Claims (29)

1. Рекомбинантная молекула ДНК, содержащая последовательность ДНК, выбранную из группы, состоящей из:
а) последовательности ДНК с по меньшей мере 85 % идентичности последовательности к любой из SEQ ID №№: 1-98 и 168-171;
б) последовательности ДНК, содержащей любую из SEQ ID №№: 1-98 и 168-171; и
в) фрагмента любой из SEQ ID №№: 1-98 и 168-171, причем фрагмент обладает ген-регуляторной активностью;
причем указанная последовательность ДНК функционально связана с гетерологической транскрибируемой молекулой ДНК.
2. Рекомбинантная молекула ДНК по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что указанная последовательность ДНК имеет по меньшей мере около 90 % идентичности последовательности к последовательности ДНК любой из SEQ ID №№: 1-98 и 168-171.
3. Рекомбинантная молекула ДНК по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что указанная последовательность ДНК имеет по меньшей мере 95 % идентичности последовательности к последовательности ДНК любой из SEQ ID №№: 1-98 и 168-171.
4. Молекула ДНК по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что гетерологическая транскрибируемая молекула ДНК представляет собой ген, представляющий агрономический интерес.
5. Рекомбинантная молекула ДНК по п. 4, отличающаяся тем, что ген, представляющий агрономический интерес, обуславливает у растений толерантность к гербицидам.
6. Рекомбинантная молекула ДНК по п. 4, отличающаяся тем, что ген, представляющий агрономический интерес, обуславливает у растений устойчивость к вредителям.
7. Генетическая конструкция, содержащая молекулу рекомбинантной ДНК по п. 1.
8. Клетка трансгенного растения, содержащая рекомбинантную молекулу ДНК, содержащую последовательность ДНК, выбранную из группы, состоящей из:
а) последовательности ДНК с по меньшей мере 85 % идентичности последовательности к любой из SEQ ID №№: 1-98 и 168-171;
б) последовательности ДНК, содержащей любую из SEQ ID №№: 1-98 и 168-171; и
в) фрагмента любой из SEQ ID №№: 1-98 и 168-171, причем данный фрагмент обладает ген-регуляторной активностью;
причем указанная последовательность ДНК функционально связана с гетерологической транскрибируемой молекулой ДНК.
9. Клетка трансгенного растения по п. 8, отличающаяся тем, что указанная клетка трансгенного растения представляет собой клетку однодольного растения.
10. Клетка трансгенного растения по п. 8, отличающаяся тем, что указанная клетка трансгенного растения представляет собой клетку двудольного растения.
11. Трансгенное растение, или его часть, содержащее рекомбинантную молекулу ДНК, содержащую последовательность ДНК, выбранную из группы, состоящей из:
а) последовательности ДНК с по меньшей мере 85 % идентичности последовательности к любой из SEQ ID №№: 1-98 и 168-171;
б) последовательности ДНК, содержащей любую из SEQ ID №№: 1-98 и 168-171; и
в) фрагмента любой из SEQ ID №№: 1-98 и 168-171, причем данный фрагмент обладает ген-регуляторной активностью;
причем указанная последовательность ДНК функционально связана с гетерологической транскрибируемой молекулой ДНК.
12. Растение-потомок трансгенного растения по п. 11, отличающееся тем, что растение-потомок содержит указанную молекулу рекомбинантной ДНК.
13. Трансгенное семя из трансгенного растения по п. 11, отличающееся тем, что данное семя содержит указанную молекулу рекомбинантной ДНК.
14. Способ экспрессии транскрибируемой молекулы ДНК, включающий следующие этапы: получение трансгенного растения по п. 11 и культивирование указанного растения, причем транскрибируемая молекула ДНК экспрессируется.
15. Способ получения трансгенного растения, включающий следующие этапы:
а) трансформацию клетки растения рекомбинантной молекулой ДНК по п. 1 для получения трансформированной клетки растения; и
б) регенерацию трансгенного растения из трансформированной клетки растения.
