电子烟及其组装方法 技术领域
本发明涉及电加热产品领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电子烟及其组装方法 。
背景技术
现有技术的电子烟包括雾化组件及电池组件,雾化组件的一端作为供吸烟者吸食烟雾的吸烟端,用于存储烟油的储油棉装在与电池组件同轴设置的雾化组件内,形成储油棉与电池组件上下串行连接放置形式,首先, 储油器与电池组件的上下串行连接方式使得电子烟的烟体太长,不方便携带,烟油容易因重力或毛细作用渗入到所述电池组件内而使电池组件内的电路容易短路;其次,现有技术的电子烟中用于供烟雾流通的烟雾通道穿过所述储油棉,容易造成烟油渗入到烟雾通道上、产生漏油及烟雾容易受到储油棉上的烟油吸热而冷凝,导致吸烟者容易吸到烟油的现象。另外,由于所述储油棉装在所述雾化组件内,添加烟油时通过加油装置朝所述雾化组件内注入烟油,因而若不慎将烟油添加过量或因震荡等原因时,容易将烟油注入烟雾通道内,导致雾化组件内的电热丝被烟油淹没而不能雾化烟油及用户吸食到烟油。同时,由于所述储油棉装在所述雾化组件内,因而吸烟时所述储油棉因受到用户口腔的夹持力而容易将烟油挤入雾化通道内,导致容易吸食到烟油。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述电子烟的缺陷,提供一种电子烟及其组装方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种电子烟,包括电子烟本体,所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端、用于储存烟油的烟油瓶、用于雾化所述烟油的雾化组件以及与所述雾化组件电连接的并用于为所述雾化组件供电的电池组件;所述烟油瓶设置于所述电子烟本体的远离所述吸烟端的一端,所述电池组件与所述烟油瓶并列设置;
所述烟油瓶可拆卸连接并外置于所述电子烟本体上,所述电子烟还包括用于盖设在所述烟油瓶上的保护盖,所述保护盖的端部与所述电子烟本体转动连接,所述保护盖能够绕所述端部在所述电子烟本体的纵向截面上进行旋转。
本发明所述的电子烟中,所述雾化组件包括设置在所述烟油瓶的加油口外侧并电连接至所述电池组件的电热丝组件以及插设在所述烟油瓶内的用于将烟油输送给所述电热丝组件的导油机构;所述电子烟本体内形成有连通至所述吸烟端的用于供所述电热丝组件雾化的烟雾排出的烟雾通道。

此外,本发明还提供了一种电子烟组装方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
S1:向支架内装入电池组件及雾化组件,并使所述电池组件与所述雾化组件并列设置并电性连接;同时对应于所述雾化组件提供烟油瓶,在烟油瓶上开设供雾化组件插入的通孔,并将烟油瓶可拆卸连接至所述雾化组件;
S2:将雾化组件一端插入到对应的所述烟油瓶内,使雾化组件远离烟油瓶的一端内部中空形成雾化腔,并将电热丝组件放置于雾化腔中;同时将电热丝组件与电池组件电性连接;
S3:在所述支架上安装与所述雾化腔连通的吸烟端形成电子烟本体,使烟油瓶露置于所述电子烟本体外;
S4:将电子烟本体与保护盖的端部转动连接,通过在所述电子烟本体的纵向截面上沿所述端部旋转所述保护盖使所述烟油瓶收容在所述保护盖与所述支架围成的容纳空间内。
实施本发明的电子烟及其组装方法,具有以下有益效果:本申请的电池组件与烟油瓶并列设置,则使得电子烟的总长度减小,携带方便,结构设计巧妙,机械强度较好,此外,此种电子烟直径更大,增加吸食、拿捏的乐趣,较适合经常吸食雪茄等大直径烟的吸烟者的心理需求,此外,传统的电子烟中,电池组件多采用螺纹连接与雾化组件可拆卸的连接在一起,携带时,电池组件与雾化组件的螺纹间将产生相对转动,从而容易导致电池组件松脱,而本申请的电子烟中雾化组件与电池组件并列固定安装在支架上,也避免了携带过程中可能产生的转动以及避免由于不小心碰撞造成的串联设置的雾化组件以及电池组件连接处发生折断。
进一步地,由于电池组件与烟油瓶并列设置,因此烟油瓶内的烟油不会因为重力或毛细作用渗入到电池组件进而避免了可能由于烟油渗漏对电池组件造成短路;同时,由于所述烟油瓶设置于所述电子烟本体的远离所述吸烟端的一端,因而烟雾通道不穿过储油区域,烟油不会渗入到烟雾通道内,也不会产生漏油、烟雾受到烟油吸热而冷凝和吸到烟油的现象;其三,由于本申请的所述烟油瓶可拆卸连接并外置于所述电子烟本体上,因此,相比于现有技术中的在雾化组件中的储油棉,本申请的烟油瓶在添加烟油时不会产生烟油添加过量导致烟油污染雾化组件的缺陷,因此也避免了用户吸食到烟油的风险。
进一步地,本发明的电子烟本体上转动连接保护盖,在电子烟的使用过程中,可将将保护盖转动至关闭,使烟油瓶收纳在保护盖与电子烟主体围成的空间内,有效避免了在使用过程中由于可能发生的碰撞对烟油瓶造成的损坏。而需要更换烟油瓶或者向烟油瓶中添加烟油时,转动保护盖至开启,使烟油瓶露置于电子烟主体外侧,由于烟油瓶与电子烟主体之间为可拆卸连接,因此,可在转动保护盖至开启状态下时,对烟油瓶进行更换。本申请的保护盖与电子烟主体之间的连接方式简单,用户开启或关闭保护盖时操作简单方便。

为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1及图2所示,本发明实施例提供一种电子烟,包括电子烟本体,所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端1,本实施例中的电子烟本体内还包括储存烟油的烟油瓶4、用于雾化所述烟油的雾化组件5以及与雾化组件5电连接的并用于为雾化组件5供电的电池组件6。本发明实施例的电池组件6与雾化组件5及烟油瓶4并列设置,因此,能有效减少电子烟的长度,携带方便,且电子烟的直径大,用户手感好。本发明实施例的所述烟油瓶4可拆卸连接并外置于所述电子烟本体上,即烟油瓶4可拆卸并露置于电子烟本体外,本实施例中,电子烟本体上活动连接有保护盖3,在图1所示的状态下,保护盖3靠近吸烟端1的一端的端部与电子烟本体转动连接,保护盖3可在电子烟的纵向截面上绕所述端部旋转。 应当理解,本发明的电子烟中,吸烟端1指向烟油瓶4的方向为纵向,因此在图2所示的电子烟中,图2所示的截面即为本发明所述的纵向截面。 此外,保护盖3侧壁还具有卡扣部31,因此图1所示的保护盖3远离吸烟端1的另一端与电子烟本体1卡扣连接。应当理解,所述卡扣部31的位置可以是保护盖3与电子烟本体接触的任意位置。需要更换烟油瓶时,推动保护盖3解除卡扣部31 与电子烟本体之间的卡扣连接,转动开启保护盖3,由此使得烟油瓶4外露,进而可对烟油瓶4进行更换;烟油瓶4更换结束后,再次转动将保护盖3,通过卡扣部31将保护盖3与电子烟本体卡扣连接以保持相对固定。因此,使用本实施例的电子烟,电池组件6与烟油瓶4并列设置,则使得电子烟的总长度减小,携带方便,结构设计巧妙,机械强度较好,此外,此种电子烟直径更大,增加吸食、拿捏的乐趣,较适合经常吸食雪茄等大直径烟的吸烟者的心理需求;并且烟油瓶与电子烟本体可拆卸连接,使得添加烟油更加方便,也避免了烟油添加过量可能对电子烟的雾化组件等其他部分造成的损坏;并且与电子烟本体活动连接的保护盖3确保了可以及时方便地对烟油瓶进行更换,同时又对烟油瓶进行了有效的保护,并且保护盖3与电子烟本体之间的连接结构简单,用户操作方便。
优选,烟油瓶可以是为透明体,更加方便了观测烟油瓶中的烟油量。
如图2所示为图1所示电子烟的剖视图,本实施例的电子烟中,所述电子烟本体还包括支架24,电池组件6收容在支架24内,电池组件6与支架24之间连接方式可以是但不限于可拆卸连接。同电池组件6并列设置的烟油瓶4与所述支架24可拆卸连接,并且烟油瓶4露置于支架24外,烟油瓶4设置在与电子烟本体远离吸烟端1的一端。支架24上设置有用于与所述保护盖3转动连接的第一旋转连接部20。保护盖3靠近所述吸烟端1的一端的端部与第一旋转连接部20可转动连接,保护盖3的侧壁具有卡扣部31。
支架24内还安装有雾化组件5,雾化组件5一端插置于烟油瓶4内,雾化组件5另一端收容在支架24内,雾化组件5与电池组件6电性连接,由电池组件6为所述雾化组件5供电,吸烟端1直接与烟油瓶4同轴串接。电子烟本体内部形成有位于烟油瓶4外部的、用于供雾化组件5雾化的烟雾排出至电子烟本体外的烟雾通道。因此本实施例的电子烟将烟雾通道设置于电子烟本体内部、烟油瓶4外侧,烟雾通道不经过烟油瓶4,因此避免了现有的电子烟的烟雾通道贯穿储油棉导致的烟油渗入烟雾通道、烟雾受到烟油吸热而冷凝而造成用户吸食到烟油的缺陷,解决了漏液和吸到烟油的现象。
参考图3,为本实施例的保护盖3的立体示意图。所述保护盖3为中空结构,包括侧壁和靠近所述烟油瓶4的底壁。所述保护盖3内形成有容纳腔,所述容纳腔一侧形成朝向所述支架24的开口32,开口32的宽度与支架24的宽度适配。因此,通过旋转闭合所述保护盖3时,可将所述烟油瓶4收容在所述容纳腔与所述支架24围成的容纳空间内。开口32的侧壁形成与所述支架24扣合连接的卡扣部31,闭合所述保护盖3时,所述卡扣部31与所述支架24扣合。通过卡扣部31与支架24之间的卡扣固定,可有效防止在吸食电子烟的过程中保护盖3因受震荡而发生相对支架24的转动,进一步保护了烟油瓶4。
本实施例中,所述第一旋转部20位于所述支架24紧邻所述吸烟端1的第一端,因此,所述保护盖3的开口32靠近所述吸烟端1的位置处形成有用于与所述第一旋转连接部20转动连接的第二旋转连接部33,本实施例中的所述第一旋转连接部20与所述第二旋转连接部33之间的转动连接方式为铰接。结合图2可以看出,第一旋转连接部20通过第一转轴23与保护盖3转动连接,并且第一转轴23垂直贯穿所述第一旋转连接部20及所述保护盖3。因此,图3所示的保护盖3中,第二旋转连接部33上开设有供所述第一转轴23插入的通孔35。组装时,将第二转转连接部33与第一旋转连接部20对准,再将所述第一转轴23垂直贯穿第二转转连接部33及第一旋转连接部20,即可获得所述支架24与所述保护盖3之间的转动连接。
进一步地,由于本实施例中的吸烟端1与所述雾化组件5共轴,因此,开启所述保护盖3时,吸烟端1会阻挡保护盖3的转动,因此,本实施例的保护盖3的与所述开口32正对的侧壁上开设有第一缺口34。结合图2可以看出,打开所述保护盖3时,所述保护盖3以所述第一转轴23为中心经所述第一缺口34朝所述吸烟端1旋转。开口32边缘伸出有卡扣部31,关闭保护盖3时,卡扣部31随保护盖3转动,卡扣部31抵接支架24后,挤压所述支架24,由此实现保护盖3在关闭状态时与支架24的相对固定,而此时,烟油瓶4则将收纳在所述保护盖3与所述支架24围成的容纳空间内。在本申请的其他实施例中,所述支架24上与所述卡扣部31扣合的位置处设置有卡槽,或者所述卡扣部31为金属或磁性材料时, 所述支架24上对应位置处设置有磁性材料。
参考图4为支架24与保护盖3的连接示意图。保护盖3与支架24在第一旋转连接部20处通过垂直穿设在所述第一旋转连接部20的第一转轴23转动连接。本实施例中的电池组件与支架24之间为可拆卸连接。并且由于雾化组件属于易损件,因此,本实施例中将雾化组件可拆卸安装在支架24上,可方便用户对雾化组件进行更换。为了保证组装电池组件及雾化组件时电池组件与雾化组件之间的有效电连接,本实施例的支架24内靠近吸烟端1的一端设有相互电连接的第一电极组21与第二电极组22。第一电极组21正对电池组件,而第二电极组22则正对雾化组件。
第一电极组21与电池组件之间的电连接的方式为通过弹针电极进行连接,弹针电极包括第一弹针电极211以及第二弹针电极212,第一弹针电极211包括第一弹针,第二弹针电极212包括第二弹针。第一弹针电极211及第二弹针电极212分别与电池组件的两极连接,可以理解的是,每个弹针电极的弹针均可在外力作用下伸缩,通过将弹针抵持于的电池组件上可以实现电性连接且方便拆装,同时还使得电池组件与第一电极组21之间的连接稳定性好。
支架24靠近雾化组件位置处设有用于与雾化组件电连接的第二电极组22。第二电极组22包括第二外电极222以及与第二外电极222绝缘设置的、置于第二外电极222内侧的第二内电极221。
如图5所示,雾化组件5包括用于雾化烟油的电热丝组件52;以及用于将烟油瓶4内的烟油输送给电热丝组件52进行雾化的导油机构55。导油机构55包括一端开口的套管56,套管56的具有开口的一端靠近所述电热丝组件52,所述套管56的另一端插置于烟油瓶4内部,且该套管56插置于烟油瓶4中的一端侧壁开设有进油孔57,套管56内部放置有用于将烟油瓶4内的烟油输送给电热丝组件52进行雾化的呈实心柱形的导油棉,所述导油棉的外周面与所述套管56的内周面相贴合,套管56的具有所述开口的一端内部中空形成雾化腔54。置于烟油瓶4内部的液态烟油经由进油孔57进入到导油棉中,进一步为雾化组件5提供烟油。由于所述套管56内部放置有导油棉,且所述导油棉的外周面与所述套管56的内周面相贴合,因而不仅导油效果好,而且防止倒立时烟油从所述套管56泄露出来。
结合图4所示,支架24上设有进气口220,雾化腔54分别与进气口220以及吸烟端1连通,所述雾化腔54至所述吸烟端1的通道作为所述烟雾通道。可以理解的是,此时,雾化腔54内壁开设有一过气孔53,过气孔53与进气口220位置对应且相互连通。由过气孔53实现进气孔220与雾化腔54的连通。
电热丝组件52包括导油绳以及绕置于该导油绳外侧的发热丝,导油绳伸入至导油棉中,经由导油棉为该导油绳提供烟油。
雾化组件靠近所述吸烟端1还具有第三电极组51,第三电极组51为中空结构,与雾化腔54相连通,雾化腔54内雾化的烟雾经所述第三电极组51流入所述吸烟端1。所述第三电极组51包括相互绝缘的第三外电极512及第三内电极511。结合图4可以看出雾化组件5与支架24之间为螺纹连接,因此本实施例的第三外电极512外侧还形成有用于与所述支架24连接的螺纹结构。该电热丝组件52包括第一极以及第二极,第三外电极512与电热丝组件52的第一极相连,第三内电极511与电热丝组件52的第二极相连。
套管56为硬质件,过盈配合地插置于烟油瓶4中,参考图6,本实施例的烟油瓶4靠近所述雾化组件5的一端具有供所述导油机构55插入的通孔42,所述通孔42内安装有环形密封塞41,环形密封塞41不仅仅起到对烟油瓶4的密封作用、可防止烟油从烟油瓶4中渗出,由于环形密封塞41与硬质套管56紧密配合,也起到将套管56紧紧固定于环形密封塞41上的作用。且可以通过导油机构55与环形密封塞41的结合与脱离实现烟油瓶4与雾化组件5之间的连接。同时,结合图4可以看出,支架24上还包括用于与所述烟油瓶4螺纹连接的内螺纹25,而烟油瓶4则对应具有与所述内螺纹25相适配的外螺纹43,通过上述的内螺纹25与外螺纹43之间的螺纹旋合可有效实现烟油瓶4在所述支架24上的可拆卸连接。
可以理解的是,上述实施例中雾化组件5主要用于对烟油瓶4内的烟油进行雾化,其包括电热丝组件52、导油机构55、第三电极组51。上述实施例对雾化组件5的具体结构不作限定,只要其能雾化烟油瓶4内的烟油即可。
参考图7,电池组件6包括用于为电子烟提供电源的电池62,电池62包括作为电池的正极或负极的第一池极以及第二池极,电池组件6靠近所述吸烟端1的一端具有第四电极组61,第四电极组61包括第四外电极612,以及设置在第四外电极612内的、与第四外电极612电性绝缘的第四内电极611。第一池极与第四外电极612电性连接,第二池极与第四内电极611电性连接。电池组件6内还包括用于控制电子烟工作状态的控制模块63,所述控制模块63包括气流感应器,其具体结构为现有技术,在此不做赘述。
参考图8可以看出,电池组件6安装在支架24内时,第一电极组21与第四电极组61电性连接,具体地,第一弹针电极211抵接第四内电极611,第二弹针电极212抵接第四外电极612。如图9所示,雾化组件5安装在支架24内时,第二电极组22与第三电极组51电性连接。具体地,第二内电极221抵接第三内电极511,第二外电极222抵接第三外电极512。结合图4可以看出,第一电极组21与第二电极组22通过导线电连接,因此,本实施例的电池组件6与雾化组件5由此在方便拆装的同时实现了稳定的电连接。
可以理解的是,本实施例中电池组件6主要用于为雾化组件5提供电源,其包括电池62、第四电极组61及控制模块63。本实施例对电池组6的具体结构不作限定,只要其能为雾化组件5提供工作所需的电源即可。
如图10所示,为本发明的又一实施例提供的电子烟,本实施例的保护盖3与支架24之间也是通过垂直穿设与所述第一旋转连接部20的第一转轴23实现转动连接,因此具体的连接结构不作赘述。与第一实施例的不同之处在于,本实施例的第一旋转连接部20设置在所述支架24远离所述吸烟端1的第二端,本实施例中的保护盖3绕远离所述吸烟端1的处设置的旋转连接部20转动,即本实施例中,需要更换烟油瓶4时,保护盖3可受重力直接下落,相比于实施一的朝向吸嘴端1旋转的实施例,本实施例的电子烟操作更简便,更省力。
此外,由于本实施例中的保护盖3在转动过程中,并不经过吸烟端1,因此,本实施例的保护盖3的侧壁无需开设上述实施例中的第一缺口34,因此本实施例的保护盖3具有相对更简单的结构。
本发明还提供一种电子烟组装方法,用于装配上述的电子烟,包括如下几个步骤:
S1 :提供分别具有第一电极组21以及第二电极组22的支架24,并使第一电极组21以及第二电极组22电性连接;同时提供可使雾化组件5至少部分插入的烟油瓶4,在烟油瓶4上设置供雾化组件5插入的通孔42,并在通孔42处设置有环形密封塞41;第一电极组21以及第二电极组22通过导线电性连接;向支架24内装入电池组件6及雾化组件5,并使所述电池组件6与所述雾化组件5并列设置并电性连接;同时对应于所述雾化组件5提供烟油瓶4,并将烟油瓶4可拆卸连接至所述支架24;
S2 :将雾化组件5一端的导油机构55插入到对应的所述烟油瓶4内,使雾化组件5远离烟油瓶4的一端内部中空形成雾化腔54,并将电热丝组件52放置于雾化腔54中;同时将电热丝组件52与雾化组件5电性连接;
S3 :在所述支架24上安装与所述雾化腔54连通的吸烟端1形成电子烟本体,使烟油瓶4露置于所述电子烟本体外;
S4 :将电子烟本体与保护盖3转动连接,通过在所述电子烟本体的纵向截面上沿所述端部旋转所述保护盖3使所述烟油瓶4收容在所述保护盖3与所述支架24围成的容纳空间内,同时将保护盖3上的卡扣部31与支架24的对应位置卡扣连接。
在需要查看烟油瓶4内的油量时,解除所述卡扣部31与电子烟本体之间的卡扣连接,在所述电子烟本体的纵向截面上沿开启保护盖3的方向旋转保护盖3,最终使烟油瓶4暴露出来,由于烟油瓶4与电子烟本体之间为可拆卸连接,因此若烟油瓶4内的油量耗尽,可进一步对烟油瓶4进行更换。
综上,本发明通过在露置于电子烟本体外的烟油瓶4上设置与电子烟本体转动连接的保护盖3,通过开启和关闭保护盖3既不影响对烟油瓶4的拆装,同时又满足了在使用和保存电子烟时,对烟油瓶4的保护,因此本发明的电子烟的烟油瓶4可避免由于碰撞造成的变形或损毁,同时也不容易沾染污渍。并且本发明的电子烟的保护盖结构简单,用户开启或关闭该保护盖3时,操作简便。此外,通过将烟油瓶4与电池组件6并列设置,则使得电子烟的总长度减小,携带方便,结构设计巧妙,机械强度较好,此外,其直径更大,增加吸食、拿捏的乐趣,较适合经常吸食雪茄等大直径烟的吸烟者的心理需求;同时,将烟雾通道设置于电子烟本体内部、烟油瓶4外侧,不仅便于添加烟油,而且可以防止烟油渗到烟雾通道上,解决了漏液、烟雾受到烟油吸热而冷凝和吸到烟油的现象。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括电子烟本体,其特征在于,所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端(1)、用于储存烟油的烟油瓶(4)、用于雾化所述烟油的雾化组件(5)以及与所述雾化组件(5)电连接的并用于为所述雾化组件(5)供电的电池组件(6);所述烟油瓶(4)设置于所述电子烟本体的远离所述吸烟端(1)的一端,所述电池组件(6)与所述烟油瓶(4)并列设置;
    所述烟油瓶(5)可拆卸连接并外置于所述电子烟本体上,所述电子烟还包括用于盖设在所述烟油瓶(4)上的保护盖(3),所述保护盖(3)的端部与所述电子烟本体转动连接,所述保护盖(3)能够绕所述端部在所述电子烟本体的纵向截面上进行旋转。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(5)包括设置在所述烟油瓶(4)的加油口外侧并电连接至所述电池组件(6)的电热丝组件(52)以及插设在所述烟油瓶(4)内的用于将烟油输送给所述电热丝组件(52)的导油机构(55);所述电子烟本体内形成有连通至所述吸烟端(1)的用于供所述电热丝组件(52)雾化的烟雾排出的烟雾通道。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟本体还包括支架(24),所述电池组件(6)安装在所述支架(24)内,所述雾化组件(5)安装在所述支架(24)的与所述吸烟端(1)相邻的一端并与所述烟油瓶(4)同轴设置,所述烟油瓶(4)与所述支架(24)可拆卸连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述保护盖(3)为中空结构,所述保护盖(3)内形成有容纳腔并在所述容纳腔一侧形成朝向所述电池组件(6)的开口(32),所述保护盖(3)闭合时,所述烟油瓶(4)收容在所述容纳腔与所述支架(24)围成的容纳空间内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述保护盖(3)还设置有用于与所述支架(24)进行可拆卸扣合连接的卡扣部(31),闭合所述保护盖(3)时,所述卡扣部(31)与所述支架(24)扣合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述保护盖(3)的远离所述吸烟端(1)的一端与所述支架(24)进行转动连接,所述保护盖(3)的另一端与所述支架(24)扣合连接。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述支架(24)上设置有用于与所述保护盖(3)转动连接的第一旋转连接部(20);所述保护盖(3)包括用于与所述第一旋转连接部(20)转动连接的第二旋转连接部(33),所述第一旋转连接部(20)通过第一转轴(23)与所述第二旋转连接部(33)铰接,所述第一转轴(23)垂直贯穿所述第一旋转连接部(20)及所述第二旋转连接部(33)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一旋转连接部(20)设置在所述支架(24)靠近所述吸烟端(1)的第一端。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸烟端(1)与所述烟油瓶(4)同轴设置,所述保护盖(3)的与所述开口(32)正对的侧壁上开设有第一缺口(34),打开所述保护盖(3)时,所述保护盖(3)以所述第一转轴(23)为中心经所述第一缺口(34)朝所述吸烟端(1)旋转。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一旋转连接部(20)设置在所述支架(24)远离所述吸烟端(1)的第二端。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(5)置于所述烟油瓶(4)外侧的一端内部中空形成雾化腔(54),所述电热丝组件(52)安装在所述雾化腔(54)内。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸烟端(1)开设有与所述雾化腔(54)连通的出气口。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸烟端(1)与所述雾化腔(54)连通;所述支架(24)上设有进气口(220),所述雾化腔(54)与所述进气口(220)连通。
  14. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述导油机构(55)包括套管(56),所述电热丝组件(52)设置于所述套管(56)的一端内部或外侧,所述套管(56)的另一端插置于烟油瓶(4)内部,该套管(56)内部放置有用于将烟油瓶(4)内的烟油传送给所述电热丝组件(52)进行雾化的导油棉,所述导油棉的外周面与所述套管(56)的内周面相贴合。
  15. 一种电子烟,包括电子烟本体,其特征在于,所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端(1)、用于储存烟油的烟油瓶(4)、用于雾化所述烟油的雾化组件(5)以及与所述雾化组件(5)电连接的并用于为所述雾化组件(5)供电的电池组件(6);所述烟油瓶(4)设置于所述电子烟本体的远离所述吸烟端的一端,所述电池组件(6)与所述烟油瓶(4)并列设置;
    所述烟油瓶(5)可拆卸连接并外置于所述电子烟本体上,所述电子烟还包括用于盖设在所述烟油瓶(4)上的保护盖(3),所述保护盖(3)的端部与所述电子烟本体转动连接,所述保护盖(3)绕所述端部在所述电子烟本体的纵向截面上进行旋转;
    所述雾化组件(5)的一端收容在所述支架(24)内,所述雾化组件(5)的另一端延伸至所述烟油瓶(2)内,所述烟油瓶与所述雾化组件(5)可拆卸连接;所述雾化组件(5)置于所述烟油瓶(4)外侧的一端内部中空形成雾化腔(54),所述雾化腔(54)内安装有用于雾化烟油的电热丝组件(52);
    所述保护盖(3)为中空结构,所述保护盖(3)内形成有容纳腔并在所述容纳腔一侧形成朝向所述电池组件(6)的开口(32),所述保护盖(3)闭合时,所述烟油瓶(4)收容在所述容纳腔与所述支架(24)围成的容纳空间内;所述支架(24)上设置有用于与所述保护盖(3)转动连接的第一旋转连接部(20);
    所述保护盖(3)上设置有与所述第一旋转连接部(20)铰接的第二旋转连接部(33),所述第二旋转连接部(33)通过第一转轴(23)与所述第一旋转连接部(20)铰接,所述第一转轴(23)垂直贯穿所述第一旋转连接部(20)及所述第二旋转连接部(33);
    所述保护盖(3)还设置有用于与所述支架(24)进行可拆卸扣合连接的卡扣部(31),闭合所述保护盖(3)时,所述卡扣部(31)与所述支架(24)扣合。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一旋转连接部(20)设置在所述支架(24)靠近所述吸烟端(1)的第一端;或者,所述第一旋转连接部(20)设置在所述支架(24)远离所述吸烟端(1)的第二端。
  17. 一种电子烟组装方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    S1 :向支架(24)内装入电池组件(6)及雾化组件(5),并使所述电池组件(6)与所述雾化组件(5)并列设置并电性连接;同时对应于所述雾化组件(5)提供烟油瓶(4),在烟油瓶(4)上开设供雾化组件(5)插入的通孔(42),并将烟油瓶(4)可拆卸连接至所述雾化组件(5);
    S2 :将雾化组件(5)一端插入到对应的所述烟油瓶(4)内,使雾化组件(5)远离烟油瓶(4)的一端内部中空形成雾化腔(54),并将电热丝组件(52)放置于雾化腔(54)中;同时将电热丝组件(52)与电池组件(6)电性连接;
    S3 :在所述支架(24)上安装与所述雾化腔(54)连通的吸烟端(1)形成电子烟本体,使烟油瓶(4)露置于所述电子烟本体外;
    S4 :将电子烟本体与保护盖(3)的端部转动连接,通过在所述电子烟本体的纵向截面上沿所述端部旋转所述保护盖(3)使所述烟油瓶(4)收容在所述保护盖(3)与所述支架(24)围成的容纳空间内。
