本发明涉及日用电子产品领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电子烟。
背景技术
现有技术的电子烟包括雾化组件及电池组件,雾化组件的一端作为供吸烟者吸食烟雾的吸烟端,用于存储烟油的储油棉装在与电池组件同轴设置的雾化组件内,形成储油棉与电池组件上下串行连接放置形式,储油器与电池组件的上下串行连接方式使得电子烟的烟体太长,不方便携带,烟油容易因重力或毛细作用渗入到所述电池组件内而使电池组件内的电路容易短路;此外,现有技术的电子烟中用于供烟雾流通的烟雾通道穿过所述储油棉,容易造成烟油渗入到烟雾通道上、产生漏油及烟雾容易受到储油棉上的烟油吸热而冷凝,导致吸烟者容易吸到烟油的现象。第三,由于所述储油棉装在所述雾化组件内,添加烟油时通过加油装置朝所述雾化组件内注入烟油,因而若不慎将烟油添加过量或因震荡等原因时,容易将烟油注入烟雾通道内,导致雾化组件内的电热丝被烟油淹没而不能雾化烟油及用户吸食到烟油。同时,由于所述储油棉装在所述雾化组件内,因而吸烟时所述储油棉因受到用户口腔的夹持力而容易将烟油挤入雾化通道内,导致容易吸食到烟油。第四,现有技术的电子烟与雾化组件一般通过电线进行电连接,其导电效果不稳定且不利于组装及雾化组件的更换。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种改进的电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种电子烟,包括电子烟本体,所述电子烟本体设有吸烟端、用于雾化烟油的雾化组件、用于为所述雾化组件供电的电池组件;所述电子烟本体的远离所述吸烟端的一端设有用于储存所述烟油的储油瓶,所述雾化组件设置在所述吸烟端与所述储油瓶之间,所述储油瓶与所述电池组件并列设置;

实施本发明的电子烟,具有以下有益效果: 通过将电池组件与储油瓶及雾化组件并列设置,并在雾化组件与电池组件之间安装弹性的电连接结构使两者弹性抵接,从而使得电子烟组装简单、拆卸方便并且电连接更稳固,电子烟结构设计巧妙,电子烟长度短,方便携带,且机械强度较好;此外,这样的电子烟直径更大,增加吸食、拿捏的乐趣,较适合经常吸食雪茄等大直径烟的吸烟者的心理需求,在受到外力作用下时,电子烟不容易折断,且避免电池组件受到烟油的影响而短路;由于所述油瓶设置于所述电子烟本体的远离所述吸烟端的一端,烟雾未流经储油区域,能够有效避免因烟油渗入到烟雾通道中产生的漏油、烟雾受到烟油吸热而冷凝以及容易受到挤压而使烟油进入烟雾通道内以致被用户吸食等危害;
进一步地,油瓶可拆卸地安装在雾化器中,则方便用户添加烟油或更换不同口味的油,同时设有与电子烟本体滑动连接的保护套,当电子烟在运输或使用过程中受到振荡时,保护储油瓶免受损坏;并且由于保护套从滑动路径的一端向另一端滑动的过程中,弹性件能够提供给保护套一朝向滑动路径的另一端的弹力因此使用起来更方便,便于操作并且可以防止误操作;由于储油瓶可拆卸地外置于电子烟本体,因此便于更换储油瓶;由于储油瓶远离吸烟端,可以避免用户吸食到烟油,且在向储油瓶内添加烟油时,可避免烟油污染吸烟端。此外,由于本发明的电子烟的第一滑动部位于滑动路径的两端时,保护套处于打开或关闭状态而弹性件处于压缩状态,弹性件可以给保护套提供一个弹力以将该保护套保持在打开状态或关闭状态,可进一步防止该保护套被误关闭或误打开。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
图1示出了本发明第一优选实施例中的电子烟的剖视图,该电子烟包括电子烟本体10,该电子烟本体10设置有吸烟端11,在电子烟本体10的远离吸烟端11的一端设置有用于存储烟油的储油瓶12。电子烟本体10还包括与储油瓶瓶12并列设置的电池组件14,吸烟端11与储油瓶12之间安装有用于雾化烟油的雾化组件13。电池组件14与雾化组件13之间还设置有电连接结构144。组装后的电子烟中,电连接结构144一端与电池组件14电连接,另一端与雾化组件13弹性抵接,由此将电池组件14电连接至雾化组件13实现对雾化组件13的供电。通过弹性的电连接结构144实现雾化组件13与电池组件14之间的电连接相比现有的直接通过导线连接的方式更稳固,并且在组装过程中避免了可能由于连接导线造成的失误,同时降低了组装难度。此外,并列设置的储油瓶13及电池组件14的结构使得电子烟的整体长度减小,方便携带。
参考图1,本实施例中的吸烟端11、雾化组件13及储油瓶12同轴设置,雾化组件13一端插置于储油瓶12内,所述雾化组件13远离所述储油瓶12的一端包括用于与电连接结构144弹性抵接的第一电极组135。由于第一电极组135远离储油瓶12,因此有效避免了使用过程中由于重力原因等造成的储油瓶12内的烟油对第一电极组135的损坏,延长了电子烟的使用寿命。
进一步地, 本实施例的电子烟本体10还包括收容雾化组件13、电池组件14及储油瓶12的支架16。参考图1,支架16内纵向形成有隔板161进而将支架16分隔成分别收容电池组件14及储油瓶12的两个并列的腔体。隔板161上对应于电连接结构144开设有安装孔,电连接结构144安装在该安装孔内获得沿隔板161纵向的固定。结合图2可知,本实施例的电连接结构144具有第一电连接件1440及第二电连接件1441,因此隔板161上对应于第一电连接件1440及第二电连接件1441开设有两个安装孔,第一电连接件1440及第二电连接件1441分别插置于各自对应的安装孔内并经安装孔伸出以与第一电极组135弹性抵接。
电子烟本体10还包括一第一内螺纹套17、密封圈18、第二内螺纹套19 。第一螺纹套17用于供储油瓶12螺接。该密封圈18套设在雾化组件13上且抵接储油瓶12的加油口,用于防止烟油泄露。该第二内螺纹套19安装于支架16靠近吸烟端11的一端,其用于供吸烟端11螺接,便于拆卸和安装。
电池组件14包括电池141及连接到电池141的控制电路板142,电连接结构144远离雾化组件13的一端连接到控制电路板142进而实现与电池141正负两极的电连接。在本发明的其他非限制性实施例中,支架16上还设置有一显示屏20并露置于电子烟本体10的外表面,该显示屏20连接到控制电路板142。该显示屏20可以是LED显示屏,其与控制电路板电连接,用于显示电子烟信息。电子烟信息包括以下信息中的一种或多种:电池组件的剩余电量信息、吸烟口数信息、吸烟次数信息、烟油口味信息、生产厂家信息。采用这种方案在帮用户了解自己吸烟量的同时,也可对电池组件14的电量进行控制,有利于帮助用户戒烟,提高用户体验;同时还可根据该显示自行选择吸烟口味或控制吸烟频率等。
在本发明的又一非限制性实施例中,支架16上还设置有连接到控制电路板142的按键组件143,该按键组件143至少部分露置于所述电子烟外侧壁,所述按键组件用于根据外界触发信号控制电连接结构144与所述电池141之间的电连接进而控制雾化组件13对所述储油瓶12内烟油的雾化。
参考图2,本发明的电子烟的优选实施例的中,雾化组件13包括收纳有电热丝组件131的雾化腔134以及插设在所述储油瓶12内的用于将烟油输送给电热丝组件131的导油机构。该导油机构包括导油管133以及收纳于导油管133内的烟油锁存件132。雾化腔134上安装有中空的与电热丝组件131电连接的第一电极组135,第一电极组135与雾化腔134连通进而内形成连通至吸烟端11的用于供电热丝组件131雾化的烟雾排出的烟雾通道。本实施例的雾化通道并不经储油瓶12,避免烟雾因烟油的吸热而被冷凝,防止了堵塞烟雾通道现象的发生。
上述导油机构包括导油管133及收纳在在所述导油管133内的由吸油材料制成的烟油锁存件132,对应的电连接结构144则包括相互绝缘的第一电极件1440与第二电极件1441,所述第一电极件1440与所述第二电极件1441的一端分别与电池组件14电连接,所述第一电极件1440与所述第二电极件1441的另一端分别弹性抵接第一内电极1350与所述第一外电极1351。烟油锁存件132的外周面与导油管133的内周面相贴合。导油管133的与吸烟端11相邻的一端设置有连通至吸烟端6的开口,且导油管133的具有开口的一端靠近电热丝组件131,导油管133的另一端插置于储油瓶12的内部,且导油管133的侧壁上开设有进油孔136,以使储油瓶12内的烟油通过进油孔136流入导油机构上。优选地本实施例的第一电极件1440和/或第二电极件1441可以是弹针电极或者弹片电极等。
参考图2及图3,第一电极组135包括相互绝缘中空的第一外电极1351及第一内电极1350,第一内电极1350部分插置在第一外电极1351内,第一内电极1350与第一外电极1351之间同轴套设有雾化座137,导油管133与第一内电极1350的连接处还套设有绝缘件138,绝缘件138实现第一内电极1350与第一外电极1351在导油管133开口端的绝缘,雾化座137用于实现第一内电极1350与第一外电极1351在导油管133内的绝缘。电热丝组件131一端连接到所述第一内电极1350,电热丝组件131的另一端连接到第一外电极1351。优选地,电热丝组件131的一端通过夹设在第一内电极1350与雾化座137之间实现与第一内电极1350的电连接,电热丝组件1351的另一端通过夹设在雾化座137与第一外电极1351之间实现与第一外电极1351的电连接。上述夹设实现的电连接相比于焊接组装拆卸更方便。第一外电极1351套设在导油管133的一端内且与导油管133贴合,第二电极件1441通过弹性抵接导油管133的侧壁实现与所述第一外电极1351的弹性抵接。在本发明的其他实施例中,也可以通过在导油管133上开孔,使第二电极件1441从孔中伸入以获得第二电极件1441与第一内电极1351的直接弹性抵接,因此只需第二电极件1441与第一内电极1351可通过弹性抵接实现电连接即可,具体结构可不做限定。
参考图4,电热丝组件131包括沿导油管133的轴向延伸设置的导液件1312以及缠绕于导液件1312上的电热丝1311,导液件1312的一端与所述烟油锁存件132相抵接,电热丝1311与所述第一电极组135电连接。烟油锁存件132由棉或纤维等吸油材料制成,烟油锁存件132的外周面与导油管133的内周面相贴合,因而可避免在电子烟倒放时烟油从导油管133泄露出来,且导油效果好。烟油锁存件132及导液件1312均为实心柱形结构,烟油锁存件132的轴心线与导液件1312的轴心线重合或平行,且所述烟油锁存件132的横截面积大于导液件1312横截面积,这使得烟油输送路径呈阶梯状结构,从而保证导液件1312能够随时从烟油锁存件132获取所需的烟油,不仅能够进一步较好地提高烟雾量,防止电热丝组件131干烧,而且能够防止储油瓶12内的烟油泄露出来,保证了雾化组件13能产生稳定的烟雾量。为了方便组装,本实施例的导油管136为两端开口的结构且靠近储油瓶12的一端与端盖39扣合以防止储油瓶12内的烟油经导油管133的开口处大量渗入烟油锁存件132中,影响抽烟口感。当然,所述雾化组件13不限于上述结构,只要能够雾化储油瓶12内的烟油即可,在此不作限定。
参考图5,支架16包括隔板161、设置于隔板161一侧的用于安装电池组件14的第一安装部162以及设置于该隔板161的另一侧的第二安装部163。该隔板161大致呈矩形状。电池组件14安装在该第一安装部162中,该第一安装部162外侧还盖设有一呈半圆筒形状的电池保护盖。该第二安装部163大致呈中空管状,其沿着隔板161的纵向设置,并且该第二安装部163的轴向长度小于该隔板161的长度。结合图1中的第一内螺纹套17、密封圈18、第二内螺纹套19。该第一螺纹套17固定卡持在该第二安装部163内的远离吸烟端11的一端,其用于供储油瓶12螺接。该密封圈18安装在雾化组件13的导油管133与第一内螺纹套17之间,用于防止烟油泄露。该第二内螺纹套19安装于该第二安装部163内侧的靠近吸烟端11的一端,其用于供吸烟端11螺接,拆卸和安装都是十分方便。当然,所述电池组件14不限于上述结构,只要能够为所述雾化组件13提供电能即可,在此不作限定。
参考图6a、图6b及图6c为本发明的又一优选实施例的电子烟的结构示意图,本实施例的电子烟包括图1所示电子烟的电连接件144实现雾化组件13与电池组件14的弹性电连接的技术特征,其不同之处在于,本实施例的电子烟中储油瓶12与支架16可拆卸连接且外置于电子烟本体10上。该电子烟还包括一用于保护储油瓶12并与电子烟本体10滑动连接的保护套15以及弹性件30(见图7);弹性件30的一端与保护套15相连,另一端与电子烟本体10相连,使保护套15从滑动路径的一端向另一端滑动的过程中,弹性件30能够提供给保护套15一朝向滑动路径的另一端的弹力。
由于设置有保护套15,当电子烟在运输或使用过程中受到振荡时,保护储油瓶12免受损坏;并且由于保护套15从滑动路径的一端向另一端滑动的过程中,弹性件30能够提供给保护套15一朝向滑动路径的另一端的弹力因此使用起来更方便,便于操作并且可以防止误操作;由于储油瓶12可拆卸地外置于电子烟本体10,因此便于拆装储油瓶12;由于储油瓶12远离吸烟端11,可以避免用户吸食到烟油,且在向储油瓶12内添加烟油时,可避免烟油污染吸烟端11。优选地,在本实施例中,该储油瓶12为透明材料制成,并且其上设置有刻度表,对应地,该保护套15上设置观察窗105。观察窗105用于供用户观察储油瓶12中的烟油量,以便于使用者更好地掌控储油瓶12中的烟油量并及时添加烟油。可以理解地,该保护套15的底部还可以可拆卸地设置一用于保护储油瓶12的盖体,以防止储油瓶12受到损坏。
保护套15的滑动路径的两端之间具有一临界位置。图6a中,保护套15处于关闭状态,该保护套15位于滑动路径的一端,当保护套15位于该一端与临界位置之间时,弹性件30对保护套15施加一个朝向该一端的弹力。图6b中,保护套15处于打开过程或关闭过程的一个临界位置,此时弹性件30对于保护套15沿着滑动路径的方向不施加弹力。图6c中,保护套15处于打开状态,该保护套15位于滑动路径的另一端,当保护套15位于该另一端与临界位置之间时,该弹性件30对保护套施加一个沿着滑动路径指向该另一端的弹力。
因此,在打开或关闭该保护套15的过程中,只要将保护套15推过该临界位置,该保护套15即可自动打开或关闭,具有提高用户体验的有益效果。并且,由于在打开保护套15的过程中或关闭保护套15的过程中的一段滑动至临界位置之前的滑动路径里,弹性件30的两端在电子烟本体10以及保护套15上的连接点之间的距离变短,也即是说这个过程弹性件30是一个被压缩的过程,弹性件30会阻碍保护套15的运动的,因此可以防止误操作。储油瓶12可拆卸地外置在电子烟本体10上,因而方便更换储油瓶12或向储油瓶12内添加烟油。储油瓶12设置在远离吸烟端11的一端,可避免用户吸食到烟油;且在向储油瓶12内添加烟油时,避免烟油污染吸烟端11,可提高用户体验。
如图7所示,在本实施例中,保护套15与电子烟本体10之间设置有滑动连接机构(未标号),具体地,该滑动连接机构包括开设于支架16的隔板161上的第一滑动槽161c以及设置于该保护套15上的第一滑动部151c。该第一滑动槽161c大致呈直条状且其轴向平行于隔板16的轴向,该第一滑动槽161c将该隔板161的两面贯穿。该第一滑动部151c在该第一滑动槽161c中沿着第一滑动槽161c的轴向滑动时形成所述滑动路径。该弹性件30在电子烟本体10的连接点与该临界位置的连线与该第一滑动槽161c的轴向垂直。
进一步地,该保护套15呈弧形板状,优选地,该保护套15的横截面的圆弧的圆心角为180度。保护套15包括互相平行的第一侧边151和第二侧边152。在本实施例中,沿着第一侧边151和第二侧边152分别设置有第三滑动部151a和第二滑动部151b。该第一滑动部151a的横截面呈L形,该第二滑动部151b的横截面呈T形。对应地,同时参照图8,该第二安装部163与侧板161的交界处设置有互相平行的第三滑动槽161a和第二滑动槽161b。该第三滑动槽161a和第二滑动槽161b分别与第三滑动部151a和第二滑动部151b适配并滑动连接。这有利由于保持保护套15的稳定,防止该保护套15与支架16分离。
该第一滑动槽161c与第二滑动部151b相正对,该第一滑动部151c垂直设置于该第二滑动部151b的朝向第一滑动槽161c的一侧上,并朝向远离该第二安装部163的方向伸出于该第一滑动槽161c。该第一滑动部151c优选为螺栓或螺钉,其螺接在第二滑动部151b上的螺纹孔152b中。该侧板161的远离第二安装部163的一面还固定设置有一连接部31,优选地,该连接部31为螺接于侧板161上螺纹孔1611中的螺栓或螺钉。该弹性件30的两端分别套接在该连接部31和第二滑动部151b的伸出于第一滑动槽161c的部分上。
在本实施例中,弹性件30的两端分别设置有圈状的连接套,该连接套用于将弹性件30的两端分别套接到连接部31以及第一滑动部151c上。同时参照图9a、图9b以及图9c所示,弹性件30的一端的连接套套接在第三滑动部151c的伸出于第三滑动槽161c的部分,另一端的连接套套接于连接部31上,以实现将弹性件30的一端连接到保护套15上,另一端连接到电子烟本体10上。该图9a、图9b以及图9c分别对应于图6a、图6b以及图6c中的电子烟所处的状态。优选地,该第一滑动部151c位于第一滑动槽161c的轴向上的端部时,该保护套15处于打开状态或关闭状态而弹性件30处于压缩状态。因此,该弹性件30给保护套15提供一个将保护套15保持在关闭或打开状态的弹力,更近一步地防止了该保护套15被误操作而打开或关闭的可能性。 可以理解地,该弹性件30可以为扭簧(如图10a所示),也可以为圆弧形的弹簧(如图10b所示),还可以为波浪形的弹簧(如图10c)所示,当然,该弹性件30的种类和形状并不限于此。
本发明通过将电池组件与储油瓶及雾化组件并列设置,并在雾化组件与电池组件之间安装弹性的电连接结构使两者弹性抵接,从而使得电子烟组装简单、拆卸方便并且电连接更稳固,电子烟结构设计巧妙,电子烟长度短,方便携带;此外,这样的电子烟直径更大,增加吸食、拿捏的乐趣,较适合经常吸食雪茄等大直径烟的吸烟者的心理需求,且避免电池组件受到烟油的影响而短路;由于所述油瓶设置于所述电子烟本体的远离所述吸烟端的一端,烟雾未流经储油区域,能够有效避免因烟油渗入到烟雾通道中产生的漏油、烟雾受到烟油吸热而冷凝以及容易受到挤压而使烟油进入烟雾通道内以致被用户吸食等危害,极大地降低了用户吸食到烟油的概率。

  1. 一种电子烟,包括电子烟本体(10),其特征在于,所述电子烟本体(10)设有吸烟端(11)、用于雾化烟油的雾化组件(13)、用于为所述雾化组件(13)供电的电池组件(14);所述电子烟本体的远离所述吸烟端(11)的一端设有用于储存所述烟油的储油瓶(12),所述雾化组件(13)设置在所述吸烟端(11)与所述储油瓶(12)之间,所述储油瓶(12)与所述电池组件(14)并列设置;
    所述电池组件(14)与所述雾化组件(13)之间还设置有电连接结构(144),所述电连接结构(144)的一端与所述电池组件(14)连接,所述电连接结构(144)的另一端与所述雾化组件(13)的侧壁弹性抵接,所述电连接结构(144)用于实现所述电池组件(14)与所述雾化组件(13)之间的电性连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸烟端(11)、所述雾化组件(13)及所述储油瓶(12)同轴设置,所述雾化组件(13)的一端插置于所述储油瓶(12)内,所述雾化组件(13)包括用于与所述电连接结构(144)弹性抵接的第一电极组(135)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述储油瓶(12)包括供所述雾化组件(13)插入的加油口,所述雾化组件(13)包括收纳有电热丝组件(131)的雾化腔(134)以及插设在所述储油瓶(12)内的用于将烟油输送给所述电热丝组件(131)的导油机构;所述雾化腔(134)上安装有中空的与所述电热丝组件(131)电连接的所述第一电极组(135),所述第一电极组(135)与所述雾化腔(134)连通。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一电极组(135)包括相互绝缘中空的第一外电极(1351)及第一内电极(1350),所述第一内电极(1350)部分插置在所述第一外电极(1351)内,所述电热丝组件(131)一端连接到所述第一内电极(1350),所述电热丝组件(131)的另一端连接到所述第一外电极(1351)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电连接结构(144)包括相互绝缘的第一电极件(1440)与第二电极件(1441),所述第一电极件(1440)与所述第二电极件(1441)的一端分别与电池组件(14)电连接,所述第一电极件(1440)与所述第二电极件(1441)的另一端分别弹性抵接所述第一内电极(1350)与所述第一外电极(1351)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述导油机构包括导油管(133)及收纳在在所述导油管(133)内的由吸油材料制成的烟油锁存件(132),所述烟油锁存件(132)的外周面与所述导油管(133)的内周面相贴合,第一外电极(1351)套设在所述导油管(133)的一端内且与所述导油管(133)贴合,所述第二电极件(1441)通过弹性抵接所述导油管(133)的侧壁实现与所述第一外电极(1351)的弹性抵接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电热丝组件(131)收容在所述导油管(133)内,所述导油管(133)的一端插设有用于与所述电池组件(14)电连接的所述第一电极组(135),所述电热丝组件(14)与所述第一电极组(135)电连接;所述电子烟本体(10)内形成有连通至所述吸烟端(11)的用于供所述电热丝组件(131)雾化的烟雾排出的烟雾通道。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电热丝组件(131)包括沿所述导油管(133)的轴向延伸设置的导液件(1312)以及缠绕于所述导液件(1312)上的电热丝(1311),所述导液件(1312)的一端与所述烟油锁存件(132)相抵接,所述电热丝与所述第一电极组(135)电连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟油锁存件(132)及所述导液件(1312)均为实心柱形结构,所述烟油锁存件(132)的轴心线与所述导液件(1312)的轴心线重合或平行,且所述烟油锁存件(132)的横截面积大于所述导液件(1312)的横截面积。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池组件(14)包括电池(141)及连接到所述电池(141)的控制电路板(142),所述第一电极件(1440)与所述第二电极件(1441)分别通过连接至所述控制电路板(142)电连接至所述电池(141)。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟本体(10)包括支架(16),所述电池组件(13)安装在所述支架(16)内,所述雾化组件(13)安装在所述支架(16)内的与所述吸烟端(11)相邻的一端;
    所述支架(16)包括设置在所述电池组件(14)与所述储油瓶(13)之间的隔板(161),所述隔板(161)分别所述第一电极件(1440)与所述第二电极件(1441)开设有安装孔,所述第一电极件(1440)与所述第二电极件(1441)分别活动安装在各自对应的所述安装孔内。。
  12. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一电极件和/或所述第二电极件为弹针电极或弹片电极。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括一用于显示电子烟信息的显示屏(20),所述显示屏(20)设置于所述电子烟本体(10)上并与所述控制电路板(142)电连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟信息包括以下信息中的一种或多种:电池组件的剩余电量信息、吸烟口数信息、吸烟次数信息、烟油口味信息、生产厂家信息。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括连接到所述控制电路板(142)的按键组件,所述按键组件至少部分露置于所述电子烟外侧壁,所述按键组件用于根据外界触发信号控制所述电连接结构(144)与所述电池(141)之间的电连接进而控制所述雾化组件(13)对所述储油瓶(12)内烟油的雾化。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述储油瓶(12)可拆卸外置于所述电子烟本体(10)上;
    所述电子烟还包括用于保护所述储油瓶(12)并与所述电子烟本体(10)滑动连接的保护套(15)以及弹性件(30);所述弹性件(30)的一端与所述保护套(15)相连,所述弹性件(30)的另一端与所述电子烟本体(10)相连,使所述保护套(15)从滑动路径的一端向另一端滑动的过程中,所述弹性件(30)能够提供给所述保护套(15)一朝向所述滑动路径的另一端的弹力。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟本体(10)与所述保护套(15)之间设置有滑动连接机构,所述滑动连接机构包括设置于所述电子烟本体(10)上的第一滑动槽(161c)以及设置于所述保护套(15)上并与所述第一滑动槽(161c)插接相连的第一滑动部(151c),所述第一滑动部(151c)沿着所述第一滑动槽(161c)的轴向在所述第一滑动槽(161c)中滑动形成所述滑动路径。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述滑动路径的两端之间具有一临界位置,所述第一滑动部(151c)位于所述滑动路径的一端与所述临界位置之间时,所述弹性件(30)给所述保护套(15)提供朝向该一端的弹力;所述弹性件(30)在所述电子烟本体(10)上的连接点与所述临界位置之间的连线垂直于所述第一滑动槽(161c)的轴向。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一滑动部(151c)位于所述第一滑动槽(161c)轴向上的端部时,所述弹性件(30)处于压缩状态。
  20. 一种电子烟,包括电子烟本体(10),其特征在于,所述电子烟本体(10)设有吸烟端(11)、用于雾化烟油的雾化组件(13)、用于为所述雾化组件(13)供电的电池组件(14);所述电子烟本体的远离所述吸烟端(11)的一端设有用于储存所述烟油的储油瓶(12),所述雾化组件设置早所述吸烟端与所述储油瓶之间,所述储油瓶(12)与所述电池组件(14)并列设置;
    所述电池组件(14)与所述雾化组件(13)之间还设置有电连接结构(144),所述电连接结构(144)的一端与所述电池组件连接,所述电连接结构(144)的另一端与所述雾化组件(13)弹性抵接,所述电连接结构(144)用于实现所述电池组件(14)与所述雾化组件(13)之间的电性连接;
    所述电池组件(14)包括电池(141)及连接到所述电池(141)的控制电路板(142),所述电连接结构(144)安装在所述控制电路板朝向所述雾化组件(13)的一侧,所述电连接结构(144)一端与所述控制电路板(142)电性连接,所述电连接结构(144)的另一端与所述第一电极组(135)弹性抵接;
    所述电子烟本体(10)与所述保护套(15)之间设置有滑动连接机构,所述滑动连接机构包括设置于所述电子烟本体(10)上的第一滑动槽(161c)以及设置于所述保护套(15)上的第一滑动部(151c),所述第一滑动部(151c)沿着所述第一滑动槽(161c)的轴向在所述第一滑动槽(161c)中滑动形成所述滑动路径;
    所述滑动路径的两端之间具有一临界位置,所述第一滑动部(151c)位于所述滑动路径的一端与所述临界位置之间时,所述弹性件(30)给所述保护套(15)提供朝向该一端的弹力;所述弹性件(30)在所述电子烟本体(10)上的连接点与所述临界位置之间的连线垂直于所述第一滑动槽(161c)的轴向;
    所述第一滑动部(151c)位于所述滑动槽(161c)轴向上的端部时,所述弹性件(30)处于压缩状态;
    所述电子烟本体(10)还包括支架(16),所述电池组件(13)安装在所述支架(16)内,所述雾化组件(13)安装在所述支架(16)内的与所述吸烟端(11)相邻的一端,所述储油瓶(12)与所述支架(16)可拆卸地连接,且所述吸烟端(11)、雾化组件(13)和储油瓶(12)同轴设置;
    所述支架(16)包括隔板(161)、设置在所述隔板(161)一侧的第一安装部(162)以及设置在所述隔板(161)的另一侧的第二安装部(163),所述电池组件(14)安装在所述第一安装部(162)中,所述第二安装部(163)呈中空管状,所述第二安装部(163)内侧的靠近吸烟端(11)的一端设置有一第二内螺纹套(19),所述第二安装部(163)内侧的远离所述吸烟端(11)的一端设置有第一内螺纹套(17),所述储油瓶(12)螺接在所述第一内螺纹套(17)中,所述吸烟端(11)螺接在所述第二内螺纹套(19)中。
