进一步地,所述雾化组件的端面与所述电池杆组件的端面之间形成环形腔,所述环形腔与所述穿孔及所述电子烟的外表面相连通。
进一步地,所述雾化组件与所述电池杆组件的连接处设置有若干个与所述环形腔及所述电子烟的外表面相连通的进气孔。
进一步地,所述雾化组件设置有用于固定电热丝组件的固定部件以及用于与所述电热丝组件电连接的外螺纹电极,所述电池杆组件设置有用于与所述雾化组件可拆卸连接且与所述外螺纹电极电连接的内螺纹电极。
进一步地,所述固定部件的端面的直径大于所述内螺纹电极的端面的直径,所述内螺纹电极的端面抵持在所述固定部件的端面上,且所述固定部件的端面盖过所述内螺纹电极的端面,使得所述固定部件与所述内螺纹电极之间形成环形腔。
进一步地,所述内螺纹电极上设有用以进气的通气槽,所述通气槽位于所述环形腔内,所述通气槽与所述穿孔相导通,使得气流从所述通气槽经所述穿孔流出至所述吸烟端。
进一步地,所述穿孔为斜向设置,且所述穿孔的延伸方向与电子烟的轴向形成小于75°的夹角,所述斜向设置的穿孔与所述通气槽形成的进气通道斜对指向所述电热丝组件。
进一步地,所述雾化套的一端涨紧配合连接有用于与所述雾化芯可拆卸连接的连接件;所述雾化芯包括与所述连接件可拆卸连接的连接套及雾化盖,所述连接套的一端与所述电池杆组件可拆卸连接,所述连接套的另一端间隔开设有沿所述雾化组件的轴向延伸的两个相对应设置并与所述第一储油腔相连通的安装槽,所述电热丝组件架设于所述安装槽内,所述雾化盖套设在所述连接套的远离所述电池杆组件的一端并抵持在所述电热丝组件上。
进一步地,所述吸烟端设有与所述雾化套可拆卸连接的吸嘴盖,所述吸嘴 盖内开设有与所述通气管相连通的第二储油腔,所述第二储油腔的腔壁设有供气流排出的出气孔,以使所述雾化芯雾化的烟雾经所述通气管流动至所述出气孔时,冷凝的烟油能够存储在所述第二储油腔内。
进一步地,所述吸嘴盖与所述连接件均为金属材料制件。
进一步地,所述吸嘴盖与所述雾化套之间的连接处设置有螺纹连接结构或卡扣连接结构。
进一步地,所述雾化芯还包括套设在所述外螺纹电极内的绝缘环以及插设在所述绝缘环内的第一内电极,所述电热丝组件的一端插设在所述外螺纹电极与所述雾化套之间,所述电热丝组件的另一端插设在所述第一内电极与所述绝缘环之间。
进一步地,所述电池杆组件包括:
电池套;
容置在所述电池套内部的电池;
分别与所述电池电连接设置有所述内螺纹电极和第二内电极,且所述内螺纹电极与所述外螺纹电极电连接,所述第二内电极与所述第一内电极电连接;
用于根据用户的操作生成触发信号的开关模块;
与所述开关模块电连接设置有用于根据所述触发信号生成控制信号的微控制器,且所述微控制器通过所述控制信号控制所述电池为所述电热丝组件供电。
所述电池杆组件还包括用于固定所述微控制器的固定座。
进一步地,所述开关模块包括:
用于根据用户的吸烟动作生成所述触发信号的气流感应开关;
或,
用于根据用户的按压操作生成所述触发信号的操作按键。
进一步地,所述吸嘴盖的面向用户口腔的端面呈球面状。
从以上技术方案可以看出,本发明具有以下优点:该雾化组件包括可透光的雾化套,该雾化套的与该电池杆组件相邻的一端可拆卸连接有用于雾化烟油的雾化芯,该雾化套内插设有与该雾化芯可拆卸弹性密封连接用于将该雾化芯雾化的烟雾排出至该雾化组件外的通气管,该通气管与该雾化套之间形成用于 存储供该雾化芯雾化的烟油的第一储油腔;该雾化芯内设置有与该通气管相连通的雾化腔及收容在该雾化腔内用于雾化烟油的电热丝组件,该电热丝组件与该电池杆组件电连接;该雾化芯延伸至该雾化套外的一端开设有与该雾化腔相连通的用以进气及排出雾化腔内烟油的穿孔,该穿孔一端的孔口位于该雾化腔的沿该雾化组件横向设置的腔壁上,该穿孔另一端的孔口位于该雾化芯的外端面并处于该雾化芯与该电池杆组件端部之间形成的缝隙内。当用户吸烟时,由于该穿孔隐藏在该雾化芯与该电池杆组件端部之间形成的缝隙内,因此,用户拿烟的手部不易将该穿孔堵住,气流可通过该穿孔即可进入该雾化腔内,从而使得该电子烟内气流通畅,降低气流产生的噪音,电子烟正常工作。此外,由于该穿孔一端的孔口位于该雾化腔的沿该雾化组件横向设置的腔壁上,而另一端位于所述缝隙内,因而泄露至所述雾化腔中的烟液或雾化腔中烟雾冷凝形成的烟液可较好地从所述雾化腔内排出,避免长期残存在所述雾化腔内的烟液因受到空气氧化变质而影响吸烟口感及影响用户健康,且本发明拆掉雾化芯后便于更换雾化芯及便于添加烟油。

为使得本发明的发明目的、特征、优点能够更加的明显和易懂,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,下面所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而非全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
图2为本发明所提供的电子烟的一种较佳实施例剖面结构示意图,图3为本发明所提供的电子烟的一种较佳实施例爆炸结构示意图;现结合图2与图3对该电子烟的结构做具体说明:
该电子烟包括吸烟端3、用于雾化烟油的雾化组件4及为所述雾化组件4供电的电池杆组件5;
结合图4所示,所述雾化组件4包括可透光的雾化套43,所述雾化套43的与所述电池杆组件5相邻的一端可拆卸连接有用于雾化烟油的雾化芯45,所述雾化套43内插设有与所述雾化芯45可拆卸弹性密封连接用于将所述雾化芯45雾化的烟雾排出至所述雾化组件4外的通气管46,所述通气管46与所述雾化套43之间形成用于存储供所述雾化芯45雾化的烟油的第一储油腔47;
结合图7所示,其中,图示箭头方向为气流进入及流动方向;所述雾化芯45内设置有与所述通气管46相连通的雾化腔451及收容在所述雾化腔451内用于雾化烟油的电热丝组件452,所述电热丝组件452与所述电池杆组件5电连接;所述雾化芯45延伸至所述雾化套43外的一端开设有与所述雾化腔451相连通的用以进气及排出所述雾化腔451内烟油的穿孔457,所述穿孔457一端的孔口位于所述雾化腔451的沿所述雾化组件4横向设置的腔壁上,所述穿孔457另一端的孔口位于所述雾化芯45的外端面并处于所述雾化芯45与所述电池杆组件5端部之间形成的缝隙内,所述缝隙与电子烟的外表面相连通。
本发明实施例中,所述雾化芯45的一端插设在所述雾化套43内,所述雾化芯45延伸至所述雾化套43外的一端开设有与所述雾化腔451相连通的用以进气及排出雾化腔451内烟油的穿孔457,所述穿孔457一端的孔口位于所述雾化腔451的沿所述雾化组件4横向设置的腔壁上,所述穿孔457另一端的孔口位于所述雾化芯45的外端面并处于所述雾化芯45与所述电池杆组件5端部之间形成的缝隙内。当用户吸烟时,由于该穿孔457隐藏在该雾化芯45与该 电池杆组件5端部之间形成的缝隙内,因此,用户拿烟的手部不易将该穿孔457堵住,气流可通过该穿孔457即可进入该雾化腔451内,从而使得该电子烟内气流通畅,降低气流产生的噪音,电子烟正常工作。此外,由于该穿孔457一端的孔口位于该雾化腔451的沿该雾化组件4横向设置的腔壁上,而另一端位于所述缝隙内,因而泄露至所述雾化腔451中的烟液或雾化腔中烟雾冷凝形成的烟液可较好地从所述雾化腔451内排出,避免长期残存在所述雾化腔451内的烟液因受到空气氧化变质而影响吸烟口感及影响用户健康,且本发明拆掉雾化芯45后便于更换雾化芯45及便于添加烟油。
在本实施例中,该雾化套43大致为圆筒状结构,该通气管46围成有用于供气流流通至该吸烟端3内的气流通道。
下面结合图4至图6对该电子烟的雾化组件4及电池杆组件5的结构作具体说明:
如图4所示,优选地,所述雾化组件4的端面与所述电池杆组件5的端面之间形成环形腔48,所述环形腔48与所述穿孔457及所述电子烟的外表面相连通;需要说明的是,该环形腔48隐藏于该电子烟的外表面下,气流从该环形腔48流动至该穿孔457进入到该雾化腔451内。所述环形腔48能够更好地避免灰尘等物质堵塞所述穿孔457及使气流流通更顺畅。
优选地,所述雾化组件4与所述电池杆组件5的连接处设置有若干个与所述环形腔48及所述电子烟的外表面相连通的进气孔,防止某个进气孔堵塞后,气流无法从该电子烟的外周面进入。
优选地,所述雾化组件4设置有用于固定电热丝组件452的固定部件41以及用于与所述电热丝组件452电连接的外螺纹电极42,所述电池杆组件452设置有用于与所述雾化组件4可拆卸连接且与所述外螺纹电极42电连接的内螺纹电极51。需要说明的是,在本实施例中,所述固定部件41的内腔作为所述雾化腔451,该固定部件41的外周面设置有与所述连接件44适配的外螺纹结构,该固定部件41与该连接件44螺纹连接。因此,当电子烟使用时间较长时,在所述固定部件11的内腔积留有烟液;拆卸电池杆组件5后,拿住雾化组件4或雾化芯45甩动,通过所述穿孔457将烟液甩出;从而避免了所述固定部件41内腔的烟液流进所述电池杆组件5内损坏电池53或造成电路短路的 现象,以及避免长期残存在所述雾化腔451内的烟液因受到空气氧化变质而影响吸烟口感及影响用户健康。
优选地,所述固定部件41的端面的直径大于所述内螺纹电极51的端面的直径,所述内螺纹电极51的端面抵持在所述固定部件41的端面上,且所述固定部件41的端面盖过所述内螺纹电极51的端面,使得所述固定部件41与所述内螺纹电极51之间形成所述环形腔48;
其中,所述内螺纹电极51上设有用以进气的通气槽511,所述通气槽511位于所述环形腔48内,所述通气槽511与所述穿孔457相导通,使得气流从所述通气槽511经所述穿孔457流出至所述吸烟端3。这种设置方式可以有效的避免吸烟时,手部捂住所述通气槽而导致进气不通畅影响电子烟正常工作的问题。
在实际的运用中,对于所述穿孔457也可进行其他的设置方式,可选的,结合图8所示的雾化芯的剖面结构示意图,在本发明实施例中,所述穿孔457为斜向设置,且所述穿孔的延伸方向与电子烟的轴向形成小于75°的夹角,所述斜向设置的穿孔457与所述通气槽511形成的进气通道斜对指向所述电热丝组件452;
需要说明的是,图8中箭头方向表示气流进气及流动方向,其中,该斜向设置的穿孔457斜对指向该电热丝组件452,避免进气通道转弯过多而产生气流噪音;该斜向设置的穿孔457能够快速的将凝结在雾化座底部的烟液排出,避免烟液进入电池杆组件5影响电池53的寿命或造成电路短路的现象,提高了用户的体验及使用安全。
所述雾化套43的一端涨紧配合连接有用于与所述雾化芯45可拆卸连接的连接件44;所述雾化芯包括与所述连接件44可拆卸连接的连接套及雾化盖454,所述连接453套的一端与所述电池杆组件5可拆卸连接,所述连接套的另一端间隔开设有沿所述雾化组件4的轴向延伸的两个相对应设置并与所述第一储油腔47相连通的安装槽458,所述电热丝组件5架设于所述安装槽458内,所述雾化盖454套设在所述连接套的远离所述电池杆组件5的一端并抵持在所述电热丝组件452上。
所述吸烟端3设有与所述雾化套43可拆卸连接的吸嘴盖31,所述吸嘴盖 31内开设有与所述通气管46相连通的第二储油腔32,所述第二储油腔32的腔壁设有供气流排出的出气孔33,以使所述雾化芯45雾化的烟雾经所述通气管46流动至所述出气孔33时,冷凝的烟油能够存储在所述第二储油腔32内,从而有效地防止用户吸到残留的烟油,影响用户健康。
所述吸嘴盖31与所述连接件44均为金属材料制件;所述吸嘴盖31的外端面为球面,即吸嘴盖31远离所述电池杆组件的面向用户口腔的端面为球面,使得该吸嘴盖31具有更加美观、便于清理污垢及受外力时球面状的端面不容易变形等优点。由于所述吸嘴盖31的外端面为球面,其受力时不容易发生形变,结构较可靠,因而在用户吸烟时若吸嘴盖受到用户牙齿的夹持力时,不容易脱落。
所述吸嘴盖31与所述雾化套43之间的连接处设置有螺纹连接结构或卡扣连接结构,本实施例中以该吸嘴盖3与该雾化套43通过螺纹连接为例进行说明,即该吸嘴盖31用于与该雾化套43连接的位置处设有内螺纹,该吸嘴盖31与该雾化套43之间可设有与该内螺纹相适配的外螺纹结构件。若采取其他可拆卸连接结构,则该吸嘴盖31上还可以设置其他连接结构,例如卡扣连接中具有弹性的卡合弹片等,本实施例中仅以螺纹连接为例进行说明,并不限定于螺纹连接。本实施例的螺纹连接结构和卡扣连接结构能够更好的对该吸嘴盖31进行拆装,且不易脱落;该吸嘴盖31与该雾化套43之间可拆卸连接,方便用户清洁该第二储油腔32内积存的烟液,防止用户吸到烟液,健康卫生。
所述雾化芯45还包括套设在所述外螺纹电极42内的绝缘环455以及插设在所述绝缘环455内的第一内电极456,所述电热丝组件452的一端插设在所述外螺纹电极42与所述雾化套43之间,所述电热丝组件452的另一端插设在所述第一内电极456与所述绝缘环455之间。
如图5所示,所述电池杆组件5包括:
电池套52;
容置在所述电池套52内部的电池53;
分别与所述电池53电连接设置有所述内螺纹电极51和第二内电极54,且所述内螺纹电极51与所述外螺纹电极42电连接,所述第二内电极54与所述第一内电极456电连接;
用于根据用户的操作生成触发信号的开关模块;
与所述开关模块电连接设置有用于根据所述触发信号生成控制信号的微控制器56,且所述微控制器56通过所述控制信号控制所述电池53为所述电热丝组件452供电。
所述电池杆组件5还包括用于固定所述微控制器56的固定座57。
所述开关模块包括:
用于根据用户的吸烟动作生成所述触发信号的气流感应开关;
或,
用于根据用户的按压操作生成所述触发信号的操作按键。其中,在本实施例中,所述开关模块为与所述微控制器56电连接的气流感应开关。所述气流感应开关为现有技术,在此不再赘述。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括:
    吸烟端、用于雾化烟油的雾化组件及为所述雾化组件供电的电池杆组件,所述雾化组件包括可透光的雾化套,所述雾化套的与所述电池杆组件相邻的一端可拆卸连接有用于雾化烟油的雾化芯,所述雾化套内插设有与所述雾化芯可拆卸弹性密封连接用于将所述雾化芯雾化的烟雾排出至所述雾化组件外的通气管,所述通气管与所述雾化套之间形成用于存储供所述雾化芯雾化的烟油的第一储油腔;
    所述雾化芯内设置有与所述通气管相连通的雾化腔及收容在所述雾化腔内用于雾化烟油的电热丝组件,所述电热丝组件与所述电池杆组件电连接;所述雾化芯的一端插设在所述雾化套内,所述雾化芯延伸至所述雾化套外的一端开设有与所述雾化腔相连通的用以进气及排出所述雾化腔内烟油的穿孔,所述穿孔一端的孔口位于所述雾化腔的沿所述雾化组件横向设置的腔壁上,所述穿孔另一端的孔口位于所述雾化芯的外端面并处于所述雾化芯与所述电池杆组件端部之间形成的缝隙内,所述缝隙与电子烟的外表面相连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件的端面与所述电池杆组件的端面之间形成环形腔,所述环形腔与所述穿孔及所述电子烟的外表面相连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件与所述电池杆组件的连接处设置有若干个与所述环形腔及所述电子烟的外表面相连通的进气孔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件设置有用于固定电热丝组件的固定部件以及用于与所述电热丝组件电连接的外螺纹电极,所述电池杆组件设置有用于与所述雾化组件可拆卸连接且与所述外螺纹电极电连接的内螺纹电极。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述固定部件的端面的直径大于所述内螺纹电极的端面的直径,所述内螺纹电极的端面抵持在所述固定部件的端面上,且所述固定部件的端面盖过所述内螺纹电极的端面,使得所述固定部件与所述内螺纹电极之间形成环形腔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述内螺纹电极上设有用以进气的通气槽,所述通气槽位于所述环形腔内,所述通气槽与所述穿孔相导通,使得气流从所述通气槽经所述穿孔流出至所述吸烟端。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述穿孔为斜向设置,且所述穿孔的延伸方向与电子烟的轴向形成小于75°的夹角,所述斜向设置的穿孔与所述通气槽形成的进气通道斜对指向所述电热丝组件。
  8. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化套的一端涨紧配合连接有用于与所述雾化芯可拆卸连接的连接件;所述雾化芯包括与所述连接件可拆卸连接的连接套及雾化盖,所述连接套的一端与所述电池杆组件可拆卸连接,所述连接套的另一端间隔开设有沿所述雾化组件的轴向延伸的两个相对应设置并与所述第一储油腔相连通的安装槽,所述电热丝组件架设于所述安装槽内,所述雾化盖套设在所述连接套的远离所述电池杆组件的一端并抵持在所述电热丝组件上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸烟端设有与所述雾化套可拆卸连接的吸嘴盖,所述吸嘴盖内开设有与所述通气管相连通的第二储油腔,所述第二储油腔的腔壁设有供气流排出的出气孔,以使所述雾化芯雾化的烟雾经所述通气管流动至所述出气孔时,冷凝的烟油能够存储在所述第二储油腔内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸嘴盖与所述连接件均为金属材料制件。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸嘴盖与所述雾化套之间的连接处设置有螺纹连接结构或卡扣连接结构。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化芯还包括套设在所述外螺纹电极内的绝缘环以及插设在所述绝缘环内的第一内电极,所述电热丝组件的一端插设在所述外螺纹电极与所述雾化套之间,所述电热丝组件的另一端插设在所述第一内电极与所述绝缘环之间。
  13. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池杆组件包括:
    电池套;
    容置在所述电池套内部的电池;
    分别与所述电池电连接设置有所述内螺纹电极和第二内电极,且所述内螺纹电极与所述外螺纹电极电连接,所述第二内电极与所述第一内电极电连接;
    用于根据用户的操作生成触发信号的开关模块;
    与所述开关模块电连接设置有用于根据所述触发信号生成控制信号的微控制器,且所述微控制器通过所述控制信号控制所述电池为所述电热丝组件供电。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池杆组件还包括用于固定所述微控制器的固定座。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述开关模块包括:
    用于根据用户的吸烟动作生成所述触发信号的气流感应开关;
    或,
    用于根据用户的按压操作生成所述触发信号的操作按键。
  16. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸嘴盖的面向用户口腔的端面呈球面状。
