- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기호 R1 이, 동일하거나 또는 상이하게 각각의 경우에, H, 1 내지 6개의 C 원자를 가진 직쇄 알킬기 또는 3 내지 6개의 C 원자를 가진 분지형 또는 환형 알킬기를 나타내고, 여기서 각각의 경우에 하나 이상의 H 원자는 또한 F 로 대체될 수 있고, 또는 5 내지 16개의 방향족 고리 원자를 가진 아릴 또는 헤테로아릴기를 나타내고, 이의 각각은 하나 이상의 라디칼 R2 로 치환될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 소자.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식 (I)의 화합물이 간단한 착물의 형태 또는 고체 상태에서의 이량체 또는 올리고머 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 소자.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식 (I)의 화합물에서, 모든 기호 Ar2 가 동일하고, 모든 기호 X 가 동일하고, 모든 기호 R1 이 동일하고, 모든 기호 Y 가 동일하고, 화합물이 동일하게 치환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 소자.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 캐소드 (cathode), 애노드 (anode) 및 하나 이상의 발광층을 포함하고, 임의로 정공주입층, 정공수송층, 전자차단층, 정공차단층, 전자수송층, 전자주입층, 전하생성층 및 유기 또는 무기 p/n 접합으로부터 선택되는 추가의 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 소자.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기 전계발광 소자가 다수의 발광층을 포함하고, 여기서, 하나 이상의 층이 하나 이상의 화학식 (I)의 화합물 및 하나 이상의 인광 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 소자.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인광 화합물이 구리, 몰리브데넘, 텅스텐, 레늄, 루테늄, 오스뮴, 로듐, 이리듐, 팔라듐, 백금, 은, 금 또는 유러퓸을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 소자.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 인광 화합물이 하나 이상의 하기 화학식 (XXII) 내지 (XXV) 의 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 소자:
