フッ素系高分子として、乳化重合された非官能化ポリビニリデンフルオライド(Hylar561、Solvay社製、固形分100%)100gと、顔料として二酸化チタン(Tipure TS6200、デュポン社製)50gと、水分散バインダーとしてアクリル変性ポリエステル樹脂(pesresin A645GH、ダカマツ社製、固形分30%20g)と、界面活性剤でポリビニルアルコール(PolinolP17、東洋製鉄化学製)1gと、を蒸溜水400gで撹拌機を利用して分散させて水分散組成物を製造した。
添付の図2に示すように、表面がアクリルプライマー処理されていて、厚さが250μmであるポリエステルフィルム(Skyrol SG82、SKC社製)上に、前記製造された水分散組成物を、ドクターブレードを用いてコーティングし、200℃のオーブンで5分間維持して前記水分散組成物の溶融物を含む樹脂層を形成することで、光電池モジュール用バックシートを製造した。
水分散組成物の製造過程において、水分散バインダーとしてアクリル変性ポリエステル樹脂(pesresin A124S、ダカマツ社製、固形分30%)20gを用いたことを除き、実施例1と同様に実施して水分散組成物及び光電池モジュール用バックシートを製造した。
水分散組成物の製造過程において、水分散バインダーとしてシロキサン結合を含むウレタン系水分散バインダー(Takelec WS−5000、三井社製、固形分30%)20gを用いたことを除き、実施例1と同様に実施して水分散組成物及び光電池モジュール用バックシートを製造した。
水分散組成物の製造過程において、フッ素系高分子として非官能化ポリビニリデンフルオライド(Hylar561、Solvay社製、固形分100%)100gを蒸溜水に分散させて用いる代わりに、水にエマルジョン形態で分散している非官能化ポリビニリデンフルオライド(Hylar Latex932、Solvay社製、固形分20%)500gを用いて、別の界面活性剤を添加しないことを除き、実施例1と同様に実施して水分散組成物及び光電池モジュール用バックシートを製造した。
水分散組成物の製造過程において、フッ素系高分子として非官能化ポリビニリデンフルオライド(Hylar561、Solvay社製、固形分100%)100gを蒸溜水に分散させて用いる代わりに、ビニリデンフルオライド(Vinylidene Fluoride、VDF)とヘキサフルオロプロピレン(Hexafluoropropylene、HFP)を88:12の重量比率で重合された形態として含まれる共重合体(P(VDF−HFP))が水にエマルジョン形態で分散されているフッ素系高分子(固形分20%)500gを用いて、別の界面活性剤を添加しないことを除き、実施例1と同様に実施して水分散組成物及び光電池モジュール用バックシートを製造した。
水分散組成物の製造過程において、水分散バインダーであるアクリル変性ポリエステル樹脂(pesresin A645GH、ダカマツ社製)を用いないことを除き、実施例1と同一方法で水分散組成物及び光電池モジュール用バックシートを製造した。
水分散組成物の製造過程において、フッ素系高分子としてアクリル変性フッ素系重合体固形分20%500gを用いて、別の界面活性剤を添加しないことを除き、実施例1と同様に実施して水分散組成物及び光電池モジュール用バックシートを製造した。アクリル変性フッ素系重合体は1L高圧反応器で蒸溜水400gに15%アンモニウムパーフルオロオクタノエート溶液5gを添加した後、VDF70gと2−ヒドロキシエチルメタクリレート(2−HEMA)30gを添加し、反応器を80℃に維持させ、0.5%の過硫酸カリウム溶液1gを添加してヒドロキシ基で官能化されたアクリル変性フッ素系重合体を製造した。
水分散組成物の製造過程において、フッ素系高分子として非結晶性テトラフルオロエチレン(TFE)とヒドロキシ基が置換されたエチレンの共重合体であるSeffle GK−570ダイキン社製、固形分60%)167gを用いたことを除き、実施例1と同様に実施して水分散組成物及び光電池モジュール用バックシートを製造した。
水分散組成物の製造過程において、水分散バインダーとしてアクリル変性ポリエステル樹脂(pesresin A645GH、ダカマツ社製)1gを用いたことを除き、実施例1と同様に実施して水分散組成物及び光電池モジュール用バックシートを製造した。
水分散組成物の製造過程において、顔料である二酸化チタン(Tipure TS6200、デュポン社製)及び水分散バインダーであるアクリル変性ポリエステル樹脂(pesresin A645GH、ダカマツ社製)を用いないことを除き、実施例1と同一方法で光電池モジュール用バックシートを製造した。
クロスカット試験基準であるASTM D3002/D3359の規格に準拠して、クロスカットテストを実行した。具体的に、試片を1mmの間隔で横及び縦方向にそれぞれ11列ずつ刀で彫って横と縦がそれぞれ1mmである100個の正四角形格子を形成した。その後、Nichiban社のCT−24接着テープを前記裁断面に付着した後、引き離す場合に、一緒に離された面の状態を測定して下記基準で評価した。
5B:剥がれ面がない場合
4B:剥がれ面が総面積の5%未満の場合
3B:剥がれ面が総面積の5%から15%の場合
2B:剥がれ面が総面積の15%超から35%以下の場合
1B:剥がれ面が総面積の35%超から65%以下の場合
0B:剥がれ面が総面積の65%を超える場合
実施例及び比較例で製造された光電池モジュール用バックシートを2気圧、121℃及び100%R.H.の条件が維持されるオーブンに、25時間、50時間及び75時間放置した後、前記クロスハッチ接着力測定方法と同様に接着力の変化を観察した。
前記クロスハッチ接着力を測定する際、接着テープに顔料が付着しているか否かを測定した。
チョーキング発生:接着テープに顔料が付着した場合
チョーキング未発生:接着テープに顔料が付着しない場合
前記実施例、比較例及び参考例で製造された光電池モジュール用バックシートの物性測定結果を下記の表3に示した。

Claims (24)
- 架橋性官能基を含まないフッ素系高分子、顔料及び前記フッ素系高分子100重量部に対して5〜50重量部の水分散バインダーを含み、
前記水分散バインダーは、ポリウレタン樹脂、シラン変性ウレタン系樹脂、及びアクリル変性ポリエステル樹脂からなる群から選択された1つ以上であることを特徴とする水分散組成物。 - 前記フッ素系高分子は、ビニリデンフルオライド(VDF)、ビニルフルオライド(VF)、テトラフルオロエチレン(TFE)、ヘキサフルオロプロピレン(HFP)、クロロトリフルオロエチレン(CTFE)、トリフルオロエチレン、ヘキサフルオロイソブチレン、パーフルオロブチルエチレン、パーフルオロメチルビニルエーテル(PMVE)、パーフルオロエチルビニルエーテル(PEVE)、パーフルオロプロピルビニルエーテル(PPVE)、パーフルオロへキシルビニルエーテル(PHVE)、パーフルオロ−2,2−ジメチル−1,3−ジオキソル(PDD)及びパーフルオロ−2−メチレン−4−メチル−1,3−ジオキソラン(PMD)からなる群から選択された1つ以上の単量体を重合した形態で含む単独重合体、共重合体またはこれらの混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水分散組成物。
- 前記フッ素系高分子は、テトラフルオロエチレン(TFE)、ヘキサフルオロプロピレン(HFP)、クロロトリフルオロエチレン(CTFE)、トリフルオロエチレン、ヘキサフルオロイソブチレン、パーフルオロブチルエチレン、パーフルオロメチルビニルエーテル(PMVE)、パーフルオロエチルビニルエーテル(PEVE)、パーフルオロプロピルビニルエーテル(PPVE)、パーフルオロへキシルビニルエーテル(PHVE)、パーフルオロ−2,2−ジメチル−1,3−ジオキソル(PDD)及びパーフルオロ−2−メチレン−4−メチル−1,3−ジオキソラン(PMD)からなる群から選択された1つ以上の共単量体を含むポリビニリデンフルオライド(PVDF)またはポリビニルフルオライド(PVF)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水分散組成物。
- フッ素系共重合体に含まれる共単量体の含量が前記フッ素系共重合体の総重量の0.5〜50重量%であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の水分散組成物。
- 前記フッ素系高分子の重量平均分子量が5万〜100万であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水分散組成物。
- 前記フッ素系高分子の融点が80〜175℃であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水分散組成物。
- 前記フッ素系高分子の平均粒径が10μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水分散組成物。
- 前記顔料がフッ素系高分子100重量部に対して1〜200重量部で含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水分散組成物。
- 前記水分散組成物が水性溶媒に前記フッ素系高分子、顔料及び水分散バインダーが分散された状態で、前記水性溶媒は組成物内の固形分100重量部に対して50〜2000重量部で含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水分散組成物。
- 界面活性剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水分散組成物。
- 前記界面活性剤がフッ素系高分子100重量部に対して0.1〜20重量部で含まれることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の水分散組成物。
- 光電池モジュール用バックシートの製造に用いることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水分散組成物。
- 基材と、
前記基材の一面または両面に形成され、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の水分散組成物で形成された樹脂層と、を含むことを特徴とする光電池モジュール用バックシート。 - 前記基材が金属フィルムまたは高分子フィルムであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の光電池モジュール用バックシート。
- 前記高分子フィルムがアクリルフィルム、ポリオレフィンフィルム、ポリアミドフィルム、ポリウレタンフィルム及びポリエステルフィルムからなる群から選択された1つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の光電池モジュール用バックシート。
- 前記ポリエステルフィルムがポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルム、ポリエチレンナフタレート(PEN)フィルム及びポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)フィルムからなる群から選択される1つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の光電池モジュール用バックシート。
- 前記基材の厚さが50〜500μmであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の光電池モジュール用バックシート。
- 前記樹脂層が水分散組成物の溶融物を含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の光電池モジュール用バックシート。
- 前記樹脂層の厚さが1〜50μmであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の光電池モジュール用バックシート。
- 前記基材の少なくとも一面に、プラズマ処理、コロナ処理、プライマー処理、アンカー剤処理、カップリング剤処理及び熱処理から選択された1つ以上の表面処理が形成されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の光電池モジュール用バックシート。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の水分散組成物を基材の一面または両面にコーティングし、加熱して樹脂層を形成するステップを含むことを特徴とする光電池モジュール用バックシートの製造方法。
- 前記加熱温度が150〜250℃であることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の光電池モジュール用バックシートの製造方法。
- 前記樹脂層を形成する前に、基材の一面または両面にプラズマ処理、コロナ処理、プライマー処理、アンカー剤処理、カップリング剤処理、蒸着処理及び熱処理からなる群から選択された1つ以上の表面処理を行うステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項21に記載の光電池モジュール用バックシートの製造方法。
- 請求項13〜20のいずれか1項に記載の光電池モジュール用バックシートを含むことを特徴とする光電池モジュール。
