本发明涉及电子烟技术领域,尤其涉及的是一种可自动化装配电子烟电极 连接头的装配设备以及装配方法。
背景技术
请参阅图 1, 现有技术中的电子烟包括: 用于雾化烟油以形成可供用户吸 食的烟雾的雾化器 110以及用于给所述雾化器 110供电的电池杆组件 120, 所 述雾化器 110具有雾化器电极连接头,所述雾化器电极连接头设置有雾化器电 极, 所述电池杆组件具有电池杆电极连接头, 所述电池杆电极连接头设置有电 池杆电极, 其中, 通过所述雾化器电极连接头与电池杆电极连接头进行连接, 以实现所述雾化器电极与所述电池杆电极电连接,即所述雾化器 110和所述电 池杆组件 120 分别通过作为电子烟电极连接头的所述雾化器电极连接头和所 述电池杆电极连接头相互连接实现两者的机械连接和电连接。
所述雾化器电极连接头包括外电极 111、 插设在所述外电极 111内的内电 极 112以及位于所述外电极 111和所述内电极 112之间的绝缘环 113。 所述电 池杆电极连接头包括外电极 121、 插设在所述外电极 121内的内电极 122以及 位于所述外电极 121和所述内电极 122之间的绝缘环 123。
现有技术中装配所述电子烟电极连接头一般釆用的是人工在装配线上装 配的方式, 而整个电子烟电极连接头的装配线需要大约三到四名工作人员完 成。
现有的人工装配技术工作相对緩慢, 装配效率低下, 浪费过多人力, 对工 厂的生产成本消耗较大, 而且对于作业成品的卫生也有一定的风险。且若电子 烟电极连接头被污染,则会影响电池杆组件 120为所述雾化器 110的正常供电。 而且现有的装配精度低, 在装配过程中容易造成物料的损坏, 从而浪费物料, 生产成本较高。且装配完成的电子烟电极连接头各个物料之间相对松散, 进而 影响电子烟的使用寿命和用户体验。 发明内容
本发明提供了一种可自动化装配电子烟电极连接头的装配设备以及装配 方法。
一种用于装配电子烟电极连接头的装配设备,其中, 包括:可转动的转盘、 转盘驱动装置、 物料固定座、 第一物料感应区、 感应器、 物料拾取手臂以及控 制器;
所述物料固定座围绕设置在所述转盘上;
所述转盘与所述转盘驱动装置传动连接,以使所述转盘驱动装置带动所述 转盘旋转;
所述第一物料感应区设置有所述感应器,以使所述感应器感应到位于所述 第一物料感应区的所述物料并对应生成触发信号;
分别与所述感应器、所述物料拾取手臂以及所述转盘驱动装置电连接设置 有所述控制器,使得所述控制器根据所述触发信号控制所述物料拾取手臂拾取 所述物料并将所述物料放置在所述物料固定座上。
所述的装配设备, 其中, 所述装配设备还包括: 用于放置所述物料的物料 震动盘以及物料导轨; 至所述物料导轨,所述预设状态为各个所述物料中空部的轴线与所述物料震动 盘所在平面垂直;
所述物料导轨设置于所述物料震动盘与所述转盘之间,用以将所述物料震 动盘送出的所述物料继续沿所述转盘方向输送;
所述第一物料感应区位于所述物料导轨靠近所述转盘的端部;

所述绝缘环拾取手臂顶端设置有抵持套及与所述抵持套活动插接相连并 由弹性材质制成的顶针,且所述顶针的直径大于所述绝缘环中空部的直径,使 得所述顶针在所述绝缘环拾取手臂拾取所述绝缘环时压入所述绝缘环中空部 内, 使得所述顶针与所述绝缘环中空部过盈配合;
设置在所述抵持套内部,分别与所述抵持套和所述顶针连接设置有弹性机 构; 以使所述顶针抵持在所述物料固定座上时,使得所述顶针朝向所述弹性机 构运动, 直至所述顶针与所述绝缘环脱离。

用于压紧所述电子烟电极连接头的第二压紧手臂;
其中, 所述绝缘环拾取手臂、 所述第一抓取手臂、 所述第一压紧手臂、 所 述第三抓取手臂、所述第二抓取手臂和所述第二压紧手臂沿所述转盘的旋转方 向依次设置;
且所述预设位置沿所述转盘的旋转方向设置在所述第二抓取手臂和所述 第二压紧手臂之间。
所述的装配设备, 其中, 所述装配设备还包括第一支撑柱和第二支撑柱; 所述第一支撑柱和所述第二支撑柱均设置在所述转盘下方,且所述第一支 撑柱与所述第一压紧手臂位置对应,所述第二支撑柱与所述第二压紧手臂位置 对应; 以使所述物料固定座旋转至所述第一压紧手臂下方时, 所述第一支撑柱 顶起以平衡所述转盘, 以使所述物料固定座旋转至所述第二压紧手臂下方时, 所述第二支撑柱顶起以平衡所述转盘。

震动送料装置, 所述物料导轨设置在所述震动送料装置上,且所述物料导 轨远离所述转盘一端所在的水平面高于所述物料导轨靠近所述转盘一端所在 的水平面。

所述外电极物料震动盘、所述绝缘环物料震动盘、和所述内电极物料震动 盘沿所述转盘的旋转方向依次设置;

所述物料固定座上设置有容置圓环,使得所述第一抓取手臂将抓取到的所 述外电极插设固定在所述容置圓环内,以使所述外电极固定设置在物料固定座 上;以使所述绝缘环拾取手臂将所述绝缘环插设在位于所述物料固定座上的所 述外电极中空部内,以使所述第二抓取手臂将所述内电极插设在位于所述物料 固定座上的所述绝缘环中空部内。

用于将压紧位于所述物料固定座上的所述电子烟电极连接头的第三压紧 手臂;
用于抓取所述电子烟电极连接头并进行 180度旋转以进行上焊锡,并将上 焊锡完成的所述电子烟电极连接头再进行 180度旋转以将所述电子烟电极连 接头放置于第二出料导轨的第五抓取手臂;
其中, 所述第一抓取手臂、 所述绝缘环拾取手臂、 所述第二抓取手臂、 所 述第三压紧手臂和所述第五抓取手臂沿所述转盘的旋转方向依次设置。
一种用于装配电子烟电极连接头的装配方法, 其中, 包括:
感应器分别感应绝缘环、 外电极和内电极是否位于第一物料感应区; 若所述感应器感应所述绝缘环位于所述第一物料感应区,则所述感应器对 应生成触发信号;
所述控制器根据所述触发信号控制绝缘环拾取手臂拾取所述绝缘环,并将 所述绝缘环放置于物料固定座上, 所述物料固定座围绕设置在转盘上;
若所述感应器感应所述外电极位于所述第一物料感应区,则所述感应器对 应生成触发信号;
所述控制器根据所述触发信号控制第一抓取手臂拾取所述外电极,并将所 述外电极放置于所述物料固定座上;
若所述感应器感应所述内电极位于所述第一物料感应区,则所述感应器对
应生成触发信号;
所述控制器根据所述触发信号控制第二抓取手臂拾取所述内电极,并将所 述内电极放置于所述物料固定座上。
所述的装配方法, 其中, 所述控制器根据所述触发信号控制绝缘环拾取手 臂拾取所述绝缘环, 并将所述绝缘环放置于物料固定座上包括:
所述控制器根据所述触发信号控制所述绝缘环拾取手臂的顶端移动到位 于所述第一物料感应区的所述绝缘环的上方;
所述控制器控制所述绝缘环拾取手臂沿朝向所述绝缘环的方向下降,以使 所述顶针压入所述绝缘环中空部内;
若所述控制器确定所述绝缘环拾取手臂将所述绝缘环套设在所述物料固 定座上, 则所述控制器控制所述 ·ί氏持套沿朝向所述绝缘环的方向下降, 直至所 述顶针抵持在所述物料固定座上以使所述顶针与所述绝缘环脱离;
所述控制器控制所述绝缘环拾取手臂复位。
所述的装配方法, 其中, 所述控制器根据所述触发信号控制第一抓取手臂 拾取所述外电极, 并将所述外电极放置于所述物料固定座上包括:
所述控制器根据所述触发信号控制所述第一抓取手臂移动到位于所述第 一物料感应区的所述外电极的上方;
所述控制器控制所述第一抓取手臂沿朝向所述外电极的方向下降,以使所 述第一抓取手臂的第一夹取子臂运动至所述外电极的中空部内;
所述控制器通过所述夹取驱动机构控制多个所述第一夹取子臂相互背离 运动以夹取所述外电极;
若所述控制器确定所述第一抓取手臂将所述外电极放置于所述物料固定 座上, 则所述控制器控制多个所述第一夹取子臂相互对应运动, 以使所述外电 极与所述第一抓取手臂脱离;
所述控制器控制所述第一抓取手臂复位。
所述的装配方法, 其中, 所述控制器根据所述触发信号控制第二抓取手臂 拾取所述内电极, 并将所述内电极放置于所述物料固定座上包括:
所述控制器根据所述触发信号控制所述第二抓取手臂移动到位于所述第 一物料感应区的所述内电极的上方;
所述控制器控制所述第二抓取手臂沿朝向所述内电极的方向下降,以使所 述第二抓取手臂的第二夹取子臂运动至所述内电极的中空部内;
所述控制器通过所述夹取驱动机构控制多个所述第二夹取子臂相互背离 运动以夹取所述内电极;
若所述控制器确定所述第二抓取手臂将所述内电极放置于所述物料固定 座上, 则所述控制器控制多个所述第二夹取子臂相互对应运动, 以使所述内电 极与所述第二抓取手臂脱离;
所述控制器控制所述第二抓取手臂复位。
任一所述的装配方法, 其中, 所述绝缘环拾取手臂、 所述第一抓取手臂、 第一压紧手臂、第三抓取手臂、所述第二抓取手臂和第二压紧手臂沿所述转盘 的旋转方向依次设置;
所述方法还包括:
若所述控制器确定所述绝缘环已被放置于目标物料固定座上,则所述控制 器通过所述转盘驱动装置控制所述转盘旋转,以使所述目标物料固定座旋转至 所述第一抓取手臂下方;
若所述控制器确定所述外电极已被放置于所述目标物料固定座上,则所述 控制器通过所述转盘驱动装置控制所述转盘旋转,以使所述目标物料固定座旋 转至所述第一压紧手臂下方;
所述控制器控制所述第一压紧手臂压紧位于所述目标物料固定座上的所 述外电极和所述绝缘环;
若所述控制器确定所述外电极和所述绝缘环压紧完成,则所述控制器通过 所述转盘驱动装置控制所述转盘旋转,以使所述目标物料固定座旋转至所述第 三抓取手臂下方;
所述控制器控制所述第三抓取手臂提起位于所述目标物料固定座上且相 互固定的所述外电极和所述绝缘环;
若所述控制器确定所述外电极和所述绝缘环被提起,则所述控制器通过所 述转盘驱动装置控制所述转盘旋转;
所述控制器通过所述第三抓取手臂控制已抓取的所述外电极和所述绝缘 环沿直线运动至预设位置;
若所述控制器确定所述内电极已被放置于所述目标物料固定座上,则所述 控制器通过所述转盘驱动装置控制所述转盘旋转,以使所述目标物料固定座旋 转至所述预设位置;
所述控制器控制所述第三抓取手臂将所述外电极和所述绝缘环套设在已 套设有所述内电极的所述目标物料固定座上以形成所述电子烟电极连接头; 若所述控制器确定位于所述目标物料固定座上的所述电子烟电极连接头 已被压紧, 则所述控制器通过所述转盘驱动装置控制所述转盘旋转, 以使所述 目标物料固定座旋转至所述第二压紧手臂下方;
所述控制器控制所述第二压紧手臂压紧位于所述目标物料固定座上的所 述电子烟电极连接头。
所述的装配方法, 其中, 所述控制器控制所述第一压紧手臂压紧位于所述 目标物料固定座上的所述外电极和所述绝缘环还包括:
所述控制器控制所述第一压紧手臂压紧所述外电极和所述绝缘环同时控 制第一支撑柱顶起,以使相向运动的所述第一压紧手臂和所述第一支撑柱共同 压紧固定所述外电极和所述绝缘环, 所述第一支撑柱位于所述转盘下方,且与 所述第一压紧手臂位置对应;
所述控制器控制所述第二压紧手臂压紧位于所述目标物料固定座上的所 述电子烟电极连接头包括:

若所述控制器确定所述绝缘环已被放置于目标物料固定座上,则所述控制

所述控制器通过所述转盘驱动装置控制所述转盘旋转,以使放置有已被压 紧的所述电子烟电极连接头的所述目标物料固定座旋转至第四抓取手臂下方; 所述控制器控制所述第四抓取手臂抓取所述电子烟电极连接头,并将所述 电子烟电极连接头放置于第一出料导轨;
若位于所述第一出料导轨上的所述感应器确定所述电子烟电极连接头位 于第二物料感应区, 则所述感应器对应生成第四触发信号; 所述第二物料感应 区位于焊锡手臂下方;
所述控制器根据所述第四触发信号控制所述焊锡手臂对所述电子烟电极 连接头进行上焊锡。
任一所述的装配方法, 其中, 所述第一抓取手臂、 所述绝缘环拾取手臂、 所述第二抓取手臂、所述第三压紧手臂和所述第五抓取手臂沿所述转盘的旋转 方向依次设置;
所述方法还包括:
若所述控制器确定所述外电极已被放置于目标物料固定座上,则所述控制 器通过所述转盘驱动装置控制所述转盘旋转,以使所述目标物料固定座旋转至 所述绝缘环拾取手臂下方;
若所述控制器确定所述绝缘环已被放置于目标物料固定座上,则所述控制 器通过所述转盘驱动装置控制所述转盘旋转,以使所述目标物料固定座旋转至 所述第二抓取手臂下方;
若所述控制器确定所述内电极已被放置于所述目标物料固定座上,则所述 控制器通过所述转盘驱动装置控制所述转盘旋转,以使所述目标物料固定座旋 转至所述第三压紧手臂下方;

180度旋转以进行上焊锡;
若所述控制器确定所述电子烟电极连接头上焊锡完成,则所述控制器控制 所述第五抓取手臂将所述电子烟电极连接头再进行 180度旋转以将所述电子 烟电极连接头放置于第二出料导轨。
本发明提供了一种可自动化装配电子烟电极连接头的装配设备以及装配 方法。 该装配装置包括: 可转动的转盘、 转盘驱动装置、 物料固定座、 第一物 料感应区、 感应器、 物料拾取手臂以及控制器; 使得所述控制器根据所述感应 器生成的触发信号控制所述物料拾取手臂拾取所述物料并将所述物料放置在 所述物料固定座上。 即通过所述物料拾取手臂可自动装配电子烟电极连接头, 无需现有技术中的人工装配线,从而减少了人工,提升了效率的同时节省成本, 且装配过程中通过控制器控制物料拾取手臂拾取所述物料放置在所述物料固 定座上以实现装配,从而提升了装配过程中的精度, 进而在装配过程中不会出 现因操作不准或用力过大等情况造成物料损耗情形的出现,进一步的避免了不 必要的浪费,且装配完成的电子烟电极连接头各物料之间较为紧固,提升了电 子烟的性能。而且釆用本发明所提供的装配设备能够大大减少装配过程中对物 料的污染, 避免电池杆组件无法正常为雾化器供电情况的出现。

本实施例中,该预设状态为各个所述物料中空部的轴线与所述物料震动盘 22所在平面垂直的状态。
当然, 因装配方式的不同, 该预设状态也可不同, 只要能够实现自动装配 即可, 具体设置方式不作限定。
为使得所述物料拾取手臂 21能够准确的拾取所述物料, 则在所述物料导 轨 23靠近所述转盘 201的端部设置有所述第一物料感应区。 因位于所述物料 震动盘 22上的物料震动输送至所述物料导轨 23上, 并沿所述物料导轨 23运 动, 以使所述物料以所述预设状态输送至所述第一物料感应区,使得位于所述 第一物料感应区的感应器感应所述物料。
较佳的, 为使得输送所述第一物料感应区上的所述物料更为平稳, 则可在 所述物料导轨 23的末端设置有挡料阀, 以使所述物料在所述挡料阀的阻挡作 用下, 停止固定在所述第一物料感应区, 以被所述感应器感应。
更佳的, 为使得所述物料输送至所述第一物料感应区更为顺畅, 则所述物 料导轨 23远离所述转盘 201—端所在的水平面高于所述物料导轨 23靠近所述 转盘 201—端所在的水平面。进而有效的减少转送所述物料的耗时, 进一步提 升自动装配的效率。

底座; 所述底座顶端设置有用于容纳并定位绝缘环的定位槽, 所述定位槽 内周面与所述绝缘环的外周面匹配设置;
所述底座内部固定设置有定位柱,所述定位柱的一端经过所述定位槽以穿 过所述底座,且所述定位槽与所述定位柱同轴设置, 所述定位柱远离所述底座 的一端端面所在的水平面高于所述定位槽所在的水平面;所述定位柱的直径 'J、 于所述绝缘环中空部的直径,以使套设在所述定位柱上的所述绝缘环与所述定 位柱间隙配合, 且容置在所述定位槽中。
所述定位槽内周面与所述绝缘环的外周面匹配设置,以使所述绝缘环放置 于所述定位槽内。 因在自动装配电子烟电极连接头时,位于所述定位槽内的所 述绝缘环不能发生位置偏移, 否则无法准确以及高效率的自动装配, 本实施例 中, 为防止所述绝缘环发生位置偏移, 则所述底座内部固定设置有定位柱。 且 所述定位柱的一端经过所述定位槽以穿过所述底座。
为使得容纳设置在所述定位槽内部的所述绝缘环更为稳定, 不会发生晃
动, 则所述定位槽与所述定位柱同轴设置。
进一步为方便所述绝缘环与所述物料固定座脱离, 以便于取出绝缘环, 则 所述定位柱远离所述底座的一端端面所在的水平面高于所述定位槽所在的水 平面, 且所述定位柱的直径小于所述绝缘环中空部的直径。
因所述定位柱的直径小于所述绝缘环中空部的直径,即所述定位柱与所述 绝缘环中空部之间间隙配合,从而有效的防止绝缘环的中空部与定位柱配合过 紧导致取出所述绝缘环时, 由于装配过紧而无法取出。
通过本实施例所提供的物料固定座,使得所述绝缘环可套设在所述定位柱 上, 并容纳在所述定位槽中, 以防止所述绝缘环发生位置偏移, 从而影响装配 电子烟电极连接头时的精度,且绝缘环的中空部与所述定位柱间隙配合,从而 可高效方便的将所述绝缘环与所述物料固定座脱离,提升装配效率,避免在装 配所述绝缘环时对所述绝缘环造成损坏。

设置在所述抵持套内部,分别与所述抵持套和所述顶针连接设置有弹性机 构; 以使所述顶针抵持在所述物料固定座上时,使得所述顶针朝向所述弹性机 构运动, 直至所述顶针与所述绝缘环脱离。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的装配设备, 其特征在于, 设置在所述抓取手臂端部,且分别与多个所述夹取子臂连接设置有夹取驱 动机构,且所述夹取驱动机构与所述控制器连接, 以使所述夹取驱动机构在所 述控制器的控制下控制多个所述夹取子臂相互对应运动或相互背离运动,以使 相互背离运动的所述夹取子臂夹取所述物料。
6、 根据权利要求 3至 5任一所述的装配设备, 其特征在于,
所述绝缘环物料震动盘、所述外电极物料震动盘和所述内电极物料震动盘 沿所述转盘的旋转方向依次设置;
且所述绝缘环拾取手臂、所述第一抓取手臂和所述第二抓取手臂沿所述转 盘的旋转方向依次设置。

其中, 所述绝缘环拾取手臂、 所述第一抓取手臂、 所述第一压紧手臂、 所 述第三抓取手臂、所述第二抓取手臂和所述第二压紧手臂沿所述转盘的旋转方 向依次设置;
且所述预设位置沿所述转盘的旋转方向设置在所述第二抓取手臂和所述 第二压紧手臂之间。

所述控制器控制所述第二压紧手臂压紧所述电子烟电极连接头同时控制
第二支撑柱顶起,以使相向运动的所述第二压紧手臂和所述第二支撑柱共同压 紧固定所述电子烟电极连接头, 所述第二支撑柱位于所述转盘下方,且与所述 第二压紧手臂位置对应。
25、 根据权利要求 19至 22任一所述的装配方法, 其特征在于, 所述第二 抓取手臂、所述绝缘环拾取手臂、所述第一抓取手臂和所述第四压紧手臂沿所 述转盘的旋转方向依次设置;
所述方法还包括:
若所述控制器确定所述内电极已被放置于所述目标物料固定座上,则所述 控制器通过所述转盘驱动装置控制所述转盘旋转,以使所述目标物料固定座旋 转至所述绝缘环拾取手臂下方;
若所述控制器确定所述绝缘环已被放置于目标物料固定座上,则所述控制 器通过所述转盘驱动装置控制所述转盘旋转,以使所述目标物料固定座旋转至 所述第一抓取手臂下方;
若所述控制器确定所述外电极已被放置于目标物料固定座上,则所述控制 器通过所述转盘驱动装置控制所述转盘旋转,以使所述目标物料固定座旋转至 所述第四压紧手臂下方;
所述控制器控制所述第四压紧手臂压紧所述电子烟电极连接头。
26、 根据权利要求 25所述的装配方法, 其特征在于, 所述控制器控制所 述第四压紧手臂压紧所述电子烟电极连接头包括:
所述控制器控制所述第四压紧手臂压紧所述电子烟电极连接头同时控制 所述目标物料固定座的磁力柱上升,以使相对运动的所述第四压紧手臂和所述 磁力柱共同压紧所述电子烟电极连接头, 所述磁力柱位于所述物料固定座内 部, 且所述磁力柱的直径等于所述内电极的直径。
27、 根据权利要求 24或 25所述的装配方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包 括:
所述控制器通过所述转盘驱动装置控制所述转盘旋转,以使放置有已被压 紧的所述电子烟电极连接头的所述目标物料固定座旋转至第四抓取手臂下方; 所述控制器控制所述第四抓取手臂抓取所述电子烟电极连接头,并将所述 电子烟电极连接头放置于第一出料导轨;
若位于所述第一出料导轨上的所述感应器确定所述电子烟电极连接头位 于第二物料感应区, 则所述感应器对应生成第四触发信号; 所述第二物料感应 区位于焊锡手臂下方;
所述控制器根据所述第四触发信号控制所述焊锡手臂对所述电子烟电极 连接头进行上焊锡。
28、 根据权利要求 19至 22任一所述的装配方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一 抓取手臂、 所述绝缘环拾取手臂、 所述第二抓取手臂、 所述第三压紧手臂和所 述第五抓取手臂沿所述转盘的旋转方向依次设置;
所述方法还包括:
若所述控制器确定所述外电极已被放置于目标物料固定座上,则所述控制 器通过所述转盘驱动装置控制所述转盘旋转,以使所述目标物料固定座旋转至 所述绝缘环拾取手臂下方;
若所述控制器确定所述绝缘环已被放置于目标物料固定座上,则所述控制 器通过所述转盘驱动装置控制所述转盘旋转,以使所述目标物料固定座旋转至 所述第二抓取手臂下方;
若所述控制器确定所述内电极已被放置于所述目标物料固定座上,则所述 控制器通过所述转盘驱动装置控制所述转盘旋转,以使所述目标物料固定座旋 转至所述第三压紧手臂下方;
所述控制器控制所述第三压紧手臂压紧所述内电极、所述绝缘环和所述外 电极以形成所述电子烟电极连接头;
若所述控制器确定所述电子烟电极连接头压紧完成,则所述控制器通过所 述转盘驱动装置控制所述转盘旋转,以使所述目标物料固定座旋转至所述第五 抓取手臂下方;
所述控制器控制所述第五抓取手臂抓取所述电子烟电极连接头, 并进行 180度旋转以进行上焊锡;
若所述控制器确定所述电子烟电极连接头上焊锡完成,则所述控制器控制 所述第五抓取手臂将所述电子烟电极连接头再进行 180度旋转以将所述电子 烟电极连接头放置于第二出料导轨。
