Description

一种雾化组件及电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟领域,更具体地说,涉及一种雾化组件及电子烟。
背景技术
现有技术中,电子烟包括雾化组件和电池组件,雾化组件包括 储油 套,及连接在 储油 套一端的 雾化芯 , 由于雾化芯上没有用于调节进气量大小的结构,使得用户无法根据自身需要调节进气量的大小,并且进气孔容易被堵塞,经常出现憋气的问题。此外,现有电子烟不能预防小孩因误操作吸食到电子烟而对身体造成损害的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术中的上述缺陷,提供一种雾化组件及电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:

综上所述 ,实施本发明的雾化组件及电子烟,具有以下有益效果: 首先, 通过在雾化套外套设一个可旋转的调节环,用户可以根据需要转动调节环,调节雾化套上的进气孔与调节环上的穿孔的对应数量,来调节雾化组件进气量的大小,以解决憋气等问题。当用户不需要吸食电子烟时,可以旋转调节环将雾化套上的进气孔堵住,避免小孩因误操作吸食到电子烟,而影响身体健康 。其次, 调节环的两端分别设置有密封件,不仅可以避免调节环随意转动 ,密封调节环两端的缝隙 ,还可以增强调节环的旋转手感,提高用户使用过程中的趣味性,利于产品的推广 。第三, 雾化芯与油杯组件为可拆卸连接的结构,方便用户更换已经损坏的雾化芯,避免资源浪费。 第四, 吸嘴内设有储油槽,吸烟时通气管上凝结的烟液顺着气流流入并存储在吸嘴内的储油槽,由于吸嘴与油杯组件为可拆卸的连接,可以定时将吸嘴拆卸下来以清理储油槽内存留的烟液,防止用户抽烟时吸到烟液。 最后,储油套 由可透光的材料制得,可以方便用户查 看 储油腔内烟油的余量。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图 1 、图 2 和图 3 示出了本发明较佳实施例之一提供的一种雾化组件,所述雾化组件用于与电池组件(图上未示出)组合形成电子烟,该雾化组件包括油杯组件 4 ,及分别可拆卸连接在油杯组件 4 两端的雾化芯 3 和吸嘴 5 。
具体的,结合图 4 所示,油杯组件 4 包括可透光的储油套 41 ,储油套 41 的一端设置有吸嘴 5 ,储油套 41 另一端的端面形成有加油口,所述加油口处可拆卸的连接有一端插设于储油套 41 内的雾化芯 3 ,储油套 41 内套设有通气管 42 ,通气管 42 的一端与雾化芯 3 弹性密封相连,储油套 41 与通气管 42 之间形成有用于储存烟油的储油腔 45 。
结合图 5 所示,雾化芯 3 包括雾化套 31 ,雾化套 31 延伸至储油套 41 外的一端与电池组件可拆卸的连接,雾化套 31 的一端设有与电池组件电连接的电连接组件 35 ,雾化套 31 内形成有雾化腔 34 ,雾化腔 34 内收容有与电连接组件 35 电连接的电热丝组件 32 。
进一步的,雾化套 31 延伸至储油套 41 外的一端设有至少一个与雾化腔 34 相导通的用以进气及排出雾化腔 34 内烟油的进气孔 312 ,雾化套 31 外可转动的套设有调节环 2 ,调节环 2 上开设有至少一个用于导通进气孔 312 的穿孔 21 ,调节环 2 通过在受力时沿雾化套 31 的周向转动以调节进气孔 312 的进气量。
本实施例中,通过在雾化套 31 外套设一个可旋转的调节环 2 ,用户可以根据需要转动调节环 2 ,调节雾化套 31 上的进气孔 312 与调节环 2 上的穿孔 21 的对应数量,来调节雾化组件进气量的大小,以解决憋气等问题。当用户不需要吸食电子烟时,可以旋转调节环 2 将雾化套 31 上的进气孔 312 堵住,避免小孩因误操作吸食到电子烟,而影响身体健康。
如图 6 所示,调节环 2 大致为圆环状结构,其套设在雾化套 31 外,为了避免调节环 2 沿雾化套 31 的轴向移动,导致调节环 2 从雾化套 31 上脱落,而影响调节环 2 的调节效果,可以在雾化套 31 上设置用于限制调节环 2 沿雾化套 31 的轴向移动的限位机构。
具体的,结合图 5 和图 7 所示,该限位机构包括限位凸台 313 和固定件 1 。其中,限位凸台 313 凸设在雾化套 31 的外壁上,固定件 1 可拆卸的连接在雾化套 31 的外壁上,且限位凸台 313 位于固定件 1 靠近吸嘴 5 的一侧,限位凸台 313 与固定件 1 围成了供调节环 2 转动的限位槽(图上未标号),调节环 2 弹性嵌设在该限位凸台 313 与固定件 1 围成的限位槽内。
本实施例中,固定件 1 与雾化套 31 之间插接相连,由于固定件 1 与雾化套 31 间为可拆卸的连接,可以方便用户将调节环 2 卸下进行清洗,避免烟油堆积堵塞在调节环 2 与雾化套 31 之间,而影响调节环 2 的转动效果。可以理解的是,在其它实施例中,固定件 1 与雾化套 31 间的可拆卸连接还可以为其它连接结构,如螺纹连接结构或卡扣连接结构等。
优选地,为了避免调节环 2 随意转动,可以在调节环 2 的两端口处分别开设至少一个卡槽 22 (如图 6 所示),并在卡槽 22 内安装由弹性材料制成的密封件 23 (如图 9 所示),使得调节环 2 两端的密封件 23 分别弹性抵接至上述限位凸台 313 与固定件 1 。本实施例中,卡槽 22 呈环形,密封件 23 为硅胶环,该硅胶环的一端卡固在卡槽 22 内,另一端延伸至调节环 2 外并与限位结构弹性相抵。通过在调节环 2 的两端设置密封件 23 ,不仅可以避免调节环 2 随意转动,还可以密封调节环 2 的两端缝隙,避免调节环 2 两端的缝隙落入灰尘等杂物,而影响调节环 2 的转动。此外,通过在调节环 2 的两端设置密封件 23 ,还可以增强调节环 2 的旋转手感,提高用户使用过程中的趣味性,利于产品的推广。
优选地,可以在雾化套 31 的外壁上开设多个进气孔 312 ,以提高雾化芯 3 的最大进气量。相应地,在调节环 2 上开设与进气孔 312 数量一致的穿孔 21 ,可以通过调节进气孔 312 与穿孔 21 的对应数量,来调节雾化组件进气量的大小。如图 6 所示,本实施例中,进气孔 312 和穿孔 21 均为四个,可以理解的是,在其它实施例中,进气孔 312 与穿孔 21 的数量也可以不同。
优选地,进气孔 312 位于雾化腔 34 远离吸嘴 5 的一端的腔壁上,以用于排出雾化腔 34 腔壁处的烟油。
优选地,为了方便用户旋转调节环 2 ,还可以在调节环 2 上设置防滑的滚花结构(图上未标号)。
结合图 5 、图 7 、图 8 和图 9 所示的实施例对雾化芯 3 的具体结构进行详细说明。
雾化芯 3 的两端分别与储油套 41 和电池组件可拆卸的连接,该可拆卸连接的结构可以为螺纹连接结构或卡扣连接结构等,本实施例中,雾化芯 3 与储油套 41 和电池组件之间的连接均为螺纹连接。
如图 5 所示,雾化芯 3 主要包括雾化套 31 、电热丝组件 32 、雾化盖 33 、雾化腔 34 和电连接组件 35 。
其中,雾化腔 34 开设在雾化套 31 内部,并与通气管 42 相连通,且电热丝组件 32 收容在雾化腔 34 内;雾化盖 33 套设在雾化套 31 及通气管 42 上,并抵持在电热丝组件 32 上,通气管 42 的一端穿设雾化盖 33 并延伸至雾化腔 34 内。
如图 7 所示,雾化套 31 的一端与储油套 41 可拆卸的连接,另一端与电池组件可拆卸的连接。具体的,雾化套 31 包括大致为中空柱体结构的主体 310 ,主体 310 上设有安装槽 311 、进气孔 312 、限位卡台 313 、环形凹槽 314 、凸起 316 、限位凸部 317 和环形卡台 318 (结合图 5 所示)。
安装槽 311 开设在主体 310 靠近吸嘴 5 的一端,并朝远离吸嘴 5 的一侧延伸。本实施例中,安装槽 311 包括两个,两个安装槽 311 相对间隔设置并与储油腔 45 相连通,电热丝组件 32 的导油件 321 架设并固定在所述两个安装槽 311 的底部。
进 气孔 312 设在主体 310 延伸至 储油套 41 外的一端上,并与雾化腔 34 相导通, 进 气孔 312 主要用以进气及排除雾化腔 34 内的烟油。由于气孔 312 位于储油套 41 外,故气流直接通过该 进 气孔 312 即可进入雾化腔 34 内,不会产生噪音。
限位卡台 313 凸设在主体 310 的外壁上,其不仅可以对调节环 2 进行限位,还可以避免雾化芯 3 在组装的过程中,储油套 41 将穿孔 312 堵塞。具体的,雾化芯 3 在组装过程中,该限位卡台 313 抵接至储油套 41 的端口侧缘,由于进气孔 312 位于限位卡台 313 远离吸嘴 5 的一侧,从而可以避免进气孔 312 在组装过程中被堵塞。
优选地,为了避免烟油从主体 310 与 储油套 41 的连接处泄漏,可以在主体 310 上套设密封件(图上未标号)。具体的,本实施例中,主体 310 位于 储油套 41 内的外周壁上设有环形卡槽 314 ,密封件固定在该环形卡槽 314 内并弹性抵接至储油套 41 的内壁,以实现密封作用。
优选地,为了更好的支撑电热丝组件 32 ,主体 310 上设置有用于支撑电热丝组件 32 的凸起 316 ,该凸起 316 的一端固定在安装槽 311 的底部,另一端朝远离主体 310 的轴线方向延伸。通过设置凸起 316 ,可以避免支撑电热丝组件 32 的侧壁过薄而使电热丝组件 32 滑入雾化腔 34 内。
优选地, 结合图 8 所示, 由于雾化盖 33 套设在 雾化 套 31 上,并抵持在电热丝组件 32 上,为了避免雾化盖 33 过度挤压电热丝组件 32 ,可以在主体 310 上凸设与雾化盖 33 的端面相抵持的限位凸部 317 。
如图 5 所示,电热丝组件 32 包括导油件 321 和电热丝 322 ,导油件 321 由吸油材料制成,其固定在安装槽 311 的底部,且导油件 321 的两端分别延伸至储油腔 45 内,电热丝 322 缠绕在该导油件 321 上,并与电池组件电连接。由于电热丝组件 32 为现有技术的惯用手段,故其具体结构在此不再赘述。
如图 5 并结合图 8 和图 9 所示,雾化盖 33 沿轴向贯穿设置有容置腔(图上未标号),雾化盖 33 远离吸嘴 5 的一端套设在主体 310 上并抵接至限位凸部 317 ,通气管 42 (结合图 3 所示)从雾化盖 33 靠近吸嘴 5 的一端插入,并与该容置腔的侧壁过盈配合。
优选地,为了避免烟油从通气管 42 与雾化盖 33 的连接处泄露,可以在雾化盖 33 容纳腔内设置套设在该通气管 42 上的密封环(图上未标号),该密封环的外周面弹性抵接在所述容纳腔的侧壁上,该密封环的内周面弹性抵接至该通气管 42 的外周壁上,以起到密封的作用。
如图 5 所示, 电连接组件 35 位于雾化套 31 的一端,并用于与电池组件和电热丝组件 32 电连接。本实施例中,电连接组件 35 固定在雾化套 31 内的环形卡台 318 上。该环形卡台 318 设置在雾化套 31 用于与电池组件连接的一端,且环形卡台 318 的一端 固定在雾化腔 34 的侧壁上,另一端朝靠近连接套 31 的轴线方向延伸并形成中心孔(图上未标号),电连接组件 35 固定在该中心孔处。
优选地,本实施例中,雾化套 31 为与电池组件电连接的外电极,电连接组件 35 包括由外向内依次嵌设在所述中心孔处的绝缘件和与电池组件电连接的内电极(图上均未标号)。
可以理解的是,在其它实施例中,电连接组件 35 还可以为其它导电结构,例如连接套 31 为不导电材料制得,电连接组件 35 包括由外向内依次嵌设在所述中心孔处的与电池组件电连接的外电极、绝缘件和与电池组件电连接的内电极。
本实施例中,雾化芯 3 主要包括雾化套 31 ,雾化套 31 外套设有可旋转的用于调节进气量大小的调节环 2 ,雾化腔 34 设置在雾化套 31 内部并与通气管 42 相连通,电热丝组件 32 收容在雾化腔 34 内;雾化盖 33 套设在雾化套 31 及通气管 42 上,并抵持在电热丝组件 32 上,通气管 42 的一端穿设雾化盖 33 并延伸至雾化腔 34 内。可以理解的是,本申请的雾化芯 3 并不限定于上述结构,还可以是其它结构,只要其能雾化烟油即可。
结合图 3 和图 4 所示的实施例对油杯组件 4 和吸嘴 5 的具体结构进行详细说明。
如图 4 所示,油杯组件 4 主要包括储油套 41 、通气管 42 、连接件 43 、连接柱 44 和储油腔 45 。
储油套 41 大致为圆筒状结构,连接件 43 和连接柱 44 分别连接在储油套 41 的两端,通气管 42 沿储油套 41 的轴向设置在储油套 41 内,储油套 41 与通气管 42 之间形成有储油腔 45 ,雾化芯 3 雾化的烟油储存在该储油腔 45 内。为了方便用户查看储油腔 45 内烟油的余量,本实施例中,储油套 41 由可透光的材料制得。
通气管 42 围成有用于供气流流通至烟嘴盖 5 内的气流通道,且通气管 42 的两端分别插设在连接柱 44 和雾化芯 3 内。
连接件 43 插设在储油套 41 用于与雾化芯 3 连接的一端,连接件 43 与雾化芯 3 之间为可拆卸连接的方式,本实施例中,连接件 43 与雾化芯 3 之间为螺纹连接,连接件 43 用于与雾化芯 3 连接的位置处设置有内螺纹,雾化芯 3 的外周面设置有与该内螺纹相适配的外螺纹结构。若连接件 43 与雾化芯 3 之间采取其它可拆卸连接结构,则连接件 43 上还可设置其它连接结构,例如卡扣连接中具有弹性的卡合弹片等,本实施例中仅以螺纹连接为例进行说明,并不限定于螺纹连接。
连接柱 44 大致为柱体结构,其包括用于与储油套 41 插接相连的第一连接部,及用于与吸嘴 5 可拆卸连接的第二连接部(图上均未标号)。进一步的,连接柱 44 上开设有导通该通气管 42 和吸嘴 5 的通气槽(图上未标号),通气管 42 的两端分别插设在该通气槽及雾化芯 3 内,雾化芯 3 雾化产生的烟雾依次通过通气管 42 、通气槽和吸嘴 5 供用户吸食,图 3 所示箭头方向即为雾化组件内部气流流通的方向。
如图 4 所示,吸嘴 5 可拆卸的连接在连接柱 44 的一端,以方便用户对吸嘴 5 进行清洗,吸嘴 5 的底壁开设有供烟雾流出的出气孔(图上未标号),以方便用户吸食。
优选地,吸嘴 5 内设有储油槽 51 ,吸烟时通气管 42 上凝结的烟液顺着气流流入并存储在吸嘴 5 内的储油槽 51 ,由于吸嘴 5 与油杯组件 4 为可拆卸的连接,可以定时将吸嘴 5 拆卸下来以清理储油槽 51 内存留的烟液,防止用户抽烟时吸到烟液。
优选地,吸嘴 5 的外端面为球面,使得吸嘴 5 更加美观,且外端面为球面的吸嘴 5 更便于清理污垢。此外,外端面为球面的吸嘴 5 结构稳固性较好,能够避免口腔的牙齿等硬物夹持在吸嘴 5 上时,吸嘴 5 容易变形而脱落。
优选地,本实施中吸嘴 5 和连接柱 44 均为金属材料制件,能够避免口腔的牙齿等硬物夹持在连接柱 44 上时,吸嘴 5 容易脱落的现象,其中,所述金属可以是铜、铁或钢等金属,在此不作具体限定。
本实施例中,雾化组件包括依次可拆卸连接的雾化芯 3 、油杯组件 4 和吸嘴 5 。可以理解的是,本申请的雾化组件并不限定于上述结构,还可以是其它结构。
如图 10 所示,雾化组件包括雾化芯 3 、油杯组件 4 和吸嘴 5 ,其中油杯组件 4 和吸嘴 5 为不可拆卸的连接。
具体的,吸嘴 5 与油杯组件 4 的储油套 41 固定连接,通气管 42 的两端分别插设在吸嘴 5 和雾化芯 3 内。本实施例中,吸嘴 5 与储油套 41 为一体成型的结构。
优选地,为了避免烟油从吸嘴 5 与通气管 42 的连接处泄露,而影响用户的体验效果,可以在吸嘴 5 和储油套 41 的连接处安装密封紧固件 46 ,通气管 42 沿轴向穿设该密封紧固件 46 ,并与该密封紧固件 46 弹性密封相连。
优选地,为了进一步避免烟油从储油套 41 与密封紧固件 46 的连接处泄露,可以在密封紧固件 46 的外壁上套设至少一个密封环(图上未标号),该密封环弹性抵接在储油套 41 的内壁上。
本申请还提供一种电子烟,该电子烟包括相互连接的电池组件和雾化组件,其中,所述电池组件为现有技术在此不再赘述。 该雾化组件包括可透光的储油套 41 ,储油套 41 的一端设置有吸嘴 5 ,储油套 41 另一端的端面形成有加油口,所述加油口处可拆卸的连接有一端插设于储油套 41 内的雾化芯 3 ,储油套 41 内套设有通气管 42 ,通气管 42 的一端与雾化芯 3 弹性密封相连,储油套 41 与通气管 42 之间形成有用于储存烟油的储油腔 45 。
其中,雾化芯 3 包括雾化套 31 ,雾化套 31 延伸至储油套 41 外的一端与电池组件可拆卸的连接,雾化套 31 的一端设有与电池组件电连接的电连接组件 35 ,雾化套 31 内形成有雾化腔 34 ,雾化腔 34 内收容有与电连接组件 35 电连接的电热丝组件 32 。
进一步的,雾化套 31 延伸至储油套 41 外的一端设有至少一个与雾化腔 34 相导通的用以进气及排出雾化腔 34 内烟油的进气孔 312 ,雾化套 31 外可转动的套设有调节环 2 ,调节环 2 上开设有至少一个用于导通进气孔 312 的穿孔 21 ,调节环 2 通过在受力时沿雾化套 31 的周向转动以调节进气孔 312 的进气量。
该电子烟的雾化组件的具体结构可参见上述所述的雾化组件的具体结构,由于该电子烟的雾化组件的结构与上述所述的雾化组件的结构相同,因而也具有相同的效果。
综上所述 ,实施本发明的雾化组件及电子烟,具有以下有益效果:
( 1 ) 通过在雾化套外套设一个可旋转的调节环,用户可以根据需要转动调节环,调节雾化套上的进气孔与调节环上的穿孔的对应数量,来调节雾化组件进气量的大小,以解决憋气等问题。
( 2 ) 当用户不需要吸食电子烟时,可以旋转调节环将雾化套上的进气孔堵住,避免小孩因误操作吸食到电子烟,而影响身体健康。
( 3 ) 调节环的两端分别设置有密封件,不仅可以避免调节环随意转动,还可以增强调节环的旋转手感,密封调节环两端缝隙,提高用户使用过程中的趣味性,利于产品的推广。
( 4 )雾化芯与油杯组件为可拆卸连接的结构,方便用户更换已经损坏的雾化芯,避免资源浪费。
( 5 )吸嘴内设有储油槽,吸烟时通气管上凝结的烟液顺着气流流入并存储在吸嘴内的储油槽,由于吸嘴与油杯组件为可拆卸的连接,可以定时将吸嘴拆卸下来以清理储油槽内存留的烟液,防止用户抽烟时吸到烟液。
( 6 ) 储油套 由可透光的材料制得,可以方便用户查 看 储油腔内烟油的余量。
虽然本发明是通过具体实施例进行说明的,本领域技术人员应当明白,在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,还可以对本发明进行各种变换及等同替代。另外,针对特定情形或材料,可以对本发明做各种修改,而不脱离本发明的范围。因此,本发明不局限于所公开的具体实施例,而应当包括落入本发明权利要求范围内的全部实施方式。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种雾化组件, 用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件包括可透光的储油套( 41 ),所述储油套( 41 )的 一端设置有吸嘴( 5 ), 所述储油套( 41 ) 另一端的端面形成有加油口,所述加油口处 可拆卸的连接有 一端插设于所述储油套 ( 41 ) 内的 雾化芯( 3 ),所述储油套( 41 )内套设有通气管( 42 ),所述通气管( 42 )的一端与所述雾化芯( 3 )弹性密封相连,所述储油套( 41 )与所述通气管( 42 )之间形成有用于储存烟油的储油腔( 45 );
    所述雾化芯( 3 )包括雾化套( 31 ),所述雾化套( 31 )延伸至所述储油套( 41 )外的一端与所述电池组件可拆卸的连接,所述雾化套( 31 )的一端设有与所述电池组件电连接的电连接组件( 35 ),所述雾化套( 31 )内形成有雾化腔( 34 ),所述雾化腔( 34 )内收容有与所述电连接组件( 35 )电连接的电热丝组件( 32 );
    所述雾化套( 31 )延伸至所述储油套( 41 )外的一端设有至少一个与所述雾化腔( 34 )相导通的用以进气及排出所述雾化腔( 34 )内烟油的进气孔( 312 ),所述雾化套( 31 )外可转动的套设有 调节环( 2 ),所述调节环( 2 )上开设有至少一个用于导通所述进气孔( 312 )的穿孔( 21 ),所述调节环( 2 ) 通过在 受力 时 沿所述雾化套( 31 )的周向转动以调节所述进气孔( 312 )的进气量。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化套( 31 )外还设置有用于限制所述调节环( 2 )沿所述雾化套( 31 )的轴向移动的限位结构,所述调节环( 2 )的两端分别弹性抵接至所述限位结构。
  3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述限位结构包括凸设在所述雾化套( 31 )外的限位卡台( 313 ),及可拆卸的连接在所述雾化套( 31 )外的固定件( 1 ),所述调节环( 2 )弹性嵌设在所述限位卡台( 313 )与所述固定件( 1 )之间。
  4. 根据权利要求 2 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述调节环( 2 )的两端口处分别开设有至少一个 卡 槽( 22 ),所述 卡 槽( 22 )内安装有弹性抵接至所述限位结构的 用以限制所述 调节环( 2 ) 任意转动和密封调节环( 2 )两端缝隙的 密封件( 23 )。
  5. 根据权利要求 4 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于, 所述卡 槽( 22 ) 呈环形,所述 密封件( 23 ) 为硅胶环,所述硅胶环的一端卡固在所述卡槽( 22 )内,所述硅胶环的另一端延伸至所述 调节环( 2 )外 并与所述 限位结构 弹性抵接 。
  6. 根据权利要求 1 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化套( 31 ) 侧壁 靠近所述吸嘴( 5 )的一端 沿轴向 间隔开设有两个相对设置、并与所述储油腔( 45 )相连通的安装槽( 311 ),所述电热丝组件( 32 )架设于所述两个安装槽( 311 )内。
  7. 根据权利要求 6 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述电热丝组件( 32 )包括用于吸附所述储油腔( 45 )内的烟油的导油件( 321 ),及用于雾化所述导油件( 321 )上烟油的电热丝( 322 ),所述电热丝( 322 )的两端分别与所述电连接组件( 35 )电连接、并通过所述电连接组件( 35 )实现与所述电池组件的电连接。
  8. 根据权利要求 6 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化芯( 3 )还包括套设于所述雾化套( 31 )及所述通气管( 42 )上、并抵持在所述电热丝组件( 32 )上的雾化盖( 33 ),所述通气管( 42 )的一端穿设所述雾化盖( 33 )并延伸至所述雾化腔( 34 )内。
  9. 根据权利要求 8 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化套( 31 )的外表面设置有与所述雾化盖( 33 )的端面相抵持的限位凸部( 317 )。
  10. 根据权利要求 8 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化套( 31 )的外表面设置有用于支撑所述电热丝组件( 32 )的凸起( 316 )。
  11. 根据权利要求 1 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述储油套( 41 )远离所述雾化芯( 3 )的一端连接有连接柱( 44 ),所述通气管( 42 )的两端分别插设在所述连接柱( 44 )与所述雾化芯( 3 )内。
  12. 根据权利要求 11 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述连接柱( 44 )延伸至所述储油套( 41 )外的一端与所述吸嘴( 5 )可拆卸的连接 ,所述 吸嘴( 5 ) 面向所述连接柱 ( 44 ) 的端面形成有用于存储冷凝烟液的储油槽 。
  13. 根据权利要求 1 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述储油套( 41 )与所述吸嘴( 5 )为一体成型结构,所述通气管( 42 )的两端分别插设在所述吸嘴( 5 )与所述雾化芯( 3 )内。
  14. 根据权利要求 13 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述吸嘴( 5 )与所述储油套( 41 )的连接处设置有密封紧固件( 46 ),所述密封紧固件( 46 )与所述通气管( 42 )弹性密封相连。
  15. 根据权利要求 14 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述密封紧固件( 46 )的周壁上设有至少一个密封环,所述密封环弹性抵接至所述储油套( 41 )的内壁。
  16. 根据权利要求 1 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述吸嘴( 5 )的外端面为球面。
  17. 根据权利要求 1 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于, 所述 进气孔( 312 ) 位于所述 雾化腔( 34 ) 远离所述吸嘴( 5 )的一端的腔壁上、并用于 排出所述雾化腔( 34 ) 腔壁处的 烟油 。
  18. 一种电子烟,包括相互连接的电池组件和雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化组件包括可透光的储油套( 41 ),所述储油套( 41 )的 一端设置有吸嘴( 5 ), 所述储油套( 41 ) 另一端的端面形成有加油口,所述加油口处 可拆卸的连接有 一端插设于所述储油套 ( 41 ) 内的 雾化芯( 3 ),所述储油套( 41 )内套设有通气管( 42 ),所述通气管( 42 )的一端与所述雾化芯( 3 )弹性密封相连,所述储油套( 41 )与所述通气管( 42 )之间形成有用于储存烟油的储油腔( 45 );
    所述雾化芯( 3 )包括雾化套( 31 ),所述雾化套( 31 )延伸至所述储油套( 41 )外的一端与所述电池组件可拆卸的连接,所述雾化套( 31 )的一端设有与所述电池组件电连接的电连接组件( 35 ),所述雾化套( 31 )内形成有雾化腔( 34 ),所述雾化腔( 34 )内收容有与所述电连接组件( 35 )电连接的电热丝组件( 32 );
    所述雾化套( 31 )延伸至所述储油套( 41 )外的一端设有至少一个与所述雾化腔( 34 )相导通的用以进气及排出所述雾化腔( 34 )内烟油的进气孔( 312 ),所述雾化套( 31 )外可转动的套设有 调节环( 2 ),所述调节环( 2 )上开设有至少一个用于导通所述进气孔( 312 )的穿孔( 21 ),所述调节环( 2 ) 通过在 受力 时 沿所述雾化套( 31 )的周向转动以调节所述进气孔( 312 )的进气量。
