Abstract
The invention discloses a control method for self-adjustment of seat comfort, which comprises the following steps: s1: opening a vehicle door, enabling a passenger to sit on a seat, and monitoring whether the passenger sits on the seat through a pressure sensor; s2: the pressure sensor monitors the existence of a passenger on the seat and transmits a signal to the controller, and the controller controls the infrared temperature measuring sensor which is positioned on the top surface in the vehicle and in front of the seat to work and measure the body temperature of the passenger; s3: meanwhile, an external temperature sensor monitors the external environment temperature of the vehicle, and an internal temperature sensor monitors the internal environment temperature of the vehicle and transmits signals to the controller; s4: the controller automatically controls the opening and closing of the seat ventilation mechanism and the seat heating mechanism according to the temperatures monitored by the temperature sensor outside the vehicle and the temperature sensor inside the vehicle, and improves the comfort of passengers. The control method for the self-adjustment of the comfort level of the seat can automatically configure and start the ventilation or heating function of the seat, and is convenient to use and high in comfort level.

Background

Preferably, the temperature sensor outside the vehicle monitors that the ambient temperature outside the vehicle is less than or equal to 10 ℃, the temperature sensor inside the vehicle monitors that the annular temperature inside the vehicle is less than or equal to 10 ℃, and the pressure sensor and the infrared temperature measurement sensor monitor that passengers exist on the seat, then the signals are transmitted to the controller, and the controller controls the seat heating mechanism to be started; meanwhile, the in-vehicle temperature sensor monitors the in-vehicle environment temperature, and if the in-vehicle environment temperature is greater than or equal to 20 ℃, the in-vehicle temperature sensor transmits a signal to the controller, and the controller controls the seat heating mechanism to be closed.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

the seat ventilation is characterized in that a fan is additionally arranged on the foaming back surfaces of a seat cushion and a backrest, air is sucked by the fan and then is guided into a ventilation layer, and airflow upwards permeates from the surface of the ventilation layer and flows to the surface of a seat surface sleeve (the seat surface sleeve adopts a perforated skin) through a heating pad, so that a seat occupant can use the ventilation function to dissipate sweat on the back of the buttocks under the condition of hot weather, and the comfort is brought to the passenger;
the seat heating is to heat the inside of the seat by using an electric heating wire in the seat and transfer the heat to a passenger through heat transfer, so that the riding discomfort of the seat caused by the fact that the seat is too cold after the seat is parked for a long time in winter is improved.
In addition, an outside temperature sensor and an inside temperature sensor are arranged outside the vehicle body and are respectively used for monitoring the outside ambient temperature and the inside ambient temperature;
an infrared temperature measuring sensor is arranged on the top surface in the vehicle and in front of the seat and corresponds to the seat, after the pressure sensor transmits a signal of a passenger on the seat to the controller, the controller triggers the infrared temperature measuring sensor to measure the body temperature of the passenger sitting on the seat, and the next step can be triggered only when the body temperature is between 30 and 40 ℃; the false start of the seat ventilation mechanism and the seat heating mechanism is avoided after the seat is placed with articles by mistake.
The pressure sensor is arranged on the bottom surface of the seat, and the pressure sensor, the infrared temperature measuring sensor, the in-vehicle temperature sensor, the out-vehicle temperature sensor, the seat ventilation mechanism and the seat heating mechanism are all electrically connected with the controller for linkage control.
A control method for self-adjustment of seat comfort includes the following steps:

In a preferred embodiment, when the pressure sensor monitors that a seat occupant exists on the seat, the infrared temperature measurement sensor is triggered to be started through the controller, and when the infrared temperature measurement sensor monitors that the body temperature of the seat occupant is 30-40 ℃, the controller controls the opening and closing of the seat ventilation mechanism or the seat heating mechanism, so that articles are prevented from being placed on the seat to mistakenly start the seat ventilation mechanism or the seat heating mechanism.

In a preferred embodiment, the temperature sensor outside the vehicle monitors that the ambient temperature outside the vehicle is less than or equal to 10 ℃, the temperature sensor inside the vehicle monitors that the annular temperature inside the vehicle is less than or equal to 10 ℃, and the pressure sensor and the infrared temperature measurement sensor monitor that passengers exist on the seat, then the signals are transmitted to the controller, and the controller controls the seat heating mechanism to be started; meanwhile, the in-vehicle temperature sensor monitors the in-vehicle environment temperature in real time, if the in-vehicle environment temperature is more than or equal to 20 ℃ due to the fact that the air conditioner is started in the vehicle, a signal is transmitted to the controller, and the controller controls the seat heating mechanism to be closed.
