位于所述机架 200内部的装配平台;
本实施例中以所述装配平台为可转动的转盘 201为例进行说明:需明确的 是, 所述装配平台还可为输送线, 所述装配平台的具体设置方式在本实施例中 不做赘述。
本实施例中, 所述转盘 201的具体位置不作限定, 在本实施例中, 所述转 盘 201较佳的可设置在所述机架 200的中央。
与所述转盘 201传动连接设置有转盘驱动装置,以使所述转盘 201在所述 转盘驱动装置的带动下旋转。 本实施例中的转盘驱动装置的具体位置不作限 定, 只要其能够驱动所述转盘 201旋转即可。
固定设置在所述转盘 201上的物料固定座 202;
本实施例中, 所述物料固定座 202的具体设置方式不作限定, 只要所述物 料固定座 202在所述转盘 201 带动下旋转即可。 较佳的可为所述物料固定座 202围绕设置在所述转盘 201上, 且相邻的所述物料固定座 202之间的间隔相 等。
其中, 若所述装配平台为输送线, 则所述物料固定座 202可排列设置且等 间距的设置在所述输送线上。
所述装配设备还包括物料拾取手臂 21, 其中, 所述物料拾取手臂 21用于 在所述控制器的控制下拾取所述物料以放置到所述物料固定座 202 以完成装 配。
即本实施例中所述物料拾取手臂 21可分布在转盘 201的周围适当位置即 可。
所述装配装置还包括用于感应所述物料的第一物料感应区,为使得所述物 料拾取手臂 21能够准确的拾取所述物料, 则第一物料感应区设置有所述感应 器,以使所述感应器感应到位于所述第一物料感应区的物料并对应生成触发信 号;
即运动至所述第一物料感应区的所述物料被所述感应器感应到,且所述感 应器对应生成触发信号,以使所述控制器根据所述触发信号控制所述物料拾取 手臂 21拾取所述物料并将所述物料放置在所述物料固定座 202上。
为保障电子烟电极连接头的稳固性, 则所述装配设备还包括压紧手臂 301, 所述压紧手臂 301的具体机构请见图 3所示。
由图 3所示可知, 所述压紧手臂 301与所述控制器电连接, 以使所述控制 器控制所述压紧手臂 301压紧位于所述物料固定座 202上的所述物料;以使位 于所述物料固定座 202上各个所述物料之间相互固定。
本实施例中由控制器控制所述物料拾取手臂 21 自动拾取所述物料, 并将 所述物料放置在所述物料固定座 202上,以实现装配电子烟电极连接头的自动
化, 大大减少了人工的参与, 节省了成产成本, 且所述控制器还控制压紧手臂 对位于所述物料固定座 202上的物料进行压紧,从而使得电子烟电极连接头各 个物料之间稳固,提升了产品的稳定性,提升了电子烟电极连接头的使用寿命。
实施例二, 本实施例对所述压紧手臂 301的具体结构进行详细说明: 如图 3所示可知:
与所述控制器电连接设置有气缸 305;
与所述气缸 305连接设置有压杆 306, 以使所述压杆在所述气缸 305的控 制下使得所述压杆 306沿朝向或远离所述物料固定座 202方向运动。
即所述控制器确定需要压紧位于所述物料固定座 202上的物料,则所述控 制器通过所述气缸 305控制所述压杆 306沿朝向所述物料固定座 202的方向向 下运动以压紧位于所述物料固定座 202上的所述物料。
通过本实施例所提供的压紧手臂 301 使得组装完成的电子烟电极连接头 结构更加稳固,则釆用所述压紧手臂 301压紧位于所述物料固定座 202上的所 述物料, 以使装配完成的所述电子烟电极连接头的结构更加稳定,提升了使用 寿命。
因压紧手臂 301在压紧所述物料固定座 202上的所述物料时,会给所述转 盘 201 —个向下的力, 因此会造成所述转盘 201 的倾斜, 使得所述转盘 201 受力不平衡, 容易损害所述转盘 201, 且还会造成位于所述转盘 201上的所述 物料固定座 202的位置发生偏移, 则会造成装配过程中物料拾取手臂 21无法 准确的将物料放置在所述物料固定座 202上, 因此参见图 4所示,对所述装配 装置进行进一步的说明:
如图 4所示,在所述转盘 201下方并与所述压紧手臂 301对应位置设置有 用于保持所述转盘 201平衡的平衡装置 302, 以使所述压紧手臂 301压紧所述 物料固定座 202时, 所述平衡装置 302给所述转盘一个向上的力, 以使所述转 盘 201因同时受到所述压紧手臂 301的向下的力以及所述平衡装置 302向上的 力,使得所述转盘 201维持平衡,有效的防止转盘 201受到偏心力而倾斜导致 定位不准确情况的出现。
所述平衡装置 302的具体包括:
与所述控制器电连接设置有第一驱动装置 303;
与所述第一驱动装置 303连接设置有支撑柱 304, 以使所述支撑柱 304在 所述第一驱动装置 303的控制下沿朝向所述物料固定座 202的方向向上运动以 支撑所述转盘 201。
其中,在本实施例中,所述第一驱动装置 303可为滑杆气缸,需明确的是, 所述第一驱动装置 303的具体结构不作限定,只要其能够控制支撑柱 304顶起 所述转盘 201即可。
所述平衡装置 302的还可包括:

通过本实施例所示的平衡装置 301以使所述压紧手臂 301压紧所述物料固 定座 202时, 所述平衡装置 302给所述转盘一个向上的力, 以使所述转盘 201 因同时受到所述压紧手臂 301的向下的力以及所述平衡装置 302向上的力,使 得所述转盘 201维持平衡,有效的防止转盘 201受到偏心力而倾斜导致定位不 准确情况的出现。 为使得所述控制器可控制所述物料拾取手臂 21拾取所述物料以放置到所 述物料固定座 202, 则所述装配设备包括:

与所述物料震动盘 22连接设置有震动驱动装置, 所述震动驱动装置可使 得位于所述物料震动盘 22上的物料震动以便于输送所述物料, 且在输送所述
物料的过程中, 为便于所述物料拾取手臂 21抓取所述物料, 则以使所述物料 以预设状态运动至所述物料导轨 23。
所述物料导轨 23设置于所述物料震动盘 22与所述转盘 201之间,该物料 导轨 23用以将所述物料震动盘 22送出的所述物料继续沿所述转盘 201方向输 送或沿输送带的方向输送。
本实施例以装配平台为转盘 201为例进行说明:
具体的, 所述物料导轨 23 可设置在震动送料装置上, 所述物料导轨 23 在所述震动送料装置的控制下可震动以平稳的输送位于所述物料导轨 23上的 物料, 避免各个物料之间发生碰撞, 减少不必要的损耗。
本实施例中,该预设状态为各个所述物料中空部的轴线与所述物料震动盘
22所在平面垂直的状态。
当然, 因装配方式的不同, 该预设状态也可不同, 只要能够实现自动装配 即可, 具体设置方式不作限定。
较佳的, 为使得输送所述第一物料感应区上的所述物料更为平稳, 则可在 所述物料导轨 23的末端设置有挡料阀, 以使所述物料在所述挡料阀的阻挡作 用下, 停止固定在所述第一物料感应区, 以被所述感应器感应。
更佳的, 为使得所述物料输送至所述第一物料感应区更为顺畅, 则所述物 料导轨 23远离所述转盘 201—端所在的水平面高于所述物料导轨 23靠近所述 转盘 201—端所在的水平面。进而有效的减少转送所述物料的耗时, 进一步提 升自动装配的效率。
即运动至所述第一物料感应区的所述物料被所述感应器感应到,且所述感 应器对应生成触发信号,以使所述控制器根据所述触发信号控制所述物料拾取 手臂 21拾取所述物料并将所述物料放置在所述物料固定座 202上。
本实施例中, 所述感应器若感应到物料位于所述第一物料感应区, 则对应 生成触发信号, 所述控制器获取该触发信号, 并根据所述触发信号生成用于控 制所述物料拾取手臂 21拾取所述物料的控制信号, 以使所述物料拾取手臂 21 根据该控制信号拾取所述物料并将该物料放置于位于预设位置处的所述物料 固定座 202上, 以完成自动装配所述电子烟电极连接头,且装配过程中无需人 工参与, 从而节省了人力, 进而节省了成本, 提升了效率。 且通过控制器控制
物料拾取手臂 21实现装配, 从而提升了装配过程中的精度, 进而避免物料损 耗情形的出现, 进一步的避免了不必要的浪费。

具体的,所述电子烟电极连接头包括雾化器电极连接头和电池杆电极连接 头,即分别装配所述电池杆电极连接头和所述雾化器电极连接头需要的物料有 夕卜电极、用于插设在所述外电极内的内电极以及用于插设在所述外电极和所述 内电极之间的绝缘环;
具体的, 本实施例所提供的装配设备包括三个装置, 即绝缘环装配装置、 外电极装配装置以及内电极装配装置;
所述绝缘环装配装置用于将所述绝缘环自动装配到所述物料固定座 202 上, 所述外电极装配装置用于将所述外电极自动装配到所述物料固定座 202 上, 所述内电极装配装置用于将所述内电极自动装配到所述物料固定座 202 上。

为使得所述绝缘环拾取手臂 211能够拾取所述绝缘环,且在拾取过程中避 免绝缘环变形, 则所述顶针 702的直径大于所述绝缘环中空部的直径。
通过本实施例所提供的所述绝缘环拾取手臂 211, 使得在自动拾取所述绝 缘环时,所述绝缘环拾取手臂 211控制所述顶针 702压入所述绝缘环中空部内, 因所述顶针 702的直径大于所述绝缘环中空部的直径,则所述顶针 702与所述 绝缘环中空部过盈配合。 因所述顶针 702与所述绝缘环中空部过盈配合, 则产 生一定的膨胀的外压力, 使绝缘环和顶针 702相对固定。
在本实施例中,所述绝缘环拾取手臂 211将已拾取的所述绝缘环放置到物 料固定座 202上, 以完成所述绝缘环的自动装配。
为使得所述绝缘环拾取手臂 211与已放置于所述物料固定座 202上的所述 绝缘环脱离, 则位于所述 4氐持套 701内部,且分别与所述 4氐持套 701和所述顶 针 702连接设置有第二弹性机构。
在所述绝缘环拾取手臂 211将所述顶针 702抵持在用于放置所述绝缘环的 物料固定座 202上时,所述顶针 702给所述第二弹性机构一个远离所述物料固 定座 202的力,使得所述第二弹性机构回缩, 进而使得所述顶针 702朝向所述 第二弹性机构运动, 直至所述顶针 702与所述绝缘环脱离。

本实施例所示的装配设备有两种结构:
第一种, 结合图 10所示, 由图 10所示可知, 所述绝缘环装配装置、 外电 极装配装置以及内电极装配装置沿所述转盘 201的旋转方向依次设置。
即所述绝缘环物料震动盘 221、 所述外电极物料震动盘 222和内电极物料 震动盘 223沿所述转盘 201的旋转方向依次设置;
且所述绝缘环拾取手臂 211、 所述第一抓取手臂 212和用于抓取内电极的 第二抓取手臂 213沿所述转盘 201的旋转方向依次设置。
其中, 若所述装配平台为输送带, 则所述绝缘环拾取手臂 211、 第一抓取 手臂 212以及第二抓取手臂 213沿所述输送带的输送方向依次设置。
所述绝缘环装配装置、外电极装配装置以及内电极装配装置的具体结构请 见实施例三所示, 在本实施例中不#支赞述。
本实施例中,为实现所述雾化器电极连接头或所述电池杆电极连接头的自 动装配, 则本种设置方式中, 请参见图 11所示, 所述物料固定座 202的具体 结构包括:
底座 1101;
所述底座 1101顶端设置有用于容纳并定位绝缘环的定位槽 1102; 本实施 例所示的定位槽 1102用于在装配电子烟电极连接头时放置绝缘环。 所述定位 槽 1102内周面与所述绝缘环的外周面匹配设置, 以使所述绝缘环放置于所述 定位槽 1102内。
因在自动装配电子烟电极连接头时, 位于所述定位槽 1102内的所述绝缘 环不能发生位置偏移, 否则无法准确以及高效率的自动装配, 本实施例中, 为 防止所述绝缘环发生位置偏移, 则所述底座内部固定设置有定位柱 1103。 且 所述定位柱 1103的一端经过所述定位槽 1102以穿过所述底座 1101。
为使得容纳设置在所述定位槽 1102内部的所述绝缘环更为稳定, 不会发 生晃动, 则所述定位槽 1102与所述定位柱 1103同轴设置。
进一步为方便所述绝缘环与所述物料固定座脱离, 以便于取出绝缘环, 则 所述定位柱 1103远离所述底座 1101的一端端面所在的水平面高于所述定位槽 1102所在的水平面,且所述定位柱 1103的直径小于所述绝缘环中空部的直径。
因所述定位柱 1103的直径小于所述绝缘环中空部的直径, 即所述定位柱 1103 与所述绝缘环中空部之间间隙配合, 从而有效的防止绝缘环的中空部与 定位柱 1103配合过紧导致取出所述绝缘环时, 由于装配过紧而无法取出。
通过本实施例所提供的物料固定座,使得所述绝缘环可套设在所述定位柱 1103上, 并容纳在所述定位槽 1102中, 以防止所述绝缘环发生位置偏移, 从 而影响装配电子烟电极连接头时的精度,且绝缘环的中空部与所述定位柱 1103 间隙配合,从而可高效方便的将所述绝缘环与所述物料固定座脱离,提升装配 效率, 避免在装配所述绝缘环时对所述绝缘环造成损坏。
实现第一种设置方式的装配设备的具体装配过程为:
如图 10所示, 位于所述绝缘环物料导轨 231上的第一物料感应区的感应 器感应到所述绝缘环则对应生成触发信号;
所述控制器根据所述触发信号生成控制信号,以控制所述绝缘环拾取手臂 211拾取所述绝缘环; 具体拾取过程请见实施例三;
所述控制器控制所述绝缘环拾取手臂 211 将所述绝缘环移动到靠近所述 第一物料感应区的物料固定座 202正上方;

本实施例中,为防止所述压紧手臂 301压紧位于所述物料固定座 202上的 所述外电极与所述绝缘环时,所述转盘 201受到所述压紧手臂 301的力而倾斜, 损坏所述转盘 201情形的出现, 则较佳的,在所述转盘 201的下方设置有平衡 装置 302; 所述平衡装置 302的具体结构请见实施例二所示;
经过预设时长, 所述控制器确定所述外电极和所述绝缘环相对固定, 则所 述控制器控制所述平衡装置 302和所述压紧手臂 301复位;
所述控制器根据所述预设移动角度控制所述转盘 201转动,以使插设有所 述外电极的物料固定座 202运动至第三抓取手臂 1001下方 (如图 10所示); 此时的所述第三抓取手臂 1001位于起始位置,即第三抓取手臂 1001沿所 述转盘的旋转方向位于所述压紧手臂 301 的下游, 且位于所述第二抓取手臂 213上游;
所述控制器控制所述第三抓取手臂 1001提起位于所述物料固定座上且相 互固定的所述外电极和所述绝缘环; 所述第三抓取手臂 1001的具体结构和第 一抓取手臂 212的结构相同, 不再赘述;
由图 10所示可知, 与所述第三抓取手臂 1001连接设置有滑轨 808, 即所 述第三抓取手臂 1001可沿所述滑轨 808的导向自由运动,其中,所述滑轨 808 的导向为直线方向。

较佳的,为防止所述成品压紧手臂 809压紧位于所述物料固定座 202上的 所述电子烟电极连接头时,所述转盘 201倾斜,损坏所述转盘 201情形的出现, 则较佳的,与所述成品压紧手臂 809位置对应的所述转盘 201下方也设置有所 述平衡装置 302。
本种设置方式中, 所述绝缘环拾取手臂 211、 所述第一抓取手臂 212、 所 述压紧手臂 301、所述第三抓取手臂 1001、所述第二抓取手臂 213和所述成品
压紧手臂 809沿所述转盘的旋转方向依次设置。
所述控制器根据所述预设移动角度控制所述转盘 201转动,以使已压紧的 所述电子烟电极连接头转动至第四抓取手臂 805下方;

所述装配设备还包括焊锡手臂 253, 所述焊锡手臂位于所述出料导轨 24 的上方;
本实施例中,所述电子烟电极连接头包括雾化器电极连接头和电池杆电极 连接头,若本实施例所示的装配设备装配完成的是雾化器电极连接头, 则需要 在外电极和内电极上焊锡,以使雾化器内的用于雾化烟油以形成可供用户吸食 的烟雾的电热丝的两端分别与外电极和内电极电连接;若本实施例所示的装配 设备装配完成的是电池杆电极连接头, 则也需要在外电极和内电极上焊锡, 以 使电池杆组件内的外电极与雾化器的外电极电连接,且使得电池杆组件内的内 电极与雾化器的内电极电连接, 可见,通过本实施例所示的装配装置在装配电
子烟电极连接头后, 需要分别在外电极和内电极上焊锡。
即本实施例中, 所述控制器根据位于所述出料导轨 24上的感应器所生成 的触发信号控制所述焊锡手臂 253对位于所述出料导轨 24上的电子烟电极连 接头上焊锡。
第二种, 结合图 13所示: 由图 13所示可知, 所述外电极装配装置、 所述 绝缘环装配装置以及所述内电极装配装置沿所述转盘 201 的旋转方向依次设 置。

因在自动装配电子烟电极连接头时, 位于所述定位槽 1102内的所述绝缘 环不能发生位置偏移, 否则无法准确以及高效率的自动装配, 本实施例中, 为 防止所述绝缘环发生位置偏移, 则所述底座内部固定设置有定位柱 1103。
为使得容纳设置在所述定位槽 1102内部的所述绝缘环更为稳定, 不会发 生晃动, 则所述定位槽 1102与所述定位柱 1103同轴设置;
且位于所述底座 1101 内部, 且分别与所述定位柱 1103和所述底座 1101
底部连接设置有可发生弹性形变的第一弹性机构 1104;

因所述定位柱 1103的直径小于所述绝缘环中空部的直径, 即所述定位柱 1103 与所述绝缘环中空部之间间隙配合, 从而有效的防止绝缘环的中空部与 定位柱 1103配合过紧导致取出所述绝缘环时, 由于装配过紧而无法取出。
通过本实施例所提供的物料固定座 202, 使得所述绝缘环 1106和外电极 1105可套设在所述定位柱 1103上, 且所述绝缘环 1106可容纳在所述定位槽 1102中, 以防止所述绝缘环 1106和外电极 1105发生位置偏移, 从而影响装 配电子烟电极连接头时的精度,且绝缘环 1106的中空部与所述定位柱 1103间 隙配合, 从而可高效方便的将已相互固定的所述绝缘环 1106 和所述外电极 1105与所述物料固定座 202脱离, 提升装配效率, 避免在装配时对所述绝缘 环 1106和所述外电极 1105造成损坏。

所述第一物料感应区设置有所述感应器,以使所述感应器感应到位于所述 第一物料感应区的物料并对应生成触发信号;
分别与所述感应器以及所述物料拾取手臂电连接设置有所述控制器,使得 所述控制器根据所述触发信号控制所述物料拾取手臂拾取所述物料并将所述 物料放置在所述物料固定座上;
所述控制器还与所述压紧手臂电连接,以使所述控制器控制所述压紧手臂 压紧位于所述物料固定座上的所述物料。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的装配设备, 其特征在于, 所述压紧手臂包括: 用于压紧已放置于所述物料固定座上的所述物料的压杆;

所述控制器根据所述触发信号控制所述第一抓取手臂抓取所述外电极,并 将所述外电极套设在所述物料固定座的定位柱上;
若所述感应器感应所述绝缘环位于第一物料感应区,则所述感应器对应生 成触发信号;
所述控制器根据所述触发信号控制所述绝缘环拾取手臂拾取所述绝缘环, 并将所述绝缘环套设在所述物料固定座的所述定位柱上,以使所述绝缘环插设 在所述外电极的中空部内, 且所述外电极和所述绝缘环同轴设置;
若所述物料固定座运动至所述压紧手臂下方,则所述控制器通过所述压紧 手臂的气缸控制所述压紧手臂的压杆沿朝向所述物料固定座的方向运动,直至 所述外电极与所述绝缘环相对固定;
所述控制器控制所述第三抓取手臂提起位于所述物料固定座上且相互固 定的所述外电极和所述绝缘环, 以使所述外电极和所述绝缘环运动至预设位 置;
若所述感应器感应所述内电极位于所述第一物料感应区,则所述感应器对 应生成触发信号;
所述控制器根据所述触发信号控制第二抓取手臂拾取所述内电极,并将所 述内电极放置于所述物料固定座上;
若放置有所述内电极的所述物料固定座运动至所述预设位置,则所述控制
器控制所述第三抓取手臂将相互固定的所述外电极和所述绝缘环套设在已套 设有所述内电极的所述物料固定座上以形成所述电子烟电极连接头。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的装配方法, 其特征在于, 所述装配方法还包 括:
若已放置有所述电子烟电极连接头的所述物料固定座运动至第四抓取手 臂下方, 则所述控制器控制所述第四抓取手臂抓取所述电子烟电极连接头, 并 将所述电子烟电极连接头放置于出料导轨;
若位于所述出料导轨上的所述感应器确定所述电子烟电极连接头位于第 二物料感应区, 则所述感应器对应生成触发信号; 所述第二物料感应区位于焊 锡手臂下方;
所述控制器根据所述触发信号控制所述焊锡手臂对所述电子烟电极连接 头进行上焊锡。
