Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the detecting whether there is an occupant in a front seat and a rear seat of a vehicle includes: acquiring actual passenger images, stress information and/or infrared detection information of the automobile cabin; and judging whether the passengers exist or not according to the actual passenger image, the stress information and/or the infrared detection information, and identifying the current passenger distribution condition.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the generating the target vehicle control command according to the current occupant distribution condition of the vehicle cabin and the current environmental parameter includes: acquiring the number of passengers in the automobile cabin; determining target working parameters of the environment regulation and control device according to the current passenger distribution and the number of passengers; generating an opening instruction of the environment regulation and control device according to the current passenger distribution condition and the current environment parameters, and generating working parameters of the environment regulation and control device by combining the number of passengers; and obtaining the target vehicle control instruction according to the starting instruction and the working parameters.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the method further includes: judging whether the number of passengers is larger than a preset number or not; and when the preset number is exceeded, controlling an alarm device of the vehicle to give an alarm, and/or controlling a vehicle-mounted display screen of the vehicle to carry out overtaking display.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the method further includes: upon detecting the absence of the occupant in the rear seat; judging whether an environment regulation device and/or the entertainment equipment corresponding to the rear-row seat is started or not; and if the environment regulation and control device corresponding to the rear-row seat and/or the entertainment equipment are/is started, the environment regulation and control device corresponding to the rear-row seat and/or the entertainment equipment are/is closed.

Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the method further includes: the judging module is used for judging whether the number of the passengers is larger than a preset number; and the reminding module is used for controlling the alarm device of the vehicle to give an alarm and/or controlling the vehicle-mounted display screen of the vehicle to display the overtime when the preset number is exceeded.
An embodiment of a third aspect of the present application provides a vehicle, comprising: a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor executing the program to implement the control method of the vehicle cabin as described in the above embodiments.

if the information output by the detection step is that no passenger is in the back row, but a certain function in the back row is started at the moment, issuing a command for closing the function, and terminating the subsequent flow; if the information output in the detection step is that the number of passengers in the back row is too many (for example, 5 automobiles, the back row can accommodate 3 people at most), issuing an overload instruction of the people in the back row, and simultaneously sending a prompt to the main driver; when the detection step detects passengers in the back row, an instruction for opening a display corresponding to the back row is issued, if the temperature in the vehicle is lower than a low-temperature threshold value at the moment, an instruction for opening an air conditioner and an instruction for opening a seat for heating are issued, and if the temperature in the vehicle exceeds a high-temperature threshold value at the moment, an instruction for opening the air conditioner and an instruction for opening a seat for ventilation are issued; and if the detection step detects that a passenger is in the rear row and the safety belt corresponding to the passenger is not used at the moment, issuing a command that the passenger in the rear row does not fasten the safety belt and simultaneously sending a prompt to the driver.
The embodiment of the application can distribute according to the current passenger of car passenger cabin and carry out automatic regulation and control with current environmental parameter, especially to the back row passenger, need not to operate through car master control platform, automatic control environment regulation and control device, and remind by bus automatically, and open corresponding amusement equipment automatically, not only effectively avoid scattering driver's attention, concentrate on normal driving, guarantee the security of vehicle, effectively promote to drive and take experience moreover, it is more intelligent, scientific and technological, safe and reliable. Therefore, the problems that in the related art, manual regulation and control are carried out on the distribution of passengers through the automobile main control console, the attention of drivers is easily dispersed, normal driving is affected, traffic accidents are caused, the safety is low, and the use experience is poor are solved.
Next, a control device for a vehicle cabin according to an embodiment of the present application will be described with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram schematically illustrating a control device for a vehicle cabin according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 4, the control device 10 for a vehicle cabin includes: a detection module 100, a generation module 200 and a control module 300.
Specifically, the detecting module 100 is used for detecting whether passengers are in front seats and rear seats of the vehicle.
The generation module 200 is configured to generate a target vehicle control command according to a current occupant distribution condition of a vehicle cabin and a current environmental parameter when it is detected that there is an occupant in a front seat and/or a rear seat.
And the control module 300 is configured to perform a riding prompt and/or start a corresponding entertainment device for each passenger while controlling the environment control device corresponding to the cabin with the passenger according to the target vehicle control command.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the generating module 200 includes: the device comprises a first acquisition unit, a determination unit, a generation unit and a second acquisition unit.
The first acquiring unit is used for acquiring the number of passengers in the automobile cabin.
And the determining unit is used for determining the target working parameters of the environment regulating and controlling device according to the current passenger distribution and the number of passengers.
And the generating unit is used for generating an opening instruction of the environment regulating and controlling device according to the current passenger distribution condition and the current environment parameters and generating working parameters of the environment regulating and controlling device by combining the number of passengers.
And the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring the target vehicle control instruction according to the starting instruction and the working parameters.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the control device 10 of the vehicle cabin further includes: the device comprises a judging module and a reminding module.
The judging module is used for judging whether the number of the passengers is larger than the preset number.
And the reminding module is used for controlling an alarm device of the vehicle to give an alarm and/or controlling a vehicle-mounted display screen of the vehicle to display the overtaking state when the preset number is exceeded.
It should be noted that the foregoing explanation of the embodiment of the control method for the vehicle cabin is also applicable to the control device for the vehicle cabin of the embodiment, and details are not repeated here.
The embodiment of the application can distribute according to the current passenger of car passenger cabin and carry out automatic regulation and control with current environmental parameter, especially to the back row passenger, need not to operate through car master control platform, automatic control environment regulation and control device, and remind by bus automatically, and open corresponding amusement equipment automatically, not only effectively avoid scattering driver's attention, concentrate on normal driving, guarantee the security of vehicle, effectively promote to drive and take experience moreover, it is more intelligent, scientific and technological, safe and reliable. Therefore, the problems that in the related art, manual regulation and control are carried out on the distribution of passengers through the automobile main control console, the attention of drivers is easily dispersed, normal driving is affected, traffic accidents are caused, the safety is low, and the use experience is poor are solved.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present application. The vehicle may include:
a memory 501, a processor 502, and a computer program stored on the memory 501 and executable on the processor 502.
The processor 502, when executing the program, implements the control method of the vehicle cabin provided in the above-described embodiment.
Further, the vehicle further includes:
a communication interface 503 for communication between the memory 501 and the processor 502.
A memory 501 for storing computer programs that can be run on the processor 502.
The memory 501 may comprise high-speed RAM memory, and may also include non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one disk memory.
If the memory 501, the processor 502 and the communication interface 503 are implemented independently, the communication interface 503, the memory 501 and the processor 502 may be connected to each other through a bus and perform communication with each other. The bus may be an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended ISA (EISA) bus, or the like. The bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in FIG. 5, but this is not intended to represent only one bus or type of bus.
Alternatively, in practical implementation, if the memory 501, the processor 502 and the communication interface 503 are integrated on a chip, the memory 501, the processor 502 and the communication interface 503 may complete communication with each other through an internal interface.
The processor 502 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or one or more Integrated circuits configured to implement embodiments of the present Application.
The present embodiment also provides a computer-readable storage medium on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor, implements the control method of the vehicle cabin as above.

In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing module, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. The integrated module, if implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may also be stored in a computer readable storage medium.
The storage medium mentioned above may be a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, etc. Although embodiments of the present application have been shown and described above, it is understood that the above embodiments are exemplary and should not be construed as limiting the present application, and that variations, modifications, substitutions and alterations may be made to the above embodiments by those of ordinary skill in the art within the scope of the present application.
Claims (10)
1. A method for controlling a vehicle cabin, comprising the steps of:
detecting whether passengers exist in front-row seats and rear-row seats of the vehicle or not;
when passengers are detected in the front row seat and/or the rear row seat, generating a target vehicle control instruction according to the current passenger distribution condition and the current environmental parameters of the vehicle cabin; and
and controlling an environment regulation and control device corresponding to the cabin with passengers to work according to the target vehicle control instruction, and simultaneously carrying out riding reminding and/or starting corresponding entertainment equipment for each passenger.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein detecting whether occupants are in front and rear seats of the vehicle comprises:
acquiring actual passenger images, stress information and/or infrared detection information of the automobile cabin;
and judging whether the passengers exist or not according to the actual passenger image, the stress information and/or the infrared detection information, and identifying the current passenger distribution condition.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein generating the target vehicle control command according to the current occupant distribution and the current environmental parameters of the vehicle cabin comprises:
acquiring the number of passengers in the automobile cabin;
determining target working parameters of the environment regulation and control device according to the current passenger distribution and the number of passengers;
generating an opening instruction of the environment regulation and control device according to the current passenger distribution condition and the current environment parameters, and generating working parameters of the environment regulation and control device by combining the number of passengers;
and obtaining the target vehicle control instruction according to the starting instruction and the working parameters.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
judging whether the number of passengers is larger than a preset number or not;
and when the preset number is exceeded, controlling an alarm device of the vehicle to give an alarm, and/or controlling a vehicle-mounted display screen of the vehicle to carry out overtaking display.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, further comprising:
upon detecting the absence of the occupant in the rear seat; judging whether an environment regulation device and/or the entertainment equipment corresponding to the rear-row seat is started or not;
and if the environment regulation and control device corresponding to the rear-row seat and/or the entertainment equipment are/is started, the environment regulation and control device corresponding to the rear-row seat and/or the entertainment equipment are/is closed.
6. A control device for a vehicle cabin, comprising:
the detection module is used for detecting whether passengers exist in front seats and rear seats of the vehicle or not;
the generating module is used for generating a target vehicle control instruction according to the current passenger distribution condition and the current environmental parameters of the vehicle cabin when passengers are detected in the front row seat and/or the rear row seat; and
and the control module is used for reminding each passenger of taking a bus and/or starting corresponding entertainment equipment while controlling the environment regulation and control device corresponding to the cabin with the passengers to work according to the target vehicle control instruction.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the generating module comprises:
a first acquisition unit for acquiring the number of occupants of the vehicle cabin;
the determining unit is used for determining target working parameters of the environment regulating and controlling device according to the current passenger distribution and the number of passengers;
the generating unit is used for generating an opening instruction of the environment regulating and controlling device according to the current passenger distribution condition and the current environment parameters and generating working parameters of the environment regulating and controlling device by combining the number of passengers;
and the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring the target vehicle control instruction according to the starting instruction and the working parameters.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
the judging module is used for judging whether the number of the passengers is larger than a preset number;
and the reminding module is used for controlling the alarm device of the vehicle to give an alarm and/or controlling the vehicle-mounted display screen of the vehicle to display the overtime when the preset number is exceeded.
9. A vehicle, characterized by comprising: memory, processor and computer program stored on said memory and executable on said processor, said processor executing said program to implement a method of controlling a vehicle cabin according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the program is executed by a processor for implementing the control method of the vehicle cabin according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
