Fig. 1 is a method for controlling heating of an automobile according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, comprising the steps of:
step S102, environment detection information and an air conditioner control mode corresponding to a target automobile are obtained;
step S104, acquiring seat information in the target automobile, where the seat information at least includes: the current occupied states of a plurality of automobile seats in the target automobile respectively correspond to the automobile seats, and the position information of the plurality of automobile seats respectively correspond to the automobile seats;
step S106, determining initial heating powers corresponding to the plurality of automobile seats respectively based on the environment detection information and the air conditioning control mode;
step S108, determining target heating powers corresponding to the plurality of automobile seats respectively according to the seat information and the initial heating powers corresponding to the plurality of automobile seats respectively;
step S110, heating the plurality of car seats by using the corresponding target heating power.
Through the steps, the purposes of reducing heating loss and improving heating pertinence by combining various environment detection information can be realized, the technical effects of improving heating efficiency and heating pertinence are realized, and the technical problems of low heating efficiency and low heating pertinence in the related technology are further solved.
In the method for controlling the temperature in the vehicle provided by the embodiment of the invention, firstly, environment detection information corresponding to a target vehicle and an air conditioner control mode in the target vehicle are obtained. And secondly, acquiring seat information corresponding to the plurality of automobile seats respectively. And obtaining initial heating powers corresponding to the plurality of automobile seats respectively according to the environment detection information and the air-conditioning control mode, and determining and obtaining target heating powers corresponding to the plurality of automobile seats respectively based on the seat information and the initial heating powers corresponding to the plurality of automobile seats respectively in order to enable temperature control to be targeted. Further, the plurality of car seats are heated by the corresponding target heating powers, respectively.
In an optional embodiment, the acquiring the environment detection information and the air conditioner control mode corresponding to the target automobile further includes: acquiring a current control mode of the target automobile, wherein the current control mode is an automatic control mode or a manual control mode; judging whether the current control mode is the automatic control mode or not; if the current control mode is not the automatic control mode, determining the target heating powers respectively corresponding to the plurality of automobile seats according to a preset temperature control signal, and respectively heating the plurality of automobile seats by adopting the corresponding target heating powers; and if the current control mode is the automatic control mode, acquiring the environment detection information and the air conditioner control mode corresponding to the target automobile.
It can be understood that temperature control in the target automobile is classified into a manual control mode and an automatic control mode, and first, the current control mode of the target automobile is acquired. After the current control mode is determined to be a manual control mode, determining target heating powers corresponding to the plurality of automobile seats respectively according to a preset temperature control signal, and heating the plurality of automobile seats respectively by adopting the corresponding target heating powers. After the current control mode is determined to be the automatic control mode, environment detection information and an air conditioner control mode corresponding to the target automobile are continuously acquired.
Alternatively, the preset temperature control signal may be various, for example, the preset temperature control signal may be set by a control panel of the target automobile, and the heating power levels of the 4 heating areas are respectively set, and the heating power levels are classified into low, medium, high 3 levels, and so on.
In an alternative embodiment, the environment detection information includes at least: the air conditioner control mode at least comprises the following steps of vehicle exterior temperature, vehicle interior temperature, sunlight intensity, air conditioner air outlet temperature and vehicle interior humidity: an air-conditioning air-taking mode and an air-conditioning air-intake mode, wherein determining initial heating powers respectively corresponding to the plurality of car seats based on the environment detection information and the air-conditioning control mode includes: obtaining a first heating power based on the outside temperature and the inside temperature; obtaining a second heating power based on the solar intensity and the temperature in the vehicle; obtaining third heating power based on the air inlet mode of the air conditioner and the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner; obtaining a fourth heating power based on the air-conditioning air-taking mode and the humidity in the vehicle; and calculating the first heating power, the second heating power, the third heating power and the fourth heating power to obtain the initial heating powers respectively corresponding to the plurality of automobile seats.
It can be appreciated that, based on the temperature outside the vehicle, the temperature inside the vehicle, the sunlight intensity, the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioner, and the humidity inside the vehicle, the air conditioner control mode at least includes: and determining and obtaining first heating power, second heating power, third heating power and fourth heating power by an air-conditioning air-taking mode and an air-conditioning air-intake mode, and calculating to obtain initial heating powers respectively corresponding to a plurality of automobile seats.
In an optional embodiment, the current occupied state is an occupied state or an unoccupied state, the position information is a front-row position or a rear-row position, and determining the target heating powers respectively corresponding to the plurality of car seats according to the seat information and the initial heating powers respectively corresponding to the plurality of car seats includes: if the current occupied state of the automobile seat is the occupied state, taking the sum of the first heating power, the second heating power, the third heating power and the fourth heating power as the target heating power; if the vehicle seat is located at the rear-row position and the current occupied state of the vehicle seat is the occupied state, the fourth heating power is set as the target heating power; and if the automobile seat is positioned at the rear-row position and the current occupied state of the automobile seat is the unoccupied state, taking a preset power value as the target heating power.
It is understood that in the present occupied condition, whether the front row or the rear row is in the occupied state, the sum of the first heating power, the second heating power, the third heating power, and the fourth heating power is adopted as the target heating power. And under the current occupation condition of unoccupied state, taking the fourth heating power as the target heating power for the front row of the position state, and taking the preset power value as the target heating power for the rear row of the position state.
Alternatively, the above-mentioned preset power value may be various, for example, the preset power value is set to 0, and in the case of the unoccupied state and the rear-row position, the execution of heating of the corresponding car seat is suspended.
It should be noted that if the target heating power is not enough to reduce the preset power value, the heating is directly suspended.
In an alternative embodiment, if the current occupancy state of the car seat is the occupancy state, the method further includes: judging whether the target heating power is smaller than a first power threshold value or not; if the target heating power is smaller than the first power threshold, the first power threshold is used as the target heating power; judging whether the target heating power is larger than a second power threshold value or not; and if the target heating power is greater than the second power threshold, the second power threshold is set as the target heating power.
It can be understood that under the condition that the current occupied state of the automobile seat is the occupied state, the obtained target heating power needs to be processed, and whether the target heating power is smaller than the first power threshold value is judged; if the target heating power is smaller than the first power threshold, the first power threshold is used as the target heating power; judging whether the target heating power is larger than a second power threshold value or not; and if the target heating power is larger than the second power threshold, taking the second power threshold as the target heating power.
Alternatively, the first power threshold may be various, for example: the first power threshold value is set to 0, and since the power value cannot be smaller than 0 when the heating power is actually performed, the first power threshold value is set as the target heating power, that is, the target heating power cannot be smaller than 0.
Alternatively, the second power threshold may be various, for example: the second power threshold is set as the upper heating limit, which is the highest power that can be actually performed because of the limitation of the actually performed heating power of the heating device in the target automobile, and therefore the second power threshold is set as the target heating power, that is, the target heating power cannot be set to be greater than the upper heating limit.
In an alternative embodiment, the method further comprises: acquiring current temperature information corresponding to a heating device in a target automobile; judging whether the current temperature information reaches a first temperature protection threshold value or not; if the current temperature information reaches the first temperature protection threshold, reducing the target heating power according to preset cooling power; judging whether the current temperature information reaches a second temperature protection threshold value or not, wherein the second temperature protection threshold value is higher than the first temperature protection threshold value; and if the current temperature information reaches the second temperature protection threshold, controlling the heating device to stop heating until the current temperature information is reduced to a third temperature protection threshold, wherein the third temperature protection threshold is lower than the first temperature protection threshold.
It will be appreciated that the heating device in the target vehicle is temperature protected in order to avoid potential safety hazards caused by overheating of the heating device. Judging whether the current temperature information reaches a first temperature protection threshold value or not; if the current temperature information reaches the first temperature protection threshold, the temperature is considered to be too high, and the target heating power is reduced according to the preset cooling power so as to reduce the temperature of the heating device; judging whether the current temperature information reaches a second temperature protection threshold value or not, wherein the second temperature protection threshold value is higher than the first temperature protection threshold value; and if the current temperature information reaches the second temperature protection threshold, the temperature is considered to be too high and reaches a heating suspension limit, and the heating device is controlled to suspend heating until the current temperature information is reduced to a third temperature protection threshold, wherein the third temperature protection threshold is lower than the first temperature protection threshold. After heating by the heating device is suspended, the heating device is naturally cooled to the temperature of the first temperature protection threshold value, and then the heating process can be considered as being resumed.
Alternatively, the heating device may be various, for example: the heating device is composed of a plurality of graphene heating films, 4 passenger positions in the vehicle correspond to 4 areas of a ceiling, and a layer of graphene heating film is respectively added to the 4 areas of the surface of the ceiling to execute a heating function.
Alternatively, the current temperature information may be obtained in various ways, for example: at least one temperature sensor is integrated in the heating device and is used for detecting the surface temperature of the heating device.
Based on the foregoing embodiment and the optional embodiments, an optional implementation manner is proposed in the present invention, and for convenience of understanding, the description specifically includes:
and acquiring the current control mode of the target automobile, wherein the current control mode comprises a manual control mode or an automatic control mode. After determining the manual control mode, the heating power levels of the 4 heating areas are set by the control panel of the target automobile, respectively, and the heating power levels are classified into low, medium and high 3 levels (or other numbers of heating levels to correspond to different heating powers). According to the heating power level, the heating devices in the corresponding areas are controlled to heat, and meanwhile, the surface temperature of each heating device needs to be detected. Fig. 2 is a temperature protection flowchart of an alternative method for controlling the temperature in a vehicle, as shown in fig. 2, where the surface temperature of a heating device exceeds 65 ℃, the heating power is correspondingly reduced by 50w, if the current heating power is less than 50w, heating is directly paused, if the surface temperature continues to rise by more than 75 ℃, heating is paused, the surface temperature of the device to be heated returns to below 55 ℃, and heating is performed again according to a set gear.
Optionally, the heating device is a graphene heating film and is installed on a target automobile ceiling. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a heating device according to an alternative method for controlling temperature in a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, 4 occupant positions in the vehicle correspond to 4 areas of the ceiling, and a layer of graphene heating film is respectively added to the 4 areas of the ceiling surface to perform a heating function. The contact surface of the graphene heating film and the ceiling needs to be adhered with a heat insulation foam interlayer, so that the heat transfer from the graphene heating film to the ceiling is reduced. The power of the graphene heating film in each area of the ceiling can be adjusted in a stepless manner, and the power of the graphene heating film in each area is set to be the highest power, for example, 500W. The heating supply voltage may be, for example, 12V at low voltage or 220V at high voltage.
After the automatic control mode is determined, the automatic mode is set through the control panel, and the heating control is required to be performed by combining parameters such as the outside temperature, the inside temperature, the sunlight intensity, the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner, the inside humidity, and the air conditioner control mode (air conditioner air taking mode, air conditioner air inlet mode).
Step S1, obtaining environment detection information and seat information, including: the method comprises the steps of obtaining the temperature outside the vehicle, obtaining the temperature in the vehicle, obtaining the current sunlight intensity, obtaining the seat information, obtaining an air conditioner control mode, wherein the air conditioner control mode comprises an air conditioner air inlet mode, such as an outer circulation mode or an inner circulation mode, an air conditioner air inlet mode, such as a foot blowing mode, a face blowing mode, a foot blowing and air blowing blocking mode, and an air conditioner air outlet temperature. And acquiring current temperature information, and respectively acquiring the surface temperatures of the 4 zone ceiling heating devices, such as the driving side ceiling temperature, the copilot side ceiling temperature, the rear left side ceiling temperature and the rear right side ceiling temperature. And acquiring relative humidity in the vehicle.
And S2, determining initial heating powers respectively corresponding to the plurality of automobile seats based on the environment detection information and the air conditioning control mode. The method specifically comprises the following substeps:
and S21, obtaining first heating power according to the temperature outside the vehicle and the temperature inside the vehicle, wherein the high power is used for quickly heating when the temperature inside the vehicle is low, and the function is reduced along with the increase of the temperature inside the vehicle, and the lower the environmental temperature is, the larger the power requirement is. Table 1 is a schematic of the first heating power acquisition rule.
TABLE 1
Step S22, determining a second heating power according to the sunlight intensity and the temperature in the vehicle, wherein the gain principle of heating by the sunlight intensity is similar to that of heating by the graphene heating film, when the sunlight intensity is high, the heating power requirement of the graphene heating film can be properly reduced, the reduced power requirement is determined to be the second heating power, and table 2 shows the second heating power acquisition rule.
TABLE 2
Step S23, comprehensively determining the third heating power according to the air-conditioning air-taking mode and the air-conditioning air outlet temperature, wherein table 3 shows the third heating power acquisition rule.
TABLE 3 Table 3
Step S24, according to an air-conditioning air inlet mode and the humidity in the vehicle, considering the frosting and fogging risk of the window glass, determining fourth heating power, wherein the fourth heating power is queried according to the following table for the front row position without distinguishing whether a person takes a ride (co-driving), and is queried according to the following table for the rear row position without distinguishing whether the person takes the ride, the unmanned riding compensation is 0, the person takes the ride, and the fourth heating power is represented as the following table. Table 4 shows a fourth heating power acquisition rule.
TABLE 4 Table 4
And 3, determining target heating powers corresponding to the plurality of automobile seats respectively according to the seat information and the initial heating powers corresponding to the plurality of automobile seats respectively. The first heating power, the second heating power, the third heating power and the fourth heating power are obtained as initial heating powers respectively corresponding to a plurality of automobile seats, and seat information is obtained.
Step 31, if the current occupied state of the car seat is the occupied state, taking the sum of the first heating power, the second heating power, the third heating power and the fourth heating power as the target heating power. Judging whether the target heating power is smaller than a first power threshold value or not; if the target heating power is smaller than the first power threshold, the first power threshold is used as the target heating power; judging whether the target heating power is larger than a second power threshold value or not; and if the target heating power is larger than the second power threshold, taking the second power threshold as the target heating power. For ease of understanding, specific examples are: if the target heating power is less than 0, the target heating power is set to 0, and if the target heating power is greater than 500 (i.e., the upper heating limit), the target heating power is set to 500. The target heating power update period is 1s (second).
And step 32, if the automobile seat is located at the rear-row position and the current occupied state of the automobile seat is the occupied state, taking the fourth heating power as the target heating power.
And step 33, if the automobile seat is located at the rear-row position and the current occupied state of the automobile seat is the unoccupied state, taking the preset power value as the target heating power.
Optionally, the preset power value is set to 0, and in the unoccupied state and the rear-row position, execution of heating of the corresponding car seat is suspended.
For safe heating, the automatic control mode also includes temperature protection, and fig. 4 is a flowchart of temperature protection according to another alternative method for controlling the temperature in the vehicle, where, as shown in fig. 4, a similar temperature protection manner to that of the manual control mode is adopted, for example, the surface temperature of the heating device exceeds 65 ℃, the heating power is correspondingly reduced by 50W (watts), if the current heating power is less than 50W, heating is directly suspended, if the surface temperature continues to rise above 75 ℃, heating is suspended, and the surface temperature of the device to be heated is restored to below 55 ℃, and heating is performed again according to the automatic control mode.
At least any one of the following effects may be achieved by the above alternative embodiments: firstly, the graphene heating film is integrated with the automobile ceiling as a heating device, and the graphene heating film is attached to the surface of the automobile ceiling, so that the application mode is simplified, and the weight of the whole automobile is reduced. Secondly, the partition of the graphene heating film is set, so that the partition heating control of the heating ceiling can be realized, and the heating ceiling has a far infrared radiation physiotherapy function. The method is characterized in that full-dimensional in-vehicle temperature control is established, not only is the in-vehicle temperature and the out-of-vehicle temperature considered, but also the air conditioning system states such as the air outlet temperature, the air conditioning control mode and the like are considered, and meanwhile, the frosting and fog formation risks of the window glass are considered for corresponding control. Heating power acquisition rules for various control scene parameters are set. Finally, consider the temperature protection and restoration of the maximum temperature setting acceptable to the occupant.
It should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowcharts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer executable instructions, and that although a logical order is illustrated in the flowcharts, in some cases the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order other than that illustrated herein.
