본 발명은 우선 순위와 데이터 사용 요금제에 기초한 네트워크 접속을 통한 데이터 전송 관리에 관한 것이다.

    프로세서를 포함하고,
    상기 프로세서는,
    상기 메모리 영역에 저장된 상기 우선 순의 정보를 상기 모바일 컴퓨팅 디바이스와 다른 컴퓨팅 디바이스 사이에서 이용가능한 적어도 하나의 네트워크 접속과 비교하고;
    상기 비교에 기초하여 개시(initiaion)를 위해 상기 수신된 복수의 데이터 전송 요청 중 하나 이상을 선택하고;
