一种电子烟,包括电子烟本体,所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端(1)、用于容纳烟液的储油器(4)、用于雾化所述烟液的雾化组件(3)以及用于给所述雾化组件(3)供电的电池组件(2);所述储油器(4)设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸烟端(1)的一端,由于烟雾通道不会经过储油器(4),因而能够有效地防止用户吸食未经雾化的烟液;同时,通过在电子烟上设置容纳所述储油器(4)的保护套(5)可以加强储油器(4)端的抗震性能,从而避免储油瓶易碎的风险。

Description

电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及日用电子产品领域,尤其涉及一种电子烟。
背景技术
参考图1,是一种现有技术的电子烟,其包括电池杆2’、雾化器3’、储油部件4’,现有技术中,通常将电池杆2’与雾化器3’ 螺纹连接,储油部件4’与雾化器3’螺纹连接,储油部件4’上设置有与烟雾通道相连通并用于排出烟雾的气孔1’。使用时,电池杆2’的电池给雾化器3’内的发热丝供电,使发热丝产生热量对储油部件中储存的烟油进行加热及雾化,从而产生供使用者吸食的烟雾。
现有技术中,储油部件主要是储油棉和储油瓶两类。储油棉用泡棉等疏松的多孔材料制成,通过吸附的方式储存烟油。由于储油棉质地柔软,因此它便于封装在雾化器3’内部,且不会被外界的碰撞和震动损坏。但是,储油棉的烟油存储量一般较小,难以维持长时间使用电子烟的需要。再者,由于储油棉需要封装在雾化器3’内部以防止烟油挥发,在储油棉吸附的烟油耗尽后,需要拆开雾化器3’的外壳对储油棉加注烟油或者更换储油棉,操作较为麻烦,因此,储油部件都采用储油瓶的机构,但是现有技术中采用储油瓶存在以下缺陷:
1)、储油瓶一般用玻璃制成,通过插接、旋合等方式可拆卸地安装在雾化器3’外部。与储油棉相比,储油瓶的烟油容量较大,且加注烟油或更换储油瓶时只需拆下储油瓶本身,无需拆开雾化器3’的外壳,操作简便得多。但是,储油瓶在受到外界的撞击或震动时容易破碎。
2)、由于现有技术中储油瓶安装在靠近口腔的一端,且该储油瓶位于烟雾通道内,使得储油瓶内的烟液容易泄露到烟雾通道内,使得未经雾化的烟液也会被用户吸食;吸烟时,口腔夹持在储油瓶上,因而储油瓶受到口腔的夹持力大小的不同而向雾化器3’输出大小不同的烟油量,因而烟雾量不稳定,且容易泄露烟油;而且,由于电池杆2’及雾化器3’的重量较重,在电池杆2’及雾化器3’两者的重力的作用下,储油瓶与雾化器3’的连接处容易因弯曲变形而产生缝隙,进而容易漏油,且用户的口腔较容易吸食到所述烟油。
因此,现有技术存在缺陷,需要改进。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述储油瓶易碎、容易泄露烟油、用户容易吸食冷凝的烟油且冷凝的烟油容易堵塞烟雾通道等缺陷,提供一种储油器抗震、口感纯正、免漏油的电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种电子烟,包括电子烟本体,所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端、用于容纳烟液的储油器、用于雾化所述烟液的雾化组件以及用于给所述雾化组件供电的电池组件;所述储油器设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸烟端的一端,所述电子烟还包括容纳所述储油器的保护套。
进一步地,所述保护套上开设有用于观测所述储油器内烟液量的观察区域。
进一步地, 所述观察区域为为沿所述电子烟轴向开设的条形通孔或者条形透明件。
进一步地,所述保护套远离所述吸烟端的底部为弧面或者沿远离吸烟端轴向延伸形成弧形突起,所述弧面或者弧形突起上设置有花纹。
进一步地,所述储油器为透明的玻璃制件或者陶瓷制件,所述保护套为金属制件、木质制件或者泡沫制件。
进一步地,所述雾化组件位于所述电池组件和储油器之间, 且所述吸烟端位于所述电池组件的一端外侧、或所述吸烟端位于所述电池组件的中部、或所述吸烟端位于所述电池组件上远离所述雾化组件的位置。
进一步地, 所述保护套与所述雾化组件可拆卸连接。
进一步地, 所述保护套与所述雾化组件螺纹连接,所述保护套具有第一内螺纹,所述雾化组件包括第一连接件,所述第一连接件具有与所述第一内螺纹相匹配的第一外螺纹。

所述电热丝组件和导油机构安装于所述雾化腔内,所述导油机构包括导油棉以及套设在导油棉外的雾化套,导油棉的一端与雾化套一同伸入储油器内,雾化套周壁处于储油器内的区域开设有至少一个输油孔,烟油通过输油孔进入导油棉并传导至电热丝组件进行雾化。
进一步地,所述电池组件包括电池套以及沿电池套轴向设置的电池和气流控制组件,所述吸烟端为与电池套远离储油器一端连接的吸嘴,吸嘴开设有与电池套内部连通的通气孔。
进一步地,所述电池组件还包括沿所述电池套轴向设置的用于连通所述通气孔和雾化组件部分的烟雾通道的通气管。
进一步地,所述雾化组件与储油器螺纹连接,所述雾化组件与电池组件插接。
进一步地,所述雾化组件与储油器可拆卸连接处设置有用于密封所述储油器的第一密封环;
或,与所述储油器的瓶口密封配合设置带有通孔的环形密封塞,在所述环形密封塞的通孔内部设置有用于密封所述储油器的可捅破薄膜。
实施本发明的电子烟,具有以下有益效果:本发明通过将储油器设置在远离吸烟端,烟雾通道不会经过储油器,能够有效的防止用户吸食未经雾化烟液;同时,在电子烟上还设置了容纳所述储油器的保护套,如此可以加强储油器端的抗震性能,不会出现现有技术中储油瓶易碎的风险。

具体实施方式
本发明为了解决现有技术中储油瓶易碎、容易泄露烟油、用户容易吸食冷凝的烟油且冷凝的烟油容易堵塞烟雾通道等缺陷,提供一种储油器抗震、口感纯正、免漏油的电子烟。
本发明的电子烟将储油器设置在远离吸烟端,烟雾通道不会经过储油器,能够有效的防止用户吸食未经雾化的烟液;同时,在电子烟上还设置了容纳所述储油器的保护套,如此可以加强储油器端的抗震性能,不会出现现有技术中储油瓶易碎的风险。
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
参考图2是本发明的第一实施例提供的电子烟的分解示意图;
所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端1、用于容纳烟液的储油器4、用于雾化所述烟液的雾化组件3以及用于给所述雾化组件3供电的电池组件2;用户通过该吸烟端1即可进行吸烟的动作,在电子烟本体内形成有用于流通烟雾的烟雾通道,使得用户通过吸烟端1吸食流经该烟雾通道内的烟雾。
所述储油器4设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸烟端1的一端,所述电子烟还包括容纳所述储油器4的保护套5。
在本实施例中,为使得该电子烟的整体结构模仿真实的香烟以及符合用户的使用习惯,同时照顾到烟雾通道的走形简单通畅,该雾化组件3与所述电池组件2可同轴设置。
该雾化组件3与所述电池组件2还可非同轴设置,例如将储油器4和雾化组件3采用并列设置的方式,使得储油器4和雾化组件3分别与电池组件2连接,使得该电子烟的整体结构呈T型,或者将储油器4设置在雾化组件3一侧形成L型的电子烟。
即在本实施例中,该电子烟的整体的外形结构并不做限定,只要储油器4设置在远离吸烟端1的位置即可。优选为,所述雾化组件3位于所述电池组件2和所述储油器4之间。如此,克服了现有技术中由于雾化组件3位于电子烟的中上部区域,距离口腔较近,因而烟雾温度较高,甚至会烫嘴的缺陷,利于模仿真烟的温度。由于烟雾通道不必经过储油器4,因而烟雾不会出现现有技术中烟雾因受到储油器4内烟液吸收热量而冷凝的问题,避免用户吸食到烟雾通道内的烟油,不会出现冷凝的烟油堵烟雾通道的困扰,用户体验感得到提高。
本实施例中所述雾化组件3位于所述电池组件2和所述储油器4之间,且所述吸烟端1位于所述电池组件2的一端,吸烟端1具体为吸嘴,采用该种设置方式可使得电子烟的外形直观的模拟了真实的香烟。
当然,吸烟端1具体的设置方式在本实施例中并不做限定,所述吸烟端1可以位于所述电池组件2的一端外侧、或所述吸烟端1位于所述电池组件2的中部、或所述吸烟端1位于所述电池组件2上远离所述雾化组件3的位置。例如依次连接的所述电池组件2、雾化组件3和所述储油器4可交错设置,使得该电子烟整体的外形为异形,该异形的具体形状可为任意形状。
本实施例中,所述雾化组件3与电池组件2可拆卸连接,便于更换雾化组件3,所述雾化组件3与储油器4可拆卸连接,所述保护套5与所述雾化组件3可拆卸连接,方便用户添加烟液或者更换储油器4。
其中,储油器4为透明的玻璃制件或者陶瓷制件,因此,存储在储油器4内的烟油不易变化,所述保护套5为金属制件、木质制件或者泡沫制件,如果电子烟不慎摔落或者受到撞击,保护套5并不会碎裂,材料选择可以有多种,外壳外观的设计更可以多种多样。
可以在保护套5上开设有用于观测所述储油器4内烟液量的观察区域,用户可以通过该观察区域查看储油器4内的烟油剩余量,便于及时添加烟液或者更换储油器4,避免烟油被用尽后,雾化组件3内的电热丝干烧而损坏元器件甚至产生有害气体影响使用者的健康。
具体的,参考图3和图4,保护套5为具有开口端的圆筒状,保护套5的开口端的内侧壁具有第一内螺纹52,其内部具有容置储油器4的空间,将储油器4与雾化组件3连接后,再将保护套5套在储油器4上, 然后通过第一内螺纹52与雾化组件3螺纹连接,关于连接部分的参考后面对图9阐述。
其中,保护套5沿所述电子烟轴向开设有条形通孔51,条形通孔51作为所述观察区域,观察区域还可以是条形透明件。条形通孔51或者条形透明件之外的区域,可以设计各种外观工艺,或者用各种美观用的图纸进行包裹。优选的,可以在观察区域沿轴向的一侧设置刻度,从而使得用户可估计出剩余烟液量可供吸食的时长,方便用户使用。
参考图5和6,还可以在保护套5远离所述吸烟端1的底部沿远离吸烟端1轴向延伸形成弧形突起53,或者参考图7和8,吸烟端1的底部设计为弧面,在弧面或者弧形突起53上设置有花纹9。现有技术中储油器4是玻璃材料制成,所以外观的改进非常不方便,本发明中,储油器4可以不用进行任何改造,在保护套5外可以进行各种人性化的改善,比如上述的弧面或者弧形突起53,都是为了更好的仿真真烟的烟头,而在弧面或者弧形突起53上设置有花纹9,进一步的仿真了烟头燃烧的情形,增强了用户体验感。
参考图9是图2所示的电子烟的剖面图;下面介绍点本发明的电子烟的整体结构。
其中,吸烟端1为与电池套21远离储油器4一端连接的吸嘴,吸嘴沿其轴向贯穿开设有通气孔11。
其中,所述电池组件2包括电池套21、沿电池套21轴向设置的电池22和气流控制组件28,所述电池组件2还包括连接所述电池套21与雾化组件3的第二连接件23、连接所述电池套21与吸嘴的第三连接件24、以及穿插在所述第二连接件23与第三连接件24之间的用于连通所述通气孔11和雾化组件3部分的烟雾通道的通气管27。
第二连接件23和第三连接件24分别插装在电池套21的两端并与电池套21过盈配合,第二连接件23内部中空,且其内部固定有与电池22电连接的电池电极26,第二连接件23与电池电极26之间设置有绝缘环。第三连接件24朝向电池22的一侧开设有一个安装槽,气流控制组件28固定在该安装槽内,安装槽底部开设有连通至通气孔11的通孔。
本实施例中,所述电池套21与吸嘴可拆卸连接,以方便用户拆卸吸嘴进行清洗。当然,也可以设计吸嘴和电池套21一体成型的结构。
本实施例中,增加通气管27,有效减少了烟雾与电池22和气流控制组件28的接触,避免冷凝的烟油或者来自吸嘴端的口水粘附到电池22和气流控制组件28上,如果气流控制组件28粘附了烟油或者口水,严重时会直接损坏不再工作,而且,增加通气管27后,烟雾在电池组件2内部的流动畅通无阻。
其中,保护套5与所述雾化组件3连接的方式可以多种,本实施例中,所述保护套5与所述雾化组件3采用螺纹连接,参考上述的图3,所述保护套5的开口端具有第一内螺纹52。
所述雾化组件3包括第一连接件31,所述第一连接件31具有与所述第一内螺纹52相匹配的第一外螺纹。另外,本实施例中,设置所述雾化组件3与储油器4螺纹连接,所述第一连接件31具有第二内螺纹,所述储油器4具有与所述第二内螺纹相匹配的第二外螺纹。
所述雾化组件3包括用于雾化所述烟液的电热丝组件33和用于将储油器4内的烟液输送给所述电热丝组件33进行雾化的导油机构,本实施例中,导油机构具体包括沿轴向设置的导油棉34和套设在所述导油棉34外的雾化套35,当然,导油机构并不限于导油棉,可以是任何能够传导液体的制件,比如导油绳等。导油棉34的一端正对电热丝组件33,另一端与雾化套35一同伸入储油器4内,雾化套35周壁处于储油器4内的区域开设有至少一个输油孔,烟油通过输油孔进入导油棉34并传导至电热丝组件33进行雾化。
雾化组件3还包括与第二连接件23螺纹连接的第一连接件31和安装于第一连接件31底壁的与电池电极26电连接的雾化电极32,第二连接件23旋入第一连接件31的内部空间后,使得雾化电极32与电池电极26电连接。其中,第二连接件23与第一连接件31之间的连接方式并不限于此,可以是任何的可拆卸连接,比如扣合连接、过盈配合等等。
所述第一连接件31具有一朝向储油器4的雾化腔,第一连接件31侧壁上开设有与雾化腔连通的进气孔36,电热丝组件33和导油机构位于雾化腔内,第一连接件31的底壁开设有一雾化电极32安装孔,雾化电极32外套设一绝缘环后插装在该雾化电极32安装孔内,其中,雾化电极32沿轴向贯穿开设有一与雾化腔连通的连通孔,电热丝组件33与雾化电极32电连接,当电热丝组件33通电后雾化烟油产生烟雾,气流经进气孔36进入雾化腔并带动产生的烟雾经雾化电极32上的连通孔进入雾化电极32与电池电极26的空隙中,然后经通气管27进入吸嘴的通气孔11后排出到人的口腔中。因此,雾化的烟雾不流经储油器4,可避免烟雾在烟雾通道内冷凝,从而有效的避免冷凝后的烟液堵塞烟雾通道。
需明确的是,以上进气孔的设置方式仅为举例进行说明,并不作限定,只要设置在电子烟本体的进气孔通过烟雾通道与吸烟端1导通即可。
其中,所述第一连接件31和储油器4连接处设置有用于密封所述储油器4的第一密封环61,具体为:第一密封环61紧套设在雾化套35上,雾化套35插入储油器5的开口部后使得第一密封环61与开口部的端面相抵持。
或,与所述储油器4的瓶口密封配合设置带有通孔的环形密封塞,在所述环形密封塞的通孔内部设置有用于密封所述储油器4的可捅破薄膜。更换储油器4时,将雾化套35捅破薄膜插入储油器4内部即可。通过该可捅破薄膜使得已插入雾化套的储油器仍具有良好的密封性,从而有效的防止烟液的泄露。
为了进一步避免雾化套35内的烟油流入烟雾通道,所述导油棉34与雾化套35之间还设置有第二密封环62。
上述将吸嘴和储油器4设置在相隔较远的两端,吸烟时不会出现由于口腔的夹持力大小的不同而导致的向雾化器输出大小不同的烟油量的问题,烟雾量稳定性得到提高,不易泄露烟油,更不会出现由于电子烟本体的重力而导致储油器4与电子烟本体的连接处容易弯曲变形而产生缝隙并漏油的问题,克服了用户的口腔吸食到烟油的缺陷。
虽然第一实施例中所述雾化组件3与电池组件2以及储油器4都是螺纹连接,但是,也可以设置所述雾化组件3与储油器4螺纹连接,所述雾化组件3与电池组件2插接。如此在拆卸雾化组件3和电池组件2时不会影响雾化组件3和储油器4之间的连接,或者拆卸雾化组件3和储油器4时不会影响雾化组件3和电池组件2之间的连接,可以避免由于雾化组件3两端的螺纹为同向螺纹,而出现欲拆卸电池组件2而带动储油器4松脱出来,或者欲拆卸储油器4而电池组件2已旋出来的缺陷。
上面第一实施例中给出了保护套5和雾化组件3的一种连接方式,第二实施例中将提供其他的连接方式,参考图10,第二实施例与第一实施例的唯一不同在于,第二实施例中所述保护套5与所述雾化组件3涨紧连接,所述雾化组件3与储油器4连接处套设有一压紧环8。
即将第一实施例中的第一连接件31设置第一外螺纹的区域改为套设压紧环8,其他的部件以及连接方式与第一实施例相同,不做详述。所述保护套5再套设于压紧环8上,添加或者更换烟油时,可以先将保护套5卸下。其中,压紧环8为弹性制件。
由于采用涨紧连接的非接触连接方式,可以大大减小震动的传递,加强了电子烟储油器端的防震性能,克服了现有技术中储油瓶易碎的缺陷。
上面给出了两种保护套5与所述雾化组件3的连接方式,但是具体的设置方式在本实施例中并不做限定,可以是任何其他的可拆卸连接方式,例如插接、扣合连接等等。
综上所述,本发明通过将储油器设置在远离吸烟端,烟雾通道不会经过储油器,能够有效的防止用户吸食未经雾化烟液;同时,在电子烟上还设置了容纳所述储油器的保护套,如此可以加强储油器端的抗震性能,不会出现现有技术中储油瓶易碎的风险。

  1. 一种电子烟,包括电子烟本体,其特征在于,所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端(1)、用于容纳烟液的储油器(4)、用于雾化所述烟液的雾化组件(3)以及用于给所述雾化组件(3)供电的电池组件(2);所述储油器(4)设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸烟端(1)的一端,所述电子烟还包括容纳所述储油器(4)的保护套(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述保护套(5)上开设有用于观测所述储油器(4)内烟液量的观察区域。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于, 所述观察区域为沿所述电子烟轴向开设的条形通孔(51)或者条形透明件。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述保护套(5)远离所述吸烟端(1)的底部为弧面或者沿远离吸烟端(1)轴向延伸形成弧形突起(53),所述弧面或者弧形突起(53)上设置有花纹(9)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述储油器(4)为透明的玻璃制件或者陶瓷制件,所述保护套(5)为金属制件、木质制件或者泡沫制件。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(3)位于所述电池组件(2)和储油器(4)之间, 且所述吸烟端(1)位于所述电池组件(2)的一端外侧、或所述吸烟端(1)位于所述电池组件(2)的中部、或所述吸烟端(1)位于所述电池组件(2)上远离所述雾化组件(3)的位置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于, 所述保护套(5)与所述雾化组件(3)可拆卸连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于, 所述保护套(5)与所述雾化组件(3)螺纹连接,所述保护套(5)具有第一内螺纹(52),所述雾化组件(3)包括第一连接件(31),所述第一连接件(31)具有与所述第一内螺纹(52)相匹配的第一外螺纹。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于, 所述保护套(5)与所述雾化组件(3)涨紧连接,所述雾化组件(3)与储油器(4)连接处套设有一压紧环(8),所述保护套(5)套设于压紧环(8)上。
  10. 根据权利要求1或6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述储油器(4)与所述雾化组件(3)为可拆卸连接;

  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(3)还包括与电池组件(2)以及储油器(4)可拆卸连接的第一连接件(31),所述第一连接件(31)具有一雾化腔,
    所述电热丝组件(33)和导油机构安装于所述雾化腔内,所述导油机构包括导油棉(34)以及套设在导油棉(34)外的雾化套(35),导油棉(34)的一端与雾化套(35)一同伸入储油器(4)内,雾化套(35)周壁处于储油器(4)内的区域开设有至少一个输油孔,烟油通过输油孔进入导油棉(34)并传导至电热丝组件(33)进行雾化。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池组件(2)包括电池套(21)以及沿电池套(21)轴向设置的电池(22)和气流控制组件(28),所述吸烟端(1)为与电池套(21)远离储油器(4)一端连接的吸嘴,吸嘴开设有与电池套(21)内部连通的通气孔(11)。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池组件(2)还包括沿所述电池套(21)轴向设置的用于连通所述通气孔(11)和雾化组件(3)部分的烟雾通道的通气管(27)。
  16. 根据权利要求1或6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(3)与储油器(4)螺纹连接,所述雾化组件(3)与电池组件(2)插接。
  17. 根据权利要求1或6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(3)与储油器(4)可拆卸连接处设置有用于密封所述储油器(4)的第一密封环(61);
    或,与所述储油器(4)的瓶口密封配合设置带有通孔的环形密封塞,在所述环形密封塞的通孔内部设置有用于密封所述储油器(4)的可捅破薄膜。
