Abstract

一种抓取手臂、 电子烟电极装配装置以及装配方法 技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟技术领域,尤其涉及的是一种自动装配电子烟电极连接 头时抓取电子烟电极的抓取手臂、 电子烟电极装配装置以及装配方法。
背景技术
请参阅图 1, 现有技术中的电子烟包括: 用于雾化烟油以形成可供用户吸 食的烟雾的雾化器 110以及用于给所述雾化器 110供电的电池杆组件 120, 所 述雾化器 110具有雾化器电极连接头,所述雾化器电极连接头设置有雾化器电 极, 所述电池杆组件具有电池杆电极连接头, 所述电池杆电极连接头设置有电 池杆电极, 其中, 通过所述雾化器电极连接头与电池杆电极连接头进行连接, 以实现所述雾化器电极与所述电池杆电极电连接,即所述雾化器 110和所述电 池杆组件 120 分别通过作为电子烟电极连接头的所述雾化器电极连接头和所 述电池杆电极连接头相互连接实现两者的机械连接和电连接。
所述雾化器电极连接头包括外电极 111、 插设在所述外电极 111内的内电 极 112以及位于所述外电极 111和所述内电极 112之间的绝缘环 113。 所述电 池杆电极连接头包括外电极 121、 插设在所述外电极 121内的内电极 122以及 位于所述外电极 121和所述内电极 122之间的绝缘环 123。
在装配电子烟电极连接头时需要抓取电子烟电极, 具体的, 在装配雾化器 电极连接头时, 需要抓取所述外电极 111和所述内电极 112, 在装配电池杆电 极连接头时需要抓取所述外电极 121和所述内电极 122, 以实现装配雾化器电 极连接头以及电池杆电极连接头。
现有技术中,装配所述电子烟电极连接头时是通过人工在装配线上抓取电 子烟电极以完成装配雾化器电极连接头以及电池杆电极连接头的。现有的人工 装配工作相对緩慢, 装配效率低, 浪费过多的人力, 对工厂的生产成本消耗较 大, 而且对于作业成品的卫生也有一定的风险。且若电子烟电极连接头的电极 被污染, 则会影响电池杆组件 120为所述雾化器 110的正常供电。 而且现有的 装配精度低, 在装配过程中容易造成物料的损坏, 从而浪费物料, 生产成本较 高。且装配完成的电子烟电极连接头各个物料之间相对松散, 进而影响电子烟
的使用寿命和用户体验。 发明内容
本发明提供一种可自动提取电子烟电极的抓取手臂、电子烟电极装配装置 以及装配方法。
一种抓取手臂, 用于装配电子烟电极连接头时抓取电子烟电极, 其中, 包 括:
至少两个相互配合的设置于所述抓取手臂端部的夹取子臂;
分别与多个所述夹取子臂连接设置有夹取驱动机构,且所述夹取驱动机构 与控制器连接,以使所述夹取驱动机构在所述控制器的控制下控制多个所述夹 取子臂相互对应运动或相互背离运动,使得相互背离运动的所述夹取子臂抓取 所述电子烟电极。
所述的抓取手臂, 其中,
与所述夹取驱动机构固定连接有第一固定板;
与所述第一固定板活动连接设置有第一驱动装置;
所述第一驱动装置靠近所述第一固定板的侧面上设置有第一导轨,且所述 第一导轨的导向与所述电子烟电极中空部的轴向平行;
所述第一固定板靠近所述第一驱动装置的侧面上设置有第一滑块,且所述 第一滑块滑动设置于所述第一导轨上;

所述物料导轨设置于所述电子烟电极物料震动盘与装配平台之间,用以将 所述电子烟电极物料震动盘送出的所述电子烟电极继续沿所述装配平台方向 输送;
所述物料导轨靠近所述装配平台的端部设置有物料感应区;

本发明所提供了一种抓取手臂、 电子烟电极装配装置以及装配方法, 所述 抓取手臂包括至少两个相互配合的设置于所述抓取手臂端部的夹取子臂,分别 与多个所述夹取子臂连接设置有夹取驱动机构,且所述夹取驱动机构与控制器 连接。通过本发明所示的抓取手臂,使得所述抓取手臂可自动抓取所述电子烟 电极, 以实现所述电子烟电极的自动装配。 装配过程中由控制器进行控制, 有 提升装配电子烟电极连接头的装配效率。 附图说明

实施例一, 本实施例对抓取手臂的结构进行说明, 其中, 该抓取手臂用于 装配电子烟电极连接头时抓取电子烟电极, 以实现电子烟电极的自动装配。
首先请参见图 2所示, 所述抓取手臂端部设置有至少两个夹取子臂 201。 在本实施例中, 以所述夹取子臂 201为两个为例进行说明, 需明确的是, 该夹取子臂 201只要为两个以上即可, 具体数目在本实施例中不作限定。
其中,两个所述夹取子臂 201相互配合即位置对应设置在所述抓取手臂的 端部。
其中, 该夹取子臂 201的结构还可参见图 3所示, 图 3为所述抓取手臂端 部的结构示意图。
分别与多个所述夹取子臂 201连接设置有夹取驱动机构 202。
所述夹取驱动机构 202与控制器连接,以使所述夹取驱动机构 202在所述 控制器的控制下控制多个所述夹取子臂 201相互对应运动或相互背离运动。
通过本实施例所提供的所述抓取手臂可自动抓取所述电子烟电极, 其中, 所述抓取手臂自动抓取所述电子烟电极的具体结构请见图 4所示。
如图 4所示,在所述抓取手臂自动抓取所述电子烟电极 401时, 所述控制 器通过所述抓取手臂控制所述夹取子臂 201插入所述电子烟电极 401的中空部 内, 以使所述夹取子臂 201与所述电子烟电极 401的中空部间隙配合;
所述控制器控制多个所述夹取子臂 201相互背离运动,以使多个所述夹取
子臂 201 与所述电子烟电极 401 中空部相互抵持, 以使得所述夹取子臂 201 与所述电子烟电极 401相对固定, 以抓取所述电子烟电极 401;
其中,多个所述夹取子臂 201分别与所述电子烟电极 401中空部内周壁相 互 4氐持的结构也可参见图 6所示。
通过本实施例所提供的所述抓取手臂, 使得在自动装配所述电子烟电极 时,所述控制器通过所述抓取手臂控制所述夹取子臂 201抓取所述电子烟电极 401, 且在抓取过程中, 不会污染所述电子烟电极 401, 且因所述控制器控制 所述夹取子臂 201, 从而使得抓取的力度可控, 防止损坏电子烟电极 401。
如图 5所示, 为完成所述电子烟电极连接头的装配, 则所述抓取手臂需要 将已抓取的所述电子烟电极 401放置到位于装配平台上的物料固定座 501上; 具体的,所述控制器通过所述抓取手臂控制所述夹取子臂 201运动至所述 物料固定座 501的正上方,且所述控制器控制所述夹取子臂 201下降, 直至所 述电子烟电极 401放置到所述物料固定座 501上。
本实施例中对所述物料固定座 501的具体结构不作限定,只要所述抓取手 臂将所述电子烟电极 401放置于所述物料固定座 501即可完成雾化器电极连接 头或电池杆电极连接头的装配即可。
所述控制器控制多个所述夹取子臂 201相互对应运动,以使所述夹取子臂 201与所述电子烟电极 401中空部的内周壁之间出现间隙, 使得所述夹取子臂 201与所述电子烟电极 401相互脱离;
所述控制器控制所述夹取子臂 201沿远离所述电子烟电极 401方向运动, 以完成所述电子烟电极连接头的自动装配。
通过本实施例, 所述抓取手臂可自动抓取所述电子烟电极 401, 并可自动 将电子烟电极 401放置于所述物料固定座上,以完成所述电子烟电极连接头的 装配,且装配过程中由控制器进行控制,有效防止用力过大对所述电子烟电极 401所造成的损坏, 保障了电子烟电极 401的安全, 提升装配电子烟电极连接 头的装配效率。
实施例二, 本实施例对所述抓取手臂如何移动的进行说明:
由实施例一可知,在所述抓取手臂抓取所述电极 401的过程中以及所述抓 取手臂将所述电极 401放置到所述物料固定座 501上时, 需要所述夹取子臂
201沿所述电极 401轴向方向上下移动。
具体的,如图 7所示, 与所述夹取驱动机构 202固定连接设置有第一固定 板 701 ;
与所述第一固定板 701活动连接设置有第一驱动装置 702;
在本实施例中, 所述第一驱动装置 702较佳的可为滑竿气缸。
为使得所述第一驱动装置 702控制所述夹取子臂 201上下运动,则所述第 一驱动装置 702靠近所述第一固定板 701的侧面上设置有第一导轨 703; 且所 述第一导轨 703的导向与所述电子烟电极中空部的轴向平行。
所述第一固定板 701 靠近所述第一驱动装置 702的侧面上设置有第一滑 块, 且所述第一滑块滑动设置于所述第一导轨 703上。
即所述第一滑块可沿所述第一导轨 703的方向滑动,继而使得所述夹取子 臂 201沿所述第一导轨 703的方向滑动。
与所述第一驱动装置 702电连接设置有控制器,以使所述控制器控制所述 第一驱动装置 702的第一推杆 704推动所述第一固定板 701, 以使所述第一滑 块在所述第一导轨 703上滑动,使得所述夹取子臂 201沿所述电子烟电极轴向 方向上下移动。
因所述夹取子臂 201可沿朝向所述电子烟电极 401方向移动,则可使得所 述与夹取子臂 201插入所述电子烟电极的中空部内, 以抓取所述电子烟电极; 因所述夹取子臂 201可沿远离所述电子烟电极方向移动,则可使得所述夹 取子臂 201将所述电子烟电极放置于所述物料固定座 501上后即可与所述电子 烟电极脱离, 以完成所述电子烟电极的自动装配。
以下说明所述夹取子臂 201 如何沿与所述电子烟电极轴向垂直方向左右 移动的。
所述第一驱动装置 702远离所述第一固定板 701的侧面上固定连接设置有 第二固定板 705;
请参见图 2、 图 4以及图 5所示, 与所述第二固定板 705活动连接设置有 第二导轨 706, 且所述第二导轨 706的导向与所述电子烟电极中空部的轴向垂 直;
所述第二固定板 705远离所述第一驱动装置 702的侧面上设置有第二滑
块, 且所述第二滑块滑动设置于所述第二导轨 706上。
即所述第二滑块可在所述第二导轨 706上且沿所述第二导轨 706的导向自 移动。

在本实施例中, 所述第二驱动装置 707为滑动气缸。
所述第二驱动装置 707与所述控制器电连接,以使所述控制器控制所述第 二驱动装置 707的第二推杆 708推动所述第二固定板 705, 以使所述第二滑块 在所述第二导轨 706上滑动,使得所述夹取子臂 201沿与所述电子烟电极轴向 垂直方向左右移动。 烟电极轴向垂直方向左右移动以及使得所述夹取子臂 201 沿所述电子烟电极 轴向方向上下移动, 进而使得所述抓取手臂可自动抓取所述电子烟电极, 并将 已抓取的所述电子烟电极放置在所述物料固定座 501上,以实现所述电子烟电 极的自动装配。
为防止所述抓取手臂在抓取所述电子烟电极 401 的过程中刮伤所述电子 烟电极 401, 所述夹取子臂 201本体可直接由能够发生弹性形变的材质制成, 釆用此种设置方式所述夹取子臂 201的结构稳定, 增加可使用的次数。
具体的, 所述能够发生弹性形变的材质可为塑胶、 硅胶、 橡胶、 eva、 纤 维等, 具体材质在本实施例中不作限定, 只要可发生弹性形变即可。 电子烟电极, 以避免不必要的浪费, 则结合图 8和图 9所示的实施例对所述抓 取手臂的结构进行进一步的详细说明:
所述夹取子臂 201 外周面设置有外周面设置有多个空心或实心的弹性凸 起 901。
更进一步的, 所述弹性凸起 901为半圓形、 矩形、 三角形或不规则形状。 当然,在所述夹取子臂 201外周面设置的不仅仅局限于所述弹性凸起 901, 只要可减少所述夹取子臂 201 外周面与所述电子烟电极中空部内周面之间的 接触面积以及增大所述夹取子臂 201 外周面与所述电子烟电极中空部内周面
之间的摩擦力即可,例如还可在所述夹取子臂 201外周面设置有螺旋形的摩擦 纹, 具体设置方式在本实施例中不做赞述。
因本实施例中, 如图 9所示, 所述夹取子臂 201外周面设置有弹性凸起 901, 进而有效的减少了所述夹取子臂 201外周面与所述电子烟电极 401中空 部内周面之间的接触面积, 进而有效的避免了刮伤所述电子烟电极 401, 保障 了电子烟电极 401的安全,避免损害电子烟电极以造成的浪费。且所述弹性凸 起 901可增加夹取子臂 201与电子烟电极中空部内周面之间的摩擦力,从而减 小夹取子臂 201抵持固定所述电子烟电极 401所需横向力度,防止刮损电子烟 电极 401。 伤所述电子烟电极 401, 以提升所述电子烟电极 401的安全, 则可在所述夹取 子臂 201周面设置有由能够发生弹性形变的材质制成的软质层。
更具体的, 如图 10所示, 还可与所述夹取子臂 201匹配设置有弹性套体 902, 以使所述弹性套体 902套设在所述夹取子臂 201外部。
因所述夹取子臂 201匹配设置有弹性套体 902, 则所述弹性套体 902与所 述电子烟电极 401中空部内周面为弹性接触,有效的防止刮伤电子烟电极 401。 且弹性套体 902外表面也可增加摩擦纹以增加摩擦力。 细说明:

本实施例中, 所述物料导轨 1102设置于所述电子烟电极物料震动盘 1101 与用于放置所述物料固定座 501的装配平台之间, 即所述物料导轨 1102用以 将所述电子烟电极物料震动盘 1101送出的所述电子烟电极继续沿所述装配平 台方向输送。
所述物料导轨 1102靠近所述装配平台的端部设置有物料感应区; 且所述 物料感应区设置有感应器,所述感应器若感应到位于所述物料感应区的电子烟 电极时, 则可对应生成触发信号。
用于抓取所述电子烟电极的抓取手臂 1104; 其中, 所述抓取手臂 1104的 具体结构请见实施例一至实施例二所示, 在本实施例中不做赞述。
本实施例中,所述抓取手臂 1104可抓取位于所述物料导轨 1102上的物料 感应区的电子烟电极, 并将该电子烟电极放置位于所述转盘 201上,且靠近所 述物料感应区的物料固定座 501上。
为实现所述电子烟电极的自动装配,则分别与所述感应器和所述抓取手臂 1104 电连接设置有控制器, 使得所述控制器根据所述触发信号控制所述抓取 手臂 1104抓取所述电子烟电极并将所述电子烟电极放置位于所述装配平台上 的所述物料固定座 501上。

实施例四,本实施例对所述电子烟电极装配装置的结构进行进一步的详细
说明:
其中, 所述装配平台可为输送带, 所述物料固定座 501依次排列设置在所 述输送带上; 或, 所述装配平台为可转动的转盘 1105 (如图 11和 12所示), 所述物料固定座 501围绕设置在所述转盘 1105上。 在所述物料导轨 1102的末端, 即靠近所述装配平台的一端设置有挡料阀, 以 使所述电子烟电极在所述挡料阀的阻挡作用下,以所述预设状态停止固定在所 述物料感应区, 以被所述感应器感应。 物料导轨 1102远离所述装配平台的一端所在的水平面高于所述物料导轨 1102 靠近所述装配平台一端所在的水平面。 进而有效的减少转送所述物料的耗时, 进一步提升自动装配的效率。
应用本实施例所提供的所述电子烟电极装配装置进行装配电子烟电极的 具体方式可为:
本实施例所示的绝缘环拾取手臂 1104的具体结构请参见实施例一至二所 示, 在本实施例中不做赞述。
在所述抓取手臂 1104抓取所述电子烟电极过程中, 即所述控制器通过所 述第二驱动装置 707控制所述第二固定板 705滑动, 以使所述夹取子臂 201 位于所述物料感应区的电子烟电极的正上方;
所述控制器通过所述第一驱动装置 702控制所述夹取子臂 201沿朝向位于 所述物料感应区的电子烟电极方向运动,以使所述夹取子臂 201插入所述电子 烟电极中空部内;
本实施例中, 所述夹取子臂 201与所述电子烟电极中空部间隙配合; 所述控制器通过所述夹取驱动机构 202控制多个所述夹取子臂 201相互背 离运动, 以使多个所述夹取子臂 201与所述电子烟电极 401中空部相互抵持, 以使得所述夹取子臂 201与所述电子烟电极 401相对固定,以抓取所述电子烟 电极 401;
所述控制器通过所述第一驱动装置 702控制所述夹取子臂 201沿远离所述 物料感应区的方向运动;
在所述抓取手臂 1104将所述电子烟电极 401放置于所述物料固定座 501 过程中,所述控制器通过所述第二驱动装置 707控制所述第二固定板 705滑动, 以使所述夹取子臂 201位于靠近所述物料感应区的所述物料固定座 501 正上 方;
所述控制器通过所述第一驱动装置 702控制所述夹取子臂 201沿朝向所述 物料固定座 501 方向运动, 直至所述电子烟电极放置于所述物料固定座 501 上;
所述控制器控制多个所述夹取子臂 201相互对应运动,以使所述夹取子臂 201与所述电子烟电极 401中空部的内周壁之间出现间隙, 即使得所述夹取子 臂 201与所述电子烟电极 401相互脱离;
所述控制器控制所述抓取手臂 1104复位, 以便于重新抓取所述电子烟电 极。
通过本实施例所示的电子烟电极装配装置能够实现自动的抓取电子烟电 极以及自动将所述电子烟电极放置在所述物料固定座 501 上以实现自动装配 的目的。
实施例五,本实施例对基于实施例三至实施例四所示的电子烟电极装配装 置的装配方法进行详细说明:
如图 13所示, 所述装配方法具体包括步骤:
1301、若所述感应器感应所述电子烟电极位于所述物料感应区, 则所述感 应器对应生成所述触发信号;
1302、所述控制器根据所述触发信号控制所述抓取手臂抓取位于所述物料 感应区的所述电子烟电极;
1303、所述控制器控制所述抓取手臂将已抓取的所述电子烟电极放置在所 述物料固定座上。
通过本实施例所示的装配方法实现了自动抓取所述电子烟电极以及自动 将电子烟电极放置于所述物料固定座上, 以实现所述电子烟电极的自动装配。
实施例六, 本实施例对所述装配方法进行进一步的详细说明:
1401、若所述感应器感应所述电子烟电极位于所述物料感应区, 则所述感 应器对应生成所述触发信号;
1402、所述控制器根据所述触发信号通过所述第二驱动装置控制所述抓取 手臂的所述夹取子臂移动到位于所述物料感应区的所述电子烟电极的正上方;
1403、所述控制器通过所述第一驱动装置控制所述抓取手臂沿朝向所述电 子烟电极的方向下降, 直至所述夹取子臂插入所述电子烟电极的中空部内; 1404、所述控制器通过所述夹取驱动机构控制多个所述夹取子臂相互背离 运动, 以使所述夹取子臂抵持所述电子烟电极中空部的内周面;
1405、所述控制器通过所述第一驱动装置控制所述抓取手臂沿远离所述电 子烟电极的方向上升, 以抓取所述电子烟电极;
1406、所述控制器通过所述第二驱动装置控制所述抓取手臂的所述夹取子 臂移动到所述物料固定座的正上方;
1407、所述控制器通过所述第一驱动装置控制所述抓取手臂沿朝向所述物 料固定座的方向下降, 直至所述电子烟电极放置在所述物料固定座上;
1408、所述控制器通过所述夹取驱动机构控制多个所述夹取子臂相互对应 运动, 以使所述夹取子臂与所述电子烟电极脱离;
1409、 所述控制器控制所述抓取手臂复位。

Claims
1、 一种抓取手臂, 用于装配电子烟电极连接头时抓取电子烟电极, 其特 征在于, 包括:
至少两个相互配合的设置于所述抓取手臂端部的夹取子臂;
分别与多个所述夹取子臂连接设置有夹取驱动机构,且所述夹取驱动机构 与控制器连接,以使所述夹取驱动机构在所述控制器的控制下控制多个所述夹 取子臂相互对应运动或相互背离运动,使得相互背离运动的所述夹取子臂抓取 所述电子烟电极。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的抓取手臂, 其特征在于,
与所述夹取驱动机构固定连接有第一固定板;
与所述第一固定板活动连接设置有第一驱动装置;
所述第一驱动装置靠近所述第一固定板的侧面上设置有第一导轨,且所述 第一导轨的导向与所述电子烟电极中空部的轴向平行;
所述第一固定板靠近所述第一驱动装置的侧面上设置有第一滑块,且所述 第一滑块滑动设置于所述第一导轨上;
所述第一驱动装置与所述控制器电连接,以使所述控制器控制所述第一驱 动装置的第一推杆推动所述第一固定板,以使所述第一滑块在所述第一导轨上 滑动, 使得所述夹取子臂沿所述电子烟电极中空部的轴向方向上下移动。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的抓取手臂, 其特征在于,
所述第一驱动装置远离所述第一固定板的侧面上固定连接设置有第二固 定板;
与所述第二固定板活动连接设置有第二导轨,且所述第二导轨的导向与所 述电子烟电极中空部的轴向垂直;
所述第二固定板远离所述第一驱动装置的侧面上设置有第二滑块,且所述 第二滑块滑动设置于所述第二导轨上;
与所述第二导轨连接设置有第二驱动装置,且所述第二驱动装置与所述控 制器电连接,以使所述控制器控制所述第二驱动装置的第二推杆推动所述第二 固定板, 以使所述第二滑块在所述第二导轨上滑动,使得夹取子臂沿与所述电 子烟电极中空部的轴向垂直方向左右移动。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的抓取手臂, 其特征在于, 所述夹取子臂的周面 设置有由能够发生弹性形变的材质制成的软质层。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的抓取手臂, 其特征在于, 所述夹取子臂外周面 设置有多个空心或实心的弹性凸起;
所述弹性凸起为半圓形、 矩形、 三角形或不规则形状。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的抓取手臂, 其特征在于, 与所述夹取子臂匹配 设置有弹性套体, 以使所述弹性套体套设在所述夹取子臂外部。
7、 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的抓取手臂, 其特征在于, 所述夹取驱动机 构、 所述第一驱动装置和所述第二驱动装置均为滑竿气缸。
8、 一种电子烟电极装配装置, 其特征在于, 包括权利要求 1至 7任意一 项所述的抓取手臂; 其还包括: 物料导轨的电子烟电极物料震动盘,所述预设状态为各个所述电子烟电极中空 部的轴线与所述电子烟电极物料震动盘所在平面垂直的状态;
所述物料导轨设置于所述电子烟电极物料震动盘与装配平台之间,用以将 输送;
所述物料导轨靠近所述装配平台的端部设置有物料感应区;
所述物料感应区设置有感应器,以使所述感应器感应到位于所述物料感应 区的所述电子烟电极并对应生成触发信号;
分别与所述感应器和所述抓取手臂电连接设置有控制器,使得所述控制器 极放置位于所述装配平台上的物料固定座上。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的电子烟电极装配装置, 其特征在于, 所述物料 导轨远离所述装配平台一端所在的水平面高于所述物料导轨靠近所述装配平 台一端所在的水平面。
10、 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的电子烟电极装配装置, 其特征在于, 所述 定在所述物料感应区。
11、 根据权利要求 8所述的电子烟电极装配装置, 其特征在于, 所述装配平台为输送带, 所述物料固定座依次排列设置在所述输送带上; 或,
所述装配平台为可转动的转盘, 所述物料固定座围绕设置在所述转盘上。
12、 一种基于权利要求 8至 11任一所述的电子烟电极装配装置的装配方 法, 其特征在于, 包括:
若所述感应器感应所述电子烟电极位于所述物料感应区,则所述感应器对 应生成所述触发信号;
所述控制器根据所述触发信号控制所述抓取手臂抓取位于所述物料感应 区的所述电子烟电极;
所述控制器控制所述抓取手臂将已抓取的所述电子烟电极放置在所述物 料固定座上。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的装配方法, 其特征在于, 所述控制器根据所 述触发信号控制所述抓取手臂抓取位于所述物料感应区的所述电子烟电极包 括:
所述控制器根据所述触发信号通过所述第二驱动装置控制所述抓取手臂 的所述夹取子臂移动到位于所述物料感应区的所述电子烟电极的正上方; 所述控制器通过所述第一驱动装置控制所述抓取手臂沿朝向所述电子烟 电极的方向下降, 直至所述夹取子臂插入所述电子烟电极的中空部内;
所述控制器通过所述夹取驱动机构控制多个所述夹取子臂相互背离运动, 以使所述夹取子臂抵持所述电子烟电极中空部的内周面;
所述控制器通过所述第一驱动装置控制所述抓取手臂沿远离所述电子烟 电极的方向上升, 以抓取所述电子烟电极。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的装配方法, 其特征在于, 所述控制器控制所 述抓取手臂将已抓取的所述电子烟电极放置在所述物料固定座上包括:
所述控制器通过所述第二驱动装置控制所述抓取手臂的所述夹取子臂移 动到所述物料固定座的正上方;
所述控制器通过所述第一驱动装置控制所述抓取手臂沿朝向所述物料固 定座的方向下降, 直至所述电子烟电极放置在所述物料固定座上;
所述控制器通过所述夹取驱动机构控制多个所述夹取子臂相互对应运动, 以使所述夹取子臂与所述电子烟电极脱离;
所述控制器控制所述抓取手臂复位。
