与所述转盘 201传动连接设置有转盘驱动装置,以使所述转盘 201在所述 转盘驱动装置的带动下旋转。 本实施例中的转盘驱动装置的具体位置不作限 定, 只要其能够驱动所述转盘 201旋转即可。
固定设置在所述转盘 201上的物料固定座 202;
本实施例中, 所述物料固定座 202的具体设置方式不作限定, 只要所述物 料固定座 202在所述转盘 201 带动下旋转即可。 较佳的可为所述物料固定座 202围绕设置在所述转盘 201上, 且相邻的所述物料固定座 202之间的间隔相 等。
所述装配设备还包括物料拾取手臂 21, 其中, 所述物料拾取手臂 21用于 在所述控制器的控制下拾取所述物料以放置到所述物料固定座 202 以完成装 配。
即本实施例中所述物料拾取手臂 21可分布在转盘 201的周围适当位置即 可。
所述装配设备还包括压紧手臂 301, 所述压紧手臂 301的具体机构请见图 3所示。
由图 3所示可知, 所述压紧手臂 301与所述控制器电连接, 以使所述控制 器控制所述压紧手臂 301压紧位于所述物料固定座 202上的所述物料;以使位 于所述物料固定座 202上各个所述物料之间相互固定。
与控制器电连接,且位于所述转盘 201下方并与所述压紧手臂 301对应位 置设置有用于保持所述转盘 201平衡的平衡装置 302。 组装完成的电子烟电极连接头结构更加稳固,则釆用所述压紧手臂 301压紧位 于所述物料固定座 202上的所述物料,以使装配完成的所述电子烟电极连接头 的结构更加稳定, 提升了使用寿命。
因压紧手臂 301在压紧所述物料固定座 202上的所述物料时,会给所述转 盘 201 —个向下的力, 因此会造成所述转盘 201 的倾斜, 使得所述转盘 201 受力不平衡, 容易损害所述转盘 201, 且还会造成位于所述转盘 201上的所述 物料固定座 202的位置发生偏移, 则会造成装配过程中物料拾取手臂 21无法 准确的将物料放置在所述物料固定座 202 上, 因此本实施例在所述转盘 201 下方并与所述压紧手臂 301对应位置设置有用于保持所述转盘 201平衡的平衡 装置 302, 以使所述压紧手臂 301压紧所述物料固定座 202时, 所述平衡装置
302给所述转盘一个向上的力,以使所述转盘 201因同时受到所述压紧手臂 301 的向下的力以及所述平衡装置 302向上的力,使得所述转盘 201维持平衡,有 效的防止转盘 201受到偏心力而倾斜导致定位不准确情况的出现。
实施例二, 本实施例对所述平衡装置 302的具体结构进行详细说明: 所述平衡装置 302的具体设置方式包括以下几种:
第一种: 如图 3所示, 所述平衡装置 302包括:
与所述控制器电连接设置有第一驱动装置 303;
与所述第一驱动装置 303连接设置有支撑柱 304, 以使所述支撑柱 304在 所述第一驱动装置 303的控制下沿朝向所述物料固定座 202的方向向上运动以 支撑所述转盘 201。
其中,在本实施例中,所述第一驱动装置 303可为滑杆气缸,需明确的是, 所述第一驱动装置 303的具体结构不作限定,只要其能够控制支撑柱 304顶起 所述转盘 201即可。
第二种,如图 4所, 图 4为本发明实施例所提供的装配设备的一种较佳实 施例局部结构侧视图; 所述平衡装置 301包括:
转轴 401 ;
套设在所述转轴 401上,且可在所述转盘 201的带动下自动旋转的圓柱体 402, 且所述圓柱体 402与所述转盘 201滚动抵接以支撑所述转盘 201。
具体所述转轴 401和所述圓柱体 402的具体结构可参见图 5所示。
结合图 4和图 5所示, 因所述圓柱体 402抵持所述转盘 201, 且与所述压 紧手臂 301沿上下方向对应设置, 则在所述转盘 201旋转过程中, 所述圓柱体 402在所述转盘 201带动下旋转, 并给所述转盘 201—个向上的力, 从而避免 转盘 201倾斜, 便于精准的装配。
其中, 所述圓柱体可为轴承。 需明确的是, 所述圓柱体的具体结构不作限 定, 只要能够旋转并给所述转盘 201—个向上的力以平衡所述转盘 201即可。
通过本实施例所示的平衡装置 301以使所述压紧手臂 301压紧所述物料固 定座 202时, 所述平衡装置 302给所述转盘一个向上的力, 以使所述转盘 201 因同时受到所述压紧手臂 301的向下的力以及所述平衡装置 302向上的力,使 得所述转盘 201维持平衡,有效的防止转盘 201受到偏心力而倾斜导致定位不 准确情况的出现。 为使得所述控制器可控制所述物料拾取手臂 21拾取所述物料以放置到所 述物料固定座 202, 则所述装配设备包括:
如图 2所示,在实施例一的基础上, 所述装配设备还包括用于放置所述物 料的物料震动盘 22以及物料导轨 23;
与所述物料震动盘 22连接设置有震动驱动装置, 所述震动驱动装置可使 得位于所述物料震动盘 22上的物料震动以便于输送所述物料, 且在输送所述 物料的过程中, 为便于所述物料拾取手臂 21抓取所述物料, 则以使所述物料 以预设状态运动至所述物料导轨 23。
所述物料导轨 23设置于所述物料震动盘 22与所述转盘 201之间,该物料 导轨 23用以将所述物料震动盘 22送出的所述物料继续沿所述转盘 201方向输 送。
具体的, 所述物料导轨 23 可设置在震动送料装置上, 所述物料导轨 23 在所述震动送料装置的控制下可震动以平稳的输送位于所述物料导轨 23上的 物料, 避免各个物料之间发生碰撞, 减少不必要的损耗。
本实施例中,该预设状态为各个所述物料中空部的轴线与所述物料震动盘 22所在平面垂直的状态。
当然, 因装配方式的不同, 该预设状态也可不同, 只要能够实现自动装配 即可, 具体设置方式不作限定。
为使得所述物料拾取手臂 21能够准确的拾取所述物料, 则在所述物料导 轨 23靠近所述转盘 201的端部设置有所述物料感应区。 因位于所述物料震动 盘 22上的物料震动输送至所述物料导轨 23上, 并沿所述物料导轨 23运动, 区的感应器感应所述物料。 物料导轨 23的末端设置有挡料阀,以使所述物料在所述挡料阀的阻挡作用下, 停止固定在所述物料感应区, 以被所述感应器感应。 更佳的, 为使得所述物料输送至所述物料感应区更为顺畅, 则所述物料导 轨 23远离所述转盘 201—端所在的水平面高于所述物料导轨 23靠近所述转盘 201—端所在的水平面。 进而有效的减少转送所述物料的耗时, 进一步提升自 动装配的效率。
即运动至所述物料感应区的所述物料被所述感应器感应到,且所述感应器 对应生成触发信号,以使所述控制器根据所述触发信号控制所述物料拾取手臂 21拾取所述物料并将所述物料放置在所述物料固定座 202上。
本实施例中, 所述感应器若感应到物料位于所述物料感应区, 则对应生成 触发信号, 所述控制器获取该触发信号, 并根据所述触发信号生成用于控制所 述物料拾取手臂 21拾取所述物料的控制信号,以使所述物料拾取手臂 21根据 该控制信号拾取所述物料并将该物料放置于位于预设位置处的所述物料固定 座 202上, 以完成自动装配所述电子烟电极连接头,且装配过程中无需人工参 与, 从而节省了人力, 进而节省了成本, 提升了效率。 且通过控制器控制物料 拾取手臂 21实现装配, 从而提升了装配过程中的精度, 进而避免物料损耗情 形的出现, 进一步的避免了不必要的浪费。

具体的,所述电子烟电极连接头包括雾化器电极连接头和电池杆电极连接 头,即分别装配所述电池杆电极连接头和所述雾化器电极连接头需要的物料有 外电极、用于插设在所述外电极内的内电极以及用于插设在所述外电极和所述 内电极之间的绝缘环;
具体的, 本实施例所提供的装配设备包括三个装置, 即绝缘环装配装置、 外电极装配装置以及内电极装配装置;
所述绝缘环装配装置用于将所述绝缘环自动装配到所述物料固定座 202 上, 所述外电极装配装置用于将所述外电极自动装配到所述物料固定座 202 上, 所述内电极装配装置用于将所述内电极自动装配到所述物料固定座 202 上。

本实施例中, 所述绝缘环物料导轨 231设置于所述绝缘环物料震动盘 221 与用于放置所述物料固定座 202的装配平台之间, 即所述绝缘环物料导轨 231 用以将所述绝缘环物料震动盘 221 送出的所述绝缘环继续沿所述装配平台方 向输送。
所述绝缘环物料导轨 231靠近所述装配平台的端部设置有物料感应区;且 所述物料感应区设置有感应器,所述感应器若感应到位于所述物料感应区的绝 缘环时, 则可对应生成触发信号。
用于拾取所述绝缘环的绝缘环拾取手臂 211; 其中, 所述绝缘环拾取手臂 211的具体结构请见图 7所示;
所述绝缘环拾取手臂 211端部设置有抵持套 701及与所述抵持套 701活动 插接相连并由弹性材质制成的顶针 702。
为使得所述绝缘环拾取手臂 211能够拾取所述绝缘环,且在拾取过程中避 免绝缘环变形, 则所述顶针 702的直径大于所述绝缘环中空部的直径。
通过本实施例所提供的所述绝缘环拾取手臂 211, 使得在自动拾取所述绝 缘环时,所述绝缘环拾取手臂 211控制所述顶针 702压入所述绝缘环中空部内, 因所述顶针 702的直径大于所述绝缘环中空部的直径,则所述顶针 702与所述 绝缘环中空部过盈配合。 因所述顶针 702与所述绝缘环中空部过盈配合, 则产 生一定的膨胀的外压力, 使绝缘环和顶针 702相对固定。
在本实施例中,所述绝缘环拾取手臂 211将已拾取的所述绝缘环放置到物 料固定座 202上, 以完成所述绝缘环的自动装配。
为使得所述绝缘环拾取手臂 211与已放置于所述物料固定座 202上的所述 绝缘环脱离, 则位于所述 4氐持套 701内部,且分别与所述 4氐持套 701和所述顶 针 702连接设置有弹性机构。
在所述绝缘环拾取手臂 211将所述顶针 702抵持在用于放置所述绝缘环的 物料固定座 202上时,所述顶针 702给所述弹性机构一个远离所述物料固定座 202的力, 使得所述弹性机构回缩, 进而使得所述顶针 702朝向所述弹性机构 运动, 直至所述顶针 702与所述绝缘环脱离。
在本实施例中, 所述弹性机构为弹簧, 当然所述弹性机构还可釆用其他设 置方式,只要其能够在受力时回缩即可,具体设置方式在本实施例中不作限定。
即本实施例中,位于所述绝缘环物料震动盘 221上的绝缘环以所述预设状 态运动至所述绝缘环物料导轨 231, 使得位于所述绝缘环物料导轨 231上的感 应器感应到所述绝缘环并对应生成触发信号,所述控制器根据所述触发信号控 制所述绝缘环拾取手臂 211拾取所述绝缘环, 并使得所述绝缘环拾取手臂 211 将所述绝缘环套设在所述物料固定座 202上。
进行结合图 7所示对所述绝缘环拾取手臂 211如何进行移动的进行详细说 明:
在所述绝缘环拾取手臂 211 拾取所述绝缘环的过程中以及所述绝缘环拾 取手臂 211将所述绝缘环放置到所述物料固定座 202上时, 需要所述抵持套 701沿所述绝缘环轴向方向上下移动。
具体的, 与所述抵持套 701固定连接设置有第三固定板 703;
与所述第三固定板 703活动连接设置有第三驱动装置 704;
在本实施例中, 所述第三驱动装置 704较佳的可为滑竿气缸。

即所述第三滑块可沿所述第三导轨 705的方向滑动,继而使得所述抵持套 701沿所述第三导轨 705的方向滑动。
与所述第三驱动装置 704电连接设置有控制器,以使所述控制器控制所述 第三驱动装置 704的第三推杆推动所述第三固定板 703, 以使所述第三滑块在 所述第三导轨 705上滑动,使得所述抵持套 701沿所述绝缘环轴向方向上下移 动。
因所述抵持套 701可沿朝向所述绝缘环方向移动,则可使得所述与抵持套 701连接的顶针 702插入所述绝缘环的中空部内, 以拾取所述绝缘环;
因所述抵持套 701 可沿远离所述绝缘环方向移动, 则可使得所述抵持套 701将所述绝缘环放置于所述物料固定座 202上后即可与所述绝缘环脱离, 以 完成所述绝缘环的自动装配。
以下说明所述 4氏持套 701如何沿与所述绝缘环轴向垂直方向左右移动的。 所述第三驱动装置 704远离所述第三固定板 703的侧面上固定连接设置有 第四固定板 706;
与所述第四固定板 706活动连接设置有第四导轨 707,且所述第四导轨 707 的导向与所述绝缘环中空部的轴向垂直;
所述第四固定板 706远离所述第三驱动装置 704的侧面上设置有第四滑 块, 且所述第四滑块滑动设置于所述第四导轨 707上。
即所述第四滑块可在所述第四导轨 707上且沿所述第四导轨 707的导向自 由滑动, 进而使得所述抵持套 701可沿与所述绝缘环轴向垂直方向左右移动。
与所述第四导轨 707连接设置有第四驱动装置 708。
在本实施例中, 所述第四驱动装置 708为滑动气缸。

与所述第六导轨 2127连接设置有第六驱动装置 2128。
在本实施例中, 所述第六驱动装置 2128为滑动气缸。

本实施例所示的装配设备有两种结构:
第一种, 结合图 10所示, 由图 10所示可知, 所述绝缘环装配装置、 外电 极装配装置以及内电极装配装置沿所述转盘 201的旋转方向依次设置。
即所述绝缘环物料震动盘 221、 所述外电极物料震动盘 222和内电极物料 震动盘 223沿所述转盘 201的旋转方向依次设置;
且所述绝缘环拾取手臂 211、 所述第一抓取手臂 212和用于抓取内电极的 第二抓取手臂 213沿所述转盘 201的旋转方向依次设置。
所述绝缘环装配装置、外电极装配装置以及内电极装配装置的具体结构请 见实施例三所示, 在本实施例中不#支赞述。
本实施例中,为实现所述雾化器电极连接头或所述电池杆电极连接头的自 动装配, 则本种设置方式中, 请参见图 11所示, 所述物料固定座 202的具体 结构包括:
底座 1101;
所述底座 1101顶端设置有用于容纳并定位绝缘环的定位槽 1102; 本实施 例所示的定位槽 1102用于在装配电子烟电极连接头时放置绝缘环。 所述定位 槽 1102内周面与所述绝缘环的外周面匹配设置, 以使所述绝缘环放置于所述 定位槽 1102内。
因在自动装配电子烟电极连接头时, 位于所述定位槽 1102内的所述绝缘 环不能发生位置偏移, 否则无法准确以及高效率的自动装配, 本实施例中, 为 防止所述绝缘环发生位置偏移, 则所述底座内部固定设置有定位柱 1103。 且 所述定位柱 1103的一端经过所述定位槽 1102以穿过所述底座 1101。
为使得容纳设置在所述定位槽 1102内部的所述绝缘环更为稳定, 不会发 生晃动, 则所述定位槽 1102与所述定位柱 1103同轴设置。
进一步为方便所述绝缘环与所述物料固定座脱离, 以便于取出绝缘环, 则 所述定位柱 1103远离所述底座 1101的一端端面所在的水平面高于所述定位槽 1102所在的水平面,且所述定位柱 1103的直径小于所述绝缘环中空部的直径。
因所述定位柱 1103的直径小于所述绝缘环中空部的直径, 即所述定位柱 1103 与所述绝缘环中空部之间间隙配合, 从而有效的防止绝缘环的中空部与 定位柱 1103配合过紧导致取出所述绝缘环时, 由于装配过紧而无法取出。
通过本实施例所提供的物料固定座,使得所述绝缘环可套设在所述定位柱 1103上, 并容纳在所述定位槽 1102中, 以防止所述绝缘环发生位置偏移, 从 而影响装配电子烟电极连接头时的精度,且绝缘环的中空部与所述定位柱 1103 间隙配合,从而可高效方便的将所述绝缘环与所述物料固定座脱离,提升装配 效率, 避免在装配所述绝缘环时对所述绝缘环造成损坏。
实现第一种设置方式的装配设备的具体装配过程为:
如图 10所示, 位于所述绝缘环物料导轨 231上的物料感应区的感应器感 应到所述绝缘环则对应生成触发信号;
所述控制器根据所述触发信号生成控制信号,以控制所述绝缘环拾取手臂 211拾取所述绝缘环; 具体拾取过程请见实施例三;
所述控制器控制所述绝缘环拾取手臂 211 将所述绝缘环移动到靠近所述 物料感应区的物料固定座 202正上方;

即在本实施例中, 所述第一压紧手臂 301 用于压紧所述物料固定座 202 上的所述外电极和所述绝缘环, 以使所述外电极和所述绝缘环相对固定;
具体的,所述第一压紧手臂 301沿所述转盘的旋转方向设置在所述第一抓 取手臂 212的下游;
本实施例中, 为防止所述第一压紧手臂 301压紧位于所述物料固定座 202 上的所述外电极与所述绝缘环时, 所述转盘 201 受到所述第一压紧手臂 301 的力而倾斜, 损坏所述转盘 201情形的出现, 则较佳的, 在所述转盘 201的下 方设置有第一平衡装置;所述第一平衡装置的具体结构请见实施例二所示的平 衡装置 302的具体结构;
经过预设时长, 所述控制器确定所述外电极和所述绝缘环相对固定, 则所 述控制器控制所述第一平衡装置和所述第一压紧手臂 301复位;
所述控制器根据所述预设移动角度控制所述转盘 201转动,以使插设有所 述外电极的物料固定座 202运动至第三抓取手臂 1001下方 (如图 10所示); 此时的所述第三抓取手臂 1001位于起始位置,即第三抓取手臂 1001沿所 述转盘的旋转方向位于所述第一压紧手臂 301的下游;
所述控制器控制所述第三抓取手臂 1001提起位于所述物料固定座上且相 互固定的所述外电极和所述绝缘环; 所述第三抓取手臂 1001的具体结构和第 一抓取手臂 212的结构相同, 不再赘述;
由图 10所示可知, 与所述第三抓取手臂 1001连接设置有滑轨 808, 即所 述第三抓取手臂 1001可沿所述滑轨 808的导向自由运动,其中,所述滑轨 808 的导向为直线方向。
所述第三抓取手臂 1001 将所述外电极和所述绝缘环提取后沿所述滑轨 808运动至预设位置。
所述控制器根据所述预设移动角度控制所述转盘 201转动,以使所述固定 座 202转动至所述第二抓取手臂 213下方;
所述第二抓取手臂 213抓取所述内电极,并将所述内电极套设在所述物料 固定座 202上;
所述控制器控制所述第二抓取手臂 213复位;
所述控制器根据所述预设移动角度控制所述转盘 201转动,直至所述固定 座 202旋转至所述预设位置后静止,此时所述固定座 202以及所述第三抓取手 臂 1001均位于所述预设位置, 且所述第三抓取手臂 1001位于所述固定座 202 的正上方。
所述控制器控制所述第三抓取手臂 1001将所述外电极和所述绝缘环套设 在已套设有所述内电极的所述物料固定座上以形成所述电子烟电极连接头; 所述控制器控制所述第三抓取手臂 1001复位, 以便于所述第三抓取手臂 1001重新抓取所述绝缘环和所述外电极;
所述控制器根据所述预设移动角度控制所述转盘 201转动,以使设置有所 述电子烟电极连接头的所述物料固定座 202转动至第二压紧手臂 301下方; 其中,所述第二压紧手臂 301的具体结构与所述第一压紧手臂 301结构相 同, 不再赘述。
所述第二压紧手臂 301用于压紧所述电子烟电极连接头,以使成品的雾化 器电极连接头或电池杆电极连接头结构更加可靠,有效的延长电子烟的使用寿 命;
较佳的,为防止所述第二压紧手臂 301压紧位于所述物料固定座 202上的 所述电子烟电极连接头时,所述转盘 201倾斜,损坏所述转盘 201情形的出现, 则较佳的,与所述第二压紧手臂 301位置对应的所述转盘 201下方也设置有所 述平衡装置。
本种设置方式中, 所述绝缘环拾取手臂 211、 所述第一抓取手臂 212、 所 述第一压紧手臂 301、所述第三抓取手臂 1001、所述第二抓取手臂 213和所述 第二压紧手臂 301沿所述转盘的旋转方向依次设置;
所述控制器根据所述预设移动角度控制所述转盘 201转动,以使已压紧的 所述电子烟电极连接头转动至第四抓取手臂 805下方;
所述控制器控制所述第四抓取手臂 805抓取位于所述物料固定座 202上的 已压紧的所述电子烟电极连接头,并将所述电子烟电极连接头放置于出料导轨 806上;

所述底座顶端设置有用于容纳并定位电子烟绝缘环的定位槽,所述定位槽 内周面与所述绝缘环的外周面匹配设置;
所述底座内部固定设置有定位柱,所述定位柱的一端经过所述定位槽以穿 过所述底座,且所述定位槽与所述定位柱同轴设置, 所述定位柱远离所述底座 的一端所在的水平面高于所述定位槽所在的水平面;所述定位柱的直径小于所 述绝缘环中空部的直径,以使套设在所述定位柱上的所述绝缘环与所述定位柱 间隙配合, 且容置在所述定位槽中。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的装配设备, 其特征在于, 所述装配设备包括两 个所述压紧手臂, 第一压紧手臂和第二压紧手臂; 在所述转盘下方并分别与所 述第一压紧手臂和所述第二压紧手臂对应设置有第一平衡装置和第二平衡装 置;
所述第二压紧手臂与所述控制器电连接,以使所述控制器控制所述第二压 紧手臂压紧位于所述物料固定座上的所述电子烟电极连接头;
用于将所述绝缘环放置于所述定位槽中的所述绝缘环拾取手臂、用于抓取 所述外电极并将所述外电极套设在所述绝缘环上的所述第一抓取手臂、用于压 紧所述物料固定座上的所述外电极与所述绝缘环,以使所述外电极和所述绝缘 环相对固定的所述第一压紧手臂、用于提起并使得所述外电极和所述绝缘环运 动至预设位置的第三抓取手臂、用于将所述内电极套设在所述定位柱上的所述 第二抓取手臂和所述第二压紧手臂沿所述转盘的旋转方向依次设置;
所述第三抓取手臂还用于将已运动至所述预设位置的所述外电极和所述 绝缘环套设在已套设有所述内电极的所述物料固定座上以形成电子烟电极连 接头。
10、 根据权利要求 7所述的装配设备, 其特征在于, 所述物料固定座上设 置有容置圓环, 所述容置圓环的内周面与所述外电极的外周面匹配设置, 以使 所述外电极容置设置在所述容置圓环内部。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的装配设备, 其特征在于, 用于将所述外电极 插设在所述容置圓环内部的所述第一抓取手臂、用于将所述绝缘环插设在所述 外电极中空部内的所述绝缘环拾取手臂、用于将所述内电极插设在所述绝缘环 中空部内的所述第二抓取手臂、所述压紧手臂、用于抓取所述电子烟电极连接 头并进行 180度旋转以进行焊接并将焊接完成的所述电子烟电极连接头再进 行 180度旋转以将所述电子烟电极连接头放置于出料导轨的第五抓取手臂沿 所述转盘的旋转方向依次设置。
12、 根据权利要求 7所述的装配设备, 其特征在于, 所述绝缘环拾取手臂 顶端设置有抵持套及与所述抵持套活动插接相连并由弹性材质制成的顶针,且 所述顶针的直径大于所述绝缘环中空部的直径,使得所述顶针在所述绝缘环拾 取手臂拾取所述绝缘环时压入所述绝缘环中空部内,使得所述顶针与所述绝缘 环中空部过盈配合;
设置在所述抵持套内部,分别与所述抵持套和所述顶针连接设置有弹性机 构; 以使所述顶针抵持在所述定位柱远离所述底座一端的顶面时,使得所述顶 针朝向所述弹性机构运动, 直至所述顶针与所述绝缘环脱离。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的装配设备, 其特征在于, 所述绝缘环拾取手 臂还包括:
与所述控制器电连接的第三驱动装置,以使所述控制器通过所述第三驱动 装置控制所述绝缘环拾取手臂沿所述绝缘环轴向方向上下移动;
与所述控制器电连接的第四驱动装置,以使所述控制器通过所述第四驱动 装置控制所述绝缘环拾取手臂沿与所述绝缘环轴向垂直方向左右移动。
14、 根据权利要求 7所述的装配设备, 其特征在于, 所述抓取手臂顶端延 伸形成有至少两个相互配合的夹取子臂;
分别与多个所述夹取子臂连接设置有夹取驱动机构,且所述夹取驱动机构 与所述控制器连接,以使所述夹取驱动机构在所述控制器的控制下控制多个所 述夹取子臂相互对应运动或相互背离运动,使得相互背离运动的所述夹取子臂 抓取电子烟电极。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的装配设备, 其特征在于, 所述抓取手臂还包 括:
与所述控制器电连接的第五驱动装置,以使所述控制器通过所述第五驱动 装置控制所述抓取手臂沿所述电子烟电极中空部的轴向方向上下移动;
与所述控制器电连接的第六驱动装置,以使所述控制器通过所述第六驱动 装置控制所述抓取手臂沿与所述电子烟电极中空部轴向垂直方向左右移动。
