202 内部的烟液的剩余量, 则该储油器 202 为透明容器,即使得用户通过透明的储油器 202即可随时掌握电子烟的剩余烟 液量, 便于用户及时的更换储油器 202。
较佳的是, 所述储油器 202为玻璃瓶。 由于玻璃材质性质较稳定, 避免因 发生化学反应等情况而影响烟油味。
更佳的是,该玻璃制成的储油器 202的外周壁上设置有刻度,从而使得用 户可估计出剩余烟液量可供吸食的时长, 方便用户使用。
较佳的是, 在所述储油器 202套设有保护套(图中未示出), 以避免所述 玻璃材质的储油器 202因跌落而破碎的情况。
更佳的是, 所述保护套设置有烟油观察窗, 以供用户观察烟油。
且为了模仿香烟, 则电子烟的长度一般与香烟的长度相当,且为了减少充 电频率以及增加电池杆组件 204的使用寿命,电池杆组件 204的长度至少可占 电子烟整体长度的一半以上, 在用户使用本实施例所示的电子烟进行吸烟时, 会自然的夹持电子烟的中上部靠近吸烟端 201的位置,因本实施例中的储油器
202设置在远离吸烟端 201的一端, 所以储油器 202避免受到用户夹持力, 从 而使储油器 202向雾化组件 203输出烟液量较为均衡的,有效的保障了烟雾的 稳定, 提高了用户体验。 避免了现有技术中, 因用户对储油器端部的作用力不 同, 而使烟油供给量不同, 导致烟雾量时大时小的情况。
为有效的保障储油器 202 具有良好的密封性, 从而有效的避免烟液的泄 露, 本实施例所釆用的设置方式可为两种:
第一种设置方式请参见图 3所示,即为使得连接到雾化组件 203上的储油 器 202具有良好的密封性,从而使得储油器 202内的烟液不会出现泄漏, 则所 述雾化器支架 303和所述储油器 202连接处设置有用于密封所述储油器 202 的密封环 308。
通过设置在雾化器支架 303上的密封环 308可有效的保障储油器 202的密 封性。
第二种设置方式请参见图 8所示,即在与所述储油器 202的瓶口密封配合 设置带有通孔的环形密封塞 402。
在所述环形密封塞 402的通孔内部设置有用于密封所述储油器 202的可捅 破薄膜 403。
即雾化套 307插入储油器 202的密封容腔 401内部时,该雾化套 307穿过 该可捅破薄膜 403,通过该可捅破薄膜 403使得已插入雾化套 307的储油器 202 仍具有良好的密封性, 从而有效的防止烟液的泄露。
因本实施例所提供的储油器 202设置带有可捅破薄膜 403 的环形密封塞 402, 使得该储油器 202具有良好的密封性, 从而有效的避免烟液的泄露, 延 长电子烟的使用时间以及保障了电子烟的使用寿命。
以下结合图 9 所示的实施例对本实用新型所提供的电子烟的电池杆组件 的具体结构进行详细说明;
由图 9所示可知, 该电池杆组件包括:
电池套 502。
其中, 图 2所示的吸烟端 201可由该电池套 502的端部延伸一体化形成, 或,将作为吸烟端 201的吸嘴与所述电池套 502可拆卸连接, 具体设置方式在 本实施例中不作限定。
本实施例中的可拆卸连接的吸嘴作为吸烟端 201 可使得用户随时更换吸
嘴或清洗吸嘴, 以实现尽量避免吸食到吸嘴内的烟油, 同时也更好地清理电池 杆组件内的烟油。
容置在所述电池套 502内部的电池 503。
设置在所述电池套 502内部用于固定所述电池 503的电池架 504。
设置在所述电池架 504—端, 且分别与所述电池 503和所述雾化器电极 305 (如图 7所示)连接的电池电极 505。
与所述第一螺纹套 304 (如图 7所示) 匹配设置有用于使得所述电池杆组 件 204和所述雾化组件 203可拆卸连接的第二螺纹套 506。
当然,本实施例中以电池杆组件 204和所述雾化组件 203通过第二螺纹套 506进行螺纹连接为例进行说明, 需明确的是电池杆组件 204和所述雾化组件 203还可通过其他方式可拆卸连接, 在此不作限定。
进一步参见图 9可知,所述电池杆组件 204内部设置用于导通所述吸烟端 201和进气口的烟雾通道 501。
较佳的是, 该烟雾通道 501在电池杆组件 204内部密封设置, 即与电池杆 组件 204内部的其他电子元器件隔离。
具体的,与烟雾通道 501导通的进气口的设置方式可为两种,需明确的是, 以下进气口的设置方式仅为举例进行说明, 并不作限定, 只要设置在电子烟本 体的进气口通过烟雾通道 501与吸烟端 201导通即可。
第一种设置方式为:所述进气口可设置在所述雾化组件 203和所述储油器 202抵合面上; 其具体的设置方式为可在雾化组件 203与储油器 202抵合面上 设置有凸块或凸棱部,使得螺纹连接后的雾化组件 203和储油器 202之间形成 可供空气流入的进气口, 以使得空气通过该进气口流入烟雾通道 501中。
需明确的是, 该进气口的设置方式不作限定, 只要雾化组件 203和储油器 202之间形成可供空气流入的进气口即可。
通过烟雾通道 501可导通吸烟端 201和进气口, 具体请参见 10所示, 其 中图 10为进气口设置在所述雾化组件 203和所述储油器 202抵合面上的电子 烟的剖面示意图;
如图 10所示可知, 设置在所述雾化组件 203和所述储油器 202抵合面上 进气口通过雾化通道 501与吸烟端 201导通。
具体的本实施例中电子烟内部的气流方向为箭头所示的方向, 由图 10所
示可知, 该气流方向不经过储油器 202, 使得经过雾化组件 203雾化的烟雾无 需经过储油器 202即可流向吸烟端 201, 从而使得烟雾不会因储油器 202的吸 烟而冷凝, 进而不会阻塞雾化通道 501。
该进气口的第二种方式可为, 将该进气口还可设置在所述雾化组件 203 外壁上, 具体位置以及数量不作限定。
通过烟雾通道 501可导通吸烟端 201和进气口, 具体请参见 7所示, 其中 图 11为进气口设置在雾化组件 203外壁上的电子烟的剖面示意图;
如图 11所示可知,设置在雾化组件 203外壁上的进气口通过雾化通道 501 与吸烟端 201导通。
具体的本实施例中电子烟内部的气流方向为箭头所示的方向, 由图 11所 示可知, 该气流方向不经过储油器 202, 使得经过雾化组件 203雾化的烟雾无 需经过储油器 202即可流向吸烟端 201, 从而使得烟雾不会因储油器 202的吸 烟而冷凝, 进而不会阻塞雾化通道 501, 避免了现有技术中烟雾经过储油区域 而使烟雾冷凝及阻塞雾化通道的情况。
更进一步的, 本实用新型所提供的电池杆组件 204可控制电热丝组件 301 雾化烟液, 其具体的控制方式可为两种;
一种请参见图 9所示,在电池套 502内部, 靠近吸烟端 201的位置设置用 于生成脉冲信号的气流感应器 507;
该气流感应器 507在检测到烟雾通道 501中的压强变小,即用户吸烟时会 生成脉冲信号。
且在本实施例中, 因气流感应器 507离吸烟端 201位置较近,使得气流感 应器 507 的感应用户吸烟动作的灵敏度提高, 以使用户更为有效的使用电子 烟。
分别与所述气流感应器 507和所述电池 503连接设置有用于根据所述脉冲 信号生成控制信号的微控制器。 且所述微控制器与所述电热丝组件 301连接, 以使所述电热丝组件 301根据所述控制信号雾化所述烟液。
釆用该种设置方式可模拟香烟的抽吸效果,用户通过吸烟端 201即可吸食 经过雾化的烟液。
第二种方式请见图 12所示,
设置在所述电池套 502上且用于接收用户操作指令的按键 601。
与所述按键 601 连接设置有用于根据所述操作指令生成控制信号的微触 开关 602。
且所述微触开关 602与所述电热丝组件 301连接, 以使所述电热丝组件 301根据所述控制信号雾化所述烟液。
釆用该种设置方式可使得用户不必吸烟端 201抽吸电子烟,只要按下该案 件 601即可使得该电子烟的电热丝组件 301雾化烟液。 果, 具体结构请参见图 13所示, 图 13所示的电子烟包括:
吸烟端 201以及电池杆组件 204、 其中吸烟端 201和电池杆组件 204的具 体结构请详见前述实施例, 在本实施例中不做赞述。
在本实施例中储油器 202和雾化组件 203—体化设置, 且所述储油器 202 设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸烟端 201的一端。
较佳的是, 在储油器 202内部开设有烟雾通道 501, 在储油器 202底端与 所述烟雾通道 501连通设置有进气口。该烟雾通道 501—直延伸导通至吸烟端
201。
其气流方向可参见图 13所示的箭头方向, 由图 13所示可知,相对于前述 实施例, 本实施例中的烟雾通道 501较长, 而较长的烟雾通道 501可使得电热 丝组件 301雾化后的烟雾的温度降低, 保障用户吸烟过程的体验。
更佳的是, 还可在该电子烟本体底端设置有灯具模块 701, 在用户通过吸 烟端 201吸烟时, 该灯具模块 701可放出光线, 该光线能够模拟烟草燃烧的效 果, 当然也可根据用户的需要设置不同的发光效果。
该电子烟本体底端设置有容纳所述灯具模块 701的端盖 702, 该端盖 702 可为透明或不透明的壳体。
为使得储油器内的烟液更容易传送至导油机构, 以下结合图 14所示的实 施例对电子烟的另一种结构进行详细说明:
如图 14所示, 该电子烟包括吸烟端 201和电池杆组件 204, 且该吸烟端 201和电池杆组件 204的具体结构请见上述实施例所述, 在本实施例中不做赞 述。
在本实施例中,用于容纳烟液的储油器 202设置在雾化组件 203的外周壁 上,以使得位于储油器 202内的烟液通过雾化套 307上设置的输油孔传送给给
雾化套 307内的导油机构 302, 以使电热丝组件 301雾化烟液, 其中, 雾化组 件 203内部的具体结构请见前述实施例, 在本实施例中不作限定。
在本实施例中位于储油器 202内的烟液的流向与位于雾化套 307输送给电 热丝组件 301进行雾化的烟油的流向垂直或呈一定角度,以避免因震荡等原因 使烟油过度地输送给所述雾化器,以使得储油器 202内的烟液能够稳定的传送 给雾化套 307内的导油机构 302, 保证了烟雾量的稳定。 此外, 此种结构还可 以在电子烟跌落且端部着地时, 避免玻璃材质的储油器 202 因受到撞击而破 碎。
本实施例中, 该储油器 202与雾化组件 203通过螺纹连接,也可釆用卡合 连接等其他方式, 具体连接方式在本实施例中不作限定。
需明确的是,本实施例中设置在雾化组件 203侧壁上的储油器 202的数量 和具体位置在本实施例中不做限定。
例如图 14所示, 设置在雾化组件 203侧壁上的储油器 202的为一个时, 该电子烟本体呈 L型;
或如图 15所示, 设置在雾化组件 203侧壁上的储油器 202的为二个且相 对设置时, 该电子烟本体呈 T型。
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方 案进行清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实 施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基于本实用新型中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人 员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型 保护的范围。
本说明书中各个实施例釆用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是 与其他实施例的不同之处, 各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。
对所公开的实施例的上述说明,使本领域专业技术人员能够实现或使用本 实用新型。对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易 见的,本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本实用新型的精神或范围的情况 下, 在其它实施例中实现。 因此, 本实用新型将不会被限制于本文所示的这些 实施例, 而是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。
Claims
1、 一种电子烟, 其特征在于, 包括:
电子烟本体;
所述电子烟本体上设置有功能元件、 保护机构和磁性定位件;
所述保护机构与所述电子烟本体滑动连接, 并用于罩合在所述功能元件 上;
所述磁性定位件与保护机构磁吸相连,并用于在所述保护机构打开或罩合 在所述功能元件上时, 阻碍所述保护机构在所述电子烟本体上任意滑动。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述保护机构的两端设置有止动机构;
所述磁性定位件设置在所述止动机构之间, 且用于与所述止动机构相抵 持, 以限定保护机构滑动的距离, 防止保护机构从所述电子烟本体滑落。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述保护机构为套设在所述电子烟本体上的套筒;
所述止动机构为凸出于所述套筒内表面的止动环;
所述磁性定位件为连接环;
所述连接环设置在所述止动环之间,且还用于与所述止动环相抵持, 以限 定套筒滑动的距离。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述连接环设置有至少两个滑槽;
所述套筒还设置有与所述滑槽相适配,且用于能够相对所述电子烟本体做 轴向滑动的滑轨;
所述止动环设置在所述滑轨的两端;
所述滑轨的设置方向为沿着所述电子烟本体的轴向方向。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述止动环为磁铁;
所述连接环为铁质材料;
或,
所述止动环为铁质材料;
所述连接环为磁铁。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述保护机构设置有能够让用户使用所述功能元件的开口;
所述保护机构设置有至少两个沿着所述电子烟本体周向方向的周向凹槽; 所述磁性定位件设置有与所述周向凸台相适配的周向凸台; 子烟本体做周向滑动。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述保护机构还设置有在所述开口两侧沿着所述电子烟本体轴向方向的 第一止动条;
所述电子烟本体还设置有与所述第一止动条相适配,且用于与所述第一止 动条相抵持限制所述保护机构滑动范围第二止动条。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述第一止动条为磁铁;
所述第二止动条为铁质材料;
或,
所述第一止动条为铁质材料;
所述第二止动条为磁铁。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述功能元件包括按键和 /或显示屏。
10、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述电子烟本体还设置有吸烟端、用于容纳烟液的储油器、用于雾化所述 烟液的雾化组件以及用于给所述雾化组件供电的电池杆组件;
所述储油器设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸烟端的一端。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述雾化组件位于所述电池杆组件和所述储油器之间,且所述吸烟端位于 所述电池杆组件的一端外侧、或所述吸烟端位于所述电池杆组件的中部、或所 述吸烟端位于所述电池杆组件上远离所述雾化组件的位置。
12、 根据权利要求 10所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述储油器与所述雾 化组件为可拆卸连接;
和 /或,
所述雾化组件与所述电池杆组件为可拆卸连接。
13、 根据权利要求 10所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化组件与所述 电池杆组件同轴设置。
14、 根据权利要求 10所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化组件包括: 用于雾化所述烟液的电热丝组件;
用于将储油器内的烟液输送给所述电热丝组件进行雾化的导油机构。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化组件还包括: 雾化器支架;
所述雾化器支架顶端设置有用于与所述电池杆组件可拆卸连接的第一螺 紋套;
固定设置在所述第一螺纹套内部并与所述电热丝组件电连接的雾化器电 极;
所述第一螺纹套与所述雾化器电极之间设置有绝缘环;
设置在所述雾化器支架上的雾化套,且所述导油机构设置在所述雾化套内 部。
16、 根据权利要求 12所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述电池杆组件内部设置用于导通所述吸烟端和进气口的烟雾通道; 所述进气口设置在所述雾化组件和所述储油器抵合面上;
或,
所述进气口设置在所述雾化组件外壁上。
17、根据权利要求 15所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述电池杆组件包括: 电池套;
容置在所述电池套内部的电池;
设置在所述电池套内部用于固定所述电池的电池架;
设置在所述电池架一端,且分别与所述电池和所述雾化器电极连接的电池 电极;
与所述第一螺纹套匹配设置有用于使得所述电池杆组件和所述雾化组件 可拆卸连接的第二螺纹套。
18、 根据权利要求 15所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述雾化器支架和所述储油器连接处设置有用于密封所述储油器的密封
环。
19、 根据权利要求 10所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
与所述储油器的瓶口密封配合设置带有通孔的环形密封塞;
在所述环形密封塞的通孔内部设置有用于密封所述储油器的可捅破薄膜。
20、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述止动机构连接有弹 性抵持在所述电子烟本体表面上的非金属弹性件,或所述止动机构为所述非金 属弹性件。
