샤프트 팩킹용 유니트
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 한 실시예의 경우 유니트의 조립전 상태를 도시한 단면도.
제2도는 제1도 유니트의 축방향으로 병렬로 배치된 3개의 팩킹을 구비한 샤프트 팩킹으로 완전하게 조립된 상태를 도시한 단면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 케이징에 고정된 제1지지링 및 제2지지링과, 이들 지지링들과 결합하는 고정부, 및 팩킹필을 지지하는 유연성을 지니는 중간부(엠브레인)로 이루어진 탄성고무재로 된 팽킹링들을 지니고, 상기 제1지지링은 팩킹링의 고정부에 적합한 요부를 지니며, 상기 요부에는 팩킹링의 고정부가 삽입가능하게 되어 있으며, 상기 제2지지링은 팩킹링의 고정부를 고정하도록 축방향으로 돌출한 돌기부를 지니며, 상기 팩킹링이 제1 및 제2의 지지링사이에 고정가능한 샤프트의 팩킹용 유니트에 있어서, a) 상기 요부(3)는 요부저면을 향해 넓어지게 경사진 벽(4,4′,4″)들을 지니며, b) 상기 고정부(9)는 요부(3)으로의 삽입시에 경사진 벽(4,4′,4″)과 맞물리도록 원추형의 확장부분(10,10′,10″)을 지니며, c) 상기 고정부(9)의 배면에는, 요부(3)의 원통형 부분으로 삽입시에 상기 확장부분(10,10′,10″)의 동시압축을 가능하게 하도록 홈(11,11′,11′′)이 형성되어 있고, d) 상기 요부(3)의 샤프트 축에 있어서 그 요부(3)에 인접하여 형성된 환상의 벽면(5)이 상기 팩킹링의 유연성을 지니는 중간부(8)에 접촉되지 않게 형성되어 있는 샤프트 팩킹용 유니트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 축방향으로 나란히 배치된 2개의 작은 팩킹링을 구비한 샤프트 유니트에 있어서, 각자 인접한 2개의 팩킹링들 사이에 배치되는 지지링이 상기한 인접한 팩킹링을 위한 지지링으로 작용하도록 형성된 것을 특징으로하는 유니트.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 샤프트의 팩킹이 반대방향으로 향해진 팩킹링들을 지니고, 상기 팩킹링들중 적어도 하나의 팩킹링은 고정부에 있어서 3개의 원추형 확장부분, 및 그들 원추형 확장부분들의 동시 압축에 영향을 주는 3개의 홈을 지니는 것을 특징으로하는 유니트.
