Claims (13)
1. Способ получения композиции термоплавкого покрытия на водной основе, включающий следующие стадии:
a) смешивание в расплаве этиленвинилацетатного сополимера, по меньшей мере одного агента для повышения клейкости и необязательно поверхностно-активного вещества в зоне смешивания и переноса с получением расплавленной смеси;
b) приведение в контакт расплавленной смеси с первоначальным водным потоком, содержащим нейтрализующий агент, воду и необязательно поверхностно-активное вещество, в зоне эмульгирования с получением дисперсии; и
c) разбавление дисперсии водой в зоне разбавления с получением композиции термоплавкого покрытия на водной основе,
причем указанный способ представляет собой непрерывный способ.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что его осуществляют в экструдере.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что к этиленвинилацетатному сополимеру, агенту для повышения клейкости и необязательному поверхностно-активному веществу добавляют также воск с получением расплавленной смеси на стадии a).
4. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что зону смешивания и переноса эксплуатируют при температуре от 140 до 160°С, и зону эмульгирования эксплуатируют при температуре от 80 до 120°С.
5. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что нейтрализующий агент представляет собой гидроксид калия.
6. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что композиция термоплавкого покрытия на водной основе имеет степень нейтрализации кислотных групп от 25 молярных процентов до 70 молярных процентов относительно общего содержания кислоты в композиции термоплавкого покрытия на водной основе.
7. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что композиция термоплавкого покрытия на водной основе содержит от 40 процентов по массе до 80 процентов по массе воды.
8. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что содержание этиленвинилацетата составляет от 50 до 85 процентов по массе, и содержание агента для повышения клейкости составляет от 6 до 20 процентов по массе относительно общей массы твердых веществ в композиции термоплавкого покрытия на водной основе.
9. Композиция термоплавкого покрытия на водной основе, полученная способом по п. 1.
